Recap

Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: The 6th day of the second round was reaching it end as the final set of match were set to begin. First up was Zoey and Meicoomon as they took on the fearsome Kazuya. The fighter was brutal as the girls went all out on him. But soon Kazuya was push to use his devil form to decimate the girls and taking Zoey Crest. Next up it was Yang vs Ventus as Yang was anger by Zoey defeat as Her mother work to calm her down. With a cool head Yang was able to defeat Ventus as the keyblader was no match for her brute strength. Next was Marcus and Agumon vs Sonic. Sonic speed was limited by the current field as Marcus and Agumon had trouble trying to hit him. But they were soon able to land a blow to evolve Agumon to Geogreymon to take the match. Lastly it was Raiden vs Chaos. Chaos had control of the fight with his powers. But Raiden reveal he can use dust thanks to Aiko and put the god on ice to defeat him. Now it was time to begin the 7th day of the second round.

Forceful encounters

Makoto Pov: It was now day 7 of the second round as my team have return to the arena ready for today matches. The tournament have been intense for us as most of our team been defeated. I'm still surprise that Yuuki girl jack my persona like that. That certainly threw me for a loop. Now only Ren and Ryuji were left to fight. Make sense since they were doing this longer them most of us. " Here we go again." Ann said as she held her arms up to stretch. "Yep time for some more kick ass fights." Ryuji said. "Yep a good way to learn more about the other fighters." Futaba said as she grins and look to Ren who was looking calm as always. " You ready big bro?" She ask. Ren nods as he got up. " I am, this should be simple as it not my first time fighting a Digimon." He said. " Right you fought that Takato Outway last time you were here. Truly a frightening foe." Yusuke said. " That he is, I'm hoping to take him on a gain." Ren said sounding eager. "Just be careful we have no idea what that Oscar boy and his little cutie of a partner can do." Haru said. "Cutie?" Ryuji ask confuse. Futaba pull up a picture of Oscar and his partner Herissmon. "So cute." Ann said gushing over it. " Good luck out there Ren." I said. "Leave it to me." He said as he head off to get ready. "What are his chances?" Morgana ask as he hops onto my lap. I pet him as he was in cat form since his turn at fighting is done. " It hard to say, we seen Oscar powers for sure. But not what Herissmon could turn into. But knowing Joker, he can think on his feet to secure victory." I said having faith in him. " Yeah the boss got this cover, look here they come." Ryuji said as we saw the fighters entering the ring. Joker was looking ready to show his skills as Oscar look nervous as he held Herissmon.

" Alright it time for the first match of the day. We have the leader of the phantom thieves Joker vs the farm boy Oscar and his partner Herissmon." Milton said. "Well kid are you ready for this?" Joker ask. " We are, Takato said your tough so let see it." Oscar said as they got ready. "Alright both fighters are ready to go, so let set the field." Milton said as the ring begin to change. We saw it was the top of a volcanio. "And it Mount Kilikaus. Alright let get to the action. Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the match begins.

Joker vs Oscar and Herissmon

"Digi-modify Matrix Digivolvtion activate!" Oscar shout as he swipe a blue card through his device.

Herissmon warp digivolve to Stefilmon

What he turn into surprise us as he was now a large beast man wearing black pants with brown boots. He have claws with bone spikes on his knuckles as their were red spikes on his body and he had long orange hair. "Holy shit." Ryuji said shot. I was not expecting this. Stefilmon roar as he charges at Joker as he try to slam his fist on our leader. Joker back flip to avoid it. "Grimehkala!" He shout as he threw off his mask to summon the large elephant man persona as it tackle Stefilmon back. "This won't stop me!" Stefilmon shout as he stabs his bone spike into the persona chest to shatter it. "Meteor!" Oscar shout as he glow and move fast to get behind Joker to jab his cane at him. Joker was able to use his knife to block and parry off the farm boy strikes. Oscar move back to put some distance between them. "Ok let try this, Jiu Leixing!" Oscar shout as several swords made of lighting form over his head as he sent them at Joker. "Haruman!" Joker shout he summon the monkey man persona.

Harumon spun his staff to counter the swords. Stefilmon move in as he does an ax kick at Joker as Joker moves to grab the leg to swing up and shot the beast man in the face. Stefilmon growls. " Vermillion vortex!" He shout as he shot the red spikes from his body. Joker move fast t6o dodge them. "Damn this kid partner is a beast." Futaba said in awe. " They are powerful but Joker is far from finish." Yusuke said. " You got this Ren!" I shout cheering for him. Joker smirk as he heard me. "That all you and your rat got kid?" He ask taunting them. "I'm a hedgehog Giga crimson dive!" Stefilmon shout as he jump and spun down at Joker. "Genbu!" He shout as he call out the turtle persona as it use it shell to block the attack. Joker them jump as he fire several quick shots as he flip through the air as he hits Stefilmon joints stunning the Digimon. Genbu then swung his snake tail into Stefilmon knocking him down as he turn back into Herissmon. "Herissmon! That it no more holding back. Pleiades!" Oscar shout as 6 rays of light fall toward Joker. "Don't think so Gabriel!" Joker shout as he Call out the female angel as she put up a barrier to block Oscar attack. That left the farm boy open as Ren jump and slam his foot into the boy chest as Oscar was send to the ground. He was down for the count as he grow green for a second. " And it over folks the winner of the match is Joker!" Milton shout as we let out a cheer. We look to Oscar as the red eye appear under him as he was hit by the black lighting. A brown crest with a black spiral on it appear from his device and soon vanish. "Well that could have gone better." Ann said. " True Joker won but he gave the Hazardous one what he wanted." I said sadly. " Man what a cheat." Futaba said. "Yeah but nothing we can do about it now. Let wait for Joker to get back before the next match start." Morgana said as we waited for our friend return.

Pyrrha pov: My word the last match was certainly intense. Our friend Oscar took on Joker the person Takato lost too in last year tournament. Oscar and Herissmon put up a good fight but in the end they were taken down and their crest taken. "Man Oscar, Ren we must comfort him." Nora said as she try to run off as Ren grab her by the back of her shirt. "Just leave him be Nora. He must be feeling down and the last thing her need is us to bother him." Ren said. "He right, Oscar is a tough kid, he won't let one lost get him down." Jaune said. " Agreed, he did well yet Joker was just too strong for him. Takato told us Joker is one of the strongest foes he ever face. I'm concern we may not defeat him." I said concern. "Now, now Pyrrha don't think like that. You have conquer worst foes." Jikki Otome said to me. She right we can't give up now. " Hopefully one of us can take him out in the next round." Biyomon said. "Right then we should worry about the next match. Ren you ready?" I ask. Ren nods. " Yes me and Falcomon are ready to face this Karen." Ren said. " Your sure, Karen look to be powerful with all of his albitites."" I said. " True, but he a foe we must face if we wish to move to the next round." Falcomon said. "Just be careful out there guys." Ludomons aid as Ren and Falcomon left for their match. " Will daddy be ok?" Gammamon ask. Nora pat her children heads. "Don't worry boys, your dad is as tough as they come." Nora said. "Let hope so, he the only one of our team left to fight." Ludomon said. "True, but all we can do is cheer them on." I said. "Well said my dear." Jikki Otome said. " Hey guys it look to be starting." Biyomon said as we turn our attention to the ring. We saw the fighters coming in as Ren and Falcomon stare down Karen. "Alright everyone it time for the next match. It the tamer of empathy Lie Ren and his partner Falcomon vs the former head of the OSF Karen Travers." Milton said.

" Let hope you can give me a challenge boy." Karen said with his arms cross. " We accept your challenge." Ren said as they got ready. " "Alright both sides look to be ready. So let chose the field." Milton said as the ring begin to change as it was now the top of an icy mountain. "And it the ice summit, ok boys let get to the action Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the match begins.

Ren and Falcomon vs Karen

"Digi-modify Digivolvtion activate!" Ren shout as he swipe the card through his D-arc.

Falcomon digivolve to Peckmon

Karen smirk as he vanish and appear in front of Ren and punches at him. Ren move to block the older man blows to hold him off. Shadows soon cover Ren hands. "Shadow dragon slash!" He shout as he punches Karen in the chest to knock him back. "Spiral claw!" Peckmon shout as he jump and kick at Karen. Karen jump back as he shot a burst of lighting making our friends jump back. "Shadow drive!' Ren shout as he was covers by shadows as he dash quickly to get behind Karen. "Shadow dragon waxwing flash!" He shout as he turn into a shadow to wrap around Karen and a torrent of shadows to attack him. Karen harden his body to defend himself and them teleport to get free. "1000 beaks!" Peckmon shout as he try to peck at the man. Karenslam his foot down as several ice spikes burst up from the ground knocking Peckmon back. "Man this guy is brutal." Jaune said as we watch the match.

"Yes, it make me wonder how Ren will handle this." I said. Karen shot a flame blast at Ren as our friend dive into a shadow and vanish. We saw him appears behind Karen with his foot cover in shadows. 'Shadow dragon Talon!" He shout as he slam it down. Karen moves to hold his arm up to block and grab Ren to throw him back. "Kunai wing!" Peckmon shout as he sent the knives to rain on Karen. Karen vanish to dodge as he reappears a few feet away. " Your skill boy show me what your truly capable of." Karen said. " Very well try this, Shadow dragon roar!" Ren shout as he shot the blast of shadows from his mouth. Karen forms a wall of white crystals to block the attack. Karen then shove his arm forward as the wall shot forward as it counter the beam and slam into Ren and Peckmon. They were crush into the ring outer wall and out of bounds. The walls crumbles as Ren fell onto the ground with Falcomon at his side. "And it over the winner is Karen." Milton said. " No Ren!" Nora shout in worry. " Man that guy show no mercy." Jaune said. "Indeed facing him will not be easy." At least Ren crest was taken before this." I said. " Come on kids let hurry to your dad." Nora said as she and the children ran out. 'We should as well."" I said as we head off to check on our friends. Luke pov: Hm the last match was certainly something. Ren shadow powers and his partner were interesting but Karen had the advantage with his many abilities at his disposal. "Jeez that Karen guy is insane. So are everyone else here." Han said as he shrug his shoulders. " I know, the people here and the powers they have are something else." Leia said. "True, the Tamers are as skill as the stories made them out to be." I said. " Should have seen them help me fight Vader." Galen said. " Those kids are certainly impressive. It a good thing they are on our side. We own them for all the help they gave us." Juno said. I nod. " I know, let us watch the next match. Vader is fighting again." I said. " He up against that Mew thing right. Doubt that cat can beat him." Han said. Chewbacca let out a roar. "He got a point Han, Mew was able to change her form during her match in the last round, She isn't to be estimate." I said. " Well were about to see about that here they comes." Han said as we look to the ring. We saw Darth Vader walking in as Mew appear in a flash. "Alright it time for the next match everyone. We have the dark lord of the sith Darth Vader vs the legendary Pokemon Mew. " Milton said. "You dark challenge me creature." Vader said. Mew only giggles as she twirl in the air. "Ok look like both fighters are set. Let change the field. " Milton said as the ring changes as they were on a floating island with a temple in the distance as there was a large green gem on it. " And it angel island. Alright let get to the action. Smashers clash!' Meyer shout as the match soon begin.

Darth Vader vs Mew

Vader made the first move as he thrust his hand forward as he send the force at Mew. Mew flew around to avoid Vader attack to get close. She soon glows and turn into a brown and red mole with metal claws and one on her head. "And Mew have turn into Exadrill." Milton said. Mew claws glows as she swipe them at Vader. Vader use his light saber to parry off Mew attacks. Mew curl up to slam into the ground to get underground. The ground under Vader started to crack as something burst out causing Vader to get knock back. New was now a tall lizard like creature with grey and blue skin that stood on two legs. " Incredible Mew transforms into Rampardos!" Meyer shout. Vader got up. " Annoying beast." He said as he throw his light saber at New./ Mew head turn to metal to deflect the saber and charges at Vader. Vader use the force to jump and get clear of the pokemon charge.

He then use it to pick up a few rocks and throw them at Mew. Mew glows and turn into a tall yellow and black dragon with red blades on the side of his head. "Haxorus!" She shout6 as she swung her blades to shatter the rocks. "Damn this thing sure can fight." Han said in awe of Mew powers. "She is certainly impressive if she can push my former master like this." Asoka said. We watch Mew open her mouth as she shot a blast of blue fire at Vader. He use the force to hold the flames back as he pushes through them. He pushes them back at Mew as she move back. Mew changes forms as she was now a green and white humanoid creature with a red spike on her chest a blue on her arm and blade like arms. " Mew now become Gallede will she be able to cut Vader down?" Meyer ask. New arms glows as she swung them to shoot energy blades at him. Vader swung his light saber to knock the attacks away as Mew jump at him and swung at the sith., Vader look to have enough as he use the force to choke Mew and lifted her up into the air. "I had enough of you." He said as he started to slam Mew into the ground a few time as she return to her true form. He soon use the force to blast her out of the ring to end the match. "And it over the winner by ring out is Darth Vader." Meyer said. " Man cruel as ever." Galen said with a sigh. "No my father redeem himself in the end when he save me from the emperor. Something about this isn't right." I said worry. " Agreed, for now we should remain focus on the tournament." Asoka said. " Right let hope the next match goes our way." Han said as we waited for the next match to start. Father just what is going on with you?
