Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's Fanmake Ep 8 Part 1
We open where we see Blaze being escorted through the Irongate halls by Fox and one other prison guard. The destination Blaze is unsure off.
"So, how are you enjoying your stay here, Blaze?" Fox asked her
"So far I can't really complain, it's been good" Blaze told him
"Well, that is probably going to change soon enough" Fox said, and they arrive at a door. He goes and places his thumb on the comm and said "Chief Starscream, we have the cat. Are you ready for her?"
"Yes" Starscream said on the intercom and the door opens
Back in the makeshift dual arena, the prisoners there were talking about the dual between Grievous and Blaze, where Blaze won without ever declaring an attack.
Iroh looking at his cards "Well I better hide you guys quick" he said smiling and puts them back into his robes
"Hey, uncle is Blaze back yet. I'm starting to worry about what the chief want's her for" Grievous said in a low voice as he stands there with Wiz
"Oh, she's fine. It's just routine after all" Iroh said not worried
"It's not just routine" Grievous told him arms folded "There are only two ways you get to meet the chief. You make a great Energon shake or he's mad. And Blaze may be able to dual like a pro, but I bet she doesn't know a thing about Energon."
We come back to Blaze who was in a room now with Starscream, Fox, the other guard and two people in labcoats. Also in the room was a full body scanner as well.
"So, tell me Blaze, how do you like Irongate so far?" Starscream asked Blaze "I'm sure it smells better than what you're used to back in Sol." He gets close to her and traces a finger under her chin "But then again I don't have a way to smell like you organics so I can't really be a good judge."
"Ugh" Blaze said as she moves her head away from his finger
Starscream goes behind her and grabs her right arm, the same one the mark appeared on and said as he lifts up her sleeve "Rumour has it that you might be hiding something and it's my job to find out if you are." Seeing nothing he then shoves her to the two scientists and said while smirking "Take her you two and run your tests, find out what this feline is hiding"
Blaze looks back annoyed and worried, just what is it they are looking for, is it possibly that strange mark that appeared on her arm the night of her and Predaking's dual?
We then come to Blaze wearing a medical gown as she lies on the table of the medical scanner.
"Lie still and don't move a muscle" One of the scientists told her as Blaze goes into the scanner.
"Analysing generic makeup" The computer said "DNA testing complete" the table Blaze was on then comes out and it moves up to be sort of eye level with Starscream
"Now you better hope we find what we're supposed to find and soon" Starscream warned her "Cause if you make me miss break time, we're going to have some big problems, Solian. See when I miss a break I get cranky, angry and really mean!"
We then come to Republic Security HQ where Toffee and Deviot were walking through the halls.
Deviot was reporting to Toffee the situation with Starscream and Blaze. He said "He's with her right now, though he hasn't found the sign just yet."
"I doubt that fool Starscream could find anything even if it hit him in the face" Toffee said as they enter his office and he goes to sit at his desk
"They are continuing to run all the normal tests but with no results" Deviot said, he summons a holo terminal and types into it "Here is Blaze's file sir"
The file on Blaze comes up on the screen in front and Toffee reads it "Lives in Sol, few run ins with Republic Security, aptitudes in duelling, engineering, has the ability to produce fire from her hands…" he sighs "There's nothing about who she is or where she came from."
"We're…. working on that as we speak, Mr. Toffee" Deviot said laughing nervously a bit. Toffee nods and the alien robot adds "But you have to consider, he might not be as special as we hope he is"
"It is time I take a trip to The Irongate" Toffee said thinking "I need to observe with Solian firsthand to know if you are right"
"And shall I inform the chief of your impending arrival?" Deviot asked with a smirking look
"Yes, tell Starscream to send the girl back to her cell" Toffee said and smirks a bit "I think I might now of a better way to get the information we seek."
At Irongate, late at night Blaze was dragged back into her room and when the door was opened she was thrown in.
"Have a nice trip" Fox said smirking under his helmet and closes the door
"You look horrible, what did they do to you?" Iroh asked helping Blaze sit up and hands her some tea.
"Nothing…." Blaze groans as she settles down and sips the tea "Just ran some tests."
"Tests?" Iroh asked confused
"They must have been looking for that mark that appeared on my arm when that dragon showed up at the Waynedome" Blaze said thinking on it
"They're looking for the Mark of the Dragon!" Iroh said but quickly covers his mouth. Fox thought he heard something from there room but keeps moving. Once safe Iroh whispered "You must be a Signer Blaze."
"A Signer?" Blaze asked confused
"I heard about them long ago, I thought the whole thing was just a legend but now the tale of the people of the stars may actually be true" Iroh said smiling and explained "You see, long ago there was a tribe, they were brave and they worshiped a Platinum Dragon named Bahamut and some could even summon him, they're called Signers"
As he explains we see fight silhouettes with marks on there arm, five silhouetted dragon like monsters and Bahumt sighing hight above "There were five such warriors and each has the mark of a different dragon that they could call forth in battle"
We return and Iroh finishes saying "Blaze, don't you see? You're one of them"
"Me, a Signer?" Blaze asked surprised and followed up as she recalls her and Predaking's duel asking, "So you think I actually called out this Bahumet?"
"That's exactly what I think." Iroh said nodding "and as legend would have it, the mystical powers of the five dragons were eventually sealed into five different dual monster cards! Er, which means that you…." He then gasps "Blaze! You must have one!"
Blaze looks at her arm and said "One of the ancient dragons? I'm not so sure."
"What?!" Iroh said getting close to Blaze "Well I've never been so sure in anything in my entire life! You'll let me see it won't you?"
"I don't have it" Blaze admits to him figuring the only candidate for it was Stardust as that was really her only dragon card she had currently
Iroh groans at hearing that "You don't, have it?" He then sighs "Just as well, in here it would probably be confiscated. But then why would Starscream think you're a signer in the first place? Unless someone told him"
Blaze thinks that is true, she didn't know anything about it until now so who. As she finds out more, it raises more questions.
Meanwhile at Predaking's apartment he draws a card on top of his deck which was Red Dragon Archfiend and places it down.
'There's no way a pathetic loser like me could be a Signer' Predaking thinks to himself 'How does Toffee expect me to save the world when I can't even save myself from losing to the like of Blaze'
Leonie comes up and said, "Excuse me Predaking?"
"What do you want?" Predaking asked on wanting to be disturbed
"I'm sorry, I didn't want to interrupt but…um…well I have breakdown for tomorrow dual" Leonie said getting a pad out
"I won't be needing it Leonie, because I won't be dualling anyone until Blaze gets out!" Predaking said standing up and Leonie gasps "My rank means nothing anymore! Even my title as king of the Predacons means nothing! Because she beat me! Me! And until we have a rematch…" He slams his Archfiend down on the table "I'm throwing in my cards!"
"But Predaking, you have a contractual obligation to your sponsors" Leonie reminds hims
Predaking turns to her and said "You think I actually care? I dual for me not some rich fat cat with a checkbook" Leonie was stunned while the Predacon groans and goes to his glass window "Don't you realize dualling is more than some paydays and trophies." He looks to the moon "Funnily enough the only one who truly understands that is Blaze."
We come back to Irongate, both Iroh and Blaze have gone to bed, while Iroh is fast asleep, Blaze is still awake thinking about all Iroh has told her.
'I wonder if Iroh really knows what he's talking about.' Blaze thinks and looks at her arm 'Do I really have the mark of the Platinum Dragon?'
Either way she feels tomorrow will be just as difficult as this day.
