Chapter 1 Next King of Games

Its was a peaceful day in Domino City.

Most people were either going to work or dueling for a living.

Today however was a special day.

Today was the academy entrance exams to enter Duel Academy island.

And right now one person in particular was rushing off like hell.

"FUCK! I set my alarm and the damn thing lost all power last night!"

This person was known as Sean Ashburn Kruger from Greece who was here to enter the academy. He was dressed in blue jeans, Black shoes and a grey hoodie with the hood covering the top half of his face.

As he was running however he looked up and saw he was about to run into someone.

"LOOK OUT!" Sean yelled as he crashed down. "Whoops. Sorry about that." Sean said before seeing his cards on the ground before picking them up.

"Your a duelist, aren't you?"

"Yeah. All the way from Greece. I'm here for the academy entrance exam." Sean said making him chuckle.

"Your not the first one I've run into going there." He said reaching behind him.

"Yup." Sean said grinning before seeing who he was. "Hold up. Aren't you..." Sean tried to say before.

"Why don't you take these two. Something tells me you might be suited to use them."

Sean took them before he walked off.

"Uh thanks. I..." Sean tried to say before noticing what they were and widened his eyes. "Hey wait a minute! These are..." Sean tried to say before noticing he was already gone. "Damn." Sean said looking at them. "AH! What am I doing! I'm gonna be late!" Sean yelled running off again.

Later

Sean sighed as he arrived inside the building.

"Finally I made it in time." Sean said.

"Hi there."

Sean turned seeing one of the applicants.

"Hey." Sean said. "Names Sean." Sean said.

"Jaden. So your here for the entrance exam?" Jaden asked.

"Yeah. I almost blew it big time. Why did they have to place it so far away from my hotel?" Sean asked exhausted making him laugh.

Thats when Sean was called down to duel for both himself and Jaden.

"Eh? Why am I dueling for you? Did you do something?" Sean asked Jaden.

"I uh was kinda late." Jaden said.

"So was I but I don't see why they aren't kicking us both out. Whatever." Sean said jumping down.

Thats when a man known as Doctor Crowler came in.

"Allow me to introduce myself. A am Doctor Crowler. I will be dueling you." Crowler said.

"Whatever." Sean said making his eyes twitch.

"Hold on." Crowler said looking through some list. "Sean Ashburn Kruger. According to your file you already went through the prep school with top grades. Now why would you want to go through the entrance exam?" Crowler asked as everyone else is confused.

"Uh because doing it the other way is kinda pointless. Anyone can go through prep school with flying colors. But in the end its skill in dueling that counts." Sean said.

Up above them was a woman around Sean's age with white skin long blonde hair and brown eyes grinning.

"What do you know. He's actually got a good point." Alexis said before looking at Zane a third year.

"Maybe. But let's see if it comes to bite him for this." Zane said.

"Fine whatever you say. But don't go crying to mommy and Daddy when you lose." Crowler said mockingly.

"You wanna fucking say that to my face you prick?" Sean asked shocking him and the others. "If you've seen my file you would know My parents are dead. Have been for 10 years." Sean said making him look nervous seeing many glaring at him for that.

"Ouch. Guess thats a sore subject." Alexis said.

"Not that I blame him." Zane said.

"Fine whatever. Lets just get this over with." Crowler said.

"Whatever fuckface." Sean said making him growl.

Sean's life points 4,000

Crowler's Life Points 4,000

"I'll start things off since you pissed me the fuck off." Sean said making him scoff. "I place one monster face down and two cards on the field and thats it." Sean said.

"Thats all? I expected better. My move." Crowler said drawing a card. I play confiscation which allows me to..." Crowler tried to say.

"Do ever shut up?" Sean asked making him growl. "I know what it means. Now you can look at my hand and choose which card to discard. I ain't no rookie. I know how the game works. And you have to give up a thousand life points." Sean said.

'Hmph. Little brat. I'll make sure he gives me respect when this is over.' Crowler said.

"Fine lets see them." Crowler said as his hand was shown before he looked at one card in particular. "My, My. Seems you have one of the three ways to end a duel. Destiny board." Crowler said before sending it to the grave yard.

"Most people prefer Exodia. I prefer all cards." Sean said.

"So I see. Now I play two cards face down and then I play Heavy storm." Crowler said before Sean's two face down cards were destroyed as were Crowler's.

"You wouldn't place those down and then destroy them unless there was a strategy involved." Sean said.

"Very true. I'm actually impressed." Sean said before two golden monsters appeared.

'Hmm. Statue of the Wicked. When that card is destroyed it leaves a token behind. He had two so he got two Tokens. One reason for that.' Sean thought.

"I sacrifice my two tokens to summon Ancient Gear Golem." Crowler said playing his most powerful monster card.

Ancient Gear Golem

Attack 3,000

Defense 3,000

"Ok I'm impressed. Thats a rather rare card." Sean said crossing his arms.

"And now attack his face down monster. It's all over for you brat." Crowler said as his golem attacked.

But the monster face down was a Cyber Jar.

"WAIT TIME OUT!" Crowler yelled in alarm as both monsters were destroyed instantly.

"Fun fact. Most Monsters that are face down usually have an ability that happens when their filliped like mine was." Sean said drawing five cards and placed two cards on the field while Crowler drew five cards and frowned seeing they wouldn't help him at all.

"Fine so your little Jar monster helped you. But don't think that means you've won already." Crowler said.

"I already have. By sacrificing my two monsters I can play a one of a kind monster Pegasus made 10 years ago for my family. I sacrifice both my monsters to summon the Legendary Assassin of Order." Sean said before a monster in robes appeared. (All Greek Monsters don't exist but you'd wish they did with the abilities they have)

Assassin of Order

Attack 3,000

Defense 2,500

"Oh no!" Crowler yelled in alarm.

"Go! Brutal slash!" Sean yelled as his Assassin jumped in the air before a blade came out of his robes and struck him in the chest making Crowler scream in fear as his life points went down to zero making the crowd cheer at such an easy victory.

"HA! What do you know! I beat you in less than 5 moves. Maybe your title is just for show." Sean said making Crowler growl enraged. "And as promised both me and Jaden pass." Sean said making him sigh.

"Yes, I'll keep my word." Crowler said walking away clearly humiliated.

Alex smiled at him from above seeing how he won so easily.

"That guy's got a future here. And maybe you've found a rival Zane." Alexis said making him smirk.

"We'll see about that." Zane said walking away.

Sean grinned as he looked at his Assassin of Order.

"Welp. From here on out...Its gonna be an amazing adventure." Sean said.

"All right!" Jaden cheered as did everyone making Sean smile.

Authors Note. And with that Greek Duelist remastered is up and running. I know the first chapter is kinda short but Crowler is easy to beat and not worth writing much on the first duel. Next chapter will be longer and more detailed. Now like before this is gonna be a harem so heres the list.
