Joe's pov

I was heading home from a shift when I caught sight of of a car twice over the speed limit. Connor's car. I got behind him and turned my lights on, and he stopped, turned off the ignition and put his hands on the dash, window down. I spoke

"You know you were twice over the speed limit?"

He shook his head

"Oopsies."

That did not sound like my brother, and did not smell like him either. I wrinkled my nose

"Have you been drinking? And then DRIVING? Are you INSANE, Connor?! And oopsies is all you have to say for yourself?!"

My louder tone made him flinch, and I gave him a ticket for a DUI, docking points on his license for the DUI. At least no one got hurt. I pulled out my cell

"I'll call Grandpa."

He panicked

"WHY?! He doesn't need to know!"

I rubbed my face

"He's your legal guardian. YES he does need to know!"

He yelled at me

"That's SO unfair! You're SUPPOSED to be on MY side!"

I sighed

" I am! But I am not the one who should deal with this, and you know better than to drink underage and then get behind the wheel!"

He did not have a reply, but Grandpa had plenty of words for him by the time we got back to the Bay Ridge house. It got pretty loud between Grandpa yelling and Connor slamming the door almost off its' hinges.
