From Learning the similarities in one another's dysfunctional families, as well as their upbringings, that she shares with Harley Quinn & Poison Ivy, as well as that Ivy is her gym Teacher: Rita Desjardin's cousin, Carrie White feels some form of comfort as she realizes that she's not the only person in the world, who had a bad school life, as well as an equally bad family life, but also feels her guilt welling up again, thinking what her former gym teacher, as well as all those who survived her prom massacre are thinking of her, 6 years on from the tragedy…
As Harley breaks up and confronts the Joker, as well as builds a crew of villains of her own, including, Frank, Dr Psycho, Clayface, King Shark, Sy Borgman, in attempts to prove to Joker that she can become part of the Legion of Doom, Harley intends on recruiting Carrie, who is reluctant, not wanting to cause anymore trouble, which Ivy agrees with Carrie… Until Carrie finds research on the news regarding her escape, and the internet about what happened between her prom massacre and now… what she discovers, is shocking: Carrie discovers that everyone believed she had died when her house collapsed, but her survival was covered up, leaving some grieving for her… but everyone else was glad she was dead, including the families of her dead classmates…
The research sends Carrie into another stage of humiliation and revenge… Carrie accepts to join Harley's crew, while both discovering what she can truly do with her new blood powered upgrades, as well as design a mantle for the new her, to let the world know the truth about her survival, and the truth of her tragic past, leading up to her causing the 'Black Prom Massacre'… Carrie discovers that other than her current telekinetic powers, she generate and manipulate her own blood cells into any form of weapon she can think of, as well as the abilities to extract the blood and even powers and abilities of those who's blood and strength she gains… built on these new abilities, as well as her tragic and dark past, she creates and dons a new prom themed attire, but with new additions, accessories and upgrades, taking on the name: WHITEBLOOD.
