"Wonderland High is both confusing and exciting. Its unique schedule sets it apart from any other school in the Enchanted Kingdom or Eternia. Students only attend classes for one day each year, and they must ace their assignments before the bell rings for teatime. Maddie, Lizzie, and Kitty, who previously attended Wonderland High before moving to Ever After High, planned to help their friends navigate the school, as their friends were bewildered by how the school came out of nowhere, they were concerned about Teela's transformation by the spirit of Ka and their worries about the Queen of Hearts potentially battling the Snake Men. However, their immediate priority was to find a way to quickly navigate Wonderland High before it was too late."

Morning-Wonderland High

Having arrived in Wonderland to free Lizzie's mother who had been consumed by madness when the Evil Queen was defeated. They were in an unseeable predicament as Wonderland High's attendance officer, Red Knight had abducted the Ever After High students to have them attend classes.

"Oh well, guess it leaves me to save the day as usual. Catch you all at teatime."

Kitty said with a purr and attempted to disappear to avoid attending class with everyone, only for her to be unable to vanish in front of everyone. Evil-Lyn rolled her eyes at the feline trying to be clever and decided to show her along with the others how to do actual magic.

"Foolish men that stand in the way. Cave into your fears at the end of the day!"

Casting a spell and pointing her scepter toward the Red Knight's soldiers with the intent of giving them nightmares. Only for her orb to do nothing as she was unable to use her magic, no one understood what was happening as everyone who had magic was unable to use it.

"At Wonderland High, all students with magical abilities are prohibited from using them on school grounds. This rule helps to avoid trouble, which we already have for a subject in a class."

Zodak informed them about how none of them were allowed to use magic since it would give the students an advantage in passing their classes. There was another rule that involved no weapons on school grounds as the knights walked over to take He-Man and the others were armed for combat. Lizzie was upset with the treatment they were receiving as she made her way in front of the group which resulted in the knights bowing in their princess's presence.

"Now see here Red Knight. You swore an oath to my mother that you'd serve our family no matter the situation, as the future queen of Wonderland. I command you to take me to my mother."

Giving him a command as to his oath to look after the safety of the Queen of Hearts as well as herself. Her friends were surprised at how commanding Lizzie became since they knew how scary she could be when it came to threatening to take off people's heads. This was something entirely different, the red knight stood at attention toward the princess as he got off his horse to present himself toward her.

"Forgive me, Your Majesty. But that oath was changed when my father retired."

Responding to Lizzie's order which caught her by surprise as she thought the red knight was the same one that served in her mother's court. She watched the knight remove his helmet to show his face as if he was a teenager like everyone else. He had black hair with red highlights with a smile which made most of the girls nervous since it was the first time they'd seen an authentic knight, the others were confused about that but ignored it since there confused as to who his actual identity was.

"My name is Chase Redford. I took up the mantle of my father when he was too old to wear the armor since I was already the school's attendance officer. Your mom thought it be helpful to keep everyone in line if I had his armor."

Introducing himself to the group as he escorted them to the school where they noticed various students coming in various ways. Either riding white hippos, paper steeds, or jumping out of rabbit holes. Taking them to the front door, Chase opened it to the hallway where they saw the interior of Wonderland High and the various students that were occupying it.

"Don't worry. This is the first and last day of school, all you need to do is pass the class that's given to you and ace it. Otherwise, after school events."

Chase informed them about how they could get out of the school and see the queen in time before it was too late. Whistling for his steed to come forward, Chase made his farewell to the group before going off to attend his duties as the school's officer.

"No. I did not become a supernatural skeleton to end up being trapped in another infernal school!"

Skeletor ranted about him being trapped in Wonderland High as he decided to make a break for it and escape the school. Instead of going forward to the door, he was going backward as he was on a moving walkway taking him past the lockers. The others were unable to act as they were soon taken into the school where they saw the students look at them with interest and confusion in their eyes.

"How exactly can we finish school in one day? Do we have to take some test to prove ourselves as we're capable of surviving the outside world?"

Buzz-Off questioned the Wonderlandian girls about how it was possible to graduate since they were already in class. The Andreenid waited for anyone to answer but saw him being separated from everyone, his friends were going up the walls and sideways to different classes. Looking to his left side was Maddie Hatter who already made herself at home with a table and a fresh cup of tea.

"Oh no. There wouldn't be any fun if it was about that, all we need is to find our main class with our main teacher. All you need to do is find the right locker."

Answering his question before Buzz-Off fell through a door that took him to swimming class. Everyone struggled to escape the classes they were being forced to take, Raven managed to escape cooking class and a clever flying past her. It was too much for herself as she looked over to see a locker with a symbol of a falcon. It looked similar to the form that Teela took when they arrived in Wonderland, meaning it was the location of their real class.

"I found the locker. Follow me!"

She instructed everyone who watched the purple-haired girl jumping off the moving walkway and avoiding the doors that led to different classes. They followed suit as they watched Raven open the locker and walk into it, confused as to how they would manage to fit. Everyone rushed inside with Briar being the last one as she was being chased by two large apes wearing clown makeup.

"Wait. I Tweedle Dee need you to help Tweedle Dumb to prove that I am right about apple pie."

"No, she needs to help Tweedle Dumb to prove to Tweedle Dee that banana pie is better than all."

The two apes argue before throwing their pies toward Briar leaving her to duck from being covered in pie. However, she didn't feel the impact but saw R'qazz being the one to take the fall and getting covered in pie. The beast boy didn't mind it as he closed the locker from behind to avoid getting attacked again with pie.

"What? I haven't eaten anything since we got here."

R'qazz told Briar making sure that she knew he did it to get a quick snack. She did thank him for the save as they looked around at their class which had various books on top of one another with a large Steller scope pointed at the ceiling which showed drawings of planets. They were captivated by the surroundings as Teela took a moment to look at the illustrations since they looked familiar.

"That's Trolla, Orko's home. And there's Eternia and its moons. Our teacher is someone from our home."

She responded toward who their teacher was which gave them an advantage since they would have someone who could assist them in meeting Lizzie's mother. The team heard a shuffling sound coming from another side of the classroom. Unsure of what they would expect, they saw a large metal figure making its presence known, Adam decided to respond by throwing a chair at what appeared to be a threat.

"What in the stars is happening?! My class is not for tomfoolery but for education!"

A voice shouted toward the person responsible for attacking the statue since it was modeled after a giant serpent. Taking a moment to see who else was here with them, they saw a small elderly man with orange hair that connected to his beard as well as long ears. He looked at his students who were attending his class which made him forget about his statue being struck with a chair.

"Teela Na? Is that you?"

The teacher asked with curiosity as he walked over to see the green-skinned teenager. Making his way past the children to look at her, Teela took a knee for him to get a better look as she was confused about how quickly he knew her. The sight of her face made the orange-haired man smile in excitement before cheering at her being here in Wonderland.

"By Ancients! It is you! As well as Adam of Eternos!"

He announced gleefully as he hugged Teela before going over to hug Adam despite him being in his He-Man form. Raven and the other Ever After High students were confused as to how the teacher knew their friends since he appeared to look like another Wonderlandian, Skeletor looked at the creature to realize who he was.

"I know who our instructor is. A Thenurian, he's from Eternia. They are considered the best locksmiths and inventors but are all too peaceful and boring."

Informing everyone who the creature was which caught the teacher's attention. Looking over at the skeleton-faced juvenile who considered his people boring, he pulled a lever that activated a bola invention which sent Skeletor to fall on his back.

"That's Gwildor to you. As in the first Thenurian to be welcomed into King Randor's court. Master inventor and locksmith extraordinaire, I have mastered all the ways of traveling to any part of Eternia."

He introduced himself to everyone about who he was of how important he was to Eternos. They offered him applause for his announcement and Apple was able to recognize him as well.

"Of course. My mother told me about someone who helped everyone in the Enchanted Kingdom feel welcomed on Eternia. As well as having a taste for chicken."

She stated that he was known to her mother along with the rest of the royalty in the Enchanted Kingdom. Gwildor nodded at the princess's response but smiled at them knowing him since it had been a while to meet other Eternians like himself. Walking over to his podium to start his class, the group went over to their chairs seeing how he was about to start class.

"Mr. Gwildor? While I wouldn't mind learning a lesson or two from an inventor, we need some questions answered. Does anyone know about the Snake Men Awakening? If Lizzie's mother is okay? And what Teela has to do with this 'Ka' person."

Adam questioned the Thenurian teacher about the current situation that was happening since there was no time to lose. Gwildor looked over to Zodac where he allowed him to answer one of the questions since he and his friends saw the Snake Men moving quickly through the forest.

"They came from the temple I swore to look after. One of them had managed to escape from the defeat of King Randor and Queen Snow White's forces when they brought down the Evil Queen. His name was Kobra Kahn, he took my sight with his venom. But not before I was able to see something he had in his possession; a book he called the 'Storybook of Legends'."

Informing them about what he saw when he had his eyes taken which startled everyone about how the Storybook of Legends was here in Wonderland. Along with the possession of a race of cannibal reptiles who would use it for their cold-blooded intentions. Briar's heart sank when she heard that the same person she believed she was helping lied to her and used it to bring back his people but for the wrong reasons.

"The Storybook of Legends? As in the real one is here in Wonderland. How's that possible?"

Raven questioned how the book that could decide the rest of her life was here. Briar said nothing to that response since she could feel the guilt filling her from within about this being her fault. Kitty gestured for Briar to pay attention since Zodak was continuing with his storytelling.

"What matters is what their leader is planning. King Hiss has two factions of snakes under his authority, half of them are most of the queen's soldiers he'd turn into snake men. The other half are civilians he converted; he plans to create a snake kingdom within Wonderland."

Informing them what King Hiss's intentions were since it included making an army and turning the queen's people against her along with taking over the kingdom. While it was frightening to think if King Hiss's plan was capable of working out, Teela raised her hand to ask about the transformation she went through and having trouble controlling her anger.

"Oh, I guess it's my turn then."

Gwildor announced that he helped inform her and everyone why she out of everyone was given a new look. Walking over to the metal statue that Adam hit with a chair, he brings it over for everyone to look at and graves a small nameplate that had the word 'Ka' written over it.

"When the Ancients existed across Eternia, they had two ethereal beings that battled one another to show who was worthy of representing Castle Grayskull. The battles they had would make any other look like child's play, it continued to the point where Ka decided to find someone who could wield his power against Zoar. King Hiss was his champion, and Teela's mother was Zoar's."

Explaining the history between the snake and the falcon who wanted to represent the power of Grayskull to that of picking a champion to fight for them. Gwildor walked over to the books he had lying across the room and presented them with several images of the Sorceress and King Hiss battling each other. While Randor and Snow White handled the Evil Queen, Teela's mother was able to banish him and his followers to the same mountain where Zodac had remain when the battle was over.

"But there was rumors of the queen using some of King Hiss's magic to infect the Queen of Hearts which had the essence of Ka. When she created the barrier to prevent herself from escaping and not letting one anyone enter, the snake's power was embedded within it. It must have reacted when Teela brought everyone here."

Finishing his lecture and how the magic that Lizzie's mother used had fragments of Ka which reacted toward the magic Zoar when the students made their way to Wonderland. The Sorceress's daughter growled at if she wanted to revert back to her normal self, she would have to take down King Hiss.

"However. As school rules apply, I can't let you go off on your adventure without passing my class. So let the real lesson commence."

Gwildor announced in a stern tone that if they planned on continuing their mission in liberating the Queen of Hearts and freeing Wonderland, they would have to get past him. Pulling out a large chalkboard in front of everyone, Gwildor started to write down various equations and mathematic problems which was complicated to answer since they didn't know what the answer was. Most of the intellectuals amongst the group had trouble trying to solve it, only for Apple to realize what Gwildor's question was.

"He's making the problem complicated which in actuality isn't. If you simplify the formulas and get rid of the redundancies, you'll cut the problem in half."

Solving the question which resulted in the Thenurian teacher to applaud for Apple White's quick thinking. However, Teela felt annoyed at the problem and grabbed an antique sword from the side and cuts the chalkboard in half. It caused a doorway to open up leading back to the hallways where they could continue their day through school.

"I guess that's one way to cut it in half."

Raven joked at Teela's action as they thanked Gwildor for the assistance and being allowed to leave. The Thenurian wished them luck on their venture into Wonderland High in order to escape and see Lizzie's mother and offer their assistance against King Hiss and the Snake Men.

Later-Cafeteria

Half of the day went by, and the students were excited to get out of Wonderland High to continue enjoying the land around them. Amongst the tables were Alistair and Bunny who kept to themselves since they were regaling about how they were the first to be captured giving Zodac the chance to regroup with the help he requested from the surface world.

"The one time we ask one of the last warriors of the Ancients to help us with restoring the Red Queen. We end up back in school, talk about getting what you want."

Alistair told his girlfriend how they should have avoided going to Zodac since he kept his distance away from Wonderland for a reason. There could have been other ways in finding help than bothering someone who had a duty that was bigger than themselves.

"If we did, then Kobra would have made him into a snack. But we did get something from going to him, the Storybook of Legends. It can help us learn if our story is saving Wonderland. Maybe even making us strong enough to stand against the Snake Men."

Bunny brought up how the book could be the means of helping Wonderland and see if they could free Lizzie's mother from the Evil Queen's influence. While it was a chance for them to write their stories in it, there was also the problem of them learning what lied ahead of them.

"But what if it tells us a different story? I've heard that while the book can help anyone it can also tear people apart. Forcing them to follow stories they don't want follow."

He questioned how it could affect their relationship to that of showing them a story that would split them apart. The daughter of the White Rabbit took a moment to think about that since there were two sides that would benefit Wonderland but at the cost of what could happen to them. Bunny placed her hand upon his to comfort Alistar on not letting that happen, even if it meant defying a book that was older than them.

"Let's worry about that when we get it. All we can do it enjoy our food and wait till Zodac ends up here with us."

Suggesting continuing on with the rest of their day and wait till their friend would arrive to the school with the help he asked from his girlfriend. The couple continued to eat until they heard muttering coming from the entrance where they saw none other than Lizzie Hearts along with Kitty and Maddie since it felt like ages since anyone had seen them. More or less having two groups of Eternian and Ever After High students walking beside them. The Wonderlandian couple didn't wait for a second and made their way to them as they noticed Zodac amongst them.

"Don't worry. They're with me."

Zodac informed Maddie's friends as they could believe it from how Lizzie hugged the couple since its been a while she'd last seen them. There was much to discuss as well as wanting to ask how her mother was doing. Just as they were talking amongst themselves, Teela felt a strange feeling and getting angry for no reason.

"Then how come I'm feeling a fight about to break out."

She asked why after getting out of their class and feeling like they were about to leave Wonderland High, Teela felt like they were about to be attacked. There was muttering coming from the other side of the cafeteria where they saw someone making her presence known to everyone as she wore a flamboyant jester clothing as the students recognized her as Courtly Jester, Wonderland High's student body president and considered a Joker across the land.

"Yes, I know I'm the talk of the school. But all I'm doing is showing two new students the way of land, especially to our recent additions to Wonderland High."

Explaining why she was here since everyone were looking at the students Courtley was talking about. Standing behind her were Kobra Khan and Snake Face, the reptiles smirked at the Eternians as they noticed something in Khan's possession. The Storybook of Legends, to which made everyone nervous since he was holding the fate of everyone's stories in his claws, more or less that it could tell them if they could save Wonderland from the Snake Me, or have it be taken over by King Hiss growing army and his need to consume everything in his path.
