Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds Episode 3 Pt 1
We open in Sol, with the group getting ready for Blaze to begin her trip to get to New Station Square, Roman's group had already left. It was late at night during the preperations.
"You only got one shot at this Blaze" Nefarious told her and then reminds her "The maintenance hatch opens at midnight and only stays open for three minutes after that
"She knows" Ruby said to the robot
"and then the flood that pipeline with trash" Nefarious continued
"She knows!" Ruby said louder
"and as soon as you jump over the sewage plant fence the security will be..." Nefarious continues but is cut off
"SHE KNOWS!" Ruby yells out finally getting Nefarious to stop we also see the time is 11:15 thanks to Blaze's runner clock "Try being more positive Nefarious."
"Sorry, I thought I was being more positive" Nefarious admits rubbing his head
"Hey Blaze!" Miko calls out getting the cat's attention and asked concerned "Can you really do this?"
"I will admit a test run is one thing but the real thing is something altogether different. If they were to catch you..." Nefarious said also concerned but is cut off again
Bulkhead smiling said "Hey. don't listen to them Blaze, just uh...I am not sure, hit the throttle and don't look back"
"Oh, that reminds me I nearly forgot!" Ruby said as she jumps down to the tracks and pulls out a card to hand to Blaze "Here for good luck"
"What is it Ruby?" Blaze asked as she takes it and looks at it, the card was of a robotic legless creature that was yellow with two engines for arms. It had zero attack and defense points
"Turbo Booster" Ruby said smiling and Blaze knew this card meant a lot to the girl
She then asked concerned "Wasn't this the card your uncle gave you?"
Ruby nods with a smile "I want you to take it, like my uncle and sister always say 'you never know when you might need a boost' I just hope it can help you get your Stardust Dragon back from Predaking."
Blaze nods as she puts the card into her deck and gets on her runner, turns it on and puts her helmet on with the visor down, she looks to her friends and asked "Will you all be on the monitor?"
Ruby smiles and nods "Yes, we will go topside so we have a clear signal. Now flame it up!"
Blaze nods and prepares to drive off but Miko manages to say "and remember not to slow down for anything!" and with that Blaze drives off down the tunnel
"You go Blaze!" Ruby calls out with a hopeful smile
Blaze drives down the tunnel and thinks to herself 'It's time to finish the score Predaking' She then drives up the stairs to the surface and drives through the streets to the sewage plant
At Republic Security one of the officers on the surveillance terminals named Lou sees a blip appear on a map of Sol and alarmed said "We have movement! Blaze has gone topside!" He turns to Gantu who attention was gotten "We have detected the homing signal from the stolen chip!"
"Well spit it out already! Where is she?" Gantu said looking at him
Lou types at the console and said "She's in the East sector, switching to satellite view now" Indeed the view changes to a life feed showing Blaze driving down the highway
"Where do you think you're going?" Gantu said to the image of Blaze and then said to the officer as he began to leave "Lock onto that chip, then open up a com-link to update me on her movements. Do not lose her!"
Gantu gets on his hover duel runner and drives through the streets, Lou contacts him to say "Captain Gantu, she just turned off Metru-Nui street, heading down South on Edgegreen drive!"
"I am on my way Central!" Gantu said on the comm of his helmet and drives down the empty streets to catch up to Blaze who was on her way to the Recycling plant.
Meanwhile Blaze's friends were running to the rooftops. Miko looks at her watch which read 11:56 and said worried "The maintenance hatch opens up in four minutes! Hurry lets double time it!"
They run up the stairs to the roof Bulkhead said "Wait up!" he wasn't tired but running up stairs was dificult with his design a bit.
They reach the roof and Miko begins climbing the ladder and Nefarious said "Be careful Miko"
"Not now Nefarious!" Miko said as she climbed
Thy reach the roof and while Nefarious gets the laptop set up, Miko with a pair of binoculers looks over at where the road to the Recycling centre is and Ruby asked "Do you see her?"
"There she goes! Aw yes!" Miko cheers
Nefarious gets the link set up and said "We have a clear signal on the monitor, it looks like Blaze is nearing the sewage plant!"
As Blaze nears the area an alarm sounds and an automated voice said "Warning! Warning! You are entering an unauthorized zone! Please turn back immediately!"
Blaze keeps heading towards it only for Gantu to come in and smash into the side of the Runner, she manges to break away and drive further while Gantu orders "Pull over Blaze!"
Blaze turns back to see Gantu and surprised thinks 'Gantu? How the Mobius did he find me so fast?!'
Gantu drives aside of her and said grinning under his helmet "Where do you think you're going cat? Aren't you aware it is two hours past curfew or can you still not tell time?" He then said serious "Pull over!" Blaze responds by speeding up and flies down towards the plant and Gantu shakes his head "Kids these days, the never listen to what there told." He however reacts shocked when he sees where they are heading "Is she going to the sewage plant?!"
Blaze keeps driving and smashes through the first barrier and then jumps her runner over the automated gate and lands with ease. Her friends smile with Miko said "So far this is going according to plan!"
Gantu growls and said on his comm "Lou, come in! Open the security gates and quickly!"
Lou does so and the gates open and as he still has visual on Blaze reports "She is heading for the compactors!"
"I'm on her!" Gantu said as he pursues the purple cat "She won't get far! There is no where she can go!" He follows Blaze round a corner
"Uh oh" Nefarious said as he noticed Blaze had someone on her tail "Republic Security is closing in on her"
"Oh man! Not Gantu again!" Bulkhead complained "I know Blaze says she sees him as different from other officers of the security but he is still a pain in the gears"
The chase continues for a while as Gantu closes the gap and then smirks thinking 'This should be fun' He then said outloud "You may have beaten me in our last duel but I got something special for you this time round and I will be taking you in at the end of this!"
Blaze looks hearing this and was both intrigued and surprised by this as Gantu continues "You see, that chip you installed into your runner comes with a special feature that allows me to force you to turbo duel!" He presses a button on his console
"Duel Mode engaged! Autopilot standing by" The computer voice said on Gantu's runner and sets it up, on Blaze's the duel mode automatically engages with the computer saying "Overriding suspects duel runner!"
Blaze was shocked by this and said "That is a useful feature, if you part of securty, for me it is annoying"
The friends of the cat look on in shock and Bulkhead saying worried "Oh scrap, this wasn't in the plan!"
"Gantu must have hacked in somehow" Ruby said worried
"It may have to do with that chip you got" Nefarious said curious
"However he did it, Blaze needs to get unhacked! There is no time to duel!" Miko said as the time changed to 11:57.
"I let you off the hook last time Blaze, even used my paycheck to pay for that stolen chip so Ruby would be too, but I have a new deck now, the Speical Pursuit deck and with it I'm going to haul you to Irongate!" Gantu said with a laugh
Blaze keeps driving concerned as she didn't account for this.
