Sorry about this but in my last chapter I forgot to say thank you to Dktv9 and Trald1994 for their suggestion during the Feoh chapters anyway, let's go!
Chapter 5
Unexpected Arrival
"Dame that Tenno!" Vult shouted slashing a tapestry in half with his sword
The reason he was so frustrated was because he just received word that they just lost the city of Feoh and Beardsley was just killed, no doubt by this…child! Also to add salt to the wound the Tenno also gained more allies with the liberation of Alicia and Prim, also the recruitment of a rebel group known as the Silver Wolves.
"I can't believe this, all my plans and power I gained, being stripped away from me…by a child!" Vult shouted as he slashed another banner in half
He knew it was matter of time before the rest of his empire fell to this boy, he needed a trump card, a way to turn this around in his favor…but what? Suddenly a door opened and out it was one of his men, a messenger to be specific and he seemed excited about something.
"Boss, we've got some great news!" the messenger said
"What is it?" Vult asked, curious as to what made him so excited
"What just got word that Iris Arcadia is making her way here!" the messenger exclaimed
Hearing this made Vult's frown turn into a smile, he's mind formulating a plan. It seemed he found his bargaining chip, with someone like the ruler of the Holy Kingdom of Aurelia he had a lot leverage in terms of demands…maybe even trying to demand surrender from this Tenno considering his mission to help people so of course he wouldn't want to see an innocent hurt.
"Soldier! Get some men and monsters together and get ready for an ambush, were going capture Iris Arcadia!" Vult shouted
So with a nod the messenger then ran out of the room to fulfill his orders and once he left Vult then sat down with a his signature smirk on his face.
"Today is a good day" Vult said, already envisioning his victory

At the Tenno's village Draco was busy walking around the village to make sure everything was going good and nothing was amiss. So far everything seemed to be going well; the new medic center he built really helped the injured women and men from the battles with the Kuroinu Empire, the automated defense systems were in top notch shape and the new barracks he built for the Silver Wolves was just finished.
"Everything seems to going well" Draco said with a nod
"Draco" a voice said catching his attention
Turning around he was meet with Alicia herself, who was now looking way better than before and was now garbed in her usual attire like when he saw her in her mindscape.
"Alicia, how are you doing today?" Draco asked
"Much better thanks to your efforts" Alicia replied with a smile
"Think nothing of it, it's just what we do" Draco said
Alicia couldn't help but smile at this, appreciating how humble the young warrior is. He never boasts, he never puts himself above others and best of all he treats everyone with kindness and respect something that no man had done for them…even before all of this started. Thinking about this made Alicia blush slightly has she admired him also he wasn't bad looking either.
"Draco!" A voice called out, sounding quite frantic
Turning around Draco and Alicia were met with Prim, who was now dressed in a white and pink dress with it open in the front showing off her panties.
"Prim, what's wrong?" Alicia asked
"It's the motoring station, I think I broke it!" Prim shouted, tears slightly in her eyes
She looked like she was about to cry so Alicia then hugged her, soothing the little girl. Draco then walked over and rubbed Prim's head as he looked at her with a kind smile.
"It's okay Prim, just take me there and I'll fix it for you" Draco said assuredly
Prim nodded to this and rubbed the tears from her eyes, once that was done they made their way to the observation center, a place Draco built that watches all the camera feeds from all the drones that Draco deployed to keep an eye out for any invading forces or points of interests. To get there Draco created a teleporter system to take anyone to anywhere in the village, the same tech that allowed the Tenno move around there Dojo's, so with a simple button press the three of them arrived at the observation center. The room was pretty simple that being a large room with several monitors and a large control board that allows the user to change different camera feeds from different drones or to control the video feed, but when they arrived in the room the screens were all black and were not showing any feeds.
"See, nothing is showing up, what did I do wrong?!" Prim said, worried greatly
Draco then walked over to the control counsel to see what was wrong. Everything looked okay, no damaged wires, no missing pieces and there was power going to the device…that was until Draco found the solution. Draco then pressed a single button on the counsel and in an instant the camera feeds turned back on surprising Alicia and Prim but Draco just slightly chuckled at this.
"Prim…you just turned it off" Draco said
Hearing this Prim then gained a very dark shade of red on her cheeks and tired hide her face in her hair, seeing this made Alicia chuckle as she rubbed her cousin's head.
"Don't worry Prim, this is all new to us so it's okay to assume something like this" Alicia said, trying to assure her
"She's right Prim, it's okay if you think that you broke it, honestly I kind of expected this scenario" Draco said which made Prim groan in embarrassment
Draco just chuckled again, finding the display kind of cute and adorable, but suddenly he's thoughts were then broken when he heard a beeping coming from one of the screens. Turning to it he saw one the drones had found something causing Draco to switch to that feed and what he found was quite a surprise. In the feed Draco found a white and gold carriage going down a dirt path, the path leading to the capital Ken and around that carriage were several knights that were garbed in red capes.
"Huh, who's that?" Draco asked looking at the screen with curiosity
Alicia then looked at the video to and once she saw the carriage she then gasped, which caught Draco by surprise.
"You know who that is?" Draco asked which Alicia nodded a yes
"That's Iris Arcadia, ruler of the Holy Kingdom of Aurelia, neighboring country from Eoista" Alicia replied
"I see but why is she here?" Draco asked
"I don't know she hardly ever comes here unless…oh no" Alicia said, dread spreading across her face, which honestly worried the Tenno
"Alicia, what's the matter, what happened?" Draco asked, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder
"It…it was many years ago…during the war with Olga" Alicia shakily replied, clearly panicking
Seeing this Prim stepped forward to help fill in the gaps of her sisters words.
"You see during the first war, Celestine and the rest of Seven Shield Alliance sent a message to the neighboring country to send help in our hour of need…but when we did… Kuroinu took over" Prim said
Draco couldn't help but grimace at this; he didn't blame them for what they did after all it is natural to ask for help in times of crisis it was just unfortunate that there help came too late. Worst yet this Iris person probably doesn't even know what happened here which could lead to…
"Ambushes" Draco said looking at the monitor
This caught Alicia's and Prim's attention as they too looked at the monitor and true to Draco's words there was an ambush in the making, the reason being is because one of the Drones caught sight of several Dogs and monsters hiding in the dense foliage of the forest.
"There heading for a trap, we need to help them!" Alicia shouted
"But even our fastest horses cannot catch up in time!" Prim said, making Alicia slightly curse since Prim was right
"I'm fast enough" Draco said
Which was a fact due to Draco's advanced tech so it was no question who had to go and save the princess from her fate. So without further delay the three of them teleported back to the center of the village, once there Draco then made his way to the main gates all while he activated his Loadout switching bracelet so he can summon his Warframe.
"Not going to make the same mistake like last time, I need a Warframe that can defend as well as attack lucky for me I have good pile to choice from" Draco said to himself
The problem was he multitasking skills weren't the greatest in the world, so he needed a Warframe that can defend people passively so that he can focus on the enemies. Thinking over the lists of Warframes in his mind he then came to one option that was perfect for a mission like this, one that he always wished to bring out and dust off for old time's sakes.
"Deploy…Khora"

Out on the dirt path that leads to the city of Ken, Iris Arcadia was fighting or her life! The red haired princess adored in her white and gold armor consisting of a breastplate that barley covered her chest, gauntlets and leggings. Currently her and her knights had their swords drawn and were standing in circle for defensive positioning the reason for this was because they were surrounded by monsters and mercenaries that had ambushed them for what reason she doesn't know but that didn't mean she wasn't going down without a fight.
"Be strong my knights, we may be few but we are strong in heart!" Iris called out to her knights
"Yes your majesty!" her knights replied
One of mercenaries came at the princess with his own sword raised over his head, which he brought down on Iris but the princess deflected the attack and pushed the blade away, letting the Princess drive her sword into her attackers chest thus causing blood to spray out from his wound. Some Imps then jumped out of the group and rushed them but Iris and her knights easily dispatched the tiny monsters with ease but that was not the end of their troubles. Soon enough another wave of monsters came out from the forest consisting of larger monsters mostly Orcs, thus things were starting to look bad for Iris and her men but stood their ground against these creatures.
"If this is our final hour my lady…I am honored to have served alongside you" one of knights said, the rest nodding in agreement
Iris smiled at this, touched by her knights words, "The honor was mine, to have such honorable men by my side" Iris replied
The princess then returned her gaze to the monsters and mercenaries, her gaze steeled with resolve, if this was going to be her final battle today…she will make sure it was one of her greatest in history.
"For Aurelia!"
But just she said those words something then jumped out from out the forest and before they could react something then tackled one of the mercenaries to the ground, then the man started screaming bloody murder as blood sprayed all over the ground and the source coming from his neck and the reason it was spraying out was because of something biting into his neck. Iris couldn't help by gasp at the sight she saw as the creature was tearing into the man's throat, said creature looked to be a large cat but it was unlike any cat Iris had ever seen with it have a coat of black fur, two long ears and what looked like silver armor coming out its body. The cat creature then ripped out a huge chunk of the man's throat thus ending the man's life, this caused the other men to look at the large cat with fear as it hissed at them but one the Orcs then approached the cat creature with his mace in hand, looking down at the monster with a smirk.
"Bad kitty, you need to be put down girl" the Orc said raising its weapon
But as the monster lifted his mace over his head suddenly multiply needles then came out the forest and struck the green skin in his chest. The monster stood still for a long time until he then keeled over backward with a loud thud, scaring both parties at the sudden attack even more so with the attackers.
"Don't touch my kavat, she doesn't like it when she's threatened" a voice said catching everyone's attention especially Iris's.
The princess turned to the source of the voice which came from some bushes but soon the bushes were pushed aside as out of the forest came the strangest warrior she had ever seen. The person in question seemed to be made of flesh and metal but defiantly had the features of a female, with armor with a blend of black, marron and tan, faceless and a tail piece in the back. This was Khora, the entrapping Warframe and her void manifested Kavat Venari, another one of Draco's Warframes and equipped with the Corinth shotgun and Khora's signature weapons the Hystrix and the Duel Keres.
"Friend or foe?" Iris asked the new arrival, hoping that this newcomer was friendly because she clearly looked like someone she didn't want to fight
"Right now, I'm your best chance of surviving this" Draco said to the princess
Iris was quite surprised as well as her knights to her a male voice come out of the females body but even more surprised when the cat creature came to the warriors side and rubbed against her leg which the warrior rubbed her head in turn.
"Good work Venari" the warrior said making the large feline meow in response
But this moment was cut short when the monsters and mercenaries readied there weapons but looked quite frightful of this new arrival. Iris and her men got ready for combat as well but were surprised when the warrior and her companion stood in front of them.
"You've done well princess, your skills show…but rest now and leave this to us" Draco said as Venari hissed at the group
Iris was about to argue with the warrior, wanting to say that she will not let others fight her battles for her but her words were caught in her throat when Draco clipped the Hystrix back to his waist and pulled oout Corinth shotgun from his back. Seeing the large and unfamiliar weapon closed the princess's mouth deciding to let this warrior battle but also some of her men were hurt so it made sense to hold back for now.
"Very well…good luck warrior" Iris said which made Draco chuckle
"Don't worry once I stepped foot on this battle field…they were already dead"
Then with a simple whistle Venari then pounced at the first target that being a mercenary and started to rip and tear him to pieces with her claws and teeth. Thus with that first move the ambushers rushed forward with a war cry as Draco charged at them as well. Draco then pointed his shotgun at the first man that came at him and with a simply trigger pull and a resounding BANG a massive hole appeared in the man's torso, easily ripping apart any armor the man had as easy as paper, two more came at Draco but the Tenno fired two more shots easily turning those men's torso's vacant even an Orc came at him with club held high and swung but Draco easily dodged the attack with a roll and fired a shot thus making the Orc's head pop like a bloody balloon. One of the monsters a little imp jumped up behind Draco, hoping to stab the Tenno but Venari then snatched then little creature out of the air with a pounce and easily crushed the small monster in its teeth with a simple crunch.
"Good girl" Draco complimented the feline as he loaded his shotgun with shells
Seeing more enemies coming, this time in the form of wolf men, Draco decided to switch out for a more agile weapon to combat his opponents speed and agility. So Draco stowed away his Corinth and unsheathed his Duel Keres, a blade in each hand and charged at the wolf men with Venari close beside him. Once Draco got close to one the monsters he then cut him in two with his blades with great speed and precision, one of the wolves tried to get him from behind but Venari easily stretched its eye out causing it bleed and howl in pain but it didn't last long when Draco spun around an cut the monster in half thus separating it from its torso. Draco then saw three wolves coming at him, most likely to do overwhelm him with a quick succession of number, but Draco then used Khora's second ability, Ensnare, causing Draco to unfurl Khora's exalted whip and gave it a snap of the wrist causing the lead wolf to be wrapped in a spiral of living wires. Once it was entwined the wire then started to entangle the other wolves, pulling them as well and keeping them from moving at all, once they were a pulled in Draco then used Khora's first power, Whipclaw, giving another crack of the whip thus unleashing a small shockwave. The whip not only released the wire but also gravely hurt them due to the sharp shockwave.
Once the group of wolf men were taken care of Venari then started sniffing around the area and with a simply meow from her showing that area was clear of enemies. With that in mind Draco then made his way back to the Iris and her group to check up with them.
"All enemies are clear, you're safe now" Draco said to the princess
Iris was against trusting the mystery warrior but seeing as "she" took out her enemies with ease…she might take a chance…maybe. So Iris the sheathed her sword and held out her hand to Draco for a handshake which he took and gave a firm shake.
"Thank you warrior, I appreciate your efforts and your skills" Iris said which nodded in appreciation
"Think nothing of it, I'm merely here to help" Draco replied
They then stopped shaking hands but when Iris let go she then winced in pain, holding her shoulder thus getting Draco's attention.
"Your hurt, did one of the creatures get to you?" Draco asked
Iris then let go of her shoulder and tried to put on a brave face so that she will not show weakness, even to a stranger.
"It is nothing, just some scum that got lucky" Iris replied
Draco wasn't buying it at all, as a trained warrior he knew that not trying to treat any injury no matter how big or small can be lethal down the road. So with a certain whistle Venari then walked over to the princess which made her back up in fear but once Venari was close enough, she then started to let out a small blue glow that seemed to wash over Iris and her knights. As the glow flowed over them Iris could feel her body being rejuvenated as if the energy that she lost was being restored and her body was being mended as the cuts and bruises she had simply vanished as if they were never there. Seeing this development she couldn't help be astounded by the healing capabilities of the feline, not even her best magic users could make healing magic as good as this.
"Thank you" Iris said, reaching a hand out to the large feline
Venari then sniffed her slightly, and then Venari then pushed her head into Iris's palm which promoted the Princess to rub the cat's head.
"Venari likes you" Draco said
"How can you tell?" Iris asked still petting the feline
"She didn't rip your hand off when you offered it" Draco replied, in serious voice
Iris paled a bit at that, slowly stopping her petting of the war cat so that Venari doesn't have any second ideas.
"You must return with me princess, it's not safe right now" Draco said, which made her raise an eyebrow at this
"I appreciate the warning warrior but I have business in Ken that must be taken care of" Iris said getting ready to get in her carriage
"Ken is overtaken" Draco said stopping Iris in her tracks
She then turned around to face the strange warrior, disbelief written all over her face.
"How?!" she demanded
"Come with me and you'll find out" Draco replied
Curiosity eating at her Iris then got in her carriage as she and her knights followed the warrior. In less than hour they have arrived at the village making Iris slack jawed at the sight, from the automatic defense systems to the energy bubble that went over like a dome over the village.
"Just some augments I made to protect this place" Draco said, surprising Iris even more
"You made all of this?" She asked as Draco nodded in response, "Who are you?" Iris asked still in disbelief
"All will be explained once were inside" Draco replied
The group then arrived at the large metal doors leading to the village and after Draco entered a code into the side of the door, the gates then swung open revealing the village inside. Walking inside Iris and her knights were stunned by the changes to the village, to the small drones that roamed the sky, to even the metal bipedal creatures walking around the village like guards.
"This is…unreal" Iris exclaimed, staring in wonder and awe
"Yes, we were like that too" a voice said catching the princess attention
There standing in front of the carriage was Alicia and her cousin Prim, alongside them was to her shock Olga Discordia and her hand maiden Chloe. Seeing this Iris then practically jumped out of her carriage and stared at the sight before her, the dark elf queen that has been terrorizing the land was standing side by side with one the members of the Shield Alliance and acting like nothing was wrong!
"Okay…what is going on?!" Iris shouted, her mind buzzing with so many questions
"You might want to sit down her highness; there is a lot to discuss" came Draco's voice
Turning to him, Iris was surprised further to find the voice of her savior came from a young boy who looked much too young to be on a battle field and yet… here he was.
"Please, I have so many questions" Iris said, holding her forehead in exhaustion
So once Iris's things were placed in secure location Iris, Draco and Alicia went to the village tavern to discuss what was happening in the land Eoista. After explaining everything to the Princess of the neighboring country what was happening and what has happened Iris then looked down at the mug in her hand, regret plastered her face.
"I am so sorry Alicia, I wish I was here sooner I could have helped turn the tide of the war" Iris said but Alicia shook her head
"No it's best you didn't show otherwise you would have been captured along with the rest of us" Alicia said, placing a comforting hand on Iris' shoulder
"The important thing is that you're here now, we need as much help as we can in order to bring down this empire" Draco said
Iris looked at her drink, conflict on her face, still trying to get over the guilt she had in her heart but then she stood up from her spot and drew her sword. She then stabbed the end into ground and got on one knee, bowing to the Tenno before her.
"Warrior from the stars, I, Iris Arcadia here by pledge my power and services to you so that we may stomp out this empire from this once great land!" Iris proclaimed
Draco then let a small smile grace his lips as he held out his hand to Iris which she took thus hosting her to her feet.
"Thank you your majesty, the people are grateful for your support as well as I and I know we will be one step closer to winning this battle" Draco said, his eyes a blaze with fire that burned as bright as the sun of the Origin system
Seeing this look made Iris's face glow with a bright red, finding herself flustered by the words of the Tenno. Letting go of her hand Draco made his way to the exit all while Iris looked after him with wonder and respect.
"Draco…what a warrior to behold."
I'm back again with Warframe, the Warframe train is back on track thanks to a little help with the new update the Techrot Encore! I've got my fire back and ready to write this story again (I hope). Also I would like to thank LunaSymphony for suggesting Khora for this chapter. So once again please leave a review and please giving more suggestions about which Warframe you would like to see next appear…expect the new guy Temple I don't have him yet and without further delay…PEACE!
