Chapter 3 Wicked Schemes

Doc Ock and the rest of the escaped super villains and criminals were taken to a warehouse in downtown. They went inside where they found the Tinkerer and a lab. Vulture, Montana, Fancy Dan, and Ox were given suitcases that contained their gear and tech. Doc Ock changed into some new clothes and went to talk to Tinkerer.
"Have you already started construction on the machine?" Asked Ock.
"I have thanks to some aid from our benefactor." Said Tinkerer.
"What benefactor?" Asked Electro.
"That would be me." Said Hammerhead as he stepped out from behind some machines.
"Wasn't he are enemy?" Asked Vulture.
"He was when Tombstone was in control of the criminal underworld, but now he's a partner and benefactor in our latest endeavor." Said Ock.
"And what exactly is that?" Asked Electro.
"Imagine if you would a machine that could take you anywhere in the world. No bank vault world be safe from being robbed. No military or government building would have no defense from a surprise attack. Politicians, scientist, or celebrities would be easy to kidnap and hold for ransom. The world would be ours." Said Ock with a smile.
"You built a teleporter?" Asked Electro in amazement.
"Not quite. We still need a few more components to finish the machine and test it. All of which are in secured areas and require force to get to. Spider-Man will no doubt interfere and try to stop us. Perhaps once everything is set up we can test the machine on the arachnid. I think the bottom of the ocean will be a nice place to send him." Said Ock.
"I like the sound of that." Said Rhino and most of the other villains agreed.
"I want to best the Spider-Man and unmask him first." Said Kraven.
"And you shall have your chance my dear Kraven. Now gentlemen let's get to work." Said Ock as he began to lay out the plans to steal the components they needed.
