Unclear Victory
Inside the LOV hideout, Shigaraki was sitting at the bar calmly sipping a cold drink that Kurogiri made him. he was waiting for the strike team to give him the signal to bring them back.
Kurogiri entered the bar and looked at Tomura, "Do you think it's actually good to let them go there alone without us? I don't see them able to pull this off without a hitch."
Tomura smirked a little, "Yeah. Don't worry about them. they'll manage to pull this off somehow."
Kurogiri raised a non-visible eyebrow as Tomura carried on, "It's just… my time to make an impact on the world has not come yet. It's not my time to appear so I decided to change the game a little."
Kurogiri tilted his head a little in confusion and asked, "What do you mean by that, young master?"
Tomura picked up a picture and looked at it, "You see before I treated this game like it was an RPG since we had everything that we needed, but my problem with my approach was that I tried to take the final boss out when I was still at level one." He then put the picture down on the table still looking at it, "I know I must've treated this game like it was an SIM."
Kurogiri hummed with Tomura explaining, "You see as a player, I should manage what I have… using whatever pawns that I have… to make sure to take down the boss at the end of the road." Tomura's eyes focused more, "Tonight, whether they manage to succeed or not. Whether they bring the targets or not! They're going to make a crack in the hero society's body which will help us in the long run. Their presence there is a huge blow to the heroes."
Kurogiri hummed, "So, they're just sacrificial pawns that can be replaced at any given moment?"
Tomura laughed dryly, "Not entirely false, but also not true. You see… some of them, I couldn't care less if they're lost. As the leader of this raid, I need to know who will eventually chicken out when times get tough and who won't. some will need discipline like Muscular, but with the right words, he'll know what's good for him, if he wants to live. Others will get cold feet. Others are just a bunch of freeloaders weighing us down who we are better off without. Other than that, we may have our differences, but I'm sure we can work together."
Kurogiri looked at Tomura with shocked eyes, "It seems you have thought this thoroughly."
Tomura nodded, "Of course, the moment those teammates came, I began to think who would be beneficial to our cause and who wouldn't be, so I decided to cut some of them away by sending in this mission knowing they'd be caught. I know this sounds cruel, but it's better than them getting cold feet and screwing us over."
Tomura chuckled, "This society that shackled us with its rules… this world that gave us labels that we didn't choose to have… we aren't the only people who are suffering from its injustices." He then revealed the picture contents. It was that of Kamakiri staying in front of a grave inside of a cemetery, "There are others who know the pain this society can deliver unjustly."
"We just need to open their eyes," Tomura said with a confident grin.
Back with Izuku, the boy looked at Muscular and gulped. He heard about this man. He had a very strong quirk with a very strong bloodthirsty attitude to go with it. Yeah, he wasn't in a favorable position right now, but the important thing was that he got Kota and Setsuna away from here.
The boy said, "Setchan, take Kota and go away from here. I'll handle…" The boy didn't get to continue his sentence since Muscular punched him so hard that he embedded the boy in the wall.
The villain smirked, "Oh hell no. no one's going away from here until I satisfy myself." Setsuna growled under her breath, "Oh, wait. Aren't you that Midoriya kid? Good thing, dude. I thought I would have to look for you all night, but I guess I found you. Shigaraki wants you dead for some reason, so it's nothing personal." The man jumped toward Izuku who dodged and made a strand of blackwhip that he tied around the villain's hand before tugging on it and pulling Muscular toward the green-haired boy and socking him in the face sending Muscular into the mountainside.
Izuku looked at the bruise formed on his arm from the villain's punch. He then looked at Tokage and said, "Go away. I can't keep him busy forever. We can't let Kota get hurt." He said readying himself and upped OFA to 35% as Muscular walked slowly toward the three.
"I have to admit, kid." Muscle fibers began to appear on his arm, "This was one hell of a punch, but before I torture you to death, tell something… do you know where that Kamakiri kid is? he's on our list." Izuku and Setsuna were shocked that the villains wanted Kamakiri for something.
Muscular leaped toward Izuku who jumped toward him. The villain tried to aim a punch, but suddenly his vision went all black. The only thing he felt was Midoriya's fist meeting his abdomen followed by a kick to the stomach which threw him back.
Izuku looked at Muscular's face and saw him trying to remove a piece of Tokage. The boy looked at the girl who yelled, "Don't worry, Izu-chan. I got your back. I'll support you in any way I can. I won't leave you here alone to face this freak of nature."
Izuku grinned a little, "And I won't allow him to harm both of you and Kota," Izuku said as he bolted toward the villain who managed to pry Tokage's piece off his eye. Izuku slid under him and used blackwhip to grab his neck. the boy then forced the man's face to hit the ground before he delivered a vicious ax kick to the man's back. "I'll save you both no matter what."
The boy backed away for a bit, but Muscular stood up like nothing happened. "No matter what, you'll save them both, huh? What do you think this is, kid? Some cheesy manga? I have to admit you have the creed of a true hero… ready to parade your face of justice so why don't you…" the man suddenly was in front of Izuku shocking him and Tokage, "…die for it."
Muscular punched Izuku in the gut making Izuku lose the wind in his lungs. The man then grabbed Izuku by the leg and tried to slam him into the ground, but six stones collided with his head making him drop the boy from the sudden pain.
He looked at Tokage and said, "You shouldn't have done this, little girl." Tokage now got a good look at him. The man was being covered by muscles all over his body, "I was going to kill you mercifully, but now forget it…"
The man attempted to jump toward Tokage, but a strand of blackwhip stopped him. The man looked at Izuku who was gritting his teeth, "Your fight is with me. Leave them out of this."
The man yanked the strand of energy dragging Izuku toward him, but he used this to his advantage and delivered a kick to the man's side, but the boy was shocked the kick only made the man slide back a couple of steps. The man smiled, "This is awesome. You're awesome, Midoriya."
The man bolted to Izuku who dodged him to the side before applying two finger blasts to the villain's head, but the man dodged them. the villain quickly retaliated by making his way to Izuku and punching the boy's chest which Izuku was sure he heard a rib crack for the force.
The man tried to deliver another hit, but something grabbed his leg and pulled him making him lose his balance. Izuku used this to punch Muscular in the chest with 55% which sent the man flying back. Izuku looked at Setsuna and Kota gulping. He needed to finish this quickly.
Muscular stood up, "If this was anyone else, he would have been knocked out, but you can't beat me, kid." The man stalked toward Izuku whose hand was a little bruised from using 55% percent, "My quirk 'Muscle Fiber' doesn't just give me enhanced strength and speed, it also increases my durability during a fight. You promised those two to save them, but the thing you should have been focusing on is your survival." The man punched on Izuku.
The boy tried to jump away but with blind luck, Muscular grabbed his leg and slammed him into the ground. Izuku then blasted Muscular with two air blasts making him let go. The boy got up and moved back from the villain and rubbed his back from the pain.
Izuku then used Blackwhip and wrapped Muscular in it. He pulled the villain to him punching the villain in the face and making him fly backward, but the man quickly regained his senses and returned to the fight with a savage grin only for his vision to be covered once again.
Izuku acted quickly and kicked the villain in the side before tying him in blackwhip and slamming him into the mountainside. Izuku panted in exhaustion because he wasn't used to 55% and he was sure his body was going to revolt against him.
The boy suddenly felt an incredible pain flow through his body as Muscular emerged from his crater and punched in the abdomen making the boy hit the ground as he gasped.
The villain said, "You fought good, kid, but you should know that my quirk is superior to yours." He then grabbed a floating hand and squeezed making the bones shatter. Tokage then fell screaming in pain, "And this trick can work so much before it gets old, girlie."
He lifted his fist to end Izuku, but something hit his head.
He looked behind him to see Kota yelling, "Stop this. Stop." The boy gulped, "My parents… the water hose couple… did you torture them like this before you killed them?"
Muscular smirked, "The Water Hoses… you mean those two who gave this artificial eye."
The man left Izuku and walked toward Kota. Setsuna lunged at him, but he brushed her aside with his foot, "You're their son? This must be fate."
"This is your fault… people like you…" the little boy clenched his fist, "You always do horrible stuff to other people. people like you are why everything is messed up. this is your fault." The boy was quickly hugged by Tokage who had a black eye from Muscular.
The man laughed, "What are you talking about, kid? You want to pass the blame for what happened to your parents to me? That's not fair, kid. For example, your parents took my eye and I don't blame you for that. What happened that day was that I wanted to kill and your parents stood in front of my way to stop me, so it ended with us fighting and the one with the strongest desire coming out alive." he walked to Setsuna and Kota, "Those who can't back up their words with actions are always gonna asses handed to them." the villain stood in front of them and yelled, "This sums up your pathetic parents."
The villain attempted to strike them but felt a horrible pain in his artificial eye. It was being ripped out. Even though he was strong, he still felt pain.
He looked at the eye falling to the ground courtesy of a floating hand. He looked at Tokage and said, "You shouldn't have done, little lady."
Setsuna smirked a little, "And you shouldn't have let your guard down, meathead?"
The villain turned and saw Izuku in front of him, "Don't you dare mock Kota's parents. The essence of a hero is taking risks and walking into danger to save others." The boy's fist then met him, "100% smash." A loud boom was heard across the forest.
Back with Aizawa, Dabi looked at the aftermath of his attack but saw nothing. He felt his quirk go off and he smirked looking toward the entrance of the building, "You truly are a pro, Eraserhead."
The man was hanging on the entrance by his scarf with his eyes fixed on Dabi. The hero jumped down and tied up Dabi. The pro kneed the villain in the face before pinning him to the ground, "Listen here, you punk. I'll give you 5 minutes to tell me everything you know from numbers to positions or so help me."
Dabi scoffed, "And why would I do that?"
Aizawa broke his arm, "Because if you don't, I'm going to make sure that your legs can't function properly. Let's be logical about this."
Dabi chuckled under his breath, "What's with the rush, Eraserhead? The night is still young."
The nighttime hero looked up a little when he heard a loud boom, but he then heard a couple of students come to the cabin. It was Kinoko and Shihai from Vlad's class.
The villain used this to break free by headbutting Eraserhead.
He tried to use his quirk, but Eraserhead used his quirk and stopped him. Dabi then began to say, "Damn it, my body is weak. I can't hold it anymore." He then looked at Aizawa, "By the way Eraserhead, make sure to take care of your students and tell the same thing to the other teacher." Dabi began to dissolve into black mud, "Till we see each other again."
The man went to talk to the students, but he then heard another boom, but this time stronger.
The man saw that both students were carrying their unconscious classmates making him sigh, "Listen, kids. Go inside and huddle with the other students. I'm going to take care of this."
The two nodded and quickly went inside while Aizawa raced into the forest, but he heard rustling in the bushes so he readied his weapon. The hero relaxed when he heard two voices call out to him, "Aizawa-sensei."
At another part of the forest, a man in a black-and-white spandex snapped his fingers, "Damn it, Dabi." He looked at the burnt man, "Did you have to get defeated so easily?"
"What can I say, Twice?" the burnt man said, "I'm just that pathetic. I have no excuse."
"What are you saying, Dabi?" Twice sputtered, "You are definitely strong, but you're just having a hard time dealing with a pro, so don't jump to conclusions."
"Well, there's no time to think about that," Dabi stated, "Go and make another clone of myself, so I can defeat that pro, and get on with this show." The man ordered Twice.
"You can count on me," Twice declared, "I can make as many clones as you want me."
Back with the other heroes, the heroes were dealing with the villains present there, but they were having a hard time except Gran… Rex was demolishing every rock beast that Pixie made. Spinner was proving to be quite the fighter against Mandalay. Mange was holding his own considerably well against Tiger. Finally, the Harpy sisters were using their numerical advantages to keep Gran Torino busy
Mandalay ducked under the blade that Spine was using before punching him in the gut making the villain stagger a little to the back before attacking her once again, but the woman sent a message to his mind, "Spinner, he looks so cute. I wonder if he's single."
The lizard man blushed a lot and lost focus as Mandalay kicked him in the face, "How innocent?"
The villain fell to the ground, and Mandalay attempted to pin him to the ground and handcuff him, but someone came to his rescue. A huge dirt monster was thrown at them making the heroine jump back and giving Spinner enough time to regain his bearing.
Mandalay suddenly felt herself getting pulled somewhere. She looked and saw Magne using her quirk, but the villain was stopped by Tiger who punched him in the face.
Magne stood up and said, "Now, that isn't very nice. Why would you punch me like this?"
Tiger snarled, "Be quiet, villain. Don't act like innocent. Attacking a camp full of students." The man threw a kick, but Magne stopped it, "What do you hope to achieve from this?"
"Didn't you hear?" Magne said catching Tiger's fist, but the hero then twisted it around Magne's hands and headbutted him. The villain fell back. Mange groaned from pain, "There's an upcoming revolution and the LOV is leading it."
"Like hell, that is going to happen." Tiger screamed, "The only place you're going to is a prison when I'm through with you." Tiger sent a series of punches and kicks, but Magne blocked them.
The two continued to trade blows with each other only for a roar to grab their attention.
Magne smiled, "It seems that Rex is all rallied up right now." The villain ducked under another hit.
In the distance, Pixiebob was not having a good time. the villain she was facing was ridiculously strong. he could punch-press many of her rock monsters in a single moment, adding to that his tough exterior which is posing a problem. She admits that she managed to land some good hits on him, but he also landed some good hits on her. Her body was in pain. She tried burying him in the dirt, but he always came out like some kind of weasel.
"Stop this, villain," The woman screamed touching the ground and sending a huge wave of land toward the villain, "What do you think you're doing here attacking a couple of children?"
"There are future oppressors," the villain said coming from the rock slide, "Just because they're young, it doesn't mean we should wait for them to grow so they can oppress me and my people."
"Oppress you?" the woman exclaimed, "They're kids training to be heroes? Why are they going to oppress you?" the woman made a monster that hit the villain in the gut making him groan before he grabbed it and destroyed him making the rock monster dust.
"It's because they're training to be heroes, they must be taken out now, or at the very least scared out of it." Rex explained, "You all see us as abominations, so we'll launch a preemptive strike."
The woman looked at him. She could tell he was crazy. She was 100% sure he was a member of the 'Inhuman Supremacy Clan', but she won't allow him to hurt anyone, "Not going to happen."
She summoned a rock monster that was twice his size and slammed his fist on him. The villain held the fist as the heroine said, "You have to go through my corpse to lay a hand on them."
In the sky, the three girls were having an all-out fight with Gran who was enjoying himself for some reason, "I have to admit, girls. This is the best night of my life. It's been a while since I stretched my old muscles like this." the man said as he kicked one of them in the face.
The girl yelped in pain, "That hurts, old man. You're going to pay for this." she said as she soared to him with her sisters, but Gran Torino dodged them not without gaining a cut on his arm.
The man looked at the cut and smirked, "Be proud, girls. Not many people managed to take this bit off me." He increased his speed delivering kicks to them making a groan, "But it's clear you're all rookies since you're using to number advantage to keep me busy, but right now I'm about to end our fight." The man sped to them and kicked one of them in the stomach before delivering a harsh kick to the back of the neck making her pass out.
The girl fell to the ground as her sisters looked at him, "Girls when you chose to fight me, you didn't trap me. If anything, you trapped yourselves with me."
One of the girls looked at him and glared, "Eat this, geezer." The girl used her clawed feet to hit him, but the man dodged her and gave her a vicious kick that sent her to the ground unconscious.
The last one looked at him, but she raised her hands, "I give up. I guess it was fun while it lasted."
Torino lifted an eyebrow, "Why are you girls here anyway?"
The girl replied, "Life is hard for us. We have no home. We didn't know what this was going…"
Torino sighed, "Let me guess. You followed your older sisters and bit something bigger than you." The girl nodded her head as they began to descend to the ground.
"We just wanted a home." She sniffed before she cried, "We didn't want to cause anyone trouble."
"How come are you on the streets to begin with?" the man asked her, but the girl ushered to herself, "Mutant Discrimination? I thought people were beyond that."
The girl asked, "Are we going to get sent to Tartarus now?" she heard of the prison and she was positively terrified of it. The girl saw Gran shake his head so she sighed in relief.
"I have my plans for you and your sisters if you're willing to put in the effort." The girl nodded with Torino planning to contact a friend of his in Shiketsu to make room in their villain rehabilitation program. Maybe it was his old man's heart, but he could see the girls were just misguided brats who needed someone to help them.
He looked to the side and saw Pixiebob standing with two students over a defeated villain.
The man asked, "So, I see you already dealt with your villain." The woman nodded.
Pixiebob was fighting her opponent when two students came from the forest wearing gas masks. The woman yelled, "Go to the cabins, right now." The two students nodded and were about to run, but one of them got a good look at the villain causing his eyes to widen.
"Mr. Arata," Shishida said in disbelief, "what are you doing here? Why are you attacking us?"
Rex looked at the student, "How do you know my name, brat?" the student stepped forward and said, "Don't you remember me? We used to spend all our time together when I was a child there."
The villain suddenly gained a look of recognition, "Right, right, you're the little furball. Jurota, wasn't it?" he looked him up and down, "Sad to see that you decided to join their side."
"Join their side?" the boy asked, "What are you talking about? I'm training to be a hero. To save people! to protect others from going through what happened to me! How am I joining their side?"
The man shook his head, "Who do you think protects them from facing the repercussions of their actions? Heroes are part of this system that oppress us and prevent us from having our rights."
"So, your answer is to attack a camp full of students." Shishida argued back, "What happened to the man who once told me to never hold a grudge? That violence only breeds violence. That taking matters into our own hands will only result in more suffering."
The man snarled, "That man decided this is a waste of time."
Shishida growled back at him, "In that case, allow me to stop you, Arata."
Pixiebob yelled, "No way, I'm not allowing children to fight a villain while I'm here."
The boy buffed up his form, "I'm sorry, Lady Pixiebob," he charged toward the villain and grabbed his hands, "This is personal." The villain flung him away, but the boy stood and growled.
The woman bit her lip and sighed, "Alright, but follow my lead. You and your friend."
The boy and Pony nodded, as Pixie said, "By my authority as a pro, I give you permission to use your quirks to aid me in this fight." Pony and Shishida looked at the villain who growled.
The villain jumped to Shishida who turned into his intermediate size avoiding the dino-man, but the boy grabbed his tail and yanked him back before throwing toward a rock monster who punched him in the gut. The villain destroyed the rock monster before yanking a huge chunk of rock and throwing it toward Pixie Bob who was saved by Pony at the last second.
The girl then sent horns that drilled into the villain's back making him cry in pain with Pixie Bob sending a wave that slammed into his face. Shishida came in his beast form and headbutted Rex in the head making the villain growl.
The villain grabbed a punch Shishida was aiming at him and bit the boy's hand making the glass-wearing boy hiss in pain, but Pixie Bob used her quirk to send two flying rock beasts who grabbed the villain and lifted him into the air and let him fall only for him to impact the ground harshly.
The three looked at him only for the villain to stand back up and roar like a beast, but Shishida disregarded this and slammed into him using his beast mode. The man tried to strike the boy's back with his claws, but the boy turned into his human form and slid under him before turning into his humanoid form kicking Rex in the back, but the villain used his tail to slap Shishida in his face.
Pixiebob yelled, "Hands off my student, scum." She sent two waves that slammed into the man's gut, but he held his ground only to feel an incredible pain through his entire body.
He looked and saw 10 different horns spinning around attacking him from all directions. He looked into the sky and saw Pony frowning at him, "No one hurts my friends."
The villain jumped up taking the girl by surprise. The villain grabbed her and said, "Time to die, girlie. You're out of tricks." The villain began to strangle her, but Pony launched a barrage of horns that attacked the villain in his eyes making him let go of her.
The girl fell to the ground and coughed. A shadow fell on her. She looked up to see a pissed-off Rex who raised his feet to kick her, but Shishida came in his beast form and jumped on his back.
The beast boy began to punch the villain left and right before the villain threw him off only for Pony to send a horn into the man's neck making him cry in anger from the attack. A rock monster then came to him and headbutted him.
Shishida turned into his humanoid form jumping above Rex and delivering a powerful kick to the head, but the man endured the attack grabbing the boy by the leg. He tried to slam the boy into the ground, but the beast boy turned into his human form slipping from his grasp.
The villain quickly acted and punched him in the face making the boy's glasses shatter into pieces.
The boy went flying into a tree making Pixiebob grit her teeth in anger, "That's it."
The woman then hit the ground, "You want to play tough, big guy. Try this on for size."
The villain looked at the entire ground under him as it began to shake, "You're so tough, right? Survive this, asshole!" the land then raised making look like a landslide, "Mega Land Tsunami."
The villain's eyes widened as he was surrounded from all sides. Unlike her previous attacks, this one was made from rocks and boulders the size of cars. Unlike the previous attacks which came from one direction allowing him to protect himself, this one was from everywhere. The last thing he saw before getting buried was Pixie Bob snarling at him.
Once the woman was finished, she ran to Shishida. "Shishida, kid. Can you hear me?"
The boy groaned and shook his head in pain, "No worries. I'm fine. My quirk gives me enhanced endurance even in this form, though the glasses getting shattered will require a visit to the doctor."
The woman hugged him, "Thank heavens, kid. You made me worried." The boy was currently red in the face because the woman accidentally pushed his head into her cleavage.
She then let him go and used her quirk to remove the dirt from Rex. The boy walked up to him with a sad look on his face, "What could have driven you to become like this, old friend?" he asked the unconscious man and shook his head.
All three then heard something crash near them. they looked and saw a girl with hawk wings and talons for legs passed out. She was followed by another girl which made Pixie Bob look back at the villain that he just dealt with while Torino came down to the ground with the last airborne villain.
"Yeah, but I need a little help." The woman replied. She then pressed the device on her head, "Mandalay, I defeated my opponent. I'm coming to help you."
The woman then got a reply from her teammate making her scream, "WHAT? I'll try to find her as soon as possible." The woman said in panic.
The students looked at her and she sighed, "One of your classmates is being chased by a Nomu, while another one is fighting another Nomu. The one being chased has Ragdoll with her who the villains tried to kidnap for some reason. Gran and I will go and save them."
The man then rubbed his chin and looked at Pony, "No, the girl will come with us. While we distract the Nomu, she'll grab her classmate and Ragdoll with her horns taking them back to the cabin."
The woman bit her lip unsure of the plan. The two were already in too much danger and had just gotten out of a fight only for them to throw them into another. It seemed unfair, but… life wasn't fair.
"Fine, but…" Pixiebob looked at Pony, "You are to extract your classmate and Ragdoll and return to the cabin as quickly as possible."
Pony nodded in agreement. Shishida meanwhile was just standing there looking at Rex.
A sudden rustle in the woods made everyone raise their guard only for them to relax when Momo and Awase came out of the forest.
Gran sighed, "Great timing. Girlie, make us some cuffs for our guests." He pointed to the harpy girls and the knocked-out dino-man.
Momo nodded and made the cuffs. Once everyone was tied up, Pixie Bob said, "Alright, let's go."
Pony and Gran nodded. the three were about to go, but stopped when Momo asked, "Aren't coming to go back with us? Is it safe for us to return alone without supervision?"
Gran replied, "This is a safe path. The villains are in the forest to the east of us or fight the rest of Pixiebob's team, so you're safe. As for where we're going? We need to save a classmate of yours."
Pixiebob added, "Two of your classmates are engaging Nomus as we speak, so we're going to bring them with my teammate Ragdoll since the villains tried to knock her out for a reason."
The three were about to leave when Momo yelled, "Wait, I need to give you something."
Gran looked at the girl who used her quirk to create something. It was a tracker.
"I think if you put this one of the Nomus," the girl explained, "you might track them to their source." Gran nodded as Momo handed gas masks to breathe.
The three then finally left to get their friend and colleague, while the three students that were left behind were standing there.
Awase looked at Shishida who was looking at the reptilian villain, so the boy asked, "Do you know him or something?"
The beast boy replied, "You can say that I know him from another life." He then walked away with the two while he was deep in thought.
"Everyone please, welcome our next attraction," a little boy squinted hard as the light shone on him, "The terror of the jungle! The Beast Boy! Gevaudan!"
The three then received a message from Mandalay, "To all students, with the permission of the pro-hero Eraserhead, you are free to use your quirks to defend yourselves." She stopped for a bit before adding, "I want everyone also to be careful. The villains are after Togaru Kamakiri. Make sure if you find him to take him immediately to the cabin."
The three looked at each other before continuing to walk to the cabin. They could only hope their friends wouldn't be affected very much by this or no one would be hurt by this attack.
While Pixie Bob and Gran were still dealing with their opponents, Kamakiri looked as Ibara disappeared into the darkness of the forest. The boy growled in anger, "Let's see what you have spiky. Your monster privileges are officially over."
The Nomu shrieked making the boy wince. The Nomu then fired spikes from its body, but he covered his body with blades blocking the spikes or slashing before coming near him.
The boy jumped toward the Nomu and slashed at it, but he gritted his teeth once he felt the familiar sting of rock against his blade.
'Fuck, this thing is made from stone,' the boy backed away for a moment to readjust his plans, 'This has gotten way more complicated.'
The spike Nomu then lifted its mace hand and tried to attack Togaru, but he dodged.
The boy swallowed his saliva saying to himself, 'I can't back down now. Stone used to affect my blade badly, but now, I don't feel the sting that much anymore. It's like that old samurai said to me. The best way to cut things is to see where the cracks are on it.'
The boy frowned as he charged at the Nomu and struck it in the leg, but the best growled and kicked him away making the boy roll on the ground. He stood up and spat blood.
The Nomu launched another wave of spikes at him but used his blood as a defensive shield that made the spikes shatter on impact. The boy then jumped toward the Nomu and hit him in the face.
The Nomu's head was kicked back, so Togaru took this opportunity to send a blade from his foot and slash its neck. The beast shrieked in pain, but other than that nothing, making the boy frown.
Kamakiri then ducked under a mace attack and decided to do something. "Improvised Move: Twin Air Scythe" The boy made two blades from his wrists and swung them diagonally as hard as he could.
This generated a wind slash that struck the Nomu in the chest leaving a huge mark with blood gushing out of it making the bug boy feel a bit queasy.
The beast cried out in pain making the boy wonder how strong is it, 'I don't this was made for fighting, or at the very least fight someone like me. I have to use this to my advantage.'
The boy ran toward the beast and kicked in the head, but the Nomu made a spike appear from the side of its head with the boy barely dodging having a new hole in his foot, but getting his foot slashed by it. The boy looked and saw blood coming making him frown.
The boy was still in the air when he yelled, "Improvised Move: Revolving Air Blade" The boy made two big blades from his sides and spun his body strongly releasing two revolving air blades that curved their way into the Nomu.
The Nomu shook its head as it lunged at Togaru, but the boy dodged it. The beast tried to strike him with its mace, but Togaru grabbed it between two blades he made. The boy growled as he tried to cut the mace off, but the beast lifted him from the ground and tried to pound him into it.
The boy let go at the last moment and slashed the beast in its legs, but the beast sent out a couple of spikes that made Togaru's eyes widen since he was at close range.
The boy braced himself as one spike entered his shoulder making him cry into pain, but he then thrusted his blade upward and made a cut on the Nomu causing it to back off.
The boy ripped the spike off before going back to the Nomu who swung its mace at him, but the boy slid under it until he was behind it. The boy then stood up and slammed the spike into the Nomu's brain saying, "Back to sender."
The beast began to thrash around at this point, but the boy decided to end this. he knew he couldn't cut this beast down, but maybe he could still stab it.
The boy made two blades from his wrists and made his way to the Nomu. The Nomu yelled in pain and fired spikes at the boy, but he jumped to the side avoiding them.
The boy kept getting closer to the beast till he was finally in range. The two then thrusted his two blades into the Nomu's neck where it was the softest.
A few moments later, the beast slumped down. the Nomu had two blades coming out of its brain.
"This is going to give me nightmares," the boy said as he retracted his blades from the Nomu before looking at it and shivering, "This is definitely going to give me nightmares."
The boy then received Mandalay's message and chose to run toward the camp. If he was the target, he wasn't going to stick around for them to hunt him down, but fate had other plans…
As he was running on the trail, he encountered something huge, "What the fuck?"
Before Mandalay's declaration, Izuku's punch caused the entire mountainside to shake from its force. Izuku wasn't in a good condition. His arm was broken from using his power at full force and he was beyond exhausted. He was panting in his every breath.
The boy looked at his handy work as Tokage said, "Damn, Izuchan. No wonder you don't use 100% so causally." The girl then looked at his hand, "I thought it would be worse."
The boy looked at the girl who was floating and holding Kota in her arms, "I'm sorry for that." The girl landed beside him and Izuku gently stroked her face, "I'm also sorry for you getting a black eye." He then looked at Kota, "How are you? He didn't harm you, did he?"
The boy shook his head, "No, he didn't. You stopped him before he could do anything."
Izuku then said, "We should go back to the camp. The cabin isn't away from here…" The boy stopped dead in his tracks when he heard sounds coming from behind him.
The three turned around and looked at the scene unfolding in front of them with Tokage saying silently, "No way, he's still conscious."
The three were greeted by the sight of Muscular coming from the side of the mountain with a smile on his face, "Man, now that was a punch, kid. Why didn't you bring this from the start? You could have even beaten me with a couple of those!"
Izuku then opened his arms in front of the two behind him, "Stay back or else."
Muscular chuckled, "I want 'or else', kid." He cracked his neck, "Plus, there's no way I'm backing away now. It'd be no fun to just stand down after everything we've done."
"Why are you doing this?" the boy yelled, "What does the league want from us?"
Muscular shrugged, "If I knew, I would have told, but honestly, I don't care as long as I get to let my quirk loose." He then began to apply his quirk, "The only thing I care about is ripping shit apart, and you're next on my chopping block."
"This is just a game after all. Didn't I tell you this already?" the villain began to laugh a little, "But I'm done playing with you."
He then smiled crazily, "I'm going to put my serious face going forward."
Suddenly, the man was in front of Izuku who quickly jumped with away Setsuna and Kota on his back as Muscular slammed his fist into the mountainside making a huge crater in the wall, "Wow, I think I overdid there."
Izuku looked at him with horror itching itself on his face, 'What the hell? This could be at least 30% of OFA. His speed and strength increased significantly.' Muscular looked at them and jumped toward them making another mountain-shattering punch, 'he's telling the truth. He was just playing with us a couple of moments ago. Now, he truly wants to kill us. I can't allow that.'
The boy looked at his good hand and powered OFA to 70%. He could feel the muscle fibers in his arm beg him to stop, but he ignored it. The boy then yelled, "TOKAGE, GO AWAY AND TAKE KOTA WITH YOU. NOW!" 'Right now, I need to keep him busy. The cabin is down there. if they reach it, it will now take a few moments before a hero arrives. Hopefully Aizawa-sensei. He's the only one who can beat him, but he isn't giving us any room to breathe.' The boy jumped high in the air and used Blackwhip tying it around the man's body lifting him in the air and kicking him in the face.
The man slammed into the ground, 'But even then, I don't if I can hold him for too long. He can kill me and then hunt them down.' the boy thought grimly as he concluded, 'I can't chicken out now. I need to fight. The only way out of this is to defeat him.'
'Don't forget why you are a hero!' Izuku thought determinedly, 'You're here to save people.'
The boy saw Muscular stand up, "Guys, step back. Go about 7 steps or at least 8. Stay safe and if you can run back to the camp when you see there is a chance."
Setsuna yelled, "No, I'm not leaving you here, Izuku. He'll kill you. He's too strong for you."
Izuku chuckled, "Don't worry. I'll keep you both safe. Don't be afraid."
"What are you planning to do? Nothing you did worked on him," Kota argued as Muscular launched himself at Izuku, "Both your arms are broken! What can you do?"
Izuku then powered OFA to 100% and met Muscular head-on. The man was covered from head to toe with muscle fiber. The boy held a confident smile, "I'm Okay."
Muscular laughed, "What are you talking about, kid?" the man pushed Izuku down, "This punch of yours is weaker than the one before. You going to die."
The boy replied, "I'm Okay." Izuku tried to strengthen himself, "I'm Okay. You two can go. He's not leaving this mountain. He's not going to follow." The man began to pin Izuku down.
He looked at them with tears streaming from his eyes, "Run Away"
"You little shit," Muscular smiled, "This is so fun. I love you, man. You're truly awesome, Midoriya."
Izuku yelled back at him, "Shut the fuck up."
"Blood," Muscular yelled in glee, "Show me some blood."
Izuku was getting buried in the ground as he remembered his mom when she apologized. he then remembered All Might. How he always said that a hero always finds a way in a pinch.
Muscular suddenly felt something wet hit his head. he looked to see Kota freed himself from Setsuna's hands and used his quirk on Muscular, "Stop it. S-Stop it."
Muscular looked at Kota, "Clam down, kid." He laughed a little, "Once I'm done tearing this one limb from limb, I'll come and give you and girlie the same treatment."
Izuku's eyes widened and remembered the USJ. He remembered what All Might said when defeated the Nomu. The words were beginning to resonate in his mind.
"Didn't hear my words before villain," All Might said as he began to punch the Nomu faster and faster by the second, "A hero always finds a way to overcome a pinch. A hero always overcomes his limits. A hero always goes beyond his boundaries. A hero always can go BEYOND PLUS ULTRA."
"Like hell, that's happening," Izuku yelled as he increased OFA's power beyond 100%, "You're going down whether you like it or not." The boy began to push back and lifted himself from the ground taking Muscular by surprise with the sudden power boost.
'OFA 1000000%' Izuku mentally said, "Delaware Detroit Smash" The fist managed to rip all of Muscular's fibers and met with his face. The sheer force of the hit sent the man rocketing to the mountainside. Once he collided with it, his eyes rolled to the back of his head as the impact shattered everything around him.
Kota looked at Izuku and remembered what Mandalay told him about heroes. How one day, if he ever needed one, they'll come to his rescue herself included.
He looked at Izuku who was standing in front of a defeated Muscular and roaring into the night sky.
The boy said quietly with tears swelling in his eyes, "He's my hero."
Meanwhile, Setsuna lost strength in her legs. She fell to the ground and looked at Izuku. Unlike Kota who looked at Izuku with admiration, Tokage looked at him with sadness and self-loathing. 'He almost died and I stood there doing nothing. I was useless. Izuku… I couldn't help you.'
The green-haired boy ran to them and asked them, "Are you guys, alright?"
Setsuna looked at him tears streaming down her face, "I'm the one who's supposed to ask you that. You look terrible. Izuku, you need immediate medical attention."
The boy shook his head, "I still need to do something. I need to tell them what I know."
He then turned around and said, "Both of you, hop on. I'll take you back to the camp."
Setsuna said, "Izuku, how about I carry you instead? Just look at yourself."
Izuku smiled softly, "A hero must always go beyond his limits." He summoned Blackwhip from his arm making him hiss in pain. He wrapped around Setsuna and Kota putting them on his back. The boy then ran down the mountain till he encountered someone.
Izuku and Setsuna yelled, "Aizawa-sensei"
The man looked at them and his eyes went wide in alarm, "Midoriya, what in the world happened to you? Come with me. You need to go to the cabin. You need medical attention."
Izuku shook his head, "Sorry, but I have important information that I need to tell the Pussy Cats."
He then used Blackwhip to hand Kota to Eraserhead and turned to take to the other heroes. Setsuna refused to budge so he took her with him.
The erasure hero sighed knowing that there was nothing he could do to make the boy come back, so he said, "Midoriya, if you insist on going. Then tell Mandalay to send a message to all of the students who are still inside the forest, they are allowed to use their quirks to defend themselves."
The boy nodded as he disappeared with Setsuna into the forest. The man held Kota as he headed back to the cabin. He hoped he made the right decision right now.
Kota then asked, "Do you think he'll be back? I hit him in the balls…" The boy tightened his grip on Aizawa's shirt, "and he saved my life. I didn't even get to say thank you or apologize to him. He got hurt trying to save me from the man who killed my parents"
Aziawa sighed, "Don't worry about him, kid. He's a tough cookie. He'll be back before you know to let you thank him." 'Members of class 1-A and 1-B. I trust you to return safely.'
Back with Izuku, the boy was running as fast as he could to inform Mandalay of Aizawa's message.
Setsuna asked him, "What are you planning to do after you tell them what Aizawa-sensei told us?"
Izuku replied, "We're going to split up. I'll go through one end and you'll go there the other."
Setsuna's eyes widened, "Are kidding me? Izuku, you're in no shape to fight anymore."
Izuku looked back at her and smiled confidently, "Don't worry. A hero never runs out of tricks."
They eventually reached the clearing where Mandalay and Tiger were still fighting. The woman looked at him and yelled in worry, "Kid, what happened to you? Go back…"
The boy cut her off, "There's no time for that. Kota is safe. I managed to defeat the villain on the mountain. I have something important to tell you. You need to tell all the other students."
Magne looked at Izuku, 'What? He defeated Muscular! That's impossible!' the villain took out a knife hidden in his clothes and threw it at Izuku, but Spinner interjected it.
Magne was shocked. He yelled at Spinner, "What the heck, Spinner? I almost got him." this distraction gave Tiger an advantage as the hero kneed the villain in the gut before grabbing Magne's head and smashing it against his knee.
Spinner replied, "Stain acknowledged him. I won't allow you to hurt a true hero."
"Mandalay, Aizawa-sensei wanted me to tell you to inform the other students that they can use their quirks to protect themselves," the boy ran toward the forest with the girl on his back jumping off and entering it from a different direction, "Also, tell everyone that Kamakiri is their target. They are trying to capture him for some reason."
Izuku disappeared into the forest as Mandalay yelled, "Hey, get back here. You're too injured…" The woman sighed and refocused herself on Spinner, 'That kid. He's only working on adrenaline right now.' She then sent the message that Izuku told her.
With Tetsu and Itsuka after receiving Mandalay's message, the two students were running toward the center of the smoke… well, Tetsu was running, but Itsuka was thinking of a way to defeat the villain responsible for this.
Kendo yelled, "Tetsu, wait." The boy looked at her, "You can't just head in there head-on without a plan." The boy opened his mouth to speak, "And beating the shit out of him isn't a plan." He stopped promptly.
"Look, we're going to the center of the smoke." The girl explained, "The gas concentration there will be ten times stronger than here, so…"
The boy continued, "We'll have limited time before the gas masks stop. Got it."
The girl patted him on the head, "Good boy." The boy slapped her hand away making her laugh, "But in all seriousness, we need to be quick and efficient. If he manages to remove our masks or if the masks stop and we don't defeat him by then, we'll be in a world of trouble."
"Yeah, I got that, so let's go kick some ass…" the boy said enthusiastically, but Kendo whacked him upside the head, "Look, we need to be careful. The gas here is acting differently than normal gas." She looked around her, "The smoke here isn't dissipating like what normally happens, so it means the gas is swirling. This complicates things more. We need to act quickly."
The two continued to run as Kendo said, "We're entering the eye of the storm. Keep your guard up." Tetsu nodded and activated his quirk, "Do you have a plan?"
The girl nodded, "Just follow my lead. A small punk like this won't cause us too much trouble."
With Mustard, the villain stood inside the smoke, 'So, someone managed to escape the smoke, but it won't matter,' he took out a gun, 'they're still human.'
Tetsu came out of the smoke with his armor on. Mustard aiming the gun at him and shot. The boy had enough time to raise his hand and protect the mask on his face, "So, you're the punk who's causing all this trouble around here."
The gas villain, "Tch, I was aiming from the mask. no matter, nothing you do will work against me." He began to shoot the metal boy rapidly, "A spoiled brat like will never understand anything—a meathead like you. I'm here to knock off the pedestal because of your precious quirk. The…"
Kendo then came from the smoke attempting to catch him, but the villain jumped to the side, "Don't you get it? I can feel anything that's happening inside this smoke. There's nothing that you can do that is going to work…" he was cut from rant when Kendo increased the size of her hands which pushed him to the ground.
Kendo replied, "Nice try, pipsqueak, but knowing is different than acting." She began to wave her hands, "You were talking about quirks. You are the one who doesn't get it. The quirk doesn't matter. It's the person who's using it that makes the difference." The girl then rushed him sailing her huge fist through the smoke making it disappear. Once she was close, she let loose of her quirk and hit Mustard in the chest making him fall back and causing him to lose his gun.
'What is this?' the villain thought, 'It feels that I was hit by a truck' he looked to the side and the last thing he saw was Tetsu's fist making its way toward him.
Mustard's mask was destroyed and he fell to the ground with Tetsu and Kendo standing over him, "I thought it was going to be more epic than this." the metal boy commented as the smoke around them began to disappear meaning Mustard was unconscious.
"we've been facing villains since the beginning of school," Kendo replied, "He is nothing compared to the other things we faced. Plus, we have enough experience to deal with the likes of him." she looked at the forest, "Let's hope the others are alright."
Back with Ibara, the vine-haired girl was running out of breath and places to hide. The chainsaw was relentless. She was pulling all types of traps on it from hanging it upside down to causing trees to fall on it, but the thing kept getting up.
…this itself wasn't the worst part. The worst part was the unconscious heroine that she was carrying around. Ragdoll was still unconscious and wasn't waking up anytime soon.
Ibara could hear the roar of the chainsaw coming closer. Right now, she made a trap from her vines where once the Nomu steps on it, it will lift the monster in a net of vines and then she'll erect walls of vines that will surround the beast and trap it for a while… 'Hopefully' the girl thought.
The Nomu came in roaring only for it to be ensnared in Ibara's trap and for the girl to make a run for it away from the monster, but fate had other plans for her…
The vine-haired girl tripped on a root making her fall, but that wasn't the bad news…
…the bad news represented itself when a roar came from above her. The girl's eyes widened when the chainsaw Nomu came to her and raised one of its drills to attack her.
Ibara mentally prepared herself to feel pain, but a smacking sound made her look.
"Thank heavens that you are alright," Pixiebob said as one of her earth monsters faced off against the Nomu, "Gran, come and take them to safety. I'll handle the Nomu and do as we plan."
The man came down and took Ragdoll from Ibara, "Hey horse girl, come here and take your friend to safety." Pony came down from the sky using her horns.
Ibara wiped some tears away, "I'm so happy to see you right now." They can hear roars coming from the distance from the fighting. Pixiebob then came and said, "We'll talk later. Right now, we need to retreat. My rock monsters will keep him busy."
Pony grabbed Ibara bridal-style and fell with her in the air making the religious girl state, "It appears you're stronger than you look, Pony."
The horse girl replied, "My horse mutation gave me extra strength in my entire body."
Gran yelled, "Less talking more flying. We need to get you to the cabin."
Ibara asked, "Why did Pixiebob retreat?" she asked pointing to the lady sitting on a flying rock monster beside them, "Shouldn't she stay to defeat the Nomu?"
Gran replied, "We never planned to defeat it. We only planned to keep it busy, so we can put a tracker on it that will help us reach the source of these crimes against humanity." Ibara nodded.
Pixiebob then talked into her communicator, "I got the student and Ragdoll is safe."
The group continued their way back to the cabin unaware of the someone who was watching them from the trees, "Pity, they're too high for me to reach." He then began to jump away, "We lost one target, but we can't lose another. A magician must always bring a good show."
Back with Izuku, the boy got out of the forest only to be met by a giant dark claw coming his way, but the boy was saved at the last moment. The boy looked and saw Kamakiri holding his mouth shut with Shoji standing beside them hiding in the bushes.
Kamakiri looked at Izuku and his jaw fell when he saw the state the boy was in, "What the hell, stutter? What the hell happened to you? You look like you've been through a blender!"
Izuku looked at Kamakiri, "What about you? You don't seem too well yourself."
Kamakiri whispered harshly, "Don't turn the subject around! What were you doing…"
Shoji then told them, "If you two wish to live, I suggest you keep quiet, or else he'll find us."
Izuku then asked, "What is happening here by the way? What is that thing rampaging over there?"
Kamakiri replied, "Yeah, what the hell is that? I've been squatting here for a while. I think I deserve some answer." They both looked at Shoji who nodded.
"That thing you're seeing is Dark Shadow," Shoji explained, "He is currently out of control." Both boys looked from their hiding place to see in the middle of the huge shadow monster Tokoyami struggling to rein in his quirk.
The boy was yelling at his quirk, "Dark Shadow, listen to me. Control yourself."
"Are you kidding?" Kamakiri exclaimed, "That thing is dark Shadow? I thought it was all bubbly and friend gasper the ghost! What the fuck happened to it?"
"You see this," Shoji pointed to a bleeding stump in place of one of his hands, "When we were walking through the forest, we encountered a villain. He had some kind of teeth quirk. He attacked Tokoyami, but I pushed him out of the way. This resulted in part of my hands being amputated…"
Izuku then asked, "Well, will it grow back?"
The boy nodded, "The hands that exist from my quirk are replaceable, so don't worry about it." He then returned to his story, "Tokoyami saw the severed hand and he freaked out. Dark Shadow reacts to Tokoyami's emotions and he's stronger in the dark. I think you can piece what happened from there."
Kamakiri then asked, "So, what is the plan now?" the boy looked at the others, "I'm sure as hell ain't spending my night here, so the villains can come and find."
Shoji replied, "I don't know. The only person who can calm Dark Shadow is Todoroki, and he's back at the cabin."
Izuku hummed for a moment. He tried running the quirks of class 1-A through his mind to see if there was another one that might help them until it hit him.
"Hagakure," Izuku stated, "She's the only one with a light-based quirk in your class. Where is she right now?"
Shoji hummed, "I remember. She and Mina were in front of me and Tokoyami when we entered, so there is a chance they might be fighting that monster with other students."
Izuku nodded, "I hope they are alright. From what you are describing, this villain seems to be really dangerous." Izuku shook his head, "I'll try to grab its attention…"
"Like hell," Kamakiri grabbed Izuku by the head and looked at Shoji, "Can you make your hood into a bag so we can put this idiot in it." The larger boy nodded. he then shifted his arms into a bag and Kamakiri stuffed Izuku into them, "Now what plan do you have so we can take Birdy to the invisible girl."
The green-haired boy took a deep breath and began to think about it. This needs careful calculations so they can reach Toru without losing a limb or at least someone who can't afford to.
"I have a plan," he looked at Shoji, "Shoji-kun, I want you to use your arms to grab Dark Shadow's attention along the path where we will reach Hagakure, and then we'll ask her to calm him down."
The boy nodded. they looked at Kamakiri who hummed in approval. They then decided it was now or never to execute their plan. Kamakiri took a deep breath and yelled, "Hey, Dark Shadow. Remember me. The one who kicked your shadowy ass at the sports festival. Ready for a rematch."
Dark Shadow looked at him and roared, "I will destroy you."
Kamakiri jumped into Shoji's back. "The plan worked. Move before he makes wiped cream out of us." Shoji then ran and extended his arms making mouth on the ends of each one. The plan was simple; let Kamakiri provoke the rampaging quirk with taunts while Shoji kept making noises to lead it until they found Toru so she could use her quirk to calm it down.
Back with Rin and the others, the scale user fired another barrage of scales at the teeth quirk user, but the man was a human puppet balancing on his teeth. He was thankful that Tsuburaba's quirk was giving them shields to hide behind, but the boy was beginning to run out of birth. He was also sure that his scales were beginning to recede from his body from him taking constant hits from Moonfish. 'This can't continue any longer. It doesn't matter how much we hit him. Ashido melted his teeth and he came back. Bondo glued him head to toe and he freed himself…'
The situation was getting desperate by the minute, but a rumbling caught everyone's attention.
They looked and saw a huge monstrous Dark Shadow rampaging as he was chasing Kamakiri, Shoji, and Izuku. Shoji looked at them, "Hagakure, if you're here, please make some light to calm Dark Shadow down." the boy jumped when Dark Shadow tried to hit them.
The boy managed to avoid the hit, but Dark Shadow managed to hit someone else. He managed to pin down Moonfish into the ground.
Dark Shadow continued his rampage, so Hagakure yelled, "Just a moment so I can do it." The girl was naked right now to maximize the usage of her quirk.
Suddenly, Rin yelled, "Hold it for a moment. Let him finish the villain off first."
Moonfish stood up and yelled, "No one is going to rip the children apart except me."
Dark Shadow yelled, "Who asked for your opinion, small fry?" the shadowy monster raised its hand and swiped it at Moonfish destroying the villain's teeth and sending him slamming into a tree ending the fight.
Rin yelled, "Hagakure, do it now." The girl nodded and ran toward Dark Shadow.
"Hey, Dark Shadow," the girl yelled, "Take a good look at this. Special Move: Wrap Refraction." A huge bright light hit the shadowy monster. When the light died out, Dark Shadow was returned inside Tokoyami as the raven-headed boy was panting on the ground.
Toru looked at the boy and asked him, "Tokoyami, are you alright?"
The boy knelt on the ground and said, "I'm fine. I've lost control over myself and my quirk." He looked at the space where Hagakure was standing, "Thank you for stopping me."
The girl replied, "No problem, Tokoyami. As long as you're alright, everything is fine." She then ran to get her clothes and wear them. "By the way, we need to return to the cabin, since we have Kamakiri to make sure they don't kidnap him."
Bondo said, "But if we pass through the clearing, they might be able to catch him."
Tsuburaba then said, "How about we ran straight through the forest? It's much easier this way, and it will be much more confusing for our enemies to find us if we're in a thick dense forest."
Tokoyami hummed, "It's a valid strategy, but it's a double-edged sword because we might face the same problem." He sighed, "But there is no choice, we need to do this."
Izuku explained, "But we still have some advantage. Shoji's hearing can detect anything. Hagkure can control Dark Shadow if we need to release him. finally, Bondo can stop enemies in their tracks with his glue." He looked forward, "Our team is practically invulnerable."
The team began to trek through the forest unaware of someone watching them from the trees, "I need to wait for the perfect opportunity to strike them."
With Ochako and Tsuyu, the girls were walking hand and hand. It was scary as hell and then the villain attack happened and shit went from a zero to a hundred fast.
Tsuyu was walking with Ochako and said, "Ochako, can you feel that someone is watching us right now?"
The girl with permanent blushes nodded. it was like someone was stalking them inside the forest. It felt like a predator waiting for the right moment to attack his prey.
Suddenly, Ochako pushed Tsuyu and yelped in pain. The frog girl looked at her friend and saw her shoulder bleeding making her feel worried.
"Oh, your blood looks cute," they looked and saw a blond girl wearing some kind of apparatus of a vampiric design standing in front of them with a knife in her hand, "can I get a taste?"
"Ochako, is your arm alright?" Tsuyu asked in worry as she put her guard up because of the blond.
The blond laughed a little, "Don't worry about it. It's just a shallow hit. I'm turned in using knives."
"What kind of person comes out of nowhere and stabs somebody else?" Tsuyu yelled, "What the heck is wrong with you?" the girl looked at them and tilted her head.
The girl quickly smiled, "My name is Himiko Toga, and I think you two are really cute," she pointed her knife at them saying, "You're Uraraka and Asui, right?" the two girls took a step back, "I would usually stab you and make a cut to kiss you and drain you dry, but with this bad boy, all I need is to make a shallow cut and it will drain so I can drink your blood later." She then attacked.
The girls were disturbed by this, but Tsuyu acted quickly by tying her tongue around Ochako's waist and throwing her away from Toga's sudden attack. The frog tried to avoid Himiko's attack but Himiko managed to nick her tongue a little.
Tsuyu yelled, "Ochako, go back to the facility to bring help. Permissions to use our quirks are just for defense not to defeat the villains." The girl then hissed in pain from the cut on her tongue.
The gravity girl replied, "You need to go too, Tsu." The frog girl nodded, but Toga decided she needed to change their plans.
The blond said, "I think you're both a little bit in a rush, don't you think that Asui?" the blond shook her head, "I don't like it! How about Tsutsu? Can I call you that? Hmm, Tsutsu?"
The frog girl jumped away from her, "Stop it! My friends only call me, Tsu."
Himiko threw her knife at the frog girl's hair and pinned her to the tree, "So, we're friends."
Ochako came down from the sky and tackled Himiko to the ground, "Don't you dare hurt her."
Ochako pinned the blond girl to the ground, "Tsu, can you tie her with your tongue?" the frog girl nodded, but Himiko managed to free one of her hands and was about to stab Ochako with a syringe from her device, but suddenly something stopped her.
"Not so fast, blondie" Setsuna yelled, "Who do you think you're trying to stab?"
Himiko smiled and freed herself from Ochako's grip. The blond girl bolted toward Tokage, but the green-haired dodged before disconnecting her body and attacking Himiko's joints making the girl fall to the ground from the sudden strikes.
Tokage then tied the girl up using her pieces and lifted her, "And here's another villain taken down."
Himiko looked at Tokage and smiled, "I remember you. I remember you. You're that cute green-haired girl from the sports festival. You were so amazing. You were spectacular."
The greenette was taken aback by the sudden praise, but Himiki looked her in the eyes and gasped, "You're in love, aren't you? And you're worried about the person you love!"
If Setsuna was terrified before, now she was officially freaking out. How did this crazy girl find out… the girl shook her head telling herself this was just some kind of strategy to freak her out.
"You're planning to tell him you love him, aren't you?" Himiko said causing Setsuna to freak out even more, "I understand. After all, I'm a girl just like you."
Setsuna was right now a floating head and a couple of pieces, but she wanted to get away from the blond. She looked at Tsuyu, "Do any of you have a rope or something?"
Before the girls could answer, Himiko whined, "Hey, don't ignore me. I'm trying to help you." Himiko's smile became deranged, "You like him very much, don't you? You try to be like him, but you can't keep up with him because you can't help but feel unsatisfied." The girl's rant from there became crazier, "That's what I feel when I see a cute person. I want to be them, so I always end up chopping them into small pieces." The girl blushed, "That's why I like love stories like this."
Setsuna yelled, "How can smile while saying something like this? how can you talk about hurting someone while saying you love them? This isn't…" The girl yelped in pain when she saw a syringe stabbed in one of her pieces which caused her to let go of the blond…
"It all depends on perspective," Himiko replied, "To me, seeing their warm gushing blood. Seeing them covered all over in cuts means that I love them."
The girl lifted her knife, "How about I make you see my point of view with your little friends?" Himiko readied herself to attack, but Izuku and his group suddenly appeared from the forest.
"Setchan," Izuku called out turning the four girls' attention to them, but Himiko saw she was beginning to get outnumbered so she slid away from there in the confusion of the group's sudden arrival.
Himiko began to run, "Sorry, but I can't stay here because I want to be free." The girl looked back for a moment and looked eyes with Izuku causing a blush to erupt on her face, 'It's him.'
The group looked as Himiko ran into the darkness, but didn't go after her because there were too many variables to take into account that may cause them to fail to deliver Kamakiri back to the cabin.
"Who was that?" Shoji asked.
Setsuna replied, "Some crazy witch." The girl said rubbing her abdomen, "Damn it. She stabbed me there. it's a little bit sore."
Izuku looked at her and felt bad, "Are alright, Setchan?" the girl nodded, "Good, you can get it fixed at the cabin."
Ochako asked, "Why are you guys using the forest? Why didn't you go through the regular path?"
Tsuburaba replied, "So, we can deliver Kamakiri faster."
Tsuyu tilted her head, "Kamakiri? Then why isn't he here?"
Izuku replied, "What are you…" The boy looked and saw that Kamakiri wasn't there…
Now, that he looked closer… Tokoyami also wasn't there. "Why are the others?" the others looked behind them and saw that Kamakiri and Tokoyami weren't there anymore.
Toru took a step back and put her guard up, "How did that happen? They were just behind us."
"If you're talking about your friends," they heard someone speak. They looked up at the top of a tree to see a man wearing a suit with a magician top hat and a mask on his face, "I used a magic trick on them, but don't worry about them. I just took them because they have no work with heroes, I'll take them to a better stage."
Izuku yelled, "Give them the hell back" Izuku lifted one of his broken arms and tried to use Blackwhip to catch the man, but the villain jumped away before the energy whip could reach him.
The villain laughed, "Give them back. Hmm," the villain used a cane he had to tap on a branch he landed on, "Why would I ever do that? Such a strange choice of words."
"Give them back. They are their people." Izuku yelled, "You can't force them to do anything."
Rin yelled, "You either give them back the easy way or the hard way," the boy began to blast scales at the villain who jumped into the air, "Hagakure, now."
The girl yelled, "Say Cheese" She then unleashed her special move that defeated Dark Shadow with everyone covering their eyes when she began to glow.
Once the light died out, they thought the villain would have been disoriented, but he was standing there normally, "That would have worked, but I have seen her actions before."
"Don't feel bad kids," The villain said, "I, Mister Compress, promise you we'll take good care of your friends. all of you have values, but we wanted to make a point by taking your friend here."
Mina growled, "Did you come here to give us this bullshit? Give us back our friends, jackass?"
She threw a globe of acid against the tree branch, but Compress jumped away.
"Of course not, but I wanted to clarify my point of view," Compress retorted, "though to be honest, I decided to improvise and take Tokoyami since that type of raw power to take out someone as crazy as Moonfish needs to be acknowledged."
"Good to see that someone also sees the kid's potential," Gran said as he descended from the sky kicking Compress in the face, "but hand the kids over."
Compress's mask was broken and he fell to the ground as Torino landed in front of him.
Something fell from the man's mouth. It was two marbles. The students looked and inside each of them was a student. Tokage acted as quickly as she could, but Compress also acted quickly. In the end, the two managed to grab one marble.
Tokage looked at her marble and saw Tokoyami inside it, 'Damn it. He must still have Kamakiri.' The girl yelled, "Let my classmate go, you bastard."
The man groaned, "This act had an unexpected guest, but I should've known he'd come back."
Tsuburaba yelled, "Bondo, glue him up." The giant of class 1-B then unleashed a torrent of glue on the villain which stuck him to the ground as Tsuburaba took a deep breath and put his hands in a circular shape. He blew in them trapping Compress in a circular prison.
Rin said, "Now, give us back our friend or you'll never get out of here."
The man smiled and touched himself freeing from Bondo's glue. He then reappeared inside the air prison as he pressed an earpiece to talk to the other villains.
"Compress to the strike team," the others who were still conscious listened, "I got what we wanted. I'm surrounded by heroes. Get me out of here."
Gran shot forward to the man, "Like hell, that's going to happen." The old hero tried to kick him knowing he could break through the air prison, but a purple mist formed behind the man who jumped into it saying, "Goodbye" he then snapped his fingers as he completely disappeared from the camp. The old hero sailed through the air as the portal closed.
The marble in Tokage's hand began to glow and from it, Tokoyami appeared.
The others looked at the scene with horror. They just allowed their classmate to be captured.
Gran Torino looked at the students, "Don't blame yourselves. This is my fault. I gave him too much space to maneuver." He looked at Izuku, "Especially you kid, you did what you could."
Everyone looked at the boy who was crying, "I couldn't save him. If I only used Blackwhip, maybe…"
Setsuna hugged him, "It's alright. There's nothing we can do now. Don't blame yourself."
With the villains, Dabi received a message that the target was apprehended and Compress called Kurogiri to give him a portal directly to the bar. 'Good thing, we put tracking devices on our earpieces so Kurogiri can track our locations easier.'
He then said to Twice, "Let's go to the meeting point and tell Kurogiri to pick up those who don't show up." He walked forward, "The ones that Tomura wants to keep."
Tiwce then said, "Shouldn't you call back the Nomus? they only listen to you after all." the man nodded in agreement.
All this time, Aoyama was hiding in the bushes away from sight.
Back with Spinner and Magne, the two villains were pinned down by the heroes only for a purple mist to whisk them away leaving the heroes shocked.
With Muscular, the villain was still knocked out, but a purple mist appeared and whisked him away.
With Rex, the dino-man was still unconscious with the three sisters sitting beside him all fully awake at this point. The trio of girls looked as a purple mist appeared. They crawled away from it as it sucked the dino-man away.
With Izuku, they all returned to the cabin which seemed to be attacked from the inside. Vlad came rushing through. He looked around and asked, "Where's Kamakiri? I have all the students here from both 1-A and 1-B accounted for except this group and Kamakiri. Where is he?"
Gran shook his head, "I'm sorry, Vlad, but they managed to him from under our noses."
The man yelled, "How the hell did that happen? Didn't you say had this covered?"
"The villain we faced had some sort of storage quirk allowing him to turn items into small ball marbles," Gran explained, "We captured him, but the quirk also works on himself too. He freed himself and called Kurogiri to give him a ride."
The blood hero yelled, "DAMN IT!"
Gran said, "Don't worry, Vlad. We'll get him back no matter what." He then looked down, "And for what it's worth, I'm sorry he slipped from under my nose."
The blood hero calmed down, "It's not your fault! This is something we couldn't have predicted, but mark my words;" the hero clenched his fist, "I will get my student back."
Meanwhile, Izuku who was taken to the infirmary and was lying carefully on his back as the Pussy Cats tended to his injuries, thought, 'If I was only faster…'

Welcome back guys to a new chapter of my story. This chapter focused on the fights in the camp from Izuku's fight, to the heroes' fights, to Kamakiri's. some of these fights might be changed in the future when I rewrite them if I feel the audience isn't satisfied with them. some fights were shorter from the cannon like Kendo's and Tetsutetsu's fight against Mustard, but I did it on purpose to show the change due to the extra training they got. The ending was also changed; in the cannon, our heroes followed Mister Compress to the meeting point, but here, Gran's arrival complicated everything for Compress who saw himself being pushed against the wall so he called Kurogiri to whisk him out as he did to Magne and Spinner in the manga. Some might not like it wanting to see an epic chase, but I truly didn't feel it has any need here. We also saw Himikio's first meeting with Setsuna. Pretty epic. We also saw, at the beginning of the chapter, character development for Shigaraki as he decided to use what he had and who should he let go of. You might see other villains who Shigaraki killed or harmed join him later on. For now, I have one question, what kind of relationship do you want to exist between Toga and Tokage given to some extent they have freaky quirks (Lizard Tail Splitter isn't exactly something beautiful if you think about it)? The next chapter will handle the repercussions of the attack and something everyone has been waiting for.
