Chapter 1281
Around The Block
It seems every relationship
Runs on an unseen clock
A first indicator is often
When they stop to talk
It's often the beginning of the end
When one starts to ridicule and mock
Sooner rather than later
Everything they say is schlock
No one wants to hear
The other one complain and squawk
It's always the same thing
Everything is little more than a crock
They soon retreat to their corner
They watch each other like a hawk
They begin to sneak and stalk
What they find isn't really a shock
The decision isn't too hard
For one to soon walk
There are always others who knock
It's time for a trip around the block
Nobody
