Chapter 78 Search for the Comics
I don't own Kamen Rider Kabuto or My Hero Academia
In the morning Shinji was at the city and was looking around for anything of interest, he was outside alone since he's trying to find the rest of the comics.
"There should be others." He said.
A guy with glasses with a evil smirk passes by and he dropped something by accident, Shinji looks and saw a hero comic being Locust Man.
"What the?" Shinji got surprised and picked it up.
He was wondering how that guy got it, he looks back to see him go to a corner.
"Hmmm." He frowns.
The man checks his comic collection but noticed one was missing. "What? Where is it?"
He runs back but couldn't find it. "Damn it, someone took it away."
Shinji was watching him from a alley and hides the comic inside of his jacket to keep it hidden away.
"That guy, he has a evil look." Shinji frowns.
He now has a fourth one and it's a good thing he was lucky that the other guy had bad luck in dropping it by accident.
"Now theres another but I have to keep an eye on that guy."
He has a zecter look for that guy in case he had more comics and to warn him.
Shinji goes on top of a roof and takes out the comic and uses it to call the hero. "Locust! Comicalize!"
"Ha, Locust Man is here." He smiles.
"Well nice to meet you Locust Man, I am Shinji Narukami. Your new partner and hero in training." Shinji said.
"A hero in training, so good to see a fellow one." He puts a arm around Shinji.
"Yeah." Shinji grunts by his strenght.
Locust Man then touches his belt
HOPPING ENERGY ON!
His feet glowed and he jumps away with Shinji surprising him.
'This is like how I do it.'
They then stopped and saw a crazy hobo looking around. "No one believes me! But I will show the truth!" He raises a comic.
Shinji got surrpised as he summoned Sylph as she flies around.
"Oh no." He frowns.
"Sylph, show them!" The hobo said,
She floats in mid air. "I don't know, I don't use my powers unless it's for bad guys."
"They are bad guys! They mocked me!"
"Okay." She shrugs.
She makes a tornado to lift a car and throws it at a building scaring many.
The hobo laughs and Shinji frowns. "That's it."
He takes out the hopper Zecter. "Henshin." He inserts it.
HENSHIN!
He transforms.
CHANGE KICKHOPPER!
He was now the rider and Locust Man was amazed.
"Amazing, a hero like me!" Locust said.
They went down and Sylph goes to attack before two attacked her sending the girl down.
"What?" The hobo looks and saw KickHopper and Locust.
"Your the kid from the tournament." The hobo remembers.
"That's right, now let's go." KickHopper charges at him.
Sylph attacks as she shoots wind blasts but he goes around fast.
"He's pretty fast." Sylph said.
Locust Man charges forward and kicks at the girl. "Take this fallen hero!"
"Fallen hero?!" She got insulted.
KickHopper sees Locust avoid more of her attacks and he jumps around fast. He thinks of a move for him.
"Comicalize! Maximum Hopping Strike!" KickHopper gives him power.
Locust smiles and he charges up before jumping high performing a powerful kick, she got hit and sent back while KickHopper was behind her.
"Rider Kick." He presses the belt.
RIDER KICK!
He charges up his foot before he kicks her in the back and she explodes screaming going back to her comic.
"Oh no." The hobo got scared.
But then KickHopper appears in front of him taking it away. "I'll take this."
"But I need her." The hobo said.
But he got tied up into a post.
"Oh don't worry, you'll get a place to stay in prison. They serve meals at least." KickHopper said.
The Hobo sighs. "At least i'll have a roof today."
KickHopper goes off and takes Sylph's comic, "Another one found."
He saw lights in the distance and he goes to see what was going on. Once he arrived at a alley he saw a couple of bullies running away screaming.
A kid called Ed came out and he was holding the Disco Duo comic.
"Yeah you better run." Ed smiles.
KickHopper jumps down surprising them.
"Look kid, it's better you give me the comic. It's too dangerous in your hands." KickHopper told him.
"It's mine! Stop him!" Ed told the Heroes.
"Let's boogie!" Woogie said.
They danced and a disco ball shoots beams of light and KickHopper dodges each and moves around.
"Wow, he's fast." Boogie said.
"Yeah." Woogie said. "Show us more dance moves."
He appears behind the two surprising them as he summoned Mummy Girl to wrap them with her bandages.
"Nobody can stop us." Mummy Girl said.
"What?!" Ed got shocked. "No I gotta-"
KickHopper grabs him. "Stop! Is this what you wanted?!"
"What do you mean?! I just wanted to get back at the bullies!" Ed said.
"By being one yourself?" KickHopper said surprising him. "Your no different, just look at yourself."
KickHopper shows him to a window to see a reflection. "Do you think you can look at yourself in a mirror and say your doing things right?"
Ed frowns and thinks what he said. "So... I'm a bully now?"
"Yes, one thing is to stand up for yourself but to abuse a power that you got doesn't make you a hero. It just makes you the bad guy." KickHopper said.
Ed cries and looks down. "I'm sorry."
He gives KickHopper the comic and he nodded. "You made the right choice."
The Heroes went back to they're comics and KickHopper takes Ed home. He has a lot going through his mind to be left alone.
After that he goes to a rooftop and sees the three comics he got. "Some of them are coming out faster thanks to mistakes others do. Just a few more."
"Hey." he saw Lucy again.
"You again." He saw her mask was being held by duck tape. "Now that's sad."
"I know, I just tried to be a hero." She said.
"Your no hero, your just a stupid kid that couldn't do the right thing." He said.
She cries a bit.
"Your crying?" he said.
"Yes, I know i'm stupid. I did something my uncle wouldn't forgive me." She looks to the side.
He sighs. "Look, if you want to be a real one. You gotta learn,"
"How?" She asked.
"Come with me." He takes her forward.
He can see that Lucy wants to change, maybe he can assist her, he just needs to make sure she knows what she's doing.
Note: Now with the Overhaul arc, Shinji is going after the comics that are around, so it's before the Remedial Course Arc, now he's got Locust, Sylph and Disco Duo since the last two are too weak to be of any threat and with Shinji having way more comics it's even easier.
