Well, as I warned in the summary, Naruko is a Saiyan (and a very powerful one). And for this reason her personality will have a big change or maybe not so much, that will depend on the reader's point of view.
The reason why Naruko is in this world?
That is an interesting question, which will be answered in due time as the story progresses. But many may not like the answer and others may like it, I just hope it will be to your liking when the time comes.
Will Naruko keep her Chakra?
Yes, she can use Chakra because after all she is a reincarnate, and possibly some may not like it and some may like it. But unfortunately Kurama will not be with her, later I will make a special explaining more. I'm also aware that Naruko won't have any enemies to match her because after all it's a universe where powers don't exist, but that can make it interesting and fun.
Although she will also have a couple of secrets regarding Jutsus or extra abilities related to her Chakra, but they will be revealed as the story progresses.
Who are Naruko's parents?
That's another interesting question that will also be answered in due time. But it's clear that it won't be Minato and Kushina xD.
Will there be pairing or reverse harem?
That question... it's complicated to answer, possibly it will be a Naruko x Sajo, but if I were to answer this question for sure I would end up ruining an important part of the plot. I'll just say that many men (and several women) will have a lot of interest in our beloved protagonist, without a doubt, it will be interesting and funny situations.
