Chapter 16: Ultimate Beatdown

On the 6th floor there was a terrace and a lounge. It was full of young people partying, and also a few guards. Those young people were spoilt children of the rich and famous, totally not threats. But those guards, Class 3-E needed them out of the way.

That's why they sent their girls to deal with the security. Even in a location like this, security guards were lax with young girls. So the ones infiltrating the lounge were the female members of Class E… and Nagisa! The petite bluenette was feminine enough to naturally appear like a girl when in disguise.

When Haruno first saw his friend's disguise… he experienced strange feelings.

Uhh… Nagisa… is this really necessary?" the delinquent shyly asked, looking away. He could not look at him like that.

"Ahhah… The girls kinda talked me into this." Nagisa admitted, sheepishly rubbing the back of his head in embarrassment. "I hope this helps our cause, you know… I don't want to have crossdressed for nothing…"

"Y-yeah, absolutely…" Haruno could not bring himself to compliment the bluenette's looks. It was extremely awkward.

The petite boy then joined the girls. He was timidly trailing behind them, unironically looking like the purest maiden out of them.

This uneasy, weak look turned the head of a boy named Yuuji, who at the same time dismissed the notion of approaching the other girls, because he believed they were airheaded bimbos.

Yuuji was not lucky with normal, much less confident girls, so a shy girl was the best shot for him.

"Hey, where are you guys from?" The rich boy put his hand on Nagisa's shoulder from behind, putting the bluenette in an even more uncomfortable position. "Wanna have a drink with me over there? I have money, so I'll pay for whatever you guys want."

"…" The other girls clearly didn't want to deal with him. Meg pushed the 'girl' forward, telling 'her' to deal with him. "Alright, Nagisa, go keep him company!"

"Eh? Ehh?" Neither was the petite boy ready for this, nor did he agree to it.

"If it's you, you'll be alright by yourself, right? We'll call you when we finish preparing for the plan." Kataoka whispered into his ear as a message of reassurance.

With that, they left him behind with the socially inept boy.

"I see, so your name's Nagisa-chan, huh? I'm Yuuji."

"…" Nagisa wanted to cry. 'Uhh… Why did it turn out like this~?'

XXXXXXXXXX

Reluctantly, the bluenette followed Yuuji to his table, where the latter immediately and cheerfully offered alcohol. "Come on. Drink up, I'm buying. Let's go all out."

"N-no, I can't drink alcohol." the 'girl' timidly refused. 'She' couldn't be drunk during a mission.

He wasn't a bad person per se, so the rich boy didn't force anything.

'Until the girls' team accomplishes its goal, I have to be sure not to act unnaturally.' the petite boy thought, initiating smalltalk between them.

"Yuuji-kun, did you come here with your parents?"

"My parents? No way. My parents don't have that kinda time." the socially inept boy told.

Then he started telling something about his parents. "This is just between you and me, but my old man's a famous chairman on TV. I'm sure you know him too, Nagisa-chan. Because he's a big shot that gets away with everything, he's always grabbing some girl's ass. Last time, he was bragging about about how he had his hands on this one girl's ass for 24 hours straight."

"…" This pretty much explained Nagisa why Yuuji was like he was. "Does your father have a grudge against asses or something?"

The rich boy so proudly told about his famous and rich father on reflex that he forgot he wanted to hit on girls his own way. Realizing his mistake on instinct, the socially inept boy pulled out a pack of joints, putting one into his mouth, trying to appear cool.

"Those… aren't cigarettes, are they?" The bluenette was quite uncomfortable about drugs in general, especially illegal ones.

"Nope. Well, these things are legally banned." Yuuji presented. "I just started. Knowing about this stuff at our age makes you cool."

Honestly believing that, the rich boy was about to light up that dank shit. But the 'girl' took the weed away from him before he lit it up.

This really surprised the socially inept boy. He wasn't mad or anything, just surprised.

Before he could say anything, the 'girl''s fellow girls returned, calling back Nagisa.

"Nagisa!"

Nagisa was relieved about the call. Not that he hated Yuuji, but that boy sure was awkward. "Ah, well, I gotta go! See ya!" The bluenette still kept his manners.

"H-hey, already?!" The rich boy wasn't pleased about that early separation. He was insecure about both women and himself. 'Shit… Are you saying you don't see me as a guy? I'm not letting you get away before I show you how much of a man I am.'

Quickly back on his feet, the socially inept boy followed the Class 3-E students. "H-hey, girls, hold on a sec." Yuuji pleaded for them to wait. "This is a major service. I'll show you my specialty dance."

From an outsider's perspective, the rich boy put up an awkward, embarrassing performance. He was an obvious amateur with very little skill. Though the latter danced very confidently, believing he'd win over the girls' hearts, petite boy's heart in particular.

While dancing, due to both lack of talent and self-awareness, the socially inept boy failed to notice his surroundings, dirtying a muscular pimp-looking man's luxury jacket by knocking his hands against that man's glass of beer, spilling the drink onto said jacket.

"Ah…"

That man didn't react kindly to the unfortunate accident, grabbing Yuuji by the collar. "What the hell, brat? Come here a sec."

"Ah, no, that wasn't on purpose." the rich boy apologized, in trouble.

"This is a million dollar jacket. I need you to pay up! Hey, write down your address!"

Observing the quarrel, Touka had an idea. They really didn't have to involve themselves with this socially inept fool, but she found a way to use this argument to their advantage. Yada whispered something into Okano's ear. "Hinata-chan…"

Hinata prepared the move while those 2 were in the middle of their quarrel.

"Including damages, 3 million. If you pay up, I'll only kill you half way." the pimp-like guy threatened, holding Yuuji by the chin.

For bad situations like these, the rich boy only had one defense mechanism. "Eh, my old man will pay, so just don't hit…"

His old man wasn't needed there. Without the brute noticing, Hinata delivered a high kick to his head, instantly knocking out the much taller and buffer man.

Yuuji couldn't believe his eyes, sweating in awe and dropping his jaw. That just was top-notch athleticism, and the way she took down the bully was incredibly cool as well.

This was what Touka had planned. She went up to the single security guard blocking the door upwards, telling him to deal with the unconscious brute. "Excuse me, employee~. Looks like this person passed out… please carry him out."

The guard complied, not having a reason to refuse. "Y-yes. Did he overdose? Man…"

With that guy out of the way, the girls had fulfilled their mission. Meg went to another door, the one where all the guys were hiding behind. She opened the door, letting everyone inside, only for them to quickly head for the now unguarded stairs.

There was one witness, but the girls decided he was not a threat. "Now, you should get back to the dance floor too! Please, keep this a secret!"

At that moment, the rich boy was only thinking how cool those girls were. How they coolly and professionally handled that scene. They were what he wasn't, it left him speechless.

Nagisa was the last one to leave, stopping next to Yuuji one last time. The bluenette had some things left to say, believing himself that his company with that boy ended too early. "Yeah, it's easy for girls to be cool, but you boys need to try hard to act like it. It sucks, right? Being a guy."

The way that 'girl' brightly smiled with 'her' eyes closed… Yuuji found it so cute, blushing.

"Next time we meet, try to act cool again. But something other than drugs or dancing would be nice." This was the uplifting thing the petite boy wanted to tell. Yuuji shouldn't try to be cool according to other people's ideals, but rather be himself. Nagisa believed the socially inept boy had the potential to get past his state of personality.

"Bye!" That said, the bluenette turned around, following the rest of his class. Soon, he wasn't visible to the uninvolved boy anymore.

"Nagisa-chan…" the boy in love uttered, blushing really hard at his dream 'girl', the 'girl' that changed him from that moment onwards. The socially inept boy would soon become less socially inept, step by step, with the first step being him denouncing drugs.

XXXXXXXXXX

"Haha! You got us in through a dangerous area. Did you have any trouble?" Korosensei asked the girl faction.

"Umm. Not even." The girls were sure about that. Though as for the feminine boy…

"Ahh! Don't take pictures, Karma-kun!" Nagisa comically exclaimed, going deep red from embarrassment. Karma merely laughed. He'd tease everyone, even his closest friends.

Pressured by time and embarrassment alike, the bluenette changed as soon as possible.

"Nagisa-kun, if you want to get rid of it, the better the earlier." the redhead joked, pointing at the petite boy's manhood.

"I'm not getting rid of it!" Nagisa almost cried out, his weak point under attack. "I'm keeping it!"

"You should've just gone on like that." Yuuma joined the teasing. "There are a lot of instances of assassins dressing up as women in history books."

"Not you too, Isogai-kun!"

Karasuma quietly put an end to this. "Can you guys save that for later?" the government agent asked in annoyance, leading the way forward, signalizing the students not to waste time and go on.

'I'm never doing that again.' the bluenette thought, awkwardly trailing behind the rest.

XXXXXXXXXX

Soon after they reached the 7th floor, also the VIP floor. In addition to the hotel's security, VIP guests had their own personal security guards placed on watch. The students hid behind a wall, carefully watching the bulky men and whispering about them.

"They look crazy strong."

"Are they with the guy who's terrorizing us? Or do they work for someone that's completely unrelated?"

"…Either way, it doesn't matter." Haruno said, manifesting [Ougon no tomodachi]. "Just wait a little, I'm gonna take care of them."

The delinquent stepped out of the hiding spot, slowly walking towards the pair of guards. He never looked at them, making them think he was just walking past.

[Ougon no tomodachi] did its work, letting 2 vines sprout from the wall behind the security personnel's heads. Those vines touched their shoulders, making them turn around in alert. Nothing should have touched them.

And just when the guards weren't looking, the Stand punched them both in the head, making them lose consciousness upon impact. Haruno perfectly took down the obstacles.

"Alright, come out."

Responding to his call, Class E gathered around the collapsed security personnel.

"Uhuhu, look at this." the yellow man spoke up with a light chuckle. "Good job, Haruno-kun, but before we go through this door, would you mind searching under their breast pockets?"

"Uh, okay."

His hand reached into those breast pockets, just as the octopus man asked him to.

"Judging from the bulges, you should fine some great weapons." the teacher predicted.

Which came true. The delinquent was holding real guns in his hand, having snatched them from the men he knocked out.

Everyone's eyes and mouth widened in surprise and awe. As familiar as they were with assassination, the word 'killing' and toy guns, real things felt much more serious. And even though two of the bunch were Stand users with more advanced abilities capable of killing, those were still tools for murder.

'Real guns!'

"Furthermore, Chiba-kun, Hayami-san. You two will hold onto these guns." Korosensei decided. "Karasuma-sensei has not recovered enough to fire accurate shots. Currently, the ones most capable of putting those to use are you two."

Haruno handed the revolvers to the hesitating couple. Guns weren't his style, he couldn't care less about possessing them. Though for the moment, they weren't thinking about firing shots in the slightest.

"E- Even if you say so, this is so sudden…" Ryuunosuke nervously protested, sweating.

"However! Sensei will not allow killing! Using your skills, there should be a number of ways to defeat your enemies without harming them."

One had to remember how ridiculous and how unusual this class was. Middle schoolers carrying actual and loaded pistols was far from normal. Chiba and Hayami's gazes were heavy, their lips curling inside. Their hesitation and uneasiness was showing. 'We're going to use real guns…? We're not ready yet!'

The yellow man thought otherwise, having faith in the pair. "Well then, let's move on. Judging from the state of the hotel, it doesn't seem like the enemy has large enough numbers at each position." the octopus man analyzed. "There should only be one or two remaining hitmen at best. Those could be the most dangerous enemies we've faced so far, but is that going to stop us?"

"Of course not." all his pupils firmly replied. Their reason and motivation for going onwards didn't even need any explanation anymore. Even Rinka and Ryuunosuke had determination, although they disagreed with their teacher about a certain issue.

"Well then, let's proceed!"

With that, they passed through that door, entering the next section.

XXXXXXXXXX

That next section was the concert hall on the 8th floor. It was awfully quiet in there. Not that it changed for the better when a slim man with spiky hair and an extravagant suit entered, from behind the stage.

Everyone was hiding behind the seats. From the front, that man was unable to locate them with his eyes, no matter which angle he looked from. But he didn't need his eyes to notice the presence of Class 3-E. As a professional military man, but currently taking on the role of an assassin, this man had other ways.

"…16? No, 17. The breathing sounds young, too. It most likely sounds like mid-teens." the assassin observed, correcting himself. "I'm surprised. So everyone who could move busted in here, huh?"

Gastro, that was his name, surprised the students. The less strong-willed ones broke out in cold sweat and widened their eyes. They didn't expect to get found out, having paid attention to make as little sound as possible.

Without looking, the man shot his gun backwards, hitting a lamp of the stage lighting. He barely even aimed. Some students shut their ears, the others grit their teeth at the loud sound hurting their eardrums.

"I'll tell you this. This hall is completely soundproof, and this gun is real." He who often fooled around, got down to serious business real quick, having sharp eyes of a killer. "That means no one's going to save you guys before I shoot everyone dead."

"You guys aren't prepared to kill, right?! Just surrender quietly and go grovel in front of the boss!" the assassin issued a warning, underestimating that class in the process.

Hayami, aiming for the enemy gun, shot a round of her own. Unfortunately she missed, hitting another lamp. The trajectory went a few centimeters to the right of Gastro's face, who wrongly assumed they were willing to kill.

'Live ammo?! And the sound of discharge, did they steal the M60's from the boss' men?!' the man thought, sweating at first but rapidly regaining composition. 'They couldn't have planned this. They sensed my approaching and quickly prepared a counter attack with the stolen guns. Those middle school kids have received assassination training, huh? How nice.'

"What an unexpectedly delicious job!" he proclaimed, eagerly accepting the 'invitation'. The E-Class was now forced to deal with a motivated man, not just a mere mercenary.

Additionally, the assassin lit up the entire remaining stage lighting, making it hard for the students to see the overly bright stage.

"I feel good today, my gun is delicious!" As an indicator of his motivation, Gastro licked his gun, briefly assuming his persona of nonsense. But the man could be and do much more than fooling around. Even as the barrel was wet, he shot a bullet between the tiny space between 2 seats.

The assassin specifically aimed at Rinka, missing her peeping head by only a couple of millimeters. She immediately retreated in fear, frightened of the difference in accuracy and cold bloodlust. Her face went pale as cabbage. 'No… way! He shot through that tiny space between the seats?!'

"I never forget the location of an enemy who has fired a shot. You won't be able to take a single step from where you are." Gastro confidently stated, then telling the kids about himself. "The 2 hitmen guarding the lower areas are assassins, but I'm different. I'm a military man. I'm no stranger to being outnumbered like this. Through my numerous experiences, I've developed a method of grasping the location of my enemies, and I've learned to get a feel for the conditions of their guns from their taste. You juniors are too early to take me on. Now then… there should be another gun."

Both operation leaders, who happened to hide behind the seats next to one another, exchanged glances and whispers.

"This guy's trouble… I'd say even more than the 2 before him." the agent estimated.

"He definitely is." the delinquent agreed. "But I have a plan."

Haruno didn't forget to consult another important member about his plan. "Korosensei?"

"I'm all ears, Haruno-kun."

"Okay." the delinquent nodded. "My plan goes like …"

"…Understood." the seniors of the team said, absolutely fine with the plan. Coincidentally, Korosensei had a similar plan, so both plans combined into an even more effective plan.

About that plan…

XXXXXXXXXX

4 mice were running throughout the concert hall in pairs, with 2 carrying a tiny handwritten note. Those mice were actually the shoes of Haruno and Tadaomi, transformed into living beings by [Ougon no tomodachi]. They were on a mission to show all students that note.

Itona was the first one to be visited by the grey mice. The white-haired took that note and quietly read what was written on it.

Take off your shoes

-Haruno

'Eh, why?' he wondered in confusion. Though whether he knew the reason behind that request or not, Itona followed through, thinking that the delinquent would do something helpful with his shoes.

Eventually the mice visited all other students. Once everyone took off their shoes, the mice delivered them back to Haruno.

Meanwhile, the assassin, who couldn't see the mice due to how small they were, grew bored. "Hey come on! I get it if you've become scared and lost your fighting spirit, but hiding forever won't help!" he complained in slight annoyance. "I don't have time for this… And come to think of it, neither do you."

Back with the delinquent, his Stand was currently turning all the gathered shoes into smaller animals. Like cats, dogs, rabbits. Funnily enough, [Ougon no tomodachi] itself was standing right in Gastro's technical view. But the man was not a Stand user, so there's that.

After Haruno finished his preparations, the yellow man commenced the main part of their common plan.

"Hayami-san, continue to remain on standby!"

The octopus man would loudly throw around instructions for his pupils.

"It was wise of you not to use fire right now, Chiba-kun! The enemy has not determined your location!" the teacher commended inbetween his commands.

"Sensei will command everyone while watching the enemy, so let us wait for the right moment!"

"What?" The assassin was having a feeling of agitation, hastily looking around. "Where's that coming from?"

He noticed the crystallized teacher smirking at him from the front row a second later.

"What the hell are you looking at from the front row?!" Gastro yelled out in disbelief with sharp teeth, his eyes bulging out. The man emptied his entire magazine on the orb.

"Nurufufufu, it's useless. This is the true definition of being invincible." Korosensei laughed, mocking the assassin. "A skilled marksman is being challenged by middle school students. Wouldn't a visual handicap of this level be acceptable?"

"Tch! What sort of commands are you planning on giving in that state?" Gastro questioned in a flustered and irked manner, reloading his revolver.

"Well then, Kimura-kun, dash 5 rows to your left!"

Kimura precisely followed Sensei's order. Without being spotted, he moved from spot to spot.

"Terasaka-kun and Yoshida-kun, move 3 rows to your left and right respectively!"

"Wha-!"

"A blind spot! Kayano-san, use this opening to move 2 rows forward!"

Haruno and Korosensei's plan was in full motion now. The students were shuffling left and right. Not only that, the delinquent's animals also joined the fray.

"Woof!"

"Meow!"

"Karma-kun, Fuwa-san, move 8 rows to the right simultaneously! Isogai-kun, 5 rows to the left!"

Gastro had already lost focus. His neck hurt from turning left and right. If it were just students, it wouldn't be that difficult for him to deduce their positions. But with twice the amount of animals also moving around, his mental capacities were overloaded. The man was sweating and breathing really hard, his teeth clenched tightly.

'WHAT THE FUCK?! Seriously! Where did these damn animals come from all of a sudden?! They weren't around when I first came here!' the assassin screamed internally, losing his cool. 'Who and where am I even supposed to shoot now?!'

Him shooting wasn't even necessary anymore. Hayami tried disarming Gastro again, succeeding the second time. His gun flew out of his hand, damaged by the bullet shooting that gun away.

"Hah?! D-Damn it!" the man reacted in shock, panicking. Tho roles had been reversed, whatever frightened expression Rinka bore when she almost got shot, the assassin was bearing now.

"F-F-Fuck!" Gastro cursed, his eyes widening under extreme stress. He had no chance, it was his complete and utter loss.

Nagisa put the nail in the coffin by sneaking behind the man, absolutely undetected. [Otonashi Ho] fully disabled any sound he made, allowing him to escape the assassin's focus entirely. The sound Stand knocked out Gastro with a chop to the head from behind.

"Guh~!" the man briefly let out, fainting.

It is important to mention that the bluenette escaped EVERYONE'S focus, including Korosensei and Haruno's. Even they were bewildered after a miniscule delay of time after realizing what just transpired.

"EHHHH?!" everybody exclaimed in utter astonishment, dropping their jaws and having their eyes bulge out. No one had ANY idea what the petite boy had been doing the entire time, this was a huge surprise.

"…what?" Nagisa innocently asked, obliviously rubbing the back of his head. His Stand didn't make him invisible, they had to have seen him… or so he thought.

"Nagisa-kun… what on earth was that?" the yellow man asked, still shocked. He had a feeling that the current bluenette had already progressed from the one that almost took his life a few hours earlier.

"Yeah… when did you disappear?" the delinquent inquired in a serious tone, his body a bit stiff.

All the others also incredulously stared at the petite boy at a loss for words.

"Don't know anymore." he merely answered, shrugging in hesitation. "Why are you asking, though? Personally, I don't think it's that much of a big deal."

This just spoke volumes about Nagisa's realm of skill and prowess. For everyone else, it would be a huge deal. For him, it was almost natural.

Haruno eclipsed him in terms of power and ability variety, but the bluenette was far better suited for pure assassination. The delinquent, as well es everybody else, truly understood that there was no greater mistake than dropping your guard against this monster in the making.

As for the big bad of the night… He'd be unlucky if he were to face this boy.

XXXXXXXXXX

After binding the unconscious Gastro, and everyone getting their shoes back, the path went on. They were currently on the 9th floor, one floor below the mastermind, with no serious obstacles left.

Right then, things were going smoothly. Karasuma recovered most of his strength early thanks to [Ougon no tomodachi], and Ritsu managed to hack into a laptop cam on the top floor. The AI streamed the footage on everyone's smartphone.

"The entire upper floor has been reserved." the AI girl informed. "As far as I can tell, the only one remaining is… that man here."

The camera footage showed a man in a dark room sitting on an office chair, watching a television screen. That screen itself displayed footage from Class 3-E's hotel, specifically footage of their sick classmates suffering.

"Isn't that everyone infected by the virus on the TV? So they're being recorded?" Yoshida was disgusted, and so were everybody else.

"That damn psycho, I can tell he's getting off by watching them." Terasaka loathed that guy more than Shiro.

"This guy… is the mastermind, huh?" Haruno was so angry, he had to watch out not to crush his phone by gripping too tightly.

That evil mastermind was just asking for a beating. This footage reminded the students what level of evil they were confronting.

"Regarding that boss, I've figured out something." the octopus man spoke up, signalizing his pupils to listen and pay attention. "That mastermind is not an assassin. He hasn't put the hitmen to proper use. Originally, those hitmen were hired to assassinate me. However, I've entered this form. Because the need to be on alert lessened, he only placed them as guards."

"…true."

"Had they displayed their skills to their fullest extent, it would've been a difficult situation." the teacher went on. "That man was an incredible marksman, in other situations he likely would've shot a few. The other guy was dangerous, too. Had he snuck up behind us instead of guarding the hallway, he would've instantly killed some with the power of his grip."

"…makes sense."

"What I'm saying is, because the main enemy is not an assassin, you'll have an easier time. Keep your heads up, we'll follow through." Korosensei concluded.

It'd be a lie to say the big bad wasn't dangerous, but the yellow man had a sound point. That man was clearly not an assassin. As things were, the boys and girls of Class 3-E had a natural advantage over him, like water over fire. The octopus man really knew how to inspire and motivate his students. They were aware of their advantage, too.

Their breath easy, body temperature and blood pressure low, the E-Class prepared to end this all by moving up one more floor. Though one boy was unlike others. The delinquent noticed this oddity.

"Terasaka, you have a high fever." Haruno observed, touching the neck of Ryouma who'd lately been sweating, trembling lightly and exhaling irregularly. "Don't tell me you're-"

"Shut it!" Terasaka swiftly hushed him, pressing his palm against the delinquent's mouth. "Physical strength is all I got. I'll get better eventually."

"But that's so reckless, you could be making it worse!" Haruno reprimanded.

"The reason why Karasuma-sensei got hit by that paralysis gas was because I jumped out ahead. And before that, there was a time when the class was about to be killed because of me, too." Ryouma explained himself, relentlessly fighting on. "I can't let this take me out and drag you guys down anymore. So please, don't tell anyone!"

Hearing this, the delinquent couldn't bring himself to stop Terasaka. He still felt regret over his past mistakes, wanting to correct them and help his class and friends on the forefront. He went to such lengths to assisst his friends, carelessly but bravely suppressing all the agony the virus inflicted on him.

Haruno couldn't disrespect the hardworking Ryouma, who'd just gained his respect. "No worries, my lips are sealed."

"…Thanks, man." Terasaka wholeheartedly thanked.

Finally, the 10th floor. The top floor. The boss floor.

A guard on the 9th floor had a key card needed to enter the top floor on him. Unlocking the door, everyone quietly snuck into the wide room.

The enemy was nowhere to be seen when entering, but finally there when the class made it to the last sub-room. He was still sitting on that office chair, his back facing their faces. There was a suitcase next to that guy, presumably with the antidote inside. A plastic explosive device was stuck onto the suitcase, with the detonator on the table where also the enemy's TV screen was standing.

A high level of tension was in the air. This was the final step, they were not going to mess up. Actually, they couldn't afford to mess up.

'That's him…' they thought, narrowing their hardened eyes.

Slowly and slowly, they closed in even further. They were going to capture and retain him.

'We'll make you show us your panicked expression! We'll make you apologize in front of everyone who's suffering!' While thinking that, the students' glares radiated extreme hate and fury.

Perhabs it was this hate that alerted the enemy.

"Itchy."

Confused as hell, but still devoid of noise, the teens stopped in their tracks. What was this guy saying in this situation?

"Thinking about it makes me itchy." the man repeated, violently scratching his cheeks. "But, I wonder if that's why. Because my wounds are always exposed to the air, my senses have become sharp."

An instant later, without any warning or anyone expecting it, dozens of detonators were thrown in the air. They landed in front of the boys and girls who dropped their jaws and widened their eyes in shock. Things took quite a turn.

"I told you, I originally came prepared to kill a Mach 20 monster. I made spare remotes so that it wouldn't be stolen." the villain revealed. "Enough so that I can still press it, even if I am carelessly defeated."

Another vital piece of information the evil man let know was his identity. Everyone recognized that familiar, malicious voice. Especially the government agent.

"The reason we couldn't contact you… other than the 3 hitmen, there were others also closely involved. The Ministry of Defense's secret funds, the money meant to be used for assassination, were completely withdrawn, and a colleague dissapeared." the agent recalled, starting to frown. "What's the meaning of this…"

The big bad turned around in his chair, allowing his visitors to see his scarred, psychotic, deranged face. Some were shocked at the sight of it, scared even. Others became totally, absolutely enraged. That was somebody they'd wished never to meet again.

"…TAKAOKA!"

He, their former P.E. teacher, was the mastermind, the evil mastermind that poisoned and threatened to kill almost half of Class 3-E, sitting in front of the other half and staring at them with warped, impure eyes. This man had gone irreversibly mad.

"What naughty children… You come to see your respected instructor, and you come through the back entrance. Papa would have never instructed children like this." the insane man muttered. "Guess I have no choice. I'll give you supplementary lessons for your summer vacation."

"Takaoka, you…" Tadaomi had to stop himself from lashing out, he was beyond angry. He'd never been angrier before.

"…Why does this not surprise me?" the delinquent hissed through his gritted teeth. "You pathetic wanker… I should've hit you far harder!"

Shiobana Haruno was Takaoka Akira's most hated person on the planet by far. The boy insulting him really soured his mood again, making lots of veins pop up on his forehead.

"SILENCE YOU WORTHLESS LOWLIFE! ONE MORE WORD FROM YOU AND I'LL PRESS THE BUTTON NOW!" he barked full of hate, firmly laying his finger on the button of the detonator.

Though seconds later, the man slightly calmed down, putting up another fake smile. This was not the place to lose himself.

"Shall we go to the roof? I've prepared a reception for my dear students." He tried to sound reasonable, though failed hard at that. After both his actions and physical appearance, no students would look at him in a positive light again. "You'll come along, right? Because your classmates are only alive because of my benevolence."

Prime example of that. Takaoka trying to sound reasonable while toying with the lives of nearly half of the class HE put at risk. Only because this mentally ill madman was a real threat, did they go along with his suggestion, bearing horrified expressions.

XXXXXXXXXX

Following the villain to the rooftop with the heliport wasn't a problem, the man did nothing until then. A few minutes later, everyone was standing below the night sky.

Karasuma had a question to ask. To ask just how twisted his former colleague had become. "Did you have a change of heart, Takaoka? You hired hitmen with the money stolen from the Ministry of Defense. And you violently threatened students with a virus!"

Takaoka truly saw no problem with himself. "Hey, hey, I'm extremely upright! This was a plan to save the world!" he claimed with a wide smile. "If you had let Shiobana obediently bring me the bounty, my assassination plan would've gone smoothly."

A bold claim. Everybody other than the evil guy really doubted it would've worked.

"In my plan, I was originally supposed to used Shiobana. I'd have him walk into a room while holding the bounty. Then I'd have my men close the door and unleash paralyzing gas into the room." the man continued, disclosing his original plan in detail. "The bounty, I'd just drop him into a bathtub full of Anti-Sensei material. Eventually he'd be confronted with the choice of either letting the material dissolve him or exploding, which you know the outcome of. As for Shiobana, I'd have slowly tortured him to death, physically and mentally breaking him far harder than what he did to me."

Everyone turned full-on disgusted, almost getting sick. Narrowed eyes of disgust, loose sweat due to sick cringe, clenched teeth of hate. Some covered their mouth or heart with a hand. 'He's a devil…'

Surprisingly, Haruno didn't take too much offense. He had a long enough list of reasons to beat this guy within an inch of his life even without that fantasy of him getting tortured to death.

"The moment I realized you had all snuck in here, I was shaking in my boots, but my goal is still pretty much the same." Takaoka went on. "Because my mood will determine how many of you will live."

Even in his orb form, Korosensei had the ability to show his anger. Various veins bulged out, he spoke in a venomous tone. "Do you think you'll get away with an act like this?"

"…This is still a humane method." the villain defended himself. "Compared to what you guys did… Compared to that inhumane treatment…" He recalled his coworkers secretly talking shit about him, looking down on him when he wasn't present. Even when he was present, people only looked at him with humiliating gazes. Remembering these memories infuriated him more and more by the second. The man started violently scratching his cheeks again.

"The humiliating gazes… those punches after that sneak attack… They all feel so itchy whenever they cross my mind! I CAN'T EVEN SLEEP AT NIGHT!"

In his mad rage, Takaoka appeared like a literal demon to the boys and girls. Not even human anymore.

"I'll respond to my lowered reputation with results. I'll return the humiliation I've received with even more humiliation." the villain declared, then pointing at the delinquent. "Especially you, Shiobana Haruno! I'll never forgive you for tainting my future!"

Haruno wanted to respond to the man, but various friends of his spoke up before him.

"The fact that he explicitly wanted Haruno-kun… so he was aiming for Haruno-kun!" Fuwa snarled full of hate.

"This grudge is totally unfair!" Nagisa protested, defending his best friend's position.

"You sick fuck, you attacked him in the first place!" Ryouma pointed out, incredulous about the evil of Takaoka.

"Let me tell you something. Whether you had won or lost back then, we still would've hated your guts." Karma clarified, directing a battallion of loathing stares at their former instructor.

The delinquent had tons of support, rightfully so. The fact that he did Takaoka didn't only pissed off the villain even more.

"I NEVER ASKED YOU RUGRATS FOR YOUR OPINIONS! DON'T FORGET THAT I CAN GET RID OF HALF YOU RUGRATS WITH THE TIP OF MY FINGER!" the psycho roared, clutching the detonator again. This habit clearly showed his weak mind, but it succeeded in making the kids back down.

Takaoka turned around, heading for the ladder leading up to the heliport, taking the suitcase with him. "Hey, punk, come up here alone." he ordered Haruno. "All the way to the top of this heliport."

His friends looked at him, Haruno that is. They weren't really worried about his security since they knew he could overpower the man with ease. They were rather concern about how he'd interact with the villain, and how it could affect those infected.

"You're going, right?" the bluenette nervously asked.

"I have to." the delinquent firmly said, lightly nodding. "I have to go and deal with the threat. And I'll try to return the antidote."

"Haruno-kun…"

Taking the duty upon his shoulders, the delinquent walked the steps of that ladder, approaching Takaoka who was bellowing at him to hurry up.

On the helipad, the tall and bulky males were by only themselves. The older one kicked down the ladder to make sure no one else could climb up there. But that also meant that one of them was trapped with the other, and could not escape. Though the inferior one didn't see himself as cornered.

"You can tell what I want from you, right? A return match." the man spoke.

"Oh, I'd be happy to oblige." Haruno snarled with an angry smile, crackling his knuckles.

"Heh, good that we speak the same language. But you know, the same sneak attack won't work on me twice." the villain said. "I'm stronger than last time."

"…"

"I'm confident that I can defeat you. I can already picture it." Takaoka claimed, having 0 knowledge about [Ougon no tomodachi]. He genuinely only thought of the delinquent as a normal but strong boy.

"But you know, if I end it quickly, I wouldn't feel any better." the man spoke as if he had even a tiny 0.1% chance. "That's why, before we fight, I need you to do something for me."

The villain pointed at his moral superior, demanding something outrageous. In his other hand he held his leverage, finger on button to enforce his demand. "Apologize. Prostrate yourself. Get into the Dogeza position." Takaoka cockily and shamelessly demanded. "For using a cowardly surprise attack and dastardly insulting me, I want you to sincerely apologize."

Those reacting were speechless. That man had no right or reason to deserve that. He was in no moral position to ask for something like that. The hubris of Takaoka was almost as bad as his wickedness.

Haruno's lips curled into a subtle, narrow smirk. "Che." he let out a chuckle. "You're forcing me to apologize by holding my classmates hostage… not bad. You certainly possess the means to have your way."

"That's right I do. Now hurry up and apologize already."

"Daga kotowaru!"

"…"

Both his enemy and his allies didn't know how to respond to this answer other than bewilderment. It technically made no sense to refuse here, but the delinquent did it anyway.

"What?!"

"WHAT?!"

"Takaoka, there are 2 reasons why I won't apologize to you, only two." Haruno let know, raising two fingers. "First, I know your character. Even if I apologize in a way that'll make you cream your pants, you'd blow up the suitcase with the antidote anyway. That's the kind of honorless lying bastard you are."

Haruno was 100% right. The villain was going to do that later. He hated how this kid read his mind, inwardly raging.

"And second, I have self-respect. I'd never go so low as to apologize to a piece of shit like you. Know your place, trash!"

"Wha-" The entirety of Class 3-E dropped their jaws, gaping in disbelief at their commander. He was right, but did something stupid. Now they could forget about getting the antidote. 'Haruno NO!'

Even Takaoka needed to recover from making a wide-eyed, open mouth expression of disbelief. He couldn't believe it. Despite the delinquent's friends' lives being at stake, that boy still insulted him. As trash. It was clear to him that Haruno had not a single shread of respect for him. It made the man mad, inconceivably mad.

"Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr… GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! YOU FUCKING FUCK-FUCK! WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE BEING PUT ON THE SAME EARTH AS YOU, YOU INSUFFERABLE LITTLE CUNT! I HATE YOU AND I'LL KILL YOU! KILL YOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" the psycho raged, screaming his soul out. His face was red as lava, steam came out of his ears.

"What the…" the E Class reacted, sweatdropping and cringing hard. A grown man just lost the final piece of his sanity. Even the perpetrator sweatdropped.

Karasuma really wondered how this man used to be professional enough to get as far as he did.

"YOU SAID I'M A HONORLESS LYING BASTARD?! YOU'LL REGRET IT! I WAS WILLING TO GIVE YOU THE SUITCASE WITH THE ANTIDOTE, BUT YOU JUST RUINED YOUR CHANCE, STUPID! NOW, GET WHAT YOU DESERVE!"

The 1000000% mentally ill Takaoka threw the suitcase away, pressing the button of the detonator.

"No! Don't!" the government agent shouted, panicked about the consequences.

It exploded in midair.

Boom!

"…"

"Ahhhhh~…" Class 3-E collectively let out a weak cry of shock and hopelessness. They could only stare at broken test tubes and drops of antidote falling to their feet in front of their faces, eyes full of horror. If Haruno's [Ougon no tomodachi] doesn't suffice to heal their classmates, then all hope will be lost.

"The antidote…"

"No…"

"This cannot…"

"OH, I FORGOT!" the villain remembered, interrupting the sad mourning of the class. "I FORGOT TO TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE VIRUS GETS TO THE CRITICAL STAGE! THE ENTIRE BODY IS COVERED WITH TUMORS, AND THE FACE SWELLS UP LIKE A BUNCH OF GRAPES! GRAPES! WHY DON'T YOU WRITE ABOUT THIS IN YOUR SUMMER VACATION JOURNAL?! ABOUT YOUR FRIENDS' FACES CHANGING INTO A BUNCH OF GRAPES! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

Haruno's eyes were shadowed. He knew Takaoka would blow up the antidote. He expected it from the beginning. But still… him actually doing that made the delinquent truly angry. His feelings now went beyond anger. All relaxation in his body died down in an instant. He now only wanted to see this man suffer.

"You… I won't forgive you…"

Contrary to Takaoka's rage, Haruno's rage wasn't radiant and loud. It was concentrated, concentrated but deadly vast and frightening.

At the sight of this enraged boy, the villain bizarrely calmed down. The fool even appreciated it, licking his lips. "Kukuku. That's it. That's how it should be."

"How could you…" The delinquent's true bloodlust oozed outward, concerning his allies. That bloodlust only intensified with each step he made towards the evil man. "I'll kill you…"

"HAHAHAHAHA! THAT'S THE SPIRIT! COME AND KILL ME, HARUNO-KUN!" Takaoka intentionally provoked, inviting Haruno to lose himself.

"Haruno-kun… he's losing it!" Now his friends were genuinely worried about the delinquent's mental well-being.

"We wanna kill that piece of trash too, but… Is Haruno seriously gonna do it?!"

"Oh dear…" the yellow man uttered in grave concern. "Someone has to cool Haruno-kun's head."

That someone was Nagisa. Haruno's best friend, fellow Stand user and fellow Shio. Due to the middle fact, they shared a mutual secret. About something that happened in Kyoto. The bluenette felt that bringing up that issue was the one and only thing that could stop his best friend.

"Haruno-kun!" the petite boy called out for his friend.

No response.

"HARUNO-KUN!" he tried anew, yelling louder.

Still no response.

'Looks like I have no choice.' he thought, about to use his last resort.

[Otonashi Ho], without manifesting, vastly increased the volume of his voice. This time he'd reach his friend for sure.

Before that, a warning had to be issued. "Everyone, close your ears! For your own good!"

Trusting whatever the boy had planned, the others decided not to question it.

All ears were closed. Now…

"HARUNO-KUN!"

What a deafening voice! Those who closed their ears still felt them ringing. Takaoka's focus broke as he clutched his ears in pain. And Haruno, he unpleasantly awakened from his state of rage.

"ACK!"

"…Nagisa?" Though he soon recovered from that booming sound.

"Don't get carried away, Haruno-kun! You can't murder, even if it's someone like him!" Nagisa warned in a strict manner, lecturing his friend. "Do you remember the promise we made in Kyoto? How you wanted to become a true assassin?"

How could the delinquent not remember one of the most important days in his life? How could he not remember that promise? It invoked distateful memories and regret, making him waver. Haruno paid close attention to the bluenette's words.

"If you kill this guy, you'll make our promise void! Don't become a failure of an assassin, Haruno-kun! Anything but that!" the petite boy pleaded, stressing the importance. "Please, anything but that!"

"…" The delinquent listened, and came to find that he shouldn't be doing what he was about to do. His hands were shaking as he looked at them. Takaoka may deserve death, but…

"Look, it's okay if you beat him within an inch of his life." Nagisa reassured, emotionally warning his friend from the bottom of his heart. "But don't kill him. Otherwise you can't erase the regrets! Don't make that mistake (again)!"

"It's as Nagisa-kun says, Haruno-kun. There is no merit in killing that man." the octopus man joined in, supporting the bluenette. "Besides, he doesn't have any knowledge regarding the antidote. Let's question the poison user below. Simply stunning this man should be enough."

"You said you had self-respect, right? If you kill that trash, you'll have his blood on your hands. Do you really want that?" Karma reasoned, further supporting the right position.

"As a leader, you should serve as an example!" the agent reminded him. "Except for self-defense or to protect, murder is wrong! You were such a good leader today, don't ruin it!"

"That's right!"

"Don't murder!"

"Don't kill him!"

All his present friends were begging him not to deliver the death sentence to Takaoka. Takaoka himself only found this preaching for morals very annoying.

"Hey, Hey! Stop trying to put out the fire! This'll all be meaningless if he doesn't come at me for the kill!"

"…The fire's already been put out." Haruno calmly spoke up, sane again. "The toxic fire you lit up inside me… My friends put it out by mentally supporting me during my darkest state of mind. For that, I'm eternally grateful. Thanks, guys. Especially you, Nagisa."

Hearing those words, Class 3-E smiled at them. A disaster had been prevented.

Having said his thanks, the delinquent switched his focus to the villain again. "Screw you, Takaoka! You almost ruined my life!"

"…I wish I could have!" the disappointed man snapped.

"Because of my dear friends saving me and putting me in a good mood, I'll spare your life." Haruno conceded. Though he was far from generous. "But I guess making you wish you were dead is fine."

Summoning his Stand, the delinquent dashed towards Takaoka, pulling back his fist for a punch.

"Come!" The villain got into his fighting stance. "I'll bury you!"

"Muda!"

It wasn't Haruno that punched the man, but [Ougon no tomodachi]. That's why Takaoka's misplaced defense didn't work and he flew onto the ground.

"Uargh!"

Landing on the ground, Takaoka was his pain. But he was a former elite soldier, pain alone wouldn't hold him down. He soon got back onto his feet.

'Damn it!' he inwardly cursed as he got up with a jump. Though that jump… felt very energetic.

'What?' the man thought, confused as hell. 'What is this strength that's suddenly welling up inside of me? All I did was try to stand up, but I'm moving at an incredible speed! It feels as if my body body's been fueled with life!'

'And this shitty bastard over there, his movements feel incredibly slow!' the villain observed. 'I don't know why it is this way, but I'm not wasting this advantage! Take this, Shiobana Haruno!'

Takaoka attempted to punch Haruno, but to his shock, his fist phased right through the delinquent's head. Not something he expected.

'Huh? My punch just went through him?!'

Then the man turned around, finding another reason to be shocked. There was a second him! Just where he was getting up.

'Hey! That's me over there! There's another me, behind me!'

He came to an astonishing realization. 'Wait… am I just making all this up? Am I just imagining that I have this strength within me? Is that my body over there, and is this only my consciousness over here?'

Seeing how Haruno was preparing for another punch, the villain was alarmed. 'Damn! I have to dodge!'

Too late! The delinquent's own fist impacted with Takaoka's cheek. Blood and even a tooth came out of his mouth.

'Ugh! My movements are too slow! And it HUUUUURRRTS! The sharp pains… they're hitting me slowly! AAAAAAAAARGH!'

Like that, Takaoka flew back one more time, feeling far more pain than the first time. Though the second time he felt no side effects.

Which meant Haruno could talk normally to him again. "You've just gotten a small taste of my true power. It made you suffer, right? Worry not, today you'll experience a lifetime of suffering."

"Grrrrrrr… Don't fuck around!" the man snarled, wiping away some blood on the corner of his mouth. "I'll finish you right now, you bas-"

"Muda!"

"Uargh!"

The golden Stand toyed around with the villain like a ragdoll.

"Now listen here, Takaoka. In case you don't understand, I can do however the hell I please with you. But, I'll make an offer. Either you surrender and sincerely apologize to all of us, especially those you've poisoned, and only receive a 'mild' punishment, or you don't, and receive the worst punishment I can hand you other than death. I say this only because staying in your presence any longer sickens me. You're a goddamn eyesore."

There it was again, the look full of contempt and disgust. The delinquent thought of Takaoka as too worthless to kill. The villain, adamant about his pride, categorically refused the first option. Getting up, he drew his personal combat knife, ready to kill the boy. Now he truly had enough of him, finally personally going in for the kill.

In a last fit of murderous rage, he ran towards Haruno with ill intent. "LIKE HELL I'LL APOLOGIZE TO A BUNCH OF STUPID BRATS, YOU MOTHERFU-"

[Ougon no tomodachi] disarmed the man, but Haruno personally took care of the rest, even the war cry. He'd take care of the worst punishment dealable to Takaoka. A punishment all onlookers would remember for the rest of their lives. A punishment that'd be the highlight of his life.

"Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda!"

Literally all of the delinquent's friends had their eyes bulge out in disbelief. Their jaws dropped too. This sight was truly something else, beyond anything they'd ever seen before. Haruno unleashed a rapid barrage of punches upon Takaoka, maintaining the latter in midair with the punches themselves.

"What the…"

"Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda!"

The longer it lasted, the more ridiculous it looked. Luckily, cameras were ready to film this.

"I can't believe it! What the hell is happening!"

"Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda!"

And it went on. Class 3-E was speechless. In close combat, even by himself, Haruno was far above the other students. Tadaomi as well.

'He's…'

'Haruno is…'

'A monster!'

"WRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!"

"…"

Now the delinquent was almost becoming scary. Those weren't mannerisms of a human. All the shock increased to another level. Never had their eyes and mouths been this wide.

"Haruno-kun… What are you?!"

"Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda!"

Class 3-E realized that Haruno wasn't lying when he said that Takaoka would receive a lifetime of suffering. Physical pain aside, the mental pain would be immeasurable. Though the big bad deserved every single hit of the punishment, no need to feel bad.

"Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda… MUDAAAA!"

All good things have to come to an end. After the final punch of the mega combo connected, Haruno punched the man extra far away. Takaoka Akira was a mess, literally irrrecognizeable. Before his eventual arrest, he'd have to undergo intensive surgery. Those 150 broken bones would eventually heal. But the 20 broken teeth… not.

"Hah… hah…" the delinquent huffed out, utterly exhausted. Him performing the rush instead of his Stand was extremely tiring. He'd fought enough for the day.

At first, utter silence. But then…

"WOOHOO!"

"Alright, we crushed the boss!"

"Haruno-kun, you rock!"

"You were amazing!"

Matter of fact, this was a reason to celebrate. The terrorizer of the E Class had been dealt with. And this time for sure, he'd never EVER return! Too much of a crushing defeat!

Everyone helped reconnecting the ladder to the heliport so that the victor could return to them, his friends. They were waiting to embrace him.

"You did well, Haruno-kun." Korosensei was the first to praise. "Flawless victory, and you didn't kill. I'm proud of you."

"Good thing you considered what I told you." Nagisa added, glad his friend ended the fight the right way. Him and the redhead wrapped their arms around their tired friend right away.

"Haha, yeah! I'm glad the fight took this outcome." the delinquent chuckled, then switching to a less cheerful attitude. "Though the antidote…"

Yes, this was a problem. An urgent problem that need a solution.

"At any rate, we need to escape escape this place. I called a helicopter, so you guys are on standby." Karasuma stated. "I'll go bring the poison user."

Suddenly, 3 new figures joined the scene from behind, having entered the roof moments ago. "Hmph! You guys don't need no antidote!"

Actually, those figures weren't new figures. They were just the 3 hired assassins the class faced earlier. And they returned.

"Brats, did you guys think that you'd all leave here alive?"

Those men looked threatening. But the class really didn't desire another bout. Things were already over, no need to needlessly go on. The government agent stepped in, attempting to broker peace.

"I've fully recovered by now, and my students here are pretty strong. Why don't we end this here and prevent more casualties?" The agent tried to sound reasonable, but who knew how reasonable the assassins were.

"…Mm, sure." Gastro accepted, sucking on his gun.

"Don't you know when to give up?! We're pissed here too because we don't have the antidote and… Eh?" Late reaction by Taisei.

"'Revenge for the boss' wasn't included in our contract. Besides, didn't I already tell that kid over there? You guys don't need any antidote in the first place."

"…" The kids were speechless at the truth.

"What I served you guys is this, it's an improved version of the food poisoning bacteria." Smog revealed, pulling out a small bottle. "It'll stay active for about another 3 hours, but after that, it'll quickly become inactive and innocuous."

He pulled out a test tube containing a similar looking liquid as the small bottle. "And the one the boss told me to use, is this one. If I used this one, you guys would've been in some serious trouble."

"Right, before using it, the 3 of us had a discussion." Clip told. "The time limit the boss set for negotiations was 1 hour. Which meant, even if we didn't use the deadly virus, we could still accomplish the tradeoff."

"I have a large variety of poisons to meet all sorts of negotiation conditions." Smog spun the small bottle on his fingertip. "But it was enough for you guys to fear for your lives, right"

True. Technically, that was a prank. A prank so mean even Karma wouldn't dare.

"But that means, you guys went against that guy's orders, right?" Hinata inquired. "Is it okay for you to do that when receiving payment?"

Gastro's eyes went cold and calculated. "You idiot, if you think a pro will do anything for money, you've got another thing coming. Of course, we'd do our best to act in accordance with our client, but the boss was never planning on giving up the antidote to begin with. Either we become the perpetrators of a mass murder of some upstart Junior High students, or we get caught for going against our orders and our reputations drop."

"Which of these carry a higher risk for us after all of this is over? All we did was calmly weigh these on a scale." Gastro spoke for Clip and Smog too.

The man had a point. Assassins too were human. They too have autonomy and the choice to refuse a dirty deed.

As a form of good will, Smog took out another small bottle, this time filled with pills, handing it over to the students. "Well, because of that, none of you are going to die. Have the patients take those nutrients and put them to sleep. They'll work so well you'll want to send letters to me and say 'We're even healthier than before we were sick.'"

Not the best time to brag.

All in all, they sounded convincing, but Tadaomi wasn't fully sure. "…I'll decide whether or not I can trust you guys after I see the students recover. I want to question you guys for some information as well, so I'll have to restrain you three for a bit."

They, the hitman, didn't take it so badly. "…Well, guess there's no choice. I have another job coming in next week, so only for within that time period."

Soon, the helicopters arrived and landed. Special forces came out of the helis, arresting Takaoka and his men.

It was also time for the 3 hired assassins to leave, though something from earlier still needed to be addressed.

Haruno awkwardly glanced at Clip, sheepishly smiling in embarrassment. "So… you don't want revenge? After I broke your ribs and… performed the torture dance? Don't you hate me enough to wanna kill me?"

Clip looked away, not making eye contact. "I can't put into words how much I want to kill you… but I don't kill out of personal grudge. And even then, you're the only person on the planet I wouldn't try to assassinate. Stay the hell away from me, you little demon."

His message was quite clear. The delinquent had both the power to make enemies, but also deter enemies. And that night, he did a damn good job deterring his enemies.

After the helicopter with the hitmen trio departed, another one arrived. That one would take them back to their own hotel.

XXXXXXXXXX

Leaning back on his seat, Haruno finally relaxed. No more crazy enemies for the time being. Just friends, dear and important friends he'd fight for. One friend was especially important to him.

"Nagisa… Thanks. Thanks for calling out to me back there." he thanked from the bottom of his heart. "I was about to make (another) mistake."

Nagisa smiled brightly at the exhausted delinquent. "You help me, I help you. Like we always do."

A lot of relationships and friendships deepened following the incident. Haruno would treasure them all, but he'd especially treasure the friendship for life with the bluenette even more.

XXXXXXXXXX

As the choppers landed and the boys and girls got back to their hotel, they were met with a surprise. All the sick were already fine and standing. The life energy of [Ougon no tomodachi] healed all of them early. Only Terasaka needed to take the medicine.

"Huh? You're all fine?!"

"So quick!"

"Yeah. Sorry we didn't call and report, but we wanted to surprise you guys."

"Seeing you fine again sure is a welcome nice surprise."

"I agree."

"Me too."

"…So, I suppose all went well?"

"Sure did. Haruno-kun can tell you all about it."

"Oooooohhhh." That statemeant piqued the interest of those that were absent. Certain girls were at the forefront to ask questions, physically touching the main man. "Tell us, Haruno-kun, how was it?"

"…Heh…" the delinquent let out a tired chuckle. "Girls, I'd like you to tell all about. Every detail if you want to."

They nodded.

"But not today… I really need some goddamn sleep first…"

Like that, the heroic boy collapsed into sleep on the spot, his eyes closing shut. The hero deserved his well-earned rest.

Man, I'm done! The longest chapter of this fanfic, this took forever to write! Anyways, this is my personal highlight of the story. The reason I decided to write this story. Giorno absolutely demolishing Takaoka with that 7 page Muda. By himself, not with his Stand, making it even more overkill.

Plus a little bit of Nagisa epicness. He can use his Stand very proficiently and has turned into a master assassin. Beside that, him and Giorno are practically inseperable. I thought it was very important of him to remind Giorno not to stray from the path of becoming a true assassin. Takaoka is almost as evil as Cioccolata and therefore deserves death, but killing in Assassination Classroom is far more sensible than in JoJo.
