Omake Minotaur 1S custom
There was sparks flying through the air in the secluded garage as a certain purple hair gremlin started modification on the mech she and her friends looted from the raffans a few months ago. The frame of the bot was different from it's usually size, seemingly bigger than usual minotaurs
The elevator in the garage dinged as the rest of Section 9 filed in only to shake their head as they watch the purple haired gremlin dart about with bits and bobs working feverishly on the mech.
Ichi raised an eyebrow as he looks closer at the mech being modified, " Motoko what the hell did you do to the minotaur? It'bigger than any minotaur!"
The purple haired Gremlin pop her head up from the guts of the mech a manic Grin on her face as she adds the finishing touch to the magazine meant to hold the ammo for the mech new primary weapon... One Full ton of it. "Just improving this big stompy mech! When it's done it's gonna be so cool!"
As Malcom looks closer he gasp. "Motoko is that 4 Uragans strapped to the mech? But why? Who would need that much firepower? That's loco Choom!" Before he can finish he noticed something even wierder. The entire top half of the mech now has a human sized cockpit added to it with it's original control head set hanging off the side of the pilot seat. "And why the cockpit? Isn't it safer to pilot from outside of the thing?!"
"All the better to stomped my enemies from !" Yelled Toko as she adds the finishing touch to the mech before hoping into the cockpit. She eagerly slips on the neural set and toggle the on switch and wait for the mech to start up. The computer ran through it boot cycle before chirping in Hiromi's voice " Reactor online... Sensors online... Weapons Online... All system Norminal". Hiromi has the decency to blush slightly as she heard one part of her contribution to the mech modification, before stepping back slightly to watch as the mech began to stop around... Almost gracefully and fast as if the reaction time has been improved. Then she noticed something hanging off the mech off centered beside the head, an odd new addition to the mech that she didn't remember getting for Motoko.
" Toko what's that on the mech? She asked as she pointed at what looks suspiciously like a muzzle with a set of... Lenses? Motoko have a wide grin as she turned the mech around and toward the far corner of the garage where a slightly beat up sheet of metal was used as a practice target " You know the favour V owes us for the militech outpost a few months back? Seems like it was enough to get us access to a few experimental prototypes that Arasaka wouldn't mind having field testes as long as the data is given back to them! That my Choom is a one ton Laser! Still a bit hotter than the system can handle but hey as long as the cooling system I added has some rest period between shot it works just fine! Now my chooms allow me to introduce the Minotaur 1S!" As the laser burnt a jagged line on the metal sheet while 4 dummy rockets launched from the mech and slammed into the target.
