Everything has now gone back to normal at Shiz is University. The students are all back from their semester break ready for the new semester. Everything was going great with everyone except for Nessa. She's felt abandoned ever since Elphaba chose to go with her friends instead of her and her father. How could she choose them over me she thought. But she did! Elphaba didn't even bother to come say hello when she got back to school.
In the courtyard
A delivery man just delivered a care package to Elphaba.
Glenda: Who's sending you stuff?
Elphaba: I don't know. Nobody ever sends me anything.
Fiyero: Bet you anything it's from my parents. (Elphaba read the card)
Elphaba: It is from your mother. (She said with a smile on her face)
Glenda: Aww Fiyero your mother sounds like she is the sweetest thing.
Elphaba: She is!
Fiyero: Probably stuff for the baby.
Elphaba: Yeah I will go through it in our room.
Fiyero: Alright, I'm late for class so I'll see you later?
Elphaba: Yes (she hugged him and gave him a kiss)
Fiyero: Glenda I'm counting on you to take care of them.
Glenda: I got ya
Fiyero: Alright later guys.
Elphaba: Come on let's go open everything.
Glenda: Okay
They took off running to their room. But before they got there they ran into Nessa.
Nessa: Who sent you all that stuff?
Elphaba: Um Fiyero's mom.
Nessa: Why is she sending you stuff?
Glenda: Because unlike your dad Fiyero's parents love her.
Nessa: MY DAD LOVES HER!
Glenda: (laughed) Elphie do you guys have another father I don't know about?
Elphaba: Glenda stop, see you around Nessa.
Elphaba walks around her sister but drops one of the bags from her care package. A bottle came rolling out that rolled straight to Nessa's wheelchair. She reached down and picked it up and read what it said.
Nessa: Prenatal vitamins? Why would Fiyero's mom be sending you this?
Glenda: (grabbing it from her) It's for her hair.
Nessa: That's for somebody that's pregnant. I'm not stupid!
Elphaba: Whatever come on Glenda.
Nessa: (rolling in front of Elphaba) Are you pregnant?
Elphaba: Why is it important to you? You don't even want me why in Oz would you want my baby. (Nessa was speechless) Let's go Glenda!
Glenda: Coming... Let me carry all that. (Glenda took the bags)
Nessa couldn't believe it. Her sister was having a baby and told her nothing about it. Nessa was mad she was furious and she was hurt. She decided it was only one thing to do.
The next day
Elphaba, Fiyero, Glenda and Boq are all in class. When the door busted open. The school's administrator walked in and asked for Elphaba. She instructed her to get all her things because she wouldn't be back. Which instantly worried Elphaba and Fiyero.
Elphaba: What is this all about?
Governor Thropp: ELPHABA YOU HEARD THAT LADY NOW COME ON!!
Elphaba: Father?
Fiyero: Hold on what's going on here?
The administrator instructed Fiyero to sit back down but he refused. Him Glenda and Boq all followed Elphaba out to the hallway. Where her father instantly snatched her up by her arm.
Glenda: ELPHIE!!!
Fiyero: YOU BETTER LET HER GO!
Governor Thropp: You stay away from me boy. Haven't you cause her enough trouble. And you (he said turning his attention back to his daughter) you had the actual nerve to lay with this boy and let him knock you up.
Elphaba: How did you know about that?
Governor Thropp: My wonderful daughter Nessa told me.
Glenda: I can't believe this!!
Fiyero: I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SAY SHE'S NOT GOING WITH YOU!
Governor Thropp: Boy I'm her father and she does as I say! Now come on here girl! (Elphaba didn't move) You're only making it harder on yourself. ELPHABA DON'T MAKE ME SAY IT AGAIN! NOW COME ON! (Tears ran down her face as she turned to follow her father)
Fiyero: ELPHABA NO!!! (The school security guards pulled him back) DON'T WORRY I'M COMING FOR YOU GOVERNOR THROPP!!! THIS ISN'T OVER YOU CAN'T KEEP US APART!!
Governor Thropp: Your funny I love your spirit. (He laughed as he walked out the door)
Boq: Fiyero what are you going to do?
Glenda: YES WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING!!(Fiyero took off running) Wait where are you going?
Fiyero: TO CALL MY PARENTS!!!
Boq: I can't believe this just happened.
Glenda: Her father isn't a good man Boq, Elphie is in danger! I'm so scared for her and the baby! (Glenda ran to Boq's arm's)
Boq: Don't worry Fiyero will get her back.
Just then Glenda made eye contact with Nessa who was watching everything from the doorway.
Glenda: THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!
Nessa: I swear I didn't know he was going to come drag her out of school.
Glenda: WHAT DID YOU THINK HE WOULD DO THROW HER A PARTY?
Nessa: My dad isn't that bad Glenda.
Glenda: HE ISN'T THAT BAD TO YOU! BUT HE HATES MY BEST FRIEND'S GUTS!! ELPHIE TOLD ME THINGS YOU WOULDN'T EVEN IMAGINE NESSA. YOU'RE FATHER IS A TERRIBLE MAN!! AND IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ELPHABA OR THAT BABY ITS ON YOU!!! COME ON BOQ WE GOTTA FIND FIYERO!! (They walked off)
