Following her Prom Massacre, where she killed all her tormentors, then her mother, then hoping to end her life or torment and pain, by causing her home to come crashing down her, Carrie White is presumed dead by most of Chamberlain's remaining and surviving residence, including Sue Snell and Rita Desjardin, who are grieving for her death…
Little did anyone know Carrie had survived, and was in a coma, but was transported to Arkham Asylum in Gotham City. 6 year later, in 2019, Carrie awakens from her coma, in the medical ward of Arkham, where she discovers she wasn't just being treated for her wounds, but she had also been subjected to special Blood Transfusion experiments while she was comatose, giving her new powers and abilities over Blood …
Upon learning what had happened between the Black Prom Massacre and now, Carrie believes she won't ever get out of Arkham, for all those she had killed, and stays devoid of all the staff and inmates within the asylum, staying away from everyone, not saying a word to anyone… Until one day while sitting in her cell, mourning all those she killed, Carrie is approached by 2 female inmates, both wearing the Arkham Inmate Uniform, but both with unusually coloured skins, one coloured with Pale white skin, wearing a court jester mask (Harley Quinn), the other with green skin, and long unnaturally coloured red hair (Poison Ivy). Carrie assumes they're here to mock or hurt her, just like her late tormentors… but that doesn't turn out to be case…
