I am in the middle of rewriting this entire story adding more Sookie background and Sooric fluffness. But this story has been getting a lot of hits lately so I thought while it is still up I would add a couple scenes I'm not using from he rewrite and post them here. This story before it was rewritten was just true blood moments but Sookie is Eric's vampire wife.

This scene is from Season 2

Eric walks Into their bedroom ducking a tv flying through the air.

"Lover is there something you want to talk about?"

His wife of over a thousand years sits on their bed. Sookie looks up at him the anger drains off her face when she looks at him. "Those stupid Newlins make me so angry. I couldn't take them saying vampires are evil. I'm a vampire and I'm not evil neither are you or our children. We started a family, run a bar. We gave our children a better life. Just because his parents were killed doesn't mean all vampires are evil."

Eric sits on the giant bed wrapping his arms around her. She leans into him. The anger leaving her as her husband's gentle touch soothes her. "Your not going to like what I came in here to say than."

Sookie nuzzles into his neck. "What is it?"

"Godric is gone and I'm going to go find him."

Sookie groans. "Fuck. I'll go with you to Dallas he's my maker too. One thing if I see one of those Newlins I'm eating their face off."

Eric chuckles as he leans down kissing her. "Sexy."

"Why does Godric surround himself with those things. It is beneath him."

"I don't know, I agree I always thought Godric should be in the authority but he likes being Sheriff." Climbing into bed with next to him Sookie tells him. "I read one the people tonight and Godric is being held at the Newlin's church. While you were talking with Stan and Isabel I did some more digging in her human's head he is only in it for the sex and There's something called the fellowship they are building an army and they plan to kill Godric.

Eric's hand tightens around hers in a low voice he says. "We go tonight."

Eric and Sookie are a blur when they run into the church. "Where to my lover?"

Sookie closes her eyes listening into everyone when they both hear. "Down here my children."

In an instant they are both in the basement in front of Godric. "You should have not have come here."

"They are going to burn you."

Godric smiles at his children still together he loves them so much. For many years it was just the three of them. He is their maker but also their friend and family. Godric has always seen the love between Eric and Sookie and it has made him so happy and has given him hope that good things do come from this world.

"Before I met you I did terrible things I am a monster and I choose this I gave myself over to them."

Sookie looks over at Eric who sniffles. "Godric come with us now. "

"Eric someone is coming."

Eric glances at Sookie and then back at Godric. "Please Godric."

Godric looks at his children holding hands begging. He nods and they escape.

Eric and Sookie find Godric on the roof of the hotel the sun is going to come up any moment now. "Godric what are you doing?"

"Go back inside, I need to do this."

Sookie bites her wrist and shoves it against Eric's mouth so he can be in the sunlight too. "Godric this is ridiculous please come back inside. Stay alive for your children, your grandchildren."

"I will keep you alive by force."

Godric cups Eric's cheek as Eric begins to cry. "You are not that cruel. You have Sookie and your children. I am proud of the vampires you have become."

The sun comes up and Godric bursts into blue light as Eric and Sookie hold each other as they cry on the landing pad of the hotel.
