CARRIE (2013)/TRANSFORMERS (2007) Prompt 1:
(CARRIE: More than Meets the Eye)
Having passed her Theory & Driving Tests, Carrie White has been given reluctant permission from her mother to get a car… At a used car sale, none of the cars stand out to Carrie's or even Margaret's liking… until Carrie comes across an old 1977 Chevrolet Camaro, painted yellow with black racing stripes, which stands out to her, but not Margaret, Carrie feels a strange unknown presence from the car aswell.
Inside the Camaro, Carrie sees a strange symbol or logo printed on the steering wheel, but then the car radio turns on by itself, Carrie first assumes there's faults in the Car's radio, but notices the radio, saying clips of different radio channels & songs, sounds like it's trying to speak to her… like as if the car itself was alive… Despite this somewhat creepy behavior of the Car, Carrie & Margaret purchase it, and take it back home…
One night, Carrie awakens and hears her car radio playing again, she quietly goes out to turn off the radio without waking her mother, and any neighbors, but while in the car, the door shuts and locks her inside, before driving off, Carrie panics and tries to get out, but nothing works… While driving, the car beams a scanning beam while driving past a Chevy Camaro Zl1 Model, causing it to transform into the same model, but with the same black and yellow paintjob. Carrie is really worried now, thinking what her mama would think she had done to see the car in a new model…
Eventually the Car pulls over and lets Carrie out, before transforming again, this time into a giant Robot, Carrie is terrified, but the robot calms her down, using his radio talk, introducing himself as: Bumblebee.
