Here we go the final part of Episode 9, hope you like it as the dual between Blaze and Starscream begins

Soon it the clock hit 8:30PM and the door to Blaze's cell unlocks and opens
"It's time cat" Thire said to Blaze, and she nods and goes to exit the cell
"So long, pal" Zaktan said still annoyed with Blaze's decision.
"This isn't goodbye and maybe you realize sometimes it's best to look out for more than yourself" Blaze told him.
"Cute speech but move it" Fox said and shoves Blaze.
The three go to the central platform of the walkways where most of the prisoners will be able to watch the dual.
"Well, here she is. The little punk with the big mouth" Starscream said smirking confidently "and here I was thinking you'd back down, because after all you're not allowed to have a deck in Irongate and I understand the basic rule is you need a deck to dual someone, soooo…since you're showing up empty handed, I guess that means I win by forfeit. Well, that was easy, now get her out of my sight!"
Fox and Thire move to grab Blaze's arms while Zaktan, Grievous and Iroh look worried but Blaze looking serious just says "I have a deck, right here" She holds up a full deck in her hand.
"What?! What the..?!" Starscream said shocked, how did she get that, he made sure to get rid of all the full decks he knew about so Blaze would have nothing to dual with, angered he asked, "Where did you find those?!"
"You don't get it; you think we're a punch of egotistical punks and crooks who would turn on each other" Blaze said simply "That isn't how it is"
We then flashback to earlier that day when Blaze bet with a bunch of her fellow inmates on the walkway
"We want to talk about something" Kraven said to her and once they arrived the meeting started
"We know Starscream is lying about what Grievous did, so we want to say thanks for risking your freedom to save ours" Luxord said and reaches into his coat and pulls out a Dual Monster card "And to make sure you beat the chief, take this" He hands the card to Blaze "It's my most prized possession." He moves away
Boomstick comes up and hands her a card as well and said "Cards are illegal in here, but we all have that one favourite card we just couldn't let go of. I hung onto this one for sentimental reasons, it's a trap card but it could come in handy"
"And here I thought you didn't have a sentimental side" Wiz joked chuckling
"Only for a few things Wiz" Boomstick said
"Yeah, well here, have mine to, a nice monster that should help out especially paired with that card" Wiz said handing a card
We see Nidhiki get a card from a picture frame in his cell and then him handing it to Blaze saying "This guy may look cute, but he packs a mean punch."
We then see Dr. Facilier take off his hat and pulls out a card and said "This spell card got be out of a lot of tough jams"
"You can equip this onto any monster" Mysterio said getting a card hidden in his bookshelf
"Use this card to put Starscream in his place" Edger said as we see him get one from his chest and see another inmate getting another card taped to the toilet seat
"I kept this card on the inside of my shoe, I hope it doesn't smell too bad" Waluigi said being the last one to hand Blaze a card.
"With everyone giving me one card…" Blaze said looking at the now formed deck and then holds it up "We can win this!"
This makes the inmates cheer excited for this upcoming dual as the flashback ends
"Grrrr…." Starscream said annoyed a bit but still smirks as he had other tricks up his nonexisting sleeves "Well alright then, even if you're breaking a rule, I'm willing to uphold my end of the deal." He then points to Fox and Thire "You two! Hurry up and prepare the dual discs!"
The two guards quickly do so and get two dual discs for Blaze and Starscream and attach them to there arms. However Blaze noticed something off about them seeing both attached to a chain each attached to the floor
"What's this chain all about?" Blaze asked concerned
"Oh, that is just to make things a bit more fun" Starscream said smirking and explained "Every time you take life point damage, that chain will give you a little tickle."
"Hang on, what kind of little tickle?" Blaze asked more concerned now
"You'll find out soon" Starscream said smirking and puts his deck into his dual disc and Blaze does the same
"Let's go!" Both said to each other
The dual discs activate their holographic projectors, and both start with 4000 life points each.
'So, Toffee thinks this Solian is special? Well, let's just see how special she is.' Starscream thinks to himself as he and Blaze drew there five cards to start
"The first moves mine!" Blaze said and draws her card and sees it's a trap but goes for a monster "and I summon Great Phantom Thief, in defence mode!"
She plays a monster in a blue suit, cape and hat and a red mask, he goes into defence with 1000 defence points
"Yeah! Alright yeah! That's my card!" Corroder called out excited his was the first one played
"Your move Starscream" Blaze told him
Watching the dual concerned Grievous said "This will be tough; I mean sure she scraped a deck with everyone's cards but it's a mismatched pile of monsters and traps and she didn't have much time to strategize"
"She can pull it off, I know she can" Iroh said smiling
"I for one hope you are right" Grievous said
"I draw!" Starscream said and draws a card "I summon Iron Chain Repairman"
He calls a monster that was a big bulky man in green overalls with chains as the buckles, a red bandanna, goggles and wielding a huge hammer. It had 1600 attack points
"This big earthling is way more powerful then that sorry spector of yours!" Starscream points out smirking and Blaze braces for what she knew was coming "Repairman! Smash that pathetic Phantom into the floor!"
His monster obeys and launches to smash Phantom Thief who braces for the impact and is destroyed
"Oh man…. lot of good my card did her" Corroder said saddened by how fast it was gone.
"That Phantom may have been in defence mode, but Repairman has a special ability" Starscream states and then explains "When it destroys a monster in battle, it gets to slam you with 300 points of damage." He smirks and says, "Brace yourself Solian, this next part might be a little shocking."
Blaze feels a jolt in her arm and then cries out as she is then electrocuted coming from the chain on her dual disc.
"What is that?!" Grievous asked shocked along with Iroh
"She's getting zapped!" Zaktan said just as shocked
Blaze groans when the zapping stops and goes down on one knee, her life points go down to 3700.
Starscream laughs mockingly and said "Sorry about that, but I did tell you was going to be shocking. These dual discs we're using have been fitted with Static Generation Devices." He holds his up and pats it "When any of us take any kind of life point damage this bad boy gives a little…. jolt"
"What?" Blaze said recovering and in shock, that was meant to be a little jolt? It felt more than that.
"What? This is a correctional facility Blaze, everything that happens in these walls are for the betterment of society!" Starscream said smiling "Mess up and do something wrong, you get a little shock. Maybe that will teach you to make the better choice next time!"
Starscream holds two cards and puts them in his dual disc "I place two cards face down, your move!"
Blaze groans a bit as she gets up onto her feet "Here goes!" She draws her card which she sees is a spell. She then plays a different card "I summon The Kick Man in attack mode!"
She summons a pink kick boxing monster with a yellow mohawk in yellow pants which has 1300 attack points
"My dad gave me that card when I was five!" Raditz said smiling as inmates cheer "Come on Blaze! Kick him into the next century."
Starscream however didn't look worried.
Blaze then said "Next, I hook this guy up with the Stim Pack Equip Spell!" She plays a spell showing a monster glugging down a potion and energy comes off the monster. "This buffs him up another 700 attack points!"
Kick Man roars as he gets filled with energy and gets way more buff, his attack going up to 2000.
"Alright Kick Man, you know what to do! Take out his monster!" Blaze ordered and Kickman obays going to do a flying kick at Repairman
"To bad that attacks going to slam into my Soul Anchor!" Starscream with and reveals a face down showing a warrior with a red glowing anchor on him and purple energy surrounds Repairman "Now equipping this trap card onto Iron Chain Repairman, I can render him indestructible in battle"
Indeed, as soon at the kick connects with Repair Man he doesn't get destroyed, after completing the attack Kick Man returns to his side of the field
"Maybe, but you will still be taking damage" Blaze points out and indeed Starscream's life points go down to 3600.
"Alright" Iroh said smiling and sipping some tea
"Let's see how he likes getting a little jolt" Grivous said smiling
However, the chain surges a bit and Starscream screams but it then turns into a laugh as nothing happens to him which surprises Blaze.
"Oh, I can't believe this" Starscream said in fake shock and concern "My Static Generator isn't working! Maybe they didn't wire it right?"
"Yeah, that's it" Blaze said glaring, she knew the truth, it wasn't wired, he rigged it so he wouldn't be shocked.
"You have got to be kidding me" Grievous said sighing how conniving could this bot be.
Zaktan was angrier and more called out "You cheater! I'm known as the Snake, so I know it when I see it! That dual disc was never wired up to shock you and you know it Starscream!"
Starscream laughs "I resent what you're implying there Piraka, I can't help it if this thing breaks now can I?"
"So, fix it!" Corroder calls out
"You're a liar!" James called out as well
"I knew this wouldn't be on the up and up" Edger said shaking his head "The chief's a cheat!"
"He's not being fair Blaze! Stop the dual and walk away!" Zaktan called out
"She can't walk away" Starscream said smirking "And she won't be walking away unless she decides to forfeit the dual to me! But if she does that, she's going straight to The Hole! Where she can think about the time she just gave up!"
This shocked everyone knowing that no matter what Blaze was done for and with the unfair generator situation the likeliness of her winning was slim in the inmates' eyes, but Blaze didn't flinch she just kept looking at Starscream
"Moving on!" Starscream said and drew a card "I summon Iron Chain Snake!" Like the name suggests it was a snake that was also a chain and it had 800 attack points
The Ai Tutorial plays and says "Iron Chain Snake is a monster card that can equip onto your opponent's monster and decrease it's attack and defence points by 800"
"So much for your Kick Man's defence boost!" Starscream said and Iron Chain Snake goes and leaps at Kick Man shocking him as it lands on him and forces him down, turning into an actual chain and Kick Man's Attack goes down to 1200. "And now is the perfect time for my Iron Chain Repairman to attack!"
Kick Man looks up and gasps in shock as Repairman comes in with his hammer and slams down destroying him. Blaze then cries out as she is shocked again her Life points going down to 3300 and she wobbles a bit
"Oh, and don't forget, every time Iron Chain Repairman destroys one of your monsters in battle, you get hit with a nice big 300 points of damage" Starscream said smugly
Blaze eyes widen as she is shocked once again crying out as her life points go down to 3000.
"This is ridiculous!" Zaktan said in shock at what was happening
"Blaze!" Grievous and Iroh call out as Blaze groans and falls to her knees again panting at the intense shocks she just got
"That's not all!" Starscream said smirking, he wasn't done yet "Since Kick Man was saddled with Iron Chain Snake, you have to send three cards from your deck to your graveyard, look it's obvious you're losing, but I want to tell you if I'm being hard on you, it's only in the name of rehabilitation."
Starscream smirks and said "You see, you left me with very little choice but to use you as an example fore the others cat. Now get rid of those cards!"
Blaze sighs and obliges drawing three cards from her deck and sends them to the graveyard.
Starscream laughs mockingly and said "If you think you still have a chance of winning, get up! If not stay down and we'll call it a day!" He laughs more evilly
"Blaze!" The inmates call out
"Don't give in!" Grievous called out
"Rise up Blaze!" Zaktan called out
"Rise up! Rise up!" The inmates chant while Starscream laughs.
Blaze looks up growling she didn't know what to do, the shocks were making it hard for her to concentrate, but she couldn't like Starscream abuse his power, he needed to be taken down but, could she keep going?

Well things are not looking good for Blaze but will she overcome the cheating Starscream's schemes, found out next time
