In the iceberg zone Dennis was on a building roof waiting for someone. As he was waiting a bright flash appeared as Yuri who he was waiting for appeared with his usual look as Dennis spoke.
"Glad you could make it, Yuri." Dennis said.
"Where's the target?" Yuri said getting to the point.
"She's right over whoopsie." Dennis said.
Dennis saw Zuzu being surrounded by Obelisk. Yuri walked over to where Dennis was and saw the same thing but was irritated at what he saw.
"What gives? The professor gave me this job on finding the look-alikes." Yuri said.
"She and Celina did a bit of a switcheroo with their clothes." Dennis said as Yuri just got a deadpan look.
"Seriously?" Yuri asked.
"Yup seriously." Dennis said as Yuri facepalm himself.
"Just how stupid are they? I mean sure they look alike but they have different eyes and hair color. Only someone like that deserter Jaden would be fooled by something like this." Yuri said.
Dennis just shrugged as he also didn't know how the Obelisk force was fooled so easily. Yuri was about to jump in but remembered that he had something for Dennis.
"Before I forget here's a letter from Serena." Yuri said as he took out a letter which Dennis happily took.
"A letter from my sweet little sister!" Dennis said in excitement.
"Still can't believe that you are related to the love of my life." Yuri said as he rolled his eyes.
"Believe it and now let's see what my dear sister has to say she probably just misses me." Dennis said as he opened the letter that said.
"Dear Dennis, please don't cause trouble for Yuri love your sister Serena." Serena echo said.
Dennis then got on his hands and knees while saying what happened to their sibling bond As Yuri jumped from the roof so he could get started with capturing Zuzu.
(Ruin zone)
With are heroes Atem who changed back into Yugi lead them to a rest area for competitors, apparently tournaments like this have those for when it is a battle royal. They were now sitting at a table and eating ramen with Celina really enjoying it as Astral was outside keeping watch.
"This is so good! Hey Ash sweetie can I try some of yours?" Celina asked her boyfriend.
"Sure, but it is spicy." Ash said as he fed Celina.
"This is tasty too!" Celina said as Lulu wanted a turn being fed by Ash.
"Me to Satoshi." Lulu said.
"But you hate spicy food." Ash said knowing that Lulu hated spicy stuff since she was a kid.
"I've grown since then." Lulu said.
"Ok then but call me Ash from now on ok." Ash said.
"Sure, thing boyfriend." Lulu said.
Ash then fed Lulu the spicy ramen. At first everything seemed fine but just then Lulu's face started to turn red with tiers coming from her eyes. Lulu tried to act like she was fine, but the spiciness was too much.
"Aaahhh!" Lulu screamed as she grabbed some milk and started to chug it.
Everyone tried not to laugh once Lulu finished the milk as they went back to eating. Once done Yugi decided to ask Celina if she knew anything about Nightshroud.
"Hey Celina, can I ask you something?" Yugi said.
"Sure, what is it?" Celina asked.
"When you were at Duel academy, have you ever met or heard of a duelist named Nightshroud? Yugi asked as Celina nodded.
"Yes, he is one of the elites of duel academy." Celina said, getting Yugi to smile.
"Do you know where he is now?" Yugi said.
"No sorry." Celina said before Yugi could ask more Ash spoke.
"Who is this Nightshroud person and these elites of duel academy?" Ash asked.
"The elites are the strongest out of all soldiers at duel academy and Nightshroud is one of the top 3." Celina said.
"Top 3?" Lulu asked.
"The top 3 are the ones with the most power but I guess it's just Nightshroud now since Zane is on our side now and Jaden deserted." Celina said.
"Ok then now that we know who the elites are, the question is why are you looking for this Nightshroud person Yugi?" Ash asked as Yugi put his head down with a serious face.
"He turned 3 of my best friends into cards." Yugi said
Ash, Celina and Lulu got sad looks on their faces at what Yugi told them. The room fell silent for a while until Ash's duel disk got a call. Ash answered it was Yuya on the other side and in a panic.
"Ash there are these strangely dressed duelists attacking everyone and turning anyone who loses to them into cards, and I can't reach Zuzu!" Yuya said in a panic tone.
"Yuya calm down I already know about them and as for Zuzu well that's complicated right now." Ash said trying to calm his friend, but it had the opposite effect.
"What's complicated? Do you know where Zuzu is?" Yuya shouted as Celina answered.
" She's in the Iceberg zone distracting the Obelisk force from finding me." Celina said as Yuya's eyes widened.
"They are after you and you just let her do it!" Yuya said as he hung up.
"Yuya! Dam it." Ash said as he got up and went outside.
Once out he put on his duel disk and took out his Dusk wyvern card and placed it on his duel blade. As it appeared Ash got on and was ready to go until Lulu came out.
"Wait Ash I'll go with you." Lulu said but Ash shook his head no.
"No, it will be quicker if I go alone." Ash said.
"But." Lulu said as Astral spoke.
"Don't worry I'll go with him." Astral said.
As much as Lulu wanted to go with her boyfriend but was relieved that Astral was going with him. She also knew that without a duel disk she would not be much help. Dusk wyvern then took off to the iceberg zone while Lulu rejoined the others.
(Iceberg Zone)
In the iceberg zone Zane was sent there by Declan to suppress the Obelisk force from causing any more trouble. Zane was just about to finish off 3 Obelisk soldiers with his Cyber dragons.
"Now my dragons finish them off!" Zane shouted as his dragons attacked.
"Aaaahhhh!" The obelisk soldiers screamed as their life points hit zero.
Once his dragon's disappeared Zane was about to leave but one of the Obelisk force soldiers spoke.
"Why?" Obelisk soldier1 asked as Zane turned his head.
"Why what?" Zane said.
"Why betray duel academy and the professor's dream of a utopia?" Obelisk soldier1 asked.
"Because a friend showed me the truth of what's going on and told me something that I will never forget." Zane said.
"And what's that?" Obelisk soldier1 asked.
"That a utopia built on the suffering of others is no utopia at all!" Zane said with conviction.
"Your friend is a fool." Obelisk soldier1 said as he and the others returned to duel academy.
As the enemy disappeared Zane then went on searching the iceberg zone for more obelisk force goons. Elsewhere in the iceberg zone Yuya and Gong have just arrived while just missing Zuzu who thanks to her bracelet teleported away with Yugo.
"Zuzu, where are you? Zuzu!" Yuya shouted.
"Yuya calm down, we will find her." Gong said, trying to calm his friend down.
"How can I calm down! These goons are looking for Zuzu thinking she is Celina. Why did Ash let her do it?" Yuya said.
"You know Zuzu there was probably no way that Ash could talk her out of it." Gong said.
"Or maybe he didn't try hard enough." Yuya said still a little mad at Ash.
Gong tried to explain to Yuya that Ash probably tried his best but Yuya was too upset and focused on finding Zuzu to listen. As they search Yuya notices someone and hurries over thinking that it was Zuzu.
"Zuzu!" Yuya shouted hoping that it was his girlfriend but instead of her it was Zane.
"Who?" Zane asked as he turned to face Yuya.
"Sorry I thought…" Yuya started but stopped once he noticed Zane's duel disk as Gong came running.
"Yuya what…wait that duel disk?!" Gong said as he also noticed Zane's duel disk.
"It's the same as those at the ruin zone! So you're with them aren't you?!" Yuya shouted as he pointed at Zane.
"I can see why you think that but I'm not." Zane said but Yuya didn't believe him.
"I'm not going to be tricked, now tell me where Zuzu is?!" Yuya shouted.
"I don't know where or who Zuzu is." Zane said.
"You're lying and if you won't tell me then I'll just have to beat you in a duel." Yuya said as he activated his duel disk.
"Guess I have no choice." Zane said
"DUEL!" Yuya and Zane shouted.

"I'll go first and to start I will set the pendulum scale with scale 8 Performapal Odd-eyes unicorn and scale 3 Performapal Odd-eyes Phoenix!" Yuya said as he set the cards at the edges of his duel blade.
"I can now summon monsters between 4 thought 7 at the same time. Now swing far pendulum carve the arc of victory! My monsters are ready to swing into action!" He chanted as a portal opened and a single light came out.
"Emerge from the shadows Odd-eyes Phantom dragon!" As an Odd-eyes Pendulum but with white armor appeared.

"I'll end my turn with that." Yuya said. (Hand:2)
"My turn I draw." Zane said. (Hand:6)
"I play the spell Heavy storm with this all spell and trap cards out on both fields are destroyed!" As a giant storm destroyed Yuya's pendulum cards.
"Since my Unicorn and Phoenix are pendulum cards they go to my extra deck. Bet you didn't know that." Yuya said but Zane was not surprised.
"You're not the first duelist I face that could pendulum summon." Zane said, surprising Yuya.
"You duel someone that could pendulum summon?!" Yuya said in shock.
"Of course." Zane said.
"But the only ones beside me that can pendulum summon are Declan and Ash? So who did you face?" Yuya asked but Zane just continued his turn.
"If you have more monsters on the field then I can special summon my Cyber dragon and I'll follow that up with my Exploder dragon!" Zane said as two dragons appeared on his field.

"Now Exploder dragon attack his odd-eyes!" He ordered getting Yuya and Gong a shock look.
"But Yuya's Odd-eyes has more attack points?" Gong said as Zane smirked.
"Because of my dragon effect." Zane said.
"What effect?" Yuya asked.
"When my dragon does battle I take no damage and sure my dragon is still destroyed but so is yours!" Zane said.
"What?!" Yuya said.
Both dragons clashed and created a big dust cloud. The dust cloud settled and revealed both dragons gone. Yuya was shocked at the fact that his Phantom dragon was gone just like that.
"No my odd-eyes." Yuya said.
"Now my Cyber dragon attack!" Zane said as his dragon fired a blue energy attack.

"When I take damage, I can activate Mr. mime: The psychic mime from my hand!" Yuya said as he took a card from his hand.
(Mr. mime: The Psychic Mime: Attribute light: Type Psychic: Level4: ATK/1000: DEF/2000: Effect: When you take damage, special summon this card then special summon one Mr. mime: The ice mime from the deck.)
"And when I summon him I can summon a Mr. mime: The ice mime from my deck." Yuya said as a card popped out from his deck, he then grabbed it and placed it on his duel disk and appearing was a monster that looked like galarian .
(Mr. mime: The Ice Mime: Attribute water: Type: Aqua: Level4: ATK/1100: DEF/2100: Effect: This card can only be summoned by the effect of Mr. mime: The Psychic on the field your opponent can only attack this card.)
"Not bad I set two cards and end my turn." Zane said. (Hand:1)
Elsewhere Ash was flying on the back of dusk wyvern with Astral floating beside them and was helping with looking for Yuya. As they search dusk wyvern decided to ask his master something.
"Master, may I ask you something?" Dusk wyvern asked.
"What is it?" Ash said.
"Well, it's about Celina and Lulu." Dusk wyvern said.
"What about them?" Ash asked wondering what his monster was asking.
"Well which one do you plan to marry first?" Dusk wyvern asked as Ash blushed.
"Why would you ask me something like that?!" Ash shouted as Astral commented.
"I agree when it's obvious that it will be Celina." Astral said as Dusk wyvern commented back.
"Are you kidding, it should be Lady Lulu." Dusk wyvern said but Astral countered with his logic.
"Ash and Celina have been dating longer so logically it has to be Celina." Astral said.
"By that logic, the master and Lady Lulu have known each other since childhood so she should marry the master first!" Dusk wyvern said.
Astral and Dusk wyvern went back and forth about who Ash should marry for a while until Ash had enough and shouted.
"Enough, my love life does not matter right now." Ash said as Astral and dusk wyvern stopped.
They went back to looking for Yuya until Astral noticed Zane was dueling and that his opponent was the person they were looking for.
"Ash Zane's dueling." Astral said.
"Who's his opponent?" Ash asked.
"It's Yuya." Astral said.
What Astral said surprised him as he then ordered Dusk wyvern to land not too close but close enough that he could walk to that was done Ash made his way to the group where Gong noticed him.
"Ash you're here!" Gong said as Yuya and Zane noticed him as well.
"Hey. Yuya I don't know what's going on but Zane is not with the enemy." Ash said.
" How do you know and more importantly how do you know who he is?" Yuya asked as Ash got a nervous look on his face.
"It's because he's my friend and has helped me more times than I can count." Ash said.
Yuya and Gong were at a loss at what Ash had just told them with Yuya getting upset with his friend.
"Wait, you knew all about him?!" Yuya shouted.
"Yes." Ash said.
"What else have you been hiding from us, are you really Shay's brother?!" Yuya said.
"Yes I am." Ash said as he held his head down.
Yuya stood quiet from what Ash just said as Gong was worried about his best friend.
"Yuya?" Gong asked as Yuya started to shout.
"All this time you've been lying to us!" Yuya shouted.
"Wait Yuya it's not like that…" Ash started but was stopped by Yuya.
"Stop, I don't want to hear it! Once this duel is over we are going separate ways. My turn I draw!" Yuya said. (Hand:2)
"I build the overlay network with both my Lv4 Mimes!" As both turned into energy and went into a black portal.
"Cloaked in shadows and relentless in its objective, I call upon the most dangerous of dragons. I xyz summon rank4 Dark rebellion xyz dragon!" As Yuto's ace monster appeared on Yuya's field.

Ash was not surprised that Yuya summoned dark rebellion since he used it in his duel with was still wondering what happened to his best friend Yuto.
"So, you think that this dragon will beat me?" Zane said.
"I don't think I know. See I buy using an overlay unit I can cut half of your dragon attack points and then add them to my xyz dragon until the end of my turn!" Yuya said as a unit disappeared, and Dark rebellion wings opened up and shot lightning at Cyber dragon.

"Not bad." Zane said.
"Now Dark rebellion attack roaring mandible charge!" Yuya shouted.
Dark rebellion took off and headed straight for Cyber dragon and looked like it was going to destroy it, but Zane had a plan.
"I play the trap Negate attack with this it puts a stop to your dragon." Zane said as a small tornado stopped Dark rebellion.
"I set a card and end my turn." Yuya said. (Hand:1)

"My turn I draw!" Zane said as looked at his hand then at Yuya. (Hand:2)

"Don't get me wrong, you have a right to be angry. But you have no idea what Satoshi has been through!" Zane said.
"I heard all about it so I do know." Yuya said.
"Not all of it. I set one part of the pendulum scale with scale6 Cyber fusion bot!" Zane said as he placed a card on the right edge of his dual blade.
Appearing in the sky was a purple and silver robot with one eye in the middle with the number six under it. Gong and Ash were surprised that Zane played a pendulum monster.

"Declan must've given Zane some pendulum cards before duel academy invaded." Ash thought as Zane continued his turn.
"I'll now play cards of demise! This spell lets me draw 5 cards, but I'll lose them in 5 turns." Zane said as he drew 5 cards.
"Now I will complete my pendulum scale with my scale4 Cyber satellite wyvern!" As a silver machine wyvern with satellite panels wings appeared in the sky with the number 4 under it.

"I can now summon multiple Level5 monsters at the same time. Now my cyber army come forth!" As a portal opens up in the sky with 4 lights coming out.
"Roar my 2 Cyber dragons and destroy anything in your path Cyber ogres!" As Zane's remaining cyber dragon appeared along two metal ogres.

Ash,Yuya,Gong and Astral were in shock at Zane's pendulum then figured out Zane's plan.
"Zane is planning to end this duel right now." Ash said as Gong looked at him.
"How? Unless he's planning a fusion summon but his hand is empty." Gong said.
"Just watch." Ash said as Zane made his move.
"Now I activate my Fusion bot pendulum effect! I can return monsters with Cyber in their names to my deck to fusion summon! So I return my 3 cyber dragons!" Zane said as his 3 dragons disappeared into a portal.
"Here it comes." Ash said.
"Here what comes?" Gong asked.
"Now my dragons combine into your perfect evolution I fusion summon Cyber end Dragon!" Zane shouted as his Cyber end dragon appeared behind him.

Yuya and Gong just stared at Zane's dragon with Gong being impressed while Yuya was terrified.
"That dragon is so powerful." Yuya said but what Zane did next shocked him and Gong.
"I now build the overlay network with my 2 Cyber Ogre's!" Zane said as his Oger's turned into energy and then went into a portal.
"Get ready because this dragon has the power of a supernova! I XYZ summon Rank5 Cyber nova dragon!" As Cyber nova dragon appeared.
Cyber Nova Dragon R5 Unit2: (ATK/2100)
"You can Xyz summon?!" Yuya said.
"I can do more than that! I rebuild the overlay network with my nova dragon!" Zane said as the Cyber nova dragon turned into energy and went into the same portal.
"Through countless battles my dragon gets to the point that its power reaches infinite! Go rank up xyz change roar Rank6 Cyber dragon Infinity!" As a power up Cyber nova dragon appeared.

"All that for a monster with the same attack points?" Yuya said but Zane just smirked.
"For now." Zane said.
"What do you mean?" Yuya asked.
"You see, for every overlay unit that my dragon has it gains 200 attack points!" Zane said.

"Battle go Cyber end dragon take out his dark rebellion Xyz dragon!" As Cyber end dragon attack dark rebellion and destroys it.

"Now Cyber dragon Infinity finish him!" Zane ordered.
As Zane's dragon prepared his attack Yuya started to look for an action card. He saw one at the edge as he slid to the action card and played it.
"I play the action card blizzard with this your dragon's attack is put on ice." Yuya said as a blizzard came out of the card.
"I end my turn." Zane said. (Hand:0)
"My turn I draw!" Yuya said. (Hand:2)
" I play the spell Pendulum Halt! If I have 3 or more pendulum monsters in my extra deck I can then draw 2 cards!" As Yuya drew the cards from his deck.
"What are you planning?" Zane thought as Yuya took two cards from his hand.
"I set the pendulum scale once again with scale8 Xiangsheng magician and scale3 Xiangke magician!" Yuya said as he placed the cards at the edges of his duel blade.
"I can now summon monsters between 4 to 7 at the same time! Swing far pendulum carve the arc of victory! My monsters are ready to swing into action!" A portal opened up and as Two lights came out.
"Welcome back Odd-eyes Phantom dragon! Rise from the Ashes Performapal Odd-eyes Phoenix!" Yuya said as his dragon and Phoenix appeared.

As Yuya's monsters appeared with Ash, Astral and Gong curious on what he planned on doing with those monsters.
"I wonder what Yuya has planned?" Gong said as Astral spoke to Ash.
"I agree with your friend unless Yuya has a card in his hand to take down Zanes Cyber end dragon and Infinity he will need a miracle." Astral said.
"We will just have to keep watching and find out." Ash said as Gong looked at him.
"Are you talking to me?" Gong asked as he could not see Astral.
"Now I play the trap card XYZ reborn! With this I can bring back my Rebellion dragon." Yuya said as Dark rebellion came back.
Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon R4 Unit1: (ATK/2500)
"So you brought back your dragon, what's your plan now? Zane said but all of a sudden Yuya was surrounded by a dark Aura with his eye glowing red.
"I now use Xiangke pendulum. I can change my xyz monster rank to a Level." Yuya said.

"Next up is my Xiangsheng Pendulum effect. I can change my now Lv4 Dark rebellion to the same level as my Phantom dragon!" As Xiangsheng fired an arrow.

"Now Yuya has 2 Level7 monsters!" Gong said.
"I now build the overlay network with my Lv7 Dark Rebellion Xyz dragon and my Lv7 Odd-eyes phantom dragon!" Yuya shouted as odd-eyes and Dark rebellion turned into energy and then went into a portal.
'Emerge from the fires of calamity Odd-eyes Raging dragon!" As Odd-eyes Raging dragon appeared.

"That's some dragon." Zane said.
"I'm not done, I play the spell Performapal barrier!" Yuya said.
(Performal Barrier: Type: Normal spell: Effect: Send one performapal from the hand or field and monsters on your side can not have their effects netgated.)
"By tributing my Phoenix my Odd-eyes is safe from getting his effect negated!" As Yuya's Phoenix disappeared.
"That's a smart move." Ash said as Gong was curious at what he meant.
"What do you mean?" Gong asked.
"Zane's Cyber infinity dragon can negate an opponent's card effect by removing an overlay but thanks to Yuya's spell it just put a major stop to that." Ash explained as Yuya continued.
"Now I activate my Odd-eyes Raging dragon effect! If an Xyz monster was used to summon it I can now remove one overlay unit and destroy all cards on your field and have it attack a second time!" Yuya said as a unit went into Odd-eyes.
Odd-eyes Raging dragon wings started to glow and unleash a wave of electricity destroying the ice around Zane as well his monsters and set card and pendulum cards.
"Not bad what else you got?" Zane asked not feeling worried.
"Now my Raging dragon gains 200 attack points for each card destroyed. Five were destroyed so my dragon gained 1000 points!" Yuya said as Odd-eyes Raging dragon got stronger.

"Now my dragon take him out!" Yuya ordered.
Odd-eyes charged at Zane but the fusion duelist wasn't worried when it looked like it was about to hit him. Zane suddenly played an Action card.
"I play the action card Icicle crash! Thanks to this, your dragon's attack points hit zero until the end of the turn." Zane said as giant icicles fell from the sky and completely froze Odd-eyes Raging dragon.

"I end my turn." Yuya said. (hand:0)

"My turn I draw!" Zane said. (Hand:1)
"I play the spell Grave Bond! With this I can bring back my Cyber end dragon with its attack points doubled but at the end I take damage equal to the amount that it gained." As his dragon came back.
Cyber End Dragon Lv10: (ATK/4000=8000)
"Now Cyber End Dragon end this!" Zane ordered.
Cyber end dragon fired its attack at Odd-eyes Raging dragon destroying it and reducing Yuya's life points to zero and sending the boy looked like Yuya was going to fly off the cliff but thankfully Cyber end dragon was able to catch him with its tail.

Once Cyber end dragon let Yuya go it disappeared as Ash, Astral and Gong ran to their friend. Ash reached out his hand to help him up but the tomato hair boy just swatted it away.
"Don't touch me." Yuya said.
"Yuya please I can explain everything if you let me." Ash said but Yuya was still to upset to listen.
"Explain what that you…" Yuya started but stopped.
"Yuya?" Ash said.
"I gotta find Zuzu." Yuya said as he walked away as Gong came up to Ash.
"Gong I…" Ash started but Gong stopped him.
"Gong knows that you hand your reasons so tell us everything once this is over." Gong said.
Gong then started to follow Yuya so he could help with finding Zuzu. Ash just stood there and watched as Zane came up.
"He just needs time to cool off." Zane said.
"Yeah you're right. By the way, where did you find that action card you did move at all?" Ash asked.
"As you know a duelist must be aware of their surroundings." Zane said.
"That doesn't explain how you got it." Ash said.
"It was frozen in the ice next to me and thanks to Yuya's dragon effect I was able to get it." Zane said as he pointed to the spot he was at.
"Oh." Ash said as Astral came up.
"I think it's time to meet back up with Celina and the others." Astral said.
"Right. Zane, follow me please." Ash said as Zane did what he asked.
As they started walking back to Celina and the others they didn't notice Chazz appearing on a cliff then saw Ash and got a smile on his face.
"There you are shining star hope your ready because the Chazz is…wow!" Chazz said as he slipped and fell off the cliff and landed in some snow.
"Did you hear something?" Ash asked.
"No." Zane said.

Chibi Celina and Chibi Lulu appeared on a stage with a big curtain behind them.
"Hey everyone!" Chibi Lulu said.
"And welcome back to another!" Chibi Celina said.
"Card of the day!" They said together.
"This chapter was interesting." Chibi Lulu said.
"Sure was, I hope Ash and Yuya will be able to talk everything out." Chibi Celina said.
"I'm sure they will but for now." Chibi Lulu said.
"Here's today's card!" They said together.
The giant curtain pulled back and revealed a giant card of Grave Bond.
"Wow, a spell card that's a first." Chibi Celina said.
"And it's a good one two." Chibi Lulu said.
"See you next time." They said together.
