Diagon Alley

The eight demigods made their way downstairs.

"How are we supposed to get to Diagon Alley?" Piper asked.

"Let's ask someone here." Leo suggested.

They went over to Tom and asked him how to get to Diagon Alley.

"You need to get to Diagon Alley eh?" Tom said. "Hey Al, can you show these children Diagon Alley? I'm busy right now." Then a tall burly man stepped forward and grunted, motioning them to follow.

As the eight followed the man, they stopped in front of a brick wall.

"Why'd we stop here?" Percy asked. "I thought we were going to get school supplies!"

"Yes, we are." The man grunted. "Just be patient!" He then pulled out a stick and started pressing random bricks. As he finished, a doorway opened in the wall and opened to a street full of stores.

"There yah go lads. Goodbye." The man grunted as he left.

They all made their way through the doorway and stopped.

"So, where to next?" Will asked.

"I think we should go get some wands from Ollivander's, the list says." Annabeth said. "You all have your coins, right?"

"Yup," everyone agreed. They walked around for what seemed like forever until they realized they were going nowhere.

"We've been walking in circles!" Percy complained. "Should we just ask someone?"

"That's a good idea." Hazel replied as she walked over to an elderly witch. "Um, excuse me miss," Hazel started. "Do you happen to know where Ollivander's is?"

"Of course, sweetheart, It's over in the corner there." The witch replied

"Thank you miss." Hazel said as they walked over to Ollivander's.

They stepped inside when an old man looked up at them and said, "Are you all here for wands? Come, come, get in a line please."

They all scooted behind each other leaving Nico first in line.

"Alright try this one," Ollivander said as he pulled out a wand. "Just swish it around," Nico swished the wand around causing an explosion.

"Nope. Not this one." Ollivander said as he handed him another wand. "This should be it." Nico twirled the wand around and wind swirled around him. "Perfect!" Ollivander said as Nico handed him the coins. He then waited by the door for everyone else to get their wands.

When it was Percy's turn, he flicked the wand and a burst of water shot out drowning Jason who was behind him.

"Percy! Seriously dude!" Jason said, shivering from the unexpected attack of water. Nico could help but laugh

Soon they had all got their wand and Piper had bought Jason a towel.

"Where are we going now?" Leo asked.

"The list says we need school robes." Annabeth said. I see a store across the street that sells them so let's go.".

They walked over into the store and were greeted by an old woman. "Oh, hello children. Are you here to buy some robes?"

"Yes Madam." Hazel Said.

"Alright, you here, young boy, get on the stool so I can measure you." She said to Leo. Leo got up on the platform and was being measured when the woman asked him what year he was starting in.

"My fifth year." Leo replied.

The woman frowned. "Oh, looking at your size I would have thought you were a second year or something. Are you eating enough?" Leo tried to protest but was handed some robes to try on. When he came out, he complained about them being too big.

"Here how about these." The woman said, handing him the smallest size. Surprisingly, they fit him perfectly.

"So unfair." Leo mumbled as he purchased the robes.

As the day went on, they continued buying their school supplies ending the day at an ice cream parlor with large ice cream sundaes.

"Wow! These things are delicious!" Percy said. They finished their ice creams and went back to the Leaky Cauldron for the night. Deciding to get some rest before their journey to Hogwarts the next day.
