Origins: Mad Scrapper
A man with a long brown trench coat and brown hair looked out over the wasteland and toward the ruined city. To say he was built like a brick wall would be an understatement. He was tall, his eyes hidden behind goggles while the rest of his face was covered by a gas mask which was attached to a small bag on his back. He wore some light padding and armor under his coat and had a dark brown wide brim hat with a golden band upon his head. Adorning his legs were a pair of tall boots, nearly reaching his knees, which were covered by golden knee pads. He also wore a pair of dark brown leather gloves, silvery elbow pads, and had a strange yellow device on his left forearm.
He no longer remembered how long the world had been like this. He sighed and went back inside his makeshift camp. Reaching over to his workshop, he grabbed 2 canisters of fluid, both labeled as highly flammable. Exiting his sort of tent, he opened the driver side door of his 'car' and hooked up the canisters to a few pipes behind the seat. Closing the door, he turned on the device strapped to his forearm and spoke into it.
"Progress log, I installed the new booster fluid into Scrap Box today, no problems. I'll test it in a while. I don't want to waste it." He shut off the device before sitting down on the bed of his truck. He wondered what else he could do today. Maybe make more of that booster fluid or maybe think of another creation he couldn't realistically make with what was available to him. He removed the goggles from his face, revealing green eyes, and rested for a while. As he was just lost in thought about what he could make with access to the proper equipment and materials, he was abruptly broken out of his thoughts by the sound of engines from the distance.
'Crap, more raiders!' Ge thought as he grabbed everything not currently nailed down and threw it into the bed of his truck. He practically threw himself into the driver seat and pulled a lever to start his engine. The hulking v18 engine to his left roared to life, and his chained tires rattled as he stomped on the gas pedal.
'They're gaining on me!' He thought as his truck started to flatten out around 200 mph. 'I'll have to use it then.' He booted up the device on his forearm once again.
"Test log, I am going to try the new booster fluid and record the live results. If it blows up like my other inventions I'm dead but this log is proof of my existence and trials! Commencing test!" He shouted as he slammed his hand down on the red button next to him. His truck began to glow blue and his engine grew even louder, as it seemed to start overflowing with energy. His rear wheels caught fire and the ground behind him was covered by orange flames as he began moving faster than ever before.
The sound of the raiders grew quieter, but they could still be seen in his mirror. 'Still not enough' he thought, before refocusing on the terrain ahead of him, but strangely, reality itself looked warped. It looked like something was trying to rip open, despite nothing being there.
After a few seconds, the nothingness did tear open, forming a purple portal with a green outline, among other colors. He stared at the new portal in awe for a few moments, before deciding that wherever the portal leads him has to be better than here. He floored his pedal, and once he reached the portal, his car, its driver, and the portal vanished in a flash of white light.

Origins 2 complete! I'll probably finish the origins chapters relatively fast but I know it'll take longer to make chapters once the races begin. For now, enjoy these introductions, and I'll see you in the next chapter!
