Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's Fanmake Ep 9 Part 2
We come to Predaking on his personal track on his penthouse suite in the early hours of the morning, he was racing around on hie runner and looking at his mark but there was nothing happening
'Come on! How come I can't make that dragon appear?' Predaking thought as he remembered back to the dual with Blaze when Bahamut showed up. 'I've ben circling this track for hours and still nothing'
He continued to think 'It seems I can't summon it by myself, maybe the only way to make the Platinum Dragon appear is to dual Blaze again, and when I do, she is going to wish that mark of hers never appeared!' He speeds up as he keeps racing around the track.
Meanwhile at Irongate the door to Grievous cell unlocks and the cyborg looks up to see Starscream entering with a sly smile. Fox and another guard behind him.
Grievous concerned asked "What? Is it lunchtime already?"
"No nothing like that Grievous" Starscream said still smirking and said "A little bird told me you had magazines smuggled in here. That's against the rules."
"Magazines?" Grievous asked confused and shocked "I really don't care to keep up with celebrities, whoever your little bird is told you a lie"
Starscream smirks bigger "Are you talking back to me?!"
"Look I…" Grievous said standing up but he was quickly grabbed by Fox and the other guard restraining his arms.
"Bring him boys." Starscream ordered them
A while later a beaten up Grievous was brought to a catwalk close to where Blaze's cell was as well as many of the other inmates can see. Grievous was thrown to the ground where he lays weaked
"Is that Grievous?" An inmate named the Riddler asked
"What's going on?" An inmate named Ivy asked
"What's going on?" A confused Krakka asked
"Leave him alone!" Iroh calls out from his cell
Blaze watching this from her cell said, "I have a bad feeling about this."
"I found smuggled magazines in Grievous' cell!" Starscream called out to all the inmates "You all know it's against the rules, but I know he couldn't have gotten them by himself! His accomplice has 1 hour to step forward after that, everyone here is going to pay the price!"
"Oh, come on!" Rhino called out
"You can't punish all of us for something one guy did!" Adam Taurus said
"That's right!" Krekka said nodding
"Oh, don't like it? Well, you all better figure out who helped him out" Starscream told them "If you want my advice, I'd start with questioning his friends"
Blaze looked concern, what was Starscream up to, was he trying to pit the whole prison against her or something
"Look everyone, I know there is no need for everyone to suffer, Grievous' friend just needs to come clean, if they don't I have no problem putting everyone in permanent lockdown" Starscream said smirking "That will give me plenty of time to enjoy my stories!" He then laughs.
"Get real!" Blaze called out which stops Starscream laughing
"What's this? Have something to say newbie?" Starscream asked looking at Blaze
Blaze growls a bit a few fire sparks from her hand but unable to fully manifest due to her mark "There are no magazines, we both know that!"
Starscream chuckles and said "No magazines?! So, I'm just punishing Grievous because I feel like it?"
"I don't know why you're doing this, but I know Grievous wouldn't do anything wrong" Blaze told him looking serious "You're abusing your authority Starscream"
"Woah! You just upped and accused me of being cruel and unfair" Starscream said in fake shock "Come on! Show me some love, tell me you're sorry Solian!"
Blaze remains silent and Starscream smirks "Oh so that's how it's going to be then? Well, it will be bad for me to stand here and let you call me unfair in front of everyone. To prove I am a reasonable Cybertronian, I'll let you dual me out here on the central platform in front of everyone and if I win, I will pardon Grievous' offence. But if I happen to win the dual…"
"Then no one here but me goes into lockdown!" Blaze states interrupted, this shocked and surprised Zaktan as well as several of her fellow inmates
"You got a deal" Starscream said nodding "We dual tonight at 8:30 sharp! Don't be late."
"No worries, I'll be there" Blaze told him
"Wait tonight? But tonight, is when we're supposed to…." Zaktan said but was cut off when commotion can be heard
"Stop this! Get your hands off of me!" Iroh is heard yelling "Put me down! Put me down!"
"Huh?" Zaktan said and joins Blaze at the window to see Fox and the other named Thire dragging Iroh from his cell to Starscream
"Check this out sir" Thire said while Starscream smirks. Thire then pulls out one of Iroh's cards and said "Contraband!" This shocked Iroh "This guy's got cards stashed all over the place!" He and Fox remove every card from Iroh's person
"No! Wait! Those are my treasures!" Iroh called out as he tried to get them back, but Fox held him back "I travelled all over the world to find those! You can't just take them!" The other inmates watched this in shock as Fox threw him to the ground to get him to stop "Ah!"
Starscram holding up the Treasure Deck said "What have I told you Earthlings about cards? Alright you scarplets! This might be your last hour of free time! Stretch your legs and enjoy it while you got it." He then leaves as the inmates begin to complain
"Blaze, we're supposed to sneak out tonight" Zaktan said to his cellmate "What in the name of Mata-Nui gives?"
"I had to Zaktan" Blaze told him simply
Soon there cell door opens and Blaze hurries out and sees nearby Fox, Thire and two more guards dragging the bruised bodies of Grievous and Iroh into a cell and hurling them in with no care and leave.
"Hey guys!" Blaze said concerned as she enters and kneels down
"What were you thinking?" Grievous asked hurt as she struggled to get up
"I know, I know" Blaze said sighing
"You can't dual him, you don't even have a deck" Grievous said and sighs "And if you were hoping to use mine, Starscream took them from me earlier" This shocked Blaze as that was her original plan to get a deck secured.
Iroh sighs and gets on the bottom bunk bed saying "and as you saw, he took mine too, all of my treasures"
Soon four inmates rush in on named Edger asked "Grievous! Are you alright? Say somthing"
"Grievous!" Nidhiki called out
"What happened?" Demyx asked
Blaze steps back to give them space and out the cell where the other inmates were making a commotion over what just happened
Zaktan looks to Blaze a bit annoyed and said "Do you get it yet? Starscream did all this to set you up. I guess he figured he can get you to think he was trying to turn the others against you, or he can take advantage over the friendship you had with Grievous. Either way it was going to end with him calling checkmate. He had you in those sliver hands of his from the get-go."
Blaze remains quiet taking this in as she thinks
"Look, let's just keep to the plan and escape, just the two of us!" Zaktan said and points to Iroh and Grievous "Those two are dead weight in their current state!"
"I can't leave them behind." Blaze states to the Piraka
"Sure, you can!" Zaktan told her "You don't owe anybody anything here! Come on!"
"I won't ditch my friends for my own benefit" Blaze told him "I'm not leaving them ahead just to get ahead, I don't know if that is how it works in the Piraka but that isn't what I'm about Zaktan."
Zaktan growls and said "You're a real piece of work, y'know? Forget about you!" With that he storms off.
"Your names Blaze right?" Edger said and Blaze looks to see the inmates in the cell looking at her "A bunch of us would like to see you on the middle walkway"
"We want to talk about something" Kraven states.
And with that Blaze goes with them to the middle walkway and finds herself surrounded by several of her fellow inmates, unsure why but she was about to find out.
Well now the challenge has been layed down but how is Blaze going to get a deck we have to find out in the next part
