He was bloody from head to toe. He was nearly dead. He walked with his trusted weapon like a elderly man, his leg having chunks of flesh ripped off to the bone, some of the bone itself being torn off. Still, he held his head up high. Each step he took shook the earth as he allowed the remnant dredges of his power to push him forward. His aura was long depleted, his energy gone. Yet he still pushed himself. Basquias was cracked and heavily damaged, no longer able to unleash any dust attacks or change to its gun form. The spearhead had been broken off leaving only half the spear, the curve of his halberd was heavily dented, bending inwards rather than outwards.
Blood slowly trickled down his face, over his eye, and down his cheek to drip onto his chin and then onto his shirt. Already he stood in a pool of his blood, a trail of bloody footprints following him. His right arm was barely gripping the shaft of the once beautiful weapon that had served him since he was a young man, blood sliding down along the long pole of bronze colored metal.
"No Naruto, you can't do this! You'll die! Wh-Why are you doing this?"
"It's… my job."
Another step, another rumble. Planting his ruined foot down firmly, he gazed ahead at his defeated enemy, her enraged visage demanding to know just how he had overcome everything she had thrown at him, her entire army, her full magic power, her loyal pawns, all of them had fallen to this one man. As if he read her mind, he grinned softly, "The next generation… shall always be... better than the last…" he said in almost a whisper, but it might as well have been a roar, and he gripped the shaft of his spear as tight as he could in his waning grip, "Now.. face oblivion you black hearted bitch!" he growled as his power flared once again, a powerful pulse of energy bursting out of his body, shaking the land one more time as he raised his broken weapon up high and sent every remaining drop of power from his Semblance into Basquias, the destroyed spear taking on a white glow.
The world around becoming illuminated in a white glow so bright it was blinding. The sheer potency of his charging energy was enough to rival a entire civilizations power, the white glow seen across the horizon, "HASAI-" his bellow echoed across the ruined landscape for miles, the roar of defiance towards the defeated sorceress bringing forth a great destruction to her dreams as had been prophesied centuries ago, and then the final chant of his attack filled the air as he slammed the staff down into the ground in front of him and buried his ruined weapon deep into the soil, "TEN!"
The energy exploded out in a shockwave of white energy, the continent shook as the world crumbled to dust, the landscape buckled and warped as if it had been turned to water, Salem's cry of desperation was killed in a instant as she was obliterated in a second as the energy washed over her and began to break her very existence down to dust and scatter it to the four winds of the earth to never recover.
As for the man who had beaten her, his body fell as the wave of energy washed across the land, and he was buried under the rubble of his destructive attack.
Remnant, a world of mystery, a world of passion, a world of... yeah it's nothing like that, not gonna lie. It's a dark world that has been on the brink of destruction for nearly 1000 years. The people are a hardy group of people that fight to the bitter end and a smile on their faces. A loud roar shook the air before a set of trees collapsed to the ground as something large crashed through them.
A man in his mid twenties that had blonde hair, two orange fox-like ears, and a large, and thick bushy orange white tipped tail, leaped between tree branches to escape the angry beast that had given chase, "Hup," he grunted out as he dodged a swipe of the large claws it had on its hands, "Come on, big guy, keep chasing the sexy Faunus," he goaded the beast.
"GROAAHHH!~" the demonic animal roared after him.
"Haha, too easy," the man said, jumping over a swipe of the beast's hand. The man in question is a Fox Faunus by the name of Naruto Uzumaki. He is a rare Kitsune Faunus, as only 1 in every 100,000 fox types is a Kitsune type Faunus. He stands roughly at 7 foot 8 inches and is extremely muscular. His outfit consists of a sleeveless black vest with a red patch that had a black spiral sewn to the chest. For pants, he wears a pair of gray sweatpants that have a black stripe running down the legs. Around his forehead was a black forehead cloth. And strapped to his back, was a large spear that looked too heavy for him to lift but he somehow managed.
The shaft of the spear is made of bronze colored metals mixed seemingly with gold for flexibility and strength. The head of the weapon sits on a brass bolster, decorated with a relief of coiling vines. The spearhead itself is a wickedly curved blade in the shape of a crescent with ridges lines across its back. At the very tip, there was a literal spearhead designed to look like a kunai, but with carvings engraved to make it look like a leaf. It stands at a height of roughly six feet in length from the base up to the top of the crescent shaped blade with an additional three feet for the second spearhead.
This is the legendary spear, Basquias. It was created by and used by the very Faunus that was joking around with the large Grimm that was currently chasing his furry ass through the forest.
Soon enough, the treeline started to thin out and show the flowing grass plain of his home. Cursing he leapt off the tree and began to race through the thinning trees and into the clearing, the monster right on his tail. Jumping up and performing a somersault he manages to dodge yet another swipe of the beast's claws. Sliding to a stop roughly 30 feet away while the blonde grins at his enemy, "Alright, since you managed to make it this far I guess I have to show you why I am the best fighter this world has ever seen," he said grabbing his spear off his back, "Now then, writhe in agony, Hasaiten (Smashing Point)!"
And then the world shook as it was destroyed as he barely tapped the edge of his weapon to the ground. The beast had no time to react as the land shattered to pieces and surged upwards as the shifting earth smashed the creature to paste from both its flanks in an explosion of raw seismic energy. Cracking his neck he sighed, "At least it was fun while it lasted, thanks for the warm-up," he said to the air as he turned around and began to walk away without a care in the world. He kinda felt bad for that Grimm, he nearly got bored having it chase him through the forest.
The Grimm, a creature of several variants that fed off the darkest of emotions. Hate, Greed, Envy those of the like.
However, for Naruto, these Grimm weren't much of a challenge thanks to his semblance, Smashing Point, which gave him the power to use seismic energy for his attacks. When Naruto first unlocked his semblance, he had been surrounded by a pack of Grimm, but they were immediately slaughtered due to the amount of destruction he caused when he first used it.
Naruto holstered his spear in its strap on his back as he made his way through the forest, thinking about how far he'd come along in his life, 'It's so strange being back here after all this time. I haven't seen the gang in years since I started my mission. I'm sure Tai managed to bag Summer like he wanted, and knowing Raven she probably went to find a place to live in solitude. Kali said she was going back to Menagerie so she could try and settle down once the war ended. Dimaria probably went on and became a teacher like she desired. Qrow is probably drunk, still… I don't think anyone else had alternate plans so that leaves out the old man himself.'
Naruto approaches Beacon and sees the incoming airship and says "Oh, new students! This will be interesting. What kind of chaos will this year's students bring?" and then he stomps his foot on the ground causing an explosion to launch him to the skies above so he could land on the platform beside the aircraft. He inhales deeply and breathes a sigh of satisfaction, "Ahh, nothing like the smell of new recruits trying to sound so impressed by the academy. I can't wait to see how Glynda puts them down, that's gonna be hilarious," he told himself as he watched a girl with a red hood and a petite white-haired girl disembark from the plane.
"Lots of potential, let's see how they deal with initiation." he muttered to himself -BOOM- a large explosion broke him from his thoughts as something exploded causing the blonde to turn and look around for the cause of the explosion.
And then there was that…
Apparently, the girl in the red hood and the petite white-haired girl had somehow caused an explosion which resulted in a crater being formed. Luckily, no one was hurt, but it seemed the girl in the hood was down in the dumps as she lay in the middle of the crater. Quickly moving towards her, he managed to hear her mutter, "Welcome to Beacon," though he could tell she was sad.
Poor girl, she needed a friend, and soon. Shame he couldn't interact with any students just yet.
'All new students, please gather in the ballroom!'
Naruto sighed as he scratched his head, 'And there's Glynda with the synch of getting together to have the campfire pow wow,' he thought to himself.
Then the man hears heels clicking behind him, "It has been sometime Naruto," said a female voice.
Smiling gently, Naruto said, "Yes it has Glynda," Naruto smiles softly before he turns to see Glynda Goodwitch.
"Eighteen years have passed since we last stood face to face, and in all those years I have yet to see both a letter and a phone call," Glynda said, clenching her fist.
Naruto gained a nervous look, "Guh, uh w-would you believe me if I said I was busy?" he asked nervously. She tosses something at him but Naruto grabs it and it breaks apart. Naruto began to shiver in terror as a dark purple aura began to glow around the beautiful woman, scaring him even more, "I do apologize, Glynda, I was busy with a job, a very sensitive one. Not even Ironwood or the others knew what I was up to, only the old man, you can't blame me. Please don't kill me," he shivered as she started to shake uncontrollably.
Oh boy, this was not good at all.
"J-Just get to the ballroom Naruto," she said pointing down the hall as she tried to calm down.
"Y-Yes ma'am!" and with that, he rushes to the Ballroom.
When the students and some of the faculty staff were there, the usual orientation was given and welcomes were passed around, but he had remained hidden to judge the potential students that would more than likely pass the initiation test before being sent to their dorm rooms.
When it was all said and done, and seeing as he was part of the faculty, he had to draw a lot to watch over the students to ensure nothing happened. Luckily he drew the midnight shift so he could conduct his business.
~Timeskip: The next morning~
The next morning, all the initiates were outside on the edge of the Emerald Forest, standing on the launch pads with their weapons and combat gear, ready to learn about how the initiation will work. The only thing that they had to do, wait for Ozpin so they could begin.
And so they waited… and waited… and waited, and they kept waiting. For three hours straight. Yang growled in annoyance, "ARGH! HE'S TAKING SO DAMN LONG!" she yelled out in anger.
"Sheesh, just how long does it take for a man to give a speech?" Ruby said, tapping her foot in annoyance at the man's tardiness.
Naruto groans as he places his hand to his head, 'That lazy old man. He had to make a day like today the time to decide to be lazy. Man, he's like this all the time, I wouldn't be surprised if he arrived late to his own funeral,' the blonde thought to himself in annoyance.
Actually, knowing Ozpin, he would be late to his own funeral just for laughs.
Glynda growled as she walked out the door and down the hall grumbling to herself, "I bet that idiot ignored the fucking alarm again, just like he always does." She then proceeded to use several colorful curse words and none of them were shorter than four letters.
Pyrrha sighed, "I just hope he isn't wasting our time by doing this," she sighed out.
The initiates then heard the sound of someone screaming in terror before a few crashing sounds could be heard that caused the school to shake before the sound of somebody being dragged on the ground and someone ranting angrily through the halls, "I set your fucking alarm three hours early so that you would arrive on time, and yet you still somehow to ignore the alarm to decide to be late, I don't think so Ozpin, not this time! Next time I will send Naruto to get you!" she ranted angrily at the man which was followed by several more explosions that shook the halls, and rattled the doors to the observatory.
Turning, everyone saw Glynda dragging Ozpin by the back of his neck, while Ozpin himself looked completely white. Even his dark-colored suit seemed to have lost several shades as Ozpin was terrified. Upon arriving, Glynda promptly dropped Ozpin to the ground while she moved a step away from him so that he could get up on his own. Once Ozpin did finally stand up, he dusted off his suit before clearing his throat and turning to the students.
"That lady's scary." Ruby whimpered as she hugged her sister.
"Yeah, remind me not to get on her bad side," the blonde shivered in terror.
"Holy crap she's a monster." the Schnee girl shuddered in fear.
"Good morning everyone," Ozpin greeted the prospective students as if he hadn't just been dragged around like a bag of potatoes, "I've heard rumors about when and how partners and teams will be formed and I have come to put those rumors to rest. You will be given teammates and form your teams...today."
At this, many students seemed excited, though one, Ruby Rose, seemed to be on the edge of a nervous breakdown the more Ozpin spoke.
"These teammates will be with you for the rest of your time here at Beacon. So it is in your best interest to be paired with one with whom you can work with," Ozpin informed them, getting Ruby to smile at the possibility of working with her sister.
Only for what he said next to shatter those hopes.
"That being said, the first person you make eye contact with upon landing will be your partner for the next four years," Ozpin said, while Naruto would swear he heard glass shattering where Ruby was standing as she looked completely destroyed as she exclaimed, "WHAT!?"
Some of the students began muttering before Ozpin continued, shutting them up in the process, "Once you've partnered up, make your way to the northern end of the forest. You will meet opposition along the way. Do not hesitate to destroy everything in your path or you can and will die. Also, while you will face many Grimm that live in the forest, you will need to be on the lookout for traps too."
Many students grew confused at this as they wondered why traps would be set up before they stopped and listened as Ozpin continued, "If you're wondering about the traps, it's because, during the last few months traps that were meant to either capture or kill Grimm have been placed throughout the forestry. So, you will need to be on the lookout for those." Ozpin then continued talking about how the initiation will go, "You will be monitored and graded on your performance during the duration of the initiation, but our instructors will not intervene. We hall only step in if and only if there is life threatening circumstances"
After giving everyone a few seconds to process that information, Ozpin continued, "At the end of the path, you will find an abandoned ruin. There you will find several relics and each pair must choose one before returning to the top of the cliff. You will guard that item while we grade that, as well as your standing, before giving an appropriate grade." With that, Ozpin looked at all the students and asked, "Are there any questions?"
Jaune raised his hand and said, "Umm, I have a question-"
"Good! Now, take your positions."
With that, everyone began to prepare themselves as they got ready to be launched, though Jaune continued talking about the landing strategy and how it works, with Ozpin giving brief but very vague answers as well.
While that was happening, Naruto simply watched the students get launched, such as the energetic, pink-wearing, orange-haired girl who waved at him before launching with a "WEEE~!" Then the busty blonde who put on a pair of aviator sunglasses who winked at him before launching, and Ruby who smiled at him before launching.
Naruto sighed and quickly said to Jaune, "Look," Getting the boy's attention, "You're going to get launched into the forest and then begin to fall. If you don't want to get hurt, figure out some way, while you're falling to stop yourself from getting hurt. That's it."
Jaune still looked confused and began asking, "What do you meAAAAANNNNNNN~!?" Before he suddenly got launched with the other students, leaving a silent Glynda, Ozpin drinking his coffee, and a laughing Naruto behind.
XxX-Six Hours later-XxX
"And lastly, Ruby Rose, Yang Xiao Long, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna of Team RWBY ;ed by Ruby Rose. Congratulations and welcome to Beacon Academy." Ozpin announced loudly with a clap from the audience.
XxX-The next day-XxX
Professor Port cleared his throat, "I welcome you to Grimm studies. At the end of each month you will be tested in the academy simulator against randomly generated Grimm. Some are real, some are created by a program to give a harder challenge. However, there has been a premade Grimm for only the most suited, and of all my students to have come through my class, only one has ever beaten it. Which is why, for today and today only, I will let you see a rare video from the simulation training for the final test." the plump man said calmly as he pressed a button that dimmed the lights. Another button and a projector canvas lowered down and a projector activated.
Port cleared his throat, "Now, before I begin this, will there be any questions?" he asked.
Several hands rose, "Yes, young man there in the third row." Port said.
"What makes this video so special, like why was this the only recording of a simulation test to be passed. Surely others have beaten it before?" the young blond asked.
Port laughed boisterously, "My dear boy, when I said this simulation has only been beaten once I truly meant it. This simulation was designed to never be beaten. The program was created with the design and capabilities of nearly every Grimm in existence today, there is no possible way to defeat such a creation. The mere fact that it has only been beaten once is a miracle in itself." he said excitedly, "As for why there is only one recording, well it's simple. The recording is to show you that even in the face of certain destruction there is always an option." he said with excitement, and with that he answered any and all questions before he opened the file and played it.

Weapon: Basquias- Basquias is a legendary weapon known throughout Remnant. Baquias looks like a large spear that resembles a halberd more than a spear. The shaft of the spear is made of bronze colored metals mixed seemingly with gold for flexibility and strength. The head of the weapon sits on a brass bolster, decorated with a relief of coiling vines. The spearhead itself is a wickedly curved blade in the shape of a crescent with ridges lined across its back. At the very tip, there was a literal spearhead designed to look like a kunai, but with carvings engraved to make it look like a leaf. It stands at a height of roughly six feet in length from the base up to the top of the crescent shaped blade with an additional three feet for the second spearhead.
-Capabilities: Basquias doubles as both a spear, and a shotgun. The shotgun portion is modeled after the old war Automatic Assault .12 Gauge shotgun but is capable of shooting blasts of Aura or even one's Semblance. It is equipped to shoot a drum of 250 rounds of Dust cartridges for various elemental attacks from an opening hidden in the polearm when revealed. Basquias has a small hinge located in the middle of the polearm portion which allows the crescent section to sit on the shoulders of the user which acts as a rifle or shotgun.
Semblance: Smashing Point- In a way similar to Seismokinesis or Geokinesis, this semblance allows for Naruto to create or expel powerful Vibrations out of his body and manipulate the earth on a large scale. The more energy he uses when using his Semblance depends on the strength of the Vibrations that are expelled. When Ozpin is killed, his sorrow and rage is so great he splits Beacon Academy into two with a solitary blow when he attacks his adoptive father's killer.
Attacks-
Hasaiten (Smashing Point): Naruto taps the tip of his spear to the ground and releases a concentrated burst of his Semblance, causing the ground to be torn apart to a certain limitation.
Gekishin (Extreme Quake): Naruto lashes out using his fist to destroy anything his fist makes contact with. The strike is so powerful, reality seems to crack. Pyrrha describes this as the hit that may very well destroy the world.
Kaishin (Seaquake): When at sea, the ship he is using comes under attack by a horde of water-based Grimm and by lashing out he managed to create a set of twin tsunami's that reached approximately 500 feet into the air.
Shockwave: By punching the ground (or whatever surface he is standing on) Naruto can send a directed linear shockwave through it towards his opponent.
Destruction's Prominence: Naruto conjures up several orbs of his Semblance and releases them upon a target causing massive damage equivalent to a fallout from war. Depending on the number of bubbles created depends on the damages. The most Naruto has summoned is roughly 1000, but that was in his personal war to reach Adam after being ordered by Ozpin to show the world his true power before he died in his son's arms.
Shima Urashi: Naruto has shown that he has the ability to 'tilt' the land and sea at whim. He first showed this technique when he brought down the bullhead of Adam Taurus causing it to spin out of control when he infiltrated the White Fangs rankings. However, when the bullhead crashed, the passenger's were given witness to the rest of Beacon and the surrounding areas being tilted at very dangerous angles.
Hypocenter Attack: A concentrated version of Gekishin. Naruto focuses vibrations around his fist in a spherical bubble to form an earthquake hypocenter and delivers a punch releasing all the force concentrated at once, with enormous power.
Kabutowari (Helmet Splitter): A grab version of Hypocenter Attack. Instead of delivering a punch, Naruto grabs his opponent's head and after focusing vibrations, releases them in a circular area. He generally uses this by wrapping his Semblance around an opponent's head and then releasing the energy inside the bubble. It has been shown to be able to crush a melon (Which is considered equal to a human's head in toughness) into paste with frightening ease.
Cleaving Rasetsu: Naruto surrounds his spear, the Basquias, with a quake bubble to greatly increase its striking power and range and hurls the energy off his spear towards his enemy.
Spiral Quake: Naruto brings his left hand to his right shoulder while placing his right hand in his mid-back and pushes his quake abilities into his fingertips before he then pulls them to the point they are placed in the opposing spots with the right hand at the left shoulder and the left hand at mid-back. This, in turn, creates several large cracks that surround Naruto and unleash devastating tremors.
True Quake Split: Naruto swipes his flat hand down in a knife chop that creates a powerful shockwave while creating a crack that extends out from where he struck
Unrelenting Cataclysm: Naruto prepares his fists near each other with space in between before creating two orbs of Quake energy. He then proceeds to close the distance between his fists, condensing the energy as it grows increasingly chaotic. Once he has connected his fists, the energy will have reached its peak in power and chaotic strength, which he transfers to his right fist before slamming his fist into his opponent, which sends and releases all the energy into their body. This releases all the energy, causing their organs to turn to mush, bones to be ground into powder, while sending their body flying through the air until the energy expands and causes the body to explode.
Impact Knocking: Medium: A powerful blow to the celiac plexus with a pulse of quake energy that paralyzes the target entirely.
Impact Knocking: Hard: Naruto creates a coating of quake energy around his hands, before performing a series of strikes to the motor nerves of his opponent, paralyzing every muscle in the body and causing immense pain that they pass out.
Impact Knocking: Overkill: Channeling quake energy before placing several extremely precise and powerful strikes, sending shockwaves that ripple through the body of his opponent, perfectly paralyzing all the muscles in their body and sealing away their energy
Grand Knocking: Charging Quake energy throughout his entire body, Naruto then raises his fist high in the air, before slams it into the ground, sending a shockwave throughout the entire earth, stopping all living things and even slowing down the Earth's rotation to almost completely stop, causing natural disasters due to the Earth nearly coming to a complete halt.
Giant Knocking: A weaker version of "Grand Knocking" where Naruto takes a wide stance to slam his fist down on the ground where his action stops everything within an area, which would be the size of the arena where the combat class lessons are usually held.
Damage Knocking: Naruto applies Quake energy directly into an opponent's attack, instantly stopping the damage within his body while the rest of the opponent's attack simply goes past him.
Damage Knocking: Release: Naruto transfers all damage he sealed inside his own body into his opponent's body, dealing damage he's sealed within himself.
Eternal Knocking: Naruto applies unending strikes to an opponent, causing them to permanently freeze as if they were frozen in time, however, due to the power and strength required, this technique is also very tough on his own body.
Million Knocking: With incredible speed and precision, Naruto strikes an opponent a million times from every angle, allowing him to fully stop an opponent's movement.
Secret Art: Time Knocking: Similar to Grand Knocking, Naruto charges his body with Quake Energy and slams the ground with his knuckle, but, instead of stopping people, he stops time within a small area.
Gigant Gauntlet: Naruto clasps his hands together then outstretches his arms to summon two giant stone hands from the earth.
Gigant Embrace: Naruto whirls his hands in a circular motion before clasping them together tightly. The colossal stone hands are similarly clasped together and trap any unlucky enough to be caught within.
Senpanjutsu: Naruto claps his hands together to summon a number of levitating platforms from the earth.
Naruto Golem: Naruto crafts a golem in his likeness out of the earth. He can increase the strength of the golem by channeling aura into it.
Giga Crush: Naruto extends his arms, imploding the ground beneath his opponent into a multitude of earthen chunks, which he uses to home in and assault his target. It is the same attack Naruto used on the simulation Grimm but on a much larger scale.
Giga Fall: Naruto crashes all of the earth he raised with "Giga Crush" onto his opponent with the force of a meteor.
