"*Gasp*... What.. on earth... Is... This...?"
Your eyes stood wide-opened in shock while you held your left hand onto your shocked, opened mouth as you looked around at the landscape while clenching the white blanket sheet with your right hand; covering your naked body. The whole landscape was an entire ocean that surrounds the place, with stairs that are bright as white as the clouds. As you look down on the bottom of the area by putting your head over the handrails, a large, lushfully, green field with flowers blow across the wind; being surrounded by a circular form with the white, large, sandy beach in its place. Strangely, however you noticed that there is nothing holding up the stairs as they're floating in zero gravity. The trembling fear began to increase as you slowly turned around. Your eyes widened completely of what you saw: A Chinese Sky Temple House that you've ended up in with bold red pillars; Jade, Gold, and Stone statues standing on each side with different designs. On the entryway, there is an inscription written in Chinese: 雷神廟府, meaning Thunder's Temple House. His home...
"This is... Thunder's home? I was transported to another dimension, after my confrontation? This can't be happening...! I must find a way out of here!"
The spiraled stairs had reached down as you begin to run away towards from the Temple. Panic starts to build up in your heart after you escaped from the room straight into the outside; still gripping on the sheet while you ran. The lifeless sight of the kids being killed, Charlie and Lola, tears began to flow down and spread on the air like crystals shining in the sea of blood. The sight alone made you run as quickly as you continued on running away from the deception. Charlie and Lola's sightless eyes brought fear onto your thoughts; as you began to say while finding a way out.
"Charlie... Lola... Forgive me for not having a chance to save you! I should've ran away with you guys when you tried to free me from that wretched prison that I was locked in. If there's anything I can do, I will take my revenge against The Three Storms, Lo Pan, Jack Burton, Wang-Chi, and everyone who deceived us! I won't let your deaths go unpunished! I will avenge you!"
Running down the stairs with such enragement, you continued going down as fast as a strong gust of wind blasting through the trees. The anger builds up inside of you from such a deceiving plan to make you fall in love; yet at the same time, you felt a desire to be with Thunder.
"I am distraught from the revelation of my friends' brutal murder... But, my feelings for Thunder are... About being in love with him. ...Why? WHY?!"
Your thoughts made you stop running away from the temple, and not realizing that you were very close to reaching to your destination. Suddenly, you felt a strong grasp grabbing you by the wrists.
" Argh! Let me go! LET ME GO! LET ME GOOOOO! Somebody Help ME!"
The loud bursting sound of the thunderous lightning, surrounded the skies into the batch of dark-gray clouds; turning the sunny sky into a sky of rain. Hands made of mist and dark energy, plunged out of the ground; as they grabbed you on your ankles to prevent you from escaping. Intense pain starts to develop on both your wrists, and ankles while you screamed in such agony from the grasps of the misty, elemental hands.
"Aaaaaaaarrrrrgggghhhhh!"
SHWING!* *SIK!* *SHUNK!*
Something eventually had just happened to you. By such a dangerous attempt that was about to happen, a dark, yet a good-alignment power had been unleashed from your back by the snake mark of your true self: Vertigo. A being feared by the rage of insanity that she casts upon those who would do harm to her. Its power had shredded through the grasp of the mystified hands by slashing them all up into bit of pieces right in front of you. Tears streamed down on your face as you slowly lift up your head; your eyes began glowing in different colors with the snake emblem appearing in-between the eyebrows on your forehead. You stand on your feet into the ground with a stream of blood flowing down on your face from the emblem; in which you still held onto the wet sheet covering your naked body. only to see the one that committed the crime of the death of your friends: Thunder. He begins to slowly descend from the sky; wearing nothing but his silk-red robe and pants while being shirtless to show his physique, and was about to give his reason to you about what happened.
"You see what I've warned you about, Empress... You are in a different world that is beyond your escape. There's nothing that you can to try your luck getting back to your dimension. Heh, heh. What can a mere human like yourself could try to do to stop me? *evil laugh*"
Droplets of blood still fall from your face to the floor, and on your sheet as you show your true power to Thunder; letting go of the wet sheet that you've held onto to fall into the ground. A sly smirk appears on the side of your mouth by revealing yourself to Thunder by an outfit made from the essence of the Snake Mark: A camouflaged blue/green snakeskin suit attached on your skin; covering up your body from the neck to the knees. A large, white Serpent with red eyes, appears next right next to you from her formation of the wet sheet that you'd held. Emilia, the albino-white serpent, joins you in the fight against the leader of the Storms. Fear started to crawl upon Thunder by the sight of your transformation into a being for more powerful than any other.
"It has been a long time, Vertigo... The power that you've unleashed upon yourself is coming together as one. For I, Emilia, will protect you at all costs."
The white serpent Emilia bows her head down to you as you gently pat on top of her head; as the multiple colors continues changing your eyes by the sight of your magic powers until they turned red. You speak to Emilia with utmost concern and care for her gratitude.
"Emilia... I've missed you very much since you were tragically sealed away in your dimensional prison by Orochi, and for me to destroy him after for what he has done to the world. But now... There is another enemy that we must face together, and avenge my friends for their deaths!"
"Very well, Vertigo... Let us merge as one. For we both can free ourselves from this place!"
"Okay."
Merging together with Emilia, you've granted the powers to evolve into the mystical form of a Knight. Thunder begins to recognize Emilia from somewhere before until it finally clicked into his mind. She was once an ally to Ching-Dai: The Evil God of The East, and had served him in the beginning; along with The Three Storms throughout eons. A burst of anger surged inside of Thunder as he remembered Emilia's betrayal towards the Wing Kong, his extended siblings, and all of what had happened eons ago. Raising his left arm, Thunder clenched his fist as pointing his finger towards Emilia, and speaking in Chinese.
"喵！白蛇！你…你這個可惡的叛徒! 你怎麼敢表現自己；在你對 岱菁 所做的一切之後，因為他們轉而反對我們的眩晕 !！你是我那麼多人死去的原因…風必須死的原因… 我永遠不會原諒你所做的事!" ("Miang! The White Serpent! You... You wretched traitor! How dare you show yourself; after everything that you've done to Ching-Dai for turning against us to Vertigo! You're the reason why so many of my breathen perished... The reason that Wind had to die... I'll NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE!")
You look towards Emilia as she stares up at Thunder in a malicious grudge that you've never seen before in your life. Concerned, you stay put on your position while Emilia, now once known as Miang since ancient times, replies back to Thunder in Chinese.
"億萬年前，我曾對你們懷抱著極大的敬意；因為你曾經對我來說就像家人一樣！但你和你的弟兄們為用冰冷、赤手空拳謀殺了這麼多人類而感到自豪，因為你驕傲地微笑著，並渴望再次殺人！我決定背叛你們所有人；消滅了你的許多兄弟，將大蛇封入監獄，並擊敗了清代! 現在，我要與你戰鬥，結束你的惡行，雷霆!" ("Eons ago, I had the utmost respect for you; for you were once like family to me! But you and your brethren were proud of murdering so many humans with your cold, bare hands, as you smiled with pride and the desire to kill again! I decided to betray you all; annihilated many of your brethren, sealed Orochi in prison, and defeated Ching-Dai! Now, I will fight you and end your evil deeds, Thunder!")
"So BE IT! Rrrrraaaaaaaaagggggghhhhhhh!"
"Oh No... Emilia... No, Miang! He's going to attack! I'm going to die!"
"Not if I can help you, Vertigo! I will protect you!"

"*Laughing* Oh, 妹妹... I thought that you understood our love for each other was to outright be true. But, I was wrong... You're just a little cowardly girl who can't defend herself; nor anyone else for you to protect! Now, you... will... DIIIEEEE!"
A large, lightning, Jian-like sword appears above Thunder's head as he raises both his hands up in the air, and throws down the power sword towards your direction. Before you were about to get yourself killed, a strong swinging gust of an axe blocks the weapon from attacking you.
KLANG!* *SHUNG!* *KLANG!*
SWOOOSH!*
"I am not a coward! I am a warrior! I have been dealing with many things that have been going with my life, and I didn't run away from it. I lost my beloved grandmother many years ago... The pain is still there, but I will protect anyone from dealing with sorrow, pain and agony! Not even you knew about this, 哥哥, but my grandmother's spirit lives on with me, and I... Won't... Run... AWAY!"
Placing your arms in front of your face from the gusting wind, you lowered down your hands, and slowly opened your eyes to a dangerous encounter between you and Emilia, against Thunder. It seems that she used an axe reflector spell to counter-attack Thunder's Storm Blade. As both you & Emilia have fought off against Thunder by working together, the atmosphere descends into a chaotic warzone; as the stairs had crumbled under your feet. Thanks to your powers, you stand firmly untouched by the destruction of the rampaging seas. Ancient monoliths emerge from under the ravaging waters that held them hidden for centuries. Stones, trees, broken columns and doors blow heavily around the battleground; floating in zero gravity.
SWING!* *SHHHHRRRKKK!* *KLANG!* *KLANG!*
The fighting intensified with each blow landing on each other as destruction laid all over the place. Thunder continued on with his thrusting punches and kicks while you kept yourself in a blocking position. Next, you kicked him with Emilia's Vortex Kick; while landing punches all over his body. Thunder takes you by surprise by hitting your back onto the ground. Slowly, you picked yourself up with Emilia by your side; for she, too, was badly iinjured. As he lands a blow above you, you knocked him under his chin with your fist as the essence of Vertigo wraps you around like a sheath of a sword. Blood begins to gush out from your mouth as you felt a stabbing pain on your stomach; being knee-up by Thunder. You clutch on your sides as the surge of pain shots up all over you. Plunging on the ground, Thunder gasps for air as Emilia had secretly used a fatal attack from your uppercut by sinking her fangs into the left side of his body. The screams of agony began to echo the entire ground while you lowered down; floating towards Thunder as the poison seeps inside him in such a wrathful matter. He swells up in a humongous, gruesome way; as he screams for the final time.
"No! This... Can't... Be... Happening! Why, Empress?! WHY?! NOOOOOOOOO!"
"I told you, before: I will never run away, and I will protect anyone from the harm that you brought to me, and my friend."
"AAAAaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
KABOOM!*
Thunder blows up to death from the poison that Emilia had placed inside of him as the screaming pain of agony ended his suffering. The look on your face slowly brings tears in your eyes as the atmosphere had finally calmed to a breeze-like air flow on your face. Emilia lays her chin on your left shoulder as your feet touched the ground.
"I can't believe it... It's finally over, Emilia."
"We both have fought off our adversaries for eons, Vertigo... It is truly over."
"Yes... You're right."
As you walked towards the smooth ground, suddenly something strange was happening to you. You began to feel sleepy as your eyesight becomes blurry, and you started to feel dizzy. Shaking off the effects wasn't working as Emilia was trying to keep you staying still but to no effect.
"Vertigo? Is something wrong? You're acting strange, Bossie."
"Bossie...? Emilia? What's happening to me...? Why... Is This...? Are you... Calling... Me... Bossie?"
Before you can say anything else to Emilia about calling you by your real name, you suddenly collapsed on the ground by you stumbling to the floor. Your eyes slowly close by the drowning pleads from Emilia.
"Uhh..."
"Bossie? Bossie, wake up! Bossie!"
Drifting into a sleeping position, the never-ending sound of your name continues to rumble through your body; as you begin to feel a lighter breeze by the levitation of your body drifting around lightly. Your eyes are still close from your sleepiness before feeling a solid touch on the back your head; facing upward by laying down. As your name begins to be heard from a muffled sound, you begin to hear some familiar voices that you recognized before. The sound became clearer and clearer the moment you were getting your strength back.
"...Bossie... Wake... Up... H... e...l...p... Char... lie. Boss... i...e..."
"Bo... ssie... Get... Up! Please, wake up Bossie!"
"BOOOOSSSSSSSIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEE! WaKe UP! waKE Up! WWWWAAAAAKKKKEEEEEE UUUPPPPP!"
The booming voice finally breaks your sleep. Your eyes are opened wide from what you believe was a dream by slowly lifting yourself up from the bed. Right in front of you, as you once had believed had died. Your kid friends, Charlie & Lola, stood by your side as you were having a bad dream. They were confused about you staring at them as if you saw a ghost or something.
"*Loud Gasp* Ah! What? ...Charlie? ...Lola?"
"Bossie! Thank goodness you're awake! You were a having a nightmare or something like that. Both me, and Lola were worried about you after you got sick."
"What?"
It felt like something... Or someone had managed to bring you back into reality. Whatever it was, it was time to have a word with your friends... The friends who you thought were dead.
