Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's fanmake Episode 1 Pt 1
In the city of Station Square a popular card game emerged known as Duel Monsters that took the world by storm, now several thousand years letter in New Station Square the game has evolved into something more, known as Turbo Duels
We go to a Stadium known as the Luther Dome where one of these duels was going to take place. We see a man with black hair in a blue suit known as Chris McClain was announcing this
"Duelists young and old, profession and amateur alike. It's the moment you've been waiting for!" Chris says as spot lights focus on an area that acts as an entry way onto the track "Put your hands together, for the number 1 ranked Turbo Duelist in the world…Predaking!"
Out of the smoke comes a black and red duel runner styled like a dragon, the wheels a special design that allow the runner to turn 360 degrees without losing speed.
The figure riding the runner was a black robot with red highlights and yellow lights on him, he wore a helmet with a mask visor (resembling the characters alt form head).
As the crowd cheers Chris continues while Predaking laps round the track and a wolf robot like figure stands on the side holding a helmet sipping on a drink, glaring at Predaking "As he looks to add to his unbeaten streak today, one begs the question...can anyone take this Predacon down?!"
Predaking looks to the audience allowing his visor to rise up revealing his silver face and yellow optics as he address the audience saying "How about we put this Turbo Duel to overdive?!"
The crowd cheers excited, this was one of Predaking's catchphrases that drive them fans wild.
We then shift our focus to an island close by New Station Square, it was an old run down city island called Sol. Few recall how Sol came to be, but a disaster long ago caused Sol to separate from new Station Square. Now the people here live as poor and desperate against the Republic Guard, Station Square's security force.
If you were here it's either you were born here or you were shipped her to live here after committing a crime. We move through the city to an old underground subway system where we see a purple cat with a white muzzle, wearing a purple coat, white pants, gloves and red shoes and also wearing a purple helmet with a bit of flame decal. She was riding a purple duel runner with the same flame decals though it.
This was Blaze the cat and as she was riding her runner down the subway she thought 'I'm coming for you Predaking and this time I'm settling the score."
We come back to the Luther Dome with Chris announcing while Pradaking was riding round the track "With one more warm up lap left to go, the rematch of the century is about to begin! But will the competition ever show it's face?"
Blaze meanwhile tests her runners reflexes with a few lane changes as she continues to ride.
Back at the match the Wolf robot had gotten onto the track with a runner a grey one with a wolf theme to it.
Chris then says "and Steeljaw has finally shown up, eager to reclaim his lost title" Both Steeljaw and Predaking were next to each other for the starting line.
Predaking presses a button saying "I will fire things up!" After he did on the display of both runners a card appears and activates, surrounding the field in a space like hue colour.
A computer voice on the runner said "Duel mode engaged, autopilot standing by" this means that while the duelists play there turn they won't have to worry about losing control of the runner
Chris then explained "With the Speed World field spells activated the actions about to start, now for those joining use for the first time here is a quick run down." As he explained some were looking at hand held guides to follow along. "Once Speed World has been activated the only spells that can be used is Speed Spells, normal spells take a back seat to this action folks."
He laughs before continuing "Also to add, a rider's strength is now overseen by the speed counter, the more counters they have the stronger the move they'll be able to make."
Predaking and Steeljaw look serious as the countdown began, Predaking putting down his visor while Steeljaw just wore a simple bike helmet with a wolf design, the automated voice said "Turbo duelists, countdown initiated. Ready, set, duel!"
Once the light turned green both Duelists set off to begin both having 4000 Life points. Steeljaw smirks as he draws a card saying "You're mine this time!"
Some of the stadium's cheerleaders begin to cheer as we then see Steeljaw with a large monster with fire coming out of his head, Chris announced saying "And Steeljaw has summoned his strongest monster Skull Flame, can Predaking recover?"
With hardly any change in emotion and to answer the question Predaking plays one card and as something is summoned Predaking smirks under his helmet while saying "You had your fun, but now it's time for my victory lap."
The monster summoned was a black and red dragon with red eyes that roars while Predaking explained "Now I am sure you recall my Red Dragon Archfiend from our previous duel, right Steeljaw? Since you worked so hard to get back here again, I will grace you the honor of falling to my most powerful beast again!"
Predaking turns a full 180 degrees driving backwards as he ordered "Archfiend, send him back to the scrapheap with Scorching Crimson Flare!"
The dragon obeys and fires a fire blast that engulfs Skull flame and Steeljaw reducing his life points to 0 while Steeljaw screams
At the same time Blaze's runner blows a part causing her to stop and skid to a holt. She looks at the burst area of her runner standing by it and removes her helmet revealing her ponytail styled hair and looks up to the sky through the large crack on the road above her.
This set back was big but she wasn't giving up, once this runner works fully, she will be going after Predaking.
Back at the Luther Dome, Steeljaw gets off his broken down Runner and removes his helmet and throws it down angry that he lost a 2nd a time.
Meanwhile Chris was saying with excitement "And Predaking's unbeaten streak continues!"
Predaking does his victory lap and raises his hand as he calls out "Who is the dragon of faster?! Who's the king of the duel?! That's right it's me!"
Back in Sol we see Blaze pushing her runner along the tunnel with not much difficulty. She soon hears the voices of people chanting Predaking making her look up.
She had arrived back at the place she calls home but there were three others also there. A green and silver robot named Bulkhead, a pruple siver faced robot named Nefarious and a asian girl with black hair with a bit of a pink streak in it pigtailed girl wearing a pink shirt, blue vest, blue shorts, blue and pink stockings and black boots with pink laces, this was Miko Nakadai. These three were some of Blaze's friends here in Sol.
The three were around a computer watching Predaking's match as it enter the after action press interview.
"Mr. Predaking, can we get a word?" Chris said to the champion while Blaze paying it no mind moved to dock her runner in it's station. "Ever since you burst onto the scene with your first Duel Runner the competition hasn't been able to keep up. Is it the power in your ride that has catapulted you to the number 1 ranking spot in the world?"
Predaking snatches Chis' mic with the annoucer looking annoyed by it, the champ looks to the camera as he said "Let me make this perfectly clear! It's not the power of the runner, it's the power of the rider! I will take anyone one any ride and I will still come out as the winner! Anymore questions?"
"One more if you please, do you have anything to say who dream of someday challeging you to a duel?" Chris asked
At this point Blaze revs her runner's engine and this got the others attention as Predaking is heard saying "Yes"
"Oh, hey there Blaze!" Miko said smiling a bit.
"Bring...it..." Predaking says just before Miko turns off the computer.
"Sorry about that Blaze, we would have watched the duel somewhere else but the cable we rigged up couldn't go any further" Bulkhead said rubbing his head
"So you know, Predaking was amazing as always" Nefarious said smiling
"Nefarious will you shut your trap!" Miko said knowing that was not okay to say to Blaze.
"What? What did I say?" Nefarious asked confused
"You know Blaze doesn't want to hear how amazing Predaking is" Miko explained to him
"Oh...right, sorry about that" Nefarious said rubbing his head.
"Only one person or should I say Predacon needs to be sorry" Blaze states simply
"That's right, Predaking still owes you for what he did" Miko said nodding firmly
"That's right" Blaze said as she works on her runner.
"So, where have you been Blaze?" Bulkhead asked changing the subject.
"I've been in the tunnels, I was testing out a new acceleration chip" Blaze explained to them
"So, tell us did the new chip work out great or something?" Bulkhead asked curious
"Well Bulkhead, did it look like the new chip worked out great?" Miko asked the Autobot sarcastically.
"Well...now you mention it, doesn't look like it did" Bulkhead admits and leans back in his chair "But you know what, you're other Runner looked great on TV…"
"BULKHEAD!" Miko screamed out angry
"What Miko? I was just trying to make our friend feel better!" Bulkhead said defending his comments "It make have gone through some changes but that is Blaze's first duel runner after all, if it wasn't Predaking double crossing Blaze and stealing her ride, Blaze would have been the one giving that interview we were watching." He takes a moment before continuing "But cause Predaking got all famous with Blaze's runner, all the fame, fortune and glory are Predaking's now."
"Bulkhead!" Miko calls out again, she can get where he is coming from but still it was a bit much to say especially in Blaze's pressence.
"What?" Bulkhead asked confused.
Meanwhile a figure zooms down the stairs bursting out of a tornado of rose petals, she was a black haired girl with red highlights and silver eyes, she wore a white and black outfit and a red cape. She was Ruby Rose another friend and Blaze, she also hard a blue mark in an equel sign on her face. She was excited as made her way down to the groups hideout.
"Blaze, hey Blaze!" She calls out nearing it and got Blaze's attention "Are you down here Blaze?!" She soon stops once she reached them
"Hey Ruby, we're in here" Miko said waving to the hood wearing girl
"How is it going pal?" Bulkhead said with a nod and smile
"Wait till you all see what I got for Blaze!" Ruby said and goes to Blaze
"Am I the only one who is getting a bad feeling about this?" Nefarious asked concerned.
"Possibly, mainly cause you usually do have a bad feeling" Miko said as the three go to see what it is Ruby has who was searching her skirt pocket for it.
She then pulls out a small chip and shows it to Blaze "Check it out, a Chaosline 70 acceleration chip!"
"Wait, that's a Chaosline?" Nefarious asked surprised "Aren't those supposed to be very expensive?"
Miko takes Ruby's arm and gives the chip a closer look "From the looks of it, it's brand new, never even used" she said and glares at Ruby "Ruby, don't tell me you stole this?"
Ruby yanks her arms away and said defensibly "I didn't steal anything, I just saw it laying on the ground in broad daylight" This got Miko, Nefarious and Bulkhead concerned with what Ruby just said as she adds "Perhaps somebody dropped it"
"Ruby, you know better then to take things that don't belong to you" Miko told her while Ruby pouts and grumbles.
Bulkhead then chimes in "You know how things run here, no one leaves anything just lying around here."
Nefarious gets close and indicates to Ruby's mark on her face and states "If they saw you, they'll track us down and mark us all."
See here criminals are marked with a special blue tracking dye that is tattooed to the criminal's body, this is used by Republic Security to keep tabs on the marked criminal so it will be harder for them to get into trouble, Ruby's mark is one such one.
"That's enough, take it easy Nefarious" Blaze said standing up and looks to Ruby and holds out her hand "Ruby, may I see it?" Ruby surprised hands her the chip, she looks at it and turns to her Runner said "This is exactly what I needed."
"Wait, Blaze you can't use that!" Nefarious said to her
"Seriously, you have to have Ruby take it back." Miko told her folding her arms
Ruby happy that Blaze liked it said "Oh I just knew you'd like it, I knew, will it make you faster?"
"Oh it mostly definatly will" Blaze said as she removes the previous chip and puts the Chaosline in to replace it
"Oh, then maybe it's best she doesn't return it" Bulkhead said thinking
"Bulkhead!" Miko yells out at him
"What?" Bulkhead asked confused
Nefarious sighs and said "Look Blaze, we know how you feel but it is possibly better to just bury the past and move on and forget about Predaking."
Ruby glares at the robot and said "But Predaking also took Blaze's best card, remember Nefarious?!"
"and you also remember that Pradaking is in the city and folks over there don't take kindly to people from Sol" Nefarious states to her.
"Yeah, so what? You have to reamember sometimes it's best to stand up for yourself!" Ruby told him
Nefarious looks to Blaze and said "Blaze, us Solians should really just stay put."
Blaze working on her computer runing a diagnostics check on the chip simply said "Predaking didn't stay, so why should I stay?"
"Let him go Blaze" Miko said agreeing with Nefarious' point "Don't risk your freedom over some wheels and a card. I believe Nefarious is right, it's time to put the past in the past."
Blaze notices her diagnotic results coming and she looks at the runner before pacing one hand on a handle and revs it, the sound was responsive and loud that it echoes throughout the subway amazing everyone there.
Blaze opens her eyes and pats the Runner. Ruby happy said "Wow, that is exactly what I call power!" Blaze looks to Ruby and nods in agreement, the hood wearing girl picks up the cat's helmet "Take it out for a spin, let's see what it can really do!"
Just then a search lights flash down through the gap into the Subway and airships can be heard shocking everyone
"What's that?!" Bulkhead asked worried while Nefarious checks it
Nefarious shocked shouted "It's Republic Security!"
"Identification number RTX-857706!" The pilot in the airship said on a loudspeaker before adding "You are in possession of stolen property! Escape is not an option! We have you surrounded!"
Everyone looks to Ruby shocked as that ID number was the one for her traker mark. The girl looks scared almost like she was going to cry as she clutches Blaze's helmet.
