A: yes, Zack is gonna get involved in the events of FGO, but it won't be for a while. That will be its own arc.

A: honestly, I WANT that to happen and Solomon's time didn't pass yet, but I don't know how to fit that into the story. I'll see what I can do, though.
And to Sugoijack9: I do know about Norse Myth and the characters, but what I know doesn't reflect what Zack knows.
Zack doesn't know much about Norse Myth and he only became informed on it after Yggdrasil began teaching him. He doesn't know where specific characters will be and when they will be there.
Plus, so far, Zack has no reason to meet any named character in Norse Myth. If you think otherwise, be my guest and explain why.
Finally: no one managed to guess Svend's source of inspiration.
I'll give a hint: the first character is a the pinnacle of "Friendly Mustache", and the second character was pretty much designed to be a Chad Meme.
