Elphaba and Fiyero have just come from seeing a doctor. She is indeed carrying his child. They agreed to keep it to themselves for the time being. While Glenda is walking around pouting because Boq seems to have taken a liking to this Anna girl. Which was really starting to irritate her to the fullest.
Elphaba and Glenda are sitting on the patio watching Boq and Anna play in the lake.
Elphaba: Glenda are you okay?
Glenda: Do I look like I'm okay? Look at them.
Elphaba: This is what I was talking about.
Glenda: What?
Elphaba: You ignoring your feelings for Boq because he isn't perfect in your eyes. Now here's this other girl that doesn't mind that he's not perfect. And you can't stand it.
Glenda: Elphie can't you just hate on her with me. Why must you sit here and point out the obvious?
Elphaba: Because I'm your best friend and I know you're not going to start enjoying yourself until you're honest with Boq and yourself.
Glenda: I know
Elphaba: And you better do it fast. Because they look like they are getting super close.
Glenda: Yeah come on let's go down there.
Elphaba: Can't do! Me and Fiyero are going to look at baby stuff together.
Glenda: Elphaba you're only like a month an a half.
Elphaba: So!
Glenda: SO you don't think it's a little early for all that.
Elphaba: Maybe so... But I'm still going so see you later (Elphaba said getting up heading into the house)
Elphaba and Fiyero headed to town and went straight to the baby store. Elphaba was so excited her face just glowed. All Fiyero could do was smile he was so happy she was having his child.
Elphaba: Fiyero can I ask you a question?
Fiyero: Anything baby?
Elphaba: Are you worried that the baby might be green?
Fiyero: Not at all we're going to have a beautiful healthy baby. (He said wrapping his arms around her waist)
Elphaba: (she smiled) Well I hope he or she looks like you.
Fiyero: Out of the two of us you're the one with all the looks.
Elphaba: Please! (She laughed)
Fiyero: I'm serious!
Elphaba: Whatever, this is cute. (She said looking at baby blankets)
Fiyero: I will buy whatever you want.
Elphaba: Glenda thinks it's too early for us to start shopping.
Fiyero: Who cares what Glenda thinks.
Elphaba: Your right, you know she's jealous of Anna.
Fiyero: Why I thought she said she didn't like him.
Elphaba: She does
Fiyero: Okay, I can't keep up one minute she doesn't the next minute she does.
Elphaba: I know we girls are so confusing aren't we. (She laughed)
Fiyero: Yes y'all are I'm so glad we made it through that stage.
Elphaba: Yeah
Fiyero: Baby, I've been thinking.
Elphaba: Oh boy... about?
Fiyero: Well now that we know we're having a baby. Don't you think it's time you meet my parents?
Elphaba: Huh... Your parents?
Fiyero: You are having their grandchild.
Elphaba: Umm yeah I guess so...(She said nervously)
Fiyero: Great I will get everything planned.
Back at the house
Glenda is in the house looking for an excuse to get Boq's attention.
Glenda: Oh Boq I need your help.
Boq: What is it?
Glenda: Can you put this necklace on for me?
Boq: Oh sure. (Glenda lifted her hair)
Glenda: Haven't seen much of you lately?
Boq: Oh I been with Anna.
Glenda: Yeah I noticed, I thought we were going to hangout too.
Boq: I didn't think you wanted too.
Glenda: What a stupid thing to say.
Boq: I'm sorry (he said confused)
Glenda: Just stop she pulled back from him.
Boq: I was still trying to hook your necklace.
Glenda: Boq you don't even get it do you?
Boq: Glenda I'm so confused.
Glenda: Just forget it. (She stormed off upstairs)
Just then Elphaba and Fiyero got back from shopping. Elphaba must have had six bags all full of baby stuff. She was so excited and so was Fiyero.
Boq: Wow looks like you guys went on the shopping spree.
Elphaba: Oh just a little one, I'm going to take these bags upstairs and show Glenda.
Fiyero: Okay baby (Elphaba rushed up stairs) So what have you been up to buddy? (Fiyero said grabbing an apple to eat)
Boq: Nothing just here being super confused.
Fiyero: Confused about what?
Boq: Glenda she's being so moody with me.
Fiyero: Oh that's because she's jealous.
Boq: Jealous of what?
Fiyero: You and Anna
Boq: That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. She told me at the train she was not interested in me like that.
Fiyero: Oh but she is my guy.
Boq: Are you sure?
Fiyero: Yeah pretty sure.
Boq: Then why did she say...?
Fiyero: Girls are just confusing like that.
Boq: So what do I do now?
Fiyero: That's up to you. You got two beautiful girls interested in you. So you have to figure out which one you really want.
