Chapter 69 Rendel

I don't own Kamen Rider Kabuto or My Hero Academia

In the middle of the night Kamen Rider Kabuto was walking down the streets as he looks for anything that might be happening.

"Theres been reports of a violent vigilante here."

He has been hearing news of a vigilante not just arresting villains but straight up eliminating them and he's been in hiding ever since.

"It's best to find him."

Kabuto then stops and looks down to see trip wire.

"Like I would fall for that." he goes over it.

But then someone presses a remote to detonate it anyway sending him back.

"What?!"

He got up and sees the guy on a rooftop with a back bodysuit and mask.

"You." Kabuto said.

The vigilante narrows his eyes as he was Rendel the dark vigilante.

Rendel looks at him and takes out a gun and shoots at Kabuto making him speed away to behind a building.

"He must be trying to get rid of anyone that might try and stop him." Kabuto said.

Rendel jumps to another rooftop as he looks for Kabuto stalking him like a crow.

Kabuto decided to move around stealthy since if he uses his devices and give away, he might have something planned.

Rendel looks around for Kabuto as he was armed to the teeth to stop any hero that would come his way. He wants vengeance and he will get it.

Kabuto was behind the building he was at and he climbs up the stairs to go there without being noticed.

He arrives at top and sees the guy looking down from the other side.

'There he is.'

He sneaks up towards him, Rendel turns around and shoots with a shotgun with Kabuto blocking with his arms.

"It will take more than bullets to get me." Kabuto said.

Rendel narrowed his eyes as he throws grenades.

CLOCK UP!

He dodges the explosion and goes after the vigilante, then he turned to him surprising Kabuto as he has a purple device on his arm to keep up with his speed clashing with him.

Then Rendel kicks him back and slashes the guy with swords that have a strong metal to hit hard.

CLOCK OVER!

Kabuto landed on his feet and looked at him. "So he was ready for me. Well better show what I can do."

He takes out his kunai gun and uses it like a gun and takes out his sword.

Rendel takes out two swords and charges at him, they traded blows together as he dodges Kabuto's attacks avoiding being hit many times as the rider blocked his swords with his own.

The rider shoots making the vigilante jump to the sides avoiding them each time before throwing another bomb striking Kabuto away.

Kabuto jumps to another rooftop of a abandoned building and goes inside, Rendel chases him and goes inside.

The dark hero looks around at the empty halls for Kabuto trying to search for that bug hero.

He then takes out a bat and hits the walls to make Kabuto come out to test him. He looks to the side and hits a closet but it was empty.

It was like a game of cat and mouse but the mouse was more clever than this cat.

Rendel goes forward before he trips over a trip wire, he falls through the floor since it was broken making him fall to the lower floor.

Rendel got up as he was mad for what has happened. He looks up at the hole to see Kabuto.

"How do you like your own trick?"

Rendel jumps to him but Kabuto dodges and kicks him to the side making the vigilante hit the wall.

"You think you can stop me." Rendel said.

He looks at Kabuto. "There is a line between good and evil, and you so called heroes have been making it a big show instead of taking care of the evil."

"I am not like those guys." Kabuto said.

Rendel got up and takes out two daggers. "We'll see about that."

But then police sirens are heard outside.

"You know what happens now?" Kabuto said. "If we continue you'll be the one to lose since I can go longer."

Rendel looks back at him and takes his choice, he throws flash bangs to blind Kabuto before he jumps out of a window.

Many police saw him and they chase after the vigilante.

Kabuto looks outside the window. "He got away."

He could chase him but he has other things to do. He then uses clock up to move fast.

Shinji was then out of his suit walking down a hallway before he arrives at a familiar cell.

"Hello Brandon." Shinji said.

Inside was Brandon as he plays with a toy car, he then looks back and smiles.

"Hey Shinji."

He then sits on a chair.

"I made my promise to help you, and I meant it."

Brandon goes to sit in front of him. "Did something happened?"

"Just fought a vigilante."

"Oh the one on TV, Rendel?" Brandon asked.

He has a tv there for something to do to pass the time.

"Yes, but I managed to fend him off." Shinji told him.

Then they spend time together since it was his day off and he made a promise to spend time with Brandon.

Meanwhile

Rendel was on top of a building looking down at the city.

'This city has many crime and corrupt heroes, I will be the symbol of Vengeance, All Might fell and now I will be the one to make villains fear the night as they will understand theres more dangers than just blonde smiling guy.'

'They will all fear me. Now look up to me. I am the vengeance.'

Rendel jumps off as he graples with a wire to go to his next destination with the heroes not being able to stop him even when he's quirkless.
