FLASHBACK
(Revonnah Air Space. August 6th, 09:45 Bellwood time)
It was an early morning on Revonnah, with Watt-Sen enjoying some breakfast pie he had made with Amber Ogia. As he was about to cut into it, a knock was heard at his office. The large beasty alien sighed as he got up and opened the door, looking at Shar. "What is it now, Shar? A Muroid in a silo again? A Samou cub stuck in a tree?"
"A Crime in progress, come on!" the young deputy exclaimed as he sighed a bit, following after her to a near-by ravine where they watched one of Fistrick's old mechs flying around, with some spotty modifications on it. "See?!"
The ship flew down a bit as the opening opened, revealing Young One giving an eager wave. "Shar, it is working really well! Those schematics that the Extranet had are very intuitive!"
"Heheheh, a little engineer in da family, eh Shar?" Watt-Sen asked with a small chuckle, crossing his arms, "Kid has a real talent."
"Is he not breaking several laws doing this!?" Shar asked as the older Plumber just shook his head as she just groaned, "Ugh, nothing happens!"
"Dats why I am here. So I can get involved with conflicts that come to me, not going to it. Take it from y'all elder, girly. Let it happen 'round you, not to you." The ship landed near them as Young One hopped out, giving a grin.
"It just needs some adjustments," Young One watched as Watt-Sen opened the engine and rubbed his chin.
"Hmm… I think I got just one thing to help with it," Watt-Sen then pulled something out of his pocket and placed it on the hotch-potch engine upgrades made up of things from forks to a few parts from a flare. It shimmered a bit as it helped adjust it. "Dere ya go, that should make it purr like Spotty on a good day, kiddo."
"Thank you, Sheriff!" Young One said with a grin as Shar just sighed, looking up to the sky before hearing something nearby. Young One saw Shar's eyes go wide as a shadow shifted.
"Sheriff, there is someone he-!" Before she could finish, a shadowy kick hits her in the back and sends her flying. Watt-Sen looked shocked as he saw Yoshi and his Fukuraptors arrive, the owl-like aliens glaring as they materialized throwing daggers before throwing them. Young One yelled out in pain as he felt one cut his side; it wasn't deep, but it was still noticeable as Watt-Sen had taken most of the blades with his hardened hyde.
"Young One, get out of 'ere! Take this! Call da Plumbers!" Watt-Sen tossed his badge to the younger Revonnahgander as he looked at Shar.
"But Shar-"
"I'll take care of her! This is a direct command from a Magister! You wanna be like your brother like Shar, yeah? Then follow orders!" Watt-Sen got his blaster out and put it on Shotgun mode and fired at the shadowy owls, who ducked and weaved.
Young One quickly climbed into the ship and turned it on, flipping switches as the mech took off. "Hello, Plumbers! This is the Young One of the Rook family! Blonco is my brother! We are being invaded! Can you hear me?!" When he heard static coming from it, he looked outside and went wide eyed.
Looming from the sky, he saw many ships coming down, sending pods down to send Incursean agents as well as Merlinsapiens, with a very large, blue and black ship coming in. "Attention Revonnahganders! This is the Deathless Incursean Empire! Surrender now, and you may be spared. Resistance is futile! And very bad for your health!"
Young One panted a bit, gritting his fangs as he grabbed a rag and ripped it, tying it and putting it on his wound. "What can I do…? The signal isn't going out… What would Blonco do? What would Ben 10 do!?" That's when a realization hit him…as his eyes narrowed a bit. "They would get help." He then pressed some buttons as his radio signal came on. "I need to get help! Space Drive, on!" The boosters started to shine as it flew forward, getting out of the ship. A few ships fired at him but all they did was nick him as the young Revonnahgander screamed from the G-force.
A flash of white light came as the space drive kicked in, the device sending a white light into the young boy's eyes-
(Back to Present)
(Ship's Bay. August 11th, 8:45 Bellwood time)
Young One shouted in shock as he woke up, grunting a bit as he rubbed his side from his healed injury. He looked at Xalia, who was stroking his head as he had been resting. "Are you okay, little one?"
"I am not Little, I am Young One," the child said in response, crossing his arms before sighing a bit. "And no, I am not okay. I am very worried for my family's safety…"
"Hey, that's natural, kid." Young One looked over to Rad who was leaning against the wall, looking outside of a window Ship gave him. "We should be arriving soon… but weirdly enough, I do not see any Incursean war ships…"
"Just be prepared for anything," Ben warned as he looked outside while Pax was sipping a bottle of water he was given to keep hydrated. "We're going into a bad place right now, so we all need to do our part. I know you're a pacifist, Pax, but we couldn't ask those Plumbers to join us."
"It's fine, dude. I know how to not hurt anyone with my powers, so I am willing to defend myself. Just don't expect me to make the first attack," Pax warned as he crossed his arms, "Still kinda curious on what these frogs are doing…"
(On Revonnah at that same time)
On a mountain on Revonnah, with what looks like a giant tree with various Amber Ogia on a dangling of many vines coming from it, was a large outdoor lab. Psychobos was gathering many Ogia berries into a large contraption of chemicals.
"Easy now… easy…" Psychobos said as he watched the concentrated droplets go into a test tube. Just then a stomp is heard, making him jump in shock.
"HEY, NERD!" Apex roared as he stomped over with Attea. "You got dat berry stuff ready yet or what?!"
"Ugh… Yes, Apex. The concentrate is going well, especially thanks to your efforts, and I use that term loosely," Psychobos grunted as he used his larger claw up as he raised it. "Soon enough, we will have enough of the concentrated Amber Ogia for the mind control mist for more than just one planet."
"Good. Yoshi and Lucant are having their agents watching those cats but we are missing three of them from the tribe at the bottom. One of them was apparently a Plumber!" Attea said as she went over to Psychobos, "So you better not blow this, Psycho-boy. Or else I will boil you alive and feed you to Apex with drawn butter, got it?!"
"Watch the frog tongue, your highness!" Psychobos warned, his skullcap starting to spark up with purple electrical energy as he glared at the two. "Just let me get to work, and allow me the time and resources to keep things in check. My new advancements to my electrokinesis will allow me to keep an eye out. Especially with the concentrates' unique chemical makeup to keep things under my control."
"Whatever Doctor Psychobos! Just let me know if ya need me to crush that old coot that broke out of dat cell when we crashed down!"
"Just keep to your roles, and I use that term loosely, and get me all the Amber Ogia I need to create the chemicals we need for our endeavors," Psychobos grunted as Attea just rolled her eyes, crossing her arms.
"Fine, fine! Just get this over with!" Attea flipped a switch with a dark smirk as a red light came up, with a device in Psychobos' head starting to glow.
Unknown to Attea's forces, the green starship flew to the area near Rook's village. The group all exited, as Rook looked around with a frown as he asked, "Young One, where is the invasion?"
"They were here! I swear! There were ships, shadowy avians, and a booming female voice telling us to surrender!" Young One exclaimed as he ran out, yelling out as he tripped on something. "Ow…"
"You okay, Little Dude?" Pax asked as he helped the child up…but then saw what he tripped on. "Uuuh ... is that a pipe?" He tapped it with one of his tentacles, confused.
"A pipeline? Here?" Rook asked, looking around as he saw many pipes coming from each of the farms with what looks like funnels put on the top. "Young One, were these here when you left?"
"No… these are new," Young One explained as Rad held his hand on his gun as Xalia's hands shifted a bit as she got ready. They walked over to the Rook Family farm where they saw the family at work, even Grandma Rafi. "Father, Mother, Grandmother! Shi, Shim!"
Da looked up calmly and gave a small smile, "Ah Young One, you have returned. And you brought Blonco with you, very…nice to see you again, eldest son. As well as your friends."
"Father, are you okay? I had heard many things had happened while I was away." Rook asked as his father just gave a nod.
"Yes, everything is as it should be. Just doing harvest as we do this time of year," Da explained as Julie looked around with a curious look. Rook was frowning however, something felt off.
"This time…? But it is Autumn, the next harvest festival is in the Winter months…" Rook muttered to himself in confusion.
"So where's Spotty? Is she guarding the silos from the Murioids?" Julie asked, noticing the large pet was missing.
"Yes. Now Young One, how did you get in contact with Blonco? Now we must prepare more food for s-supper. I insist you join us for a meal," Da said as he looked at everyone before putting the scythe away. The rest of the family followed his example, all going inside in a uniformed fashion.
"...Oooooookay, was anyone else creeped out?" Pax asked, looking at everyone else as Skurd rolled his little eyes.
"Oh great observational skills, Pax. Nothing gets by you, huh?" Skurd asked in a flat tone as Pax just grinned.
"Oh hey, thanks! I have been getting better at-Hey wait a second, that was an insult!" Pax shouted in annoyance as his singular eye narrowed in annoyance.
"Shi and Shim practically bum-rushed Rook last time we were here, and I would have expected Granny Rafi to complain to us about not contacting her… and I expected something passive-aggressive politeness from your dad, no offense," Ben explained as Rook nodded, agreeing.
"No no, I agree. Father is still rather cautious of you, but has a softer side to you after making the statue for Uncle." Rook frowned, not liking this at all as they followed.
"Just play along for now, we need to get info," Rad said as they walked into the dining area. That is where they saw a rather… paltry meal of mashed amber ogia paste and Pyroxovore steaks.
"Um… where is the rest of the food?" Young One asked as they took their seats, Pax not looking very big on eating the Pyroxovore meat and just wandered around. "The salads, pies? There's barely any drinks!"
"Well, we thought we could get by on less," Da simply explained as Bralla gave a nod in agreement. Rafi just simply sipped on a sort of soup that was given to her as Rook frowned. Julie and Xalia looked at each other as Rad just sat down, eating with a calm gaze to them.
"This is odd. Father, you have told me many times that a Revonnahgander needs a specific nutritional level-"
"Now Blonco, we didn't ask for any useless information," Bralla said with a small frown as she ate. That made Skurd nearly choke on the drink he was sipping on through a straw. Rook, Ben and Julie all shared shocked expressions while Young One looked confused.
"You Plumbers need to calm down, such like the Galvans, always need to be proven to be right… I'm surprised they didn't rub off on you more," Da said with a shake of his head as the two girls just giggled.
"Galvans are so dumb!" Shim said with a giggle, making them even more confused.
Julie sets her fork down with a, 'one moment,' hand gesture as the group got closer to each other as they pressed on their communications to whisper to each other. Young One got the badge he took from Watt-Sen as he whispered into it, "Mother and father are using contractions…and Shim is being outwardly rude."
"That is very strange… and Grandmother isn't stopping this. Very shameful behavior," Rook whispered as well into his communicator.
"Something is very off, and it's not just the grammar or etiquette," Ben whispered as Rad took that as his cue, looking over at Da with a frown.
"Excuse me, Rook Da was it? Tell me, when did the farm get changed up?" Rad asked as Da looked over curiously.
"The pipeline we saw on the way in, when was that built?" Rook asked, clarifying what Rad meant as the family all stopped what they were doing.
"It is brand new, just had it installed recently. Trying to get a new storage system established," Da explained in a calm fashion.
"Honestly, it's rather shoddy looking," Xalia said with a small shrug, taking a sip. "Looks like something that would be made by, oh… a Cerebrocrustean." That made the family stop in their tracks as they ate, Xalia's eyes looking carefully at them.
"Indeed. Say what you want about the Galvan, or even the Transylians… they at least have the dexterity that comes with having actual digits instead of big, meaty claws," Rad said with a small smirk as he sipped his juice. Ben watched them carefully as he put his hand on his wrist, Skurd sneaking the options up so Ben could spin it.
"So… you're cool with Rook being gone so long, yeah? Surprised we didn't see Shar when we came over," Ben asked as Bralla gripped the table.
"She's… at a friend's house. Nothing to worry about," Bralla explained as Da looked over at them with a frown.
"Why ask all these questions? They're inconsequential," Da asked as Ben looked him in the eye, narrowed gazes meeting.
"So tell me…any Incurseans here?" Ben asked as his eyes looked behind him… and saw a shadow behind him. "Or some Nowlcturns."
"What are you talking about? Why would either of those come to this little planet, Ben Tennyson?" Da asked as Ben looked past him.
"Dunno…how about we ask shadow man there," Ben then slammed down as they watched him grow out into light purple humanoid Hippopotamus with a teal lower jaw, palms and and underbelly that is hidden under a white shirt with a black collar and sleeves, black pants with white rims on the belt and sleeves, black boots and a rounded body with the Omnitrix insignia on his belt buckle. Three glowing yellow eyes shine as his large tusks grit as he slammed his hands down, making the room get a yellow tint with the Rook family ending up trapped to their chairs as Pax poked his head in.
"Hey dudes, found this beauty locked in a cellar!" Pax shouted as Spotty ran out, roaring out as it charged right at the shadow, slashing at it as the Fukoraptor flew out, glaring down at him.
"Spotty!" Young One exclaimed happily as the large feline growled as it jumped at the bird, trying to nip at it. Ship glowed as he expanded on Julie, turning into her armored form and fired a blast of energy into the shadowy bird.
Rook growled as he concentrated a burst of aura on his body as he used his enhanced jumping to fold a fist, "STONE CUTTER!" He then sent a solid punch into it, slamming it out of the window.
"Good punch, brother!" Young One exclaimed as he hopped onto Spotty's back, the large cat beast nodding as she gave a soft growl to the other Rooks, who were struggling from getting off their chairs. He then looked at Ben, who gave a conflicted look to him and Rook.
"Just so you know, I am going to REALLY hate myself for doing this," the large hippo alien explained as he flicked his wrists on the ground, making the chairs all move as they all shouted, the door to that cellar opening back up as they were put in, the chairs moving down with them before the door was forced shut, the last chair going into the knob.
"Unthinkable… What kind of Alien is this?" Young One asked as Ben looked himself over and gave a laugh, rubbing his head as the glow died from the room.
"Hippopotamass, I actually haven't used this guy in years. I was… kinda sorta obsessed with Feedback when I got this guy," Hippopotamass revealed as he floated forward as he yelled towards the cellar, "I am really sorry guys, I'll make it up to you later!"
"Also this is an apology on my end too," Skurd said as he fired blasts of STinkfly slime to the seals of the door, gluing it shut. "We'll get you out when we get the frogs off your planet!"
"Sorry dudes, I am usually against caging creatures but this is for your own good!" Pax exclaimed, guilt clear in his voice as they ran out of the house, with Rook grabbing a scythe and using it to block the door knob.
Rook looked at Hippopotamass before giving a nod, "Do not worry, Ben. I am not upset at you…" He then saw the Fukoraptor who got out with a groan as his eyes started to narrow, his eyes shining. "But you on the other hand…"
"Are you sure you should just be worried about him?" asked a grinning voice as they looked up at the roofs as they saw several large grinning fangs of Merlinsapiens, who appeared from the shadows with some Fukoraptors, with the Revonnahganders coming out with their scythes and flares.
"Aaaah Bralla Da… there's so many of them!" Young One said with fear as he held onto Spotty, who's horns grew out of instinct as she growled at them.
Rad got his blaster out as he pressed on his helmet, "Blasters set to stun. I ain't gonna be blastin' civilians to bits, not again." Xalia nodded in agreement as her body gained armor, her hair gaining a tendril-like extensions with her hands gaining claw-like grips with a heart-styled breast plate over her upper body.
Rook glared at the invaders as he looked up at them. "It was a very grave mistake to come onto my planet, and do this to my people…" Hippopotamass watched Rook as he saw a yellow-orange glow came around Rook, the middle bead around his neck shining. The belt around his waist beeped, making the black parts of his armor descend.
"Uuuuh, dude…?" Pax asked in shock as he saw the black patterns on Rook's body starting to grow out, his face gaining more of a snout as his eyes turned from red to pure orange. His hands then began to move into what looked like mudras to Julie.
"Unlock the first stage… REVONNAH KAI ZHAO!" With each of those words he exclaimed, his hands moved into an "O" shape, a small cross of fingers before opening to a set of hands like a blooming flower before he roared out, his body gaining more muscle and getting more muscle, his claws ripping open to reveal razor sharp fingernails and his boots opened up reveal clawed toes, his ears growing out to be more cat-like.
"Oo, a light show. How cute," The Merlinsapiens vanished from sight as they quickly moved to attack with their scorpion-like tail but-
"Nice try… but I ain't falling for that," Rook said calmly, his hand moving at a speed that no one could trace as he grabbed the tail, giving it a squeeze before throwing them aside, grabbing his Proto-Tool and expanded it into it's bo staff form, the tool shining with energy.
"Well, time to slim my body down a bit," Hippopotmass exclaimed as he slammed down on the Omnitrix insignia, shrinking down to Jury Rigg. He gives a smirk as he sees one of Young One's workshops. "I think I can make this work!" He zipped over, using his smaller size and wily frame to zip around and duck around the different people and getting through the tech.
Julie looked down at Ship as she said, "Ship, Speed Mode!" Ship goes over Julie and turns into her default armor as she ran forward in a blitz, getting around them as Rook flew forward in a large jump, slamming down his staff as a shockwave of chi went through the ground, creating a centralized earthquake.
Rad jumped forward and sent a spin kick to a few of the Merlinsapiens that were nearest to him, getting on his taloned hands to do a tornado kick around himself to knock a few away. Julie jumped forward with Xalia, both firing out enraptured devices on the Revonnahganders to keep them from attacking. "Ben, get to it!" Rad shouted as Jury Rigg came out with a stylized flare scythe.
"I got something!" He then took aim and used the flares' firing device but instead of firing out fire, it shot out slime as Skurd was filling it with something. The Merlinsapiens were confused before they got blasted, making them yell out as they were sent flying and the light scared off the owl-like warriors. "Nitro-Scythe!" He then slammed the stick part of it to knock over a few Revonnahganders off their feet before ditching it, using his small body to slip and slink around them.
Rook jumped up high, looking down with a growl before his fist shined brighter. "VALLEY CARVER!" He slammed his fist down, creating a straightforward blast of chi forward, slashing through stone and rock to send a group away from him. "There are too many!"
Young one rode on Spotty, getting around them as the creature sniffed the air, looking in a direction. "What is it, girl? Do you smell something?" She gave her young master a nod as Young One looked at Jury Rigg and the others, "Spotty senses something up in the cave system!"
"Then we need to get away from these guys," Skurd shouted back as Jury Rigg looked down at Skurd as he looked over the playlist.
"I got an idea!" Jury Rigg slammed down as he transformed into Chromastone and flew up into the air, enough so everyone could see him. Chromastone then turned to Rook as he said, "Hey Rook! You can fire out those weird blast things now, yeah? Hit me with all you got!"
"Are you certain?" Rook asked as CHromastone gave a confident nod, which Rook took as permission as he got into a stance, a sphere of energy forming in his palms. "Alright then, Ben. You have asked for it."
"Blonko, are you sure!? Those blasts were how we created the caves to get to other lands!" Young One shouted as Rook nodded, looking up towards Ben before firing it out.
"AMBER ZHAO CANNON!" Everyone watched as a large, yellow-orange sphere flew from between Rook's hands, a blast the size of a large tire, which flew right at Chromastone. He took the hit, his hands out as he grit his crystalline teeth from the force of it. It soon died down in his body…as it shined with a bright rainbow effect.
"OKAY! Now this is a rush of power! Better light 'em up! Guys, cover your eyes! Bout to make a bit of a show stopper!" He then flashed forward, his body erupting like a large prism bang of light and sound. The brainwashed Revonnahganders and their masters all yelled out, the Fukuraptors looking like they were in actual pain from the intense multi-colored light as the group ran, Rook picking up both Spotty and Young ONe to get them out of there.
Chromastone flew forward after making the bright flash, turning back into Ben as Julie rubbed her eyes after Ship rescinded her helmet. "Ugh… if you were wanting to flash me, Ben, coulda just asked nicely." Ben just rubbed her shoulder with a chuckle as Xalia looked towards the caves, Spotty giving off soft growls and pointing at it.
"IT appears the Samou senses something in this cave. Perhaps allies?" Xalia asked, Rook looking around but his eyes catching one of the pipes going through the cave and shook his head.
"No, she is showing us the path to where the pipeline is going," Rook said as Pax pressed a hand on a root that was in a wall but recoiled, his singular eye wide. "What is it, Pax?" Pax looked upset, his face showing a look of horror.
"The plants are feeling a lot of pain here. The mycelia in this area are crying out in pain…" Pax followed the others as Rook made a sphere of light in his hand to give light. "Whoa… fancy trick there, dude. Could you always do this?"
"I had been behind on my Revonnah Kai training during my time at Plumber Academy. I have gotten back to it during down time since the Malware Incident. I have accumulated enough chi again to reactivate this technique," Rook explained, sighing a bit. "I had thought it would be useful for this war."
"Hey, it's a cool trick. Kinda reminds me of those power ups you see in anime and video games, it's really awesome! Better not hold out on some of these things in the future, man!" Ben said as he pat Rook on the shoulder, but he yelped out with the heat on his palms. Rook couldn't help but chuckle.
"I hope it is, as you say, 'not too hot to handle,' Ben," Rook teased as Ben and Julie both chuckled at this. They then heard a sound ahead with Rook getting into a stance, the staff turning into the sword.
"Get out in the light, now!" Rad warned the stranger… only to see a redder sphere form as they see an equally glowing Kundo, his body more frail in comparison to Rook's empowered state but his sideburn beard was more wild and his right eye had a scar from an earlier battle.
"Blonco? You bring more outsiders to this planet? After those Amphibians and their menagerie of salamanders, strange birds and Appoplexian arrived?" Kundo hissed in anger as his staff was radiating with chi energy as well.
"Kundo, this is no time for our earlier squabbles. What had happened with Fistrick is behind us, we need to focus on the actual enemy here," Rook warned as Kundo's eyes narrowed before they heard a voice in the cave.
"Ya heard dat boi, Kundo…" They turned and saw Wat-Senn walking up as well as Shar. "Gotta be nice and easy now, ya'll."
"Magister! Shar!" Young One exclaimed happily, but Spotty started to growl a bit which made him stop.
"You'll need to calm down, everyone… the Incurseans will be done with our community soon…" Shar said calmly, her face showing she was also under control. Kundo growled as his hand aimed towards them, the sphere getting hotter.
"They had been compromised. Need to deal with this fast!" Before Kundo could fire, a kick from Rad made him miss the blast. "What are you doing!?"
"Save the energy for when we are fighting the actual enemy, Kun-Dolt. Dat is a Red Spot Magister and a farm girl, not a tyrannical amphibian!" Rad said with a growl as his eyes narrowed. "I am not gonna let any more innocents be casualties when I can help it."
"Then we need to disable them before Wat-Senn gets out that big gun of his. We don't have the room for maneuverability, so I need an alien that can distract them," Ben slammed down on the Omnitrix. His body gave off a faint glow in the shadows as they saw him take on a form similar to a mix of Stinkfly and Sandbox; a light blue exoskeleton humanoid with large, blue-green eyes with yellow orange rings around it with smaller eyes, mandibles where his mouth should be, four arms with three fingered digits with light blue-gray marks on his palms, chest, legs and upper, orange insectoid wings on his back that move at rapid speed and long antennae with small gray-blue orbs at the end.
"A Phosphoropterran? Interesting," Skurd asked as Ben looked at the orbs on his head as he took a handful of the slime before tossing them towards the two, making them just stick to them. The two looked unimpressed at the slime that just shined on them.
"Oooh… uh… that's not good…" Ben said with a slightly nervous look as the two ran forward, Wat-Senn getting his blaster out but Rad was faster on the draw, firing his own gun at them to knock it out of his hand before Spotty ran at Shar, knocking her on her back but she was able to get out from under the large beast.
"Ben, this is no time for improv!" Julie exclaimed as Ben flew over them, as Skurd snapped a tentacle.
"Everyone, get back! Ben, concentrate on those two with a breath!" Skurd exclaimed as Ben did so, releasing a mist from his mouth. The mist touched the orbs on them as a sudden bright flash hit the two, making them yell out as they were also sent back from the force, their bodies now stuck to the wall with the blue-tinted slime.
""Whoa! Fireflight has some bang for his buck!'' Fireflight said with a smirk as he landed, but then his nose started to twitch. "Hmm?" He walked over to Shar and Wat-Senn and started to sniff them, his eyes narrowing in suspicion.
"Ben…why are you sniffing my sister?" Young One asked in confusion as Julie crossed her arms also, wanting an answer as Fireflight stepped away, sniffing the air of the cave.
"Something smells off here. Literally; like a sort of…weird Amber Ogia perfume is in the air? It's diluted now, but I still smell it," Fireflight explained as Xalia's eyes shined as she scanned the room.
"Yes, I sense it too. Faint traces of Amber Ogia extract… mixed with Nemuina Powder, Psycholeopterran mist and other psychedelic effects," ROok went over to the grunting Shar as he placed a hand on her forehead and then shoulder, his body shining.
"Parting Clouds…" Rook said in a whisper as Shar groaned, an orange mist escaping her pores as she blinked, confused as she looked up at Rook.
"Blonco…? You are in Kai Zhao form?" Shar asked as her eyes suddenly goes wide, looking at the struggling Wat-Senn before looking at the others. "Everyone, you need to be fast! This isn't a moment to be daddling! They're at the Master Ogia plant! You need to remove their tower, now!" Fireflight nods as he turned back into Ben, getting ready for what's ahead.
"...Ignoring the contraction, this is a serious event…" Rook's hands shined as he ripped off the slime from his sister and set her down. "I need to save my chi for the battle ahead. You watch over Young One with Spotty, okay? We will remove this blight from our land."
"No, I shall," Kundo growled as he stepped forward and then concentrated, his body flowing with more chi as his body gained a more skinny feline-like state as his body started to float upward, his dark lines and sideburns gaining more notice as his face gained a more underbite-like look. "I shall remove these towers myself!" HE then flew out of the walls, creating a new hole as he flew through.
"We need to get to the end of the line before that old coot rips these mountains apart!" Pax said as he felt his tendrils go downward, his eyes closing shut before nodding as he pointed to the right, "It's that way!"
"Good job, Pax! Really putting your work in!" Ben said with a nod as the group all ran down the cave systems, following the pipes before heading up newly built stairs. "Pax, you stay here and keep an eye out for any frogs, we'll go on ahead." Pax gave a nod as he stood by, thorns growing on his tentacle legs as he looked around.
They soon arrived at the top of the mountain through the staircase, a large computer with various test tubes and filtration devices in a large circle. Behind it they see the Master Ogia plant
"This must be where they are taking all the Ogia," Julie said as she looked up at all the juice in the machine, filtering it through in small drops, "But why all this equipment if they just wanted fuel? Does it have to do with that weird smoke Ben smelled in the cave?"
"Amber Ogia concentrate…? Okay after the Fistrick thing, let us avoid using Heatblast or any other flaming aliens for this just to be on the safe side, there is enough here to likely blow us off this mountain," Skurd nervously remarked, looking at the orange vials with a hint of concern.
"I do not know why they are doing this…" Rook said with a scowl but his ear twitched as he heard explosions in the distance. "But the other plants are clearly being attacked by Kundo as we speak. We need to remove the mind control quickly!"
Just as Rook reached for the computer, a hopping sound was heard as he quickly blocked a hit from a flying kick from Attea, who glared down. "Paws off, Revonnahgander!" She hopped off his palm after Rook got into a combat stance, his chi flowing around his body.
"Attea!" Ben exclaimed as he got into a combat pose with the others just as Apex dropped down with a growl, smirking evilly as Lucant and Yohi arrived as well, materializing from their hiding places. "And friends it seems."
"That is Highest Commander Attea to you, boy," Lucent growled out as his tail came up, the scorpion-like stinger coming out as Rook looked around, before sensing something with narrowed eyes.
"I do not think this gallery of rogues are the true masterminds behind this particular plan… and I use that term loosely," Rook commented, looking to the side. That earned a chuckle from the shadow as a whirring sound was heard coming from the ceiling.
"Using my own nomenclature against me, young one?" a familiar voice asked as Psychobos flew down, in cybernetic crab armor with what appears to be a stylized crown coming out of the amplifier in his brain. "How qu-qu-quaint." Coming out of the suit were soon two large clamping claws, which snapped a bit as he gave a look downward.
"Dr. Psychobos…" Ben sneered as Skurd gave an equally crossed look as the crab alien gave a dark chuckle.
"How quaint to see you all together again, least t-til we smash you to bits," Psychobos sneered with a chuckle as he snapped his claws towards Ben.
Apex looked around and saw the glowing Rook, as a large smirk formed on his face. "Well, well… Revonnah Kai Zhao… I've heard of dat power. Finally, a REAL opponent."
"Excuse me?" Rook asked with a sneer as Apex approached him, getting his chains out and started to twirl them menacingly with a wild grin.
"Tennyson and his mate are just prey… Dudesman is a rival bounty hunter to eliminate later… but you? You have the soul of a real warrior in you. You were able to keep up with Khyber even before this? Lets see what you can REALLY Do!" His eyes turn bloodshot as his Fury awaked, roaring out as he charged forward toward the shocked Rook.
Rook scowled as he concentrated, his body gaining more feline-like traits similar to Kundo as he gave a roar as well, "VERY WELL!" He then jumped forward as the two clashed, their bodies creating a shockwave as their hands pressed into each other.
Yohi slinked forward with talons outstretched towards Ben, but Julie blocked the claws with her Huntress mode armor, the claws clashing against his as she pushed him back. "Let us see how well you do against me, young girl," Yohi scowled as he summoned forth a blade made out of shadows. Julie got her Contemlia sword out, now finished into an extension for Ship to modify thanks to some modifications from Xalia on their way here.
"Lets, bird brain," Julie said as she jet forward with Ship's help, slashing against the blade. The contemlia's metal clashed against the shadowy mass with each hit, Julie gritting her teeth as she added the claws to help parry any talon strikes.
Rad jumped over the tower and downward towards Attea, but Lucant caught the kick with his hands and tossed him aside, tail out. The two warriors then started to fight as Xalia flew forward, her body now clad in dark violet armor with energy tonfas coming out of her arms as she slammed down against Attea with the distraction.
"Hmm… guess that leaves you and me, boy," Psychobos observed with a chuckle, looking down at Ben as he slammed down without looking, turning into Upchuck. "Oh how quaint, the hybridization of the Gourmand. So much for p-perfect, and I use that term loosely."
"Watch it, bub," Upchuck growled as he lashed out with his tongues, but Psychobos just raised his claws up as it got tied by them, but then created an electric blast to shoot through him, sending Ben flying as the force of the shocks transformed him.
"Watched and unimpressed," Psychobos said bluntly as Ben and Skurd soon turned into Hot STretch and jumped up, hands morphed into a large hammer but another claw fired out a icy mist that sent Hot Stretch down with a shivering cold form as he turned back.
"H-Hey, how are you do-do-doing that?" Ben asked with gritted teeth as he rubbed himself to get warm, instincts kicking him as he ducked away from APex slamming Rook against the ground, causing tiles to be ripped upward.
"Ben! Take! This! Seriously!" Rook exclaimed with each impact before he got his feet upward towards Apex's gut. "GALE FORCE!" He sent a kick towards his gut and flew up to send another, but Apex grabbed it with a smirk.
"IZAR SUPLEX!" Apex roared out as he grabbed him by the lower body and then sent him downward, slamming him into the side of the mountain.
Ben gritted his teeth as he slammed down again, this time turning into Lodestar as he gives Skurd a nod, who created a barrage of Razor's blades to fire out; but Psychobos just created his own magnetic aura that was the same polarity as his own to negate the force of them. "Ugh! Seriously, how are you doing that?!"
"It is a simple use of calculations, my boy. I have you figured out," Psychobos gave a dark chuckle as he looked down at Ben with a smirk before sending a bolt of psionic lightning down at him, making the two yell out. "Vilgax, The Highbreed, Aggregor, the Esoterica, Forever Knights, even Khyber and Malware… all those battles, and they haven't had you figured out yet?"
"Gaaah…" Lodestar turned back to Ben with a groan as Yohi and Julie clashed more, Julie yelling out as she was suddenly barraged by a wave of shadows, Rad ducking and weaving with his armor on to block the invisible strikes from Lucant.
"Ben, do not let him get in your head!" Xalia warned as she parried against Attea's own battle staff, the frog woman lashing out with her tongue to grab Xalia by the head and then slamming her into the ground. Ben gets the Omnitrix out, but saw Psychobos bring his little claw out to yawn in front of his mouth.
"Oh do not bore me, Tennyson. Let me guess…" Psychobos looked down at him with a sneering smirk, "What are you going to use? Four-Arms? Feedback? Humongusaur? Oh, maybe Diamomdhead, or Rath, or whatever o-other beatstick musclehead you seem to be drawn to?"
Ben gave a glare upward at him, his green eyes narrowingly glared into Psychobos's violet orbs, "So you think you got me all figured out, huh?!"
Psychobos gave a laugh as he pointed down at him with one of his large robotic claws, "I have been studying you and Azmuth's 'greatest,' and I use that term very loosely, invention for the past seven years. I studied how you fought Khyber, Vilgax and your other foes. You go to forms you are the most comfortable in for scenarios like this. The de-defaults you rely on the most. The sad little story of the Conductoid only proved a major weakness; your attachments to specific forms. Making you very predictable to which forms you would go for. And we Cerebrocrustecens are very good when we have data to go off of."
Ben glared up at him, twirling through the line up before finding an unfamiliar face, "Lets see how predictable you think this is!" He slams down, as a green shockwave of force comes out as a thunderous screech is heard.
"What the…!?" Attea asked as Apex and Rook looked up as the ceiling got bashed, a metallic claw slashing through.
Standing before Psychobos as it glared at him was a 11-foot tall, bipedal Pterodactyl with 8-foot long wiry arms with a strange vents going from his wrist to his calves, clawed feet and fingers with a strange vent on the top of his wrists with a small bony spike coming out, and having a short beak-like mouth with sharp teeth in it with a long protruding back spike on his head, a short tail on his back with downward facing spiky growths pointed downward clad in a white aviator outfit with a black stripe down the middle, the Omnitrix symbol glowing on his right shoulder.
"Heh, a smaller wyvern looking Alien… no, a bit to Jurassic for that," Ben said with a frown as he glared at Psychobos, "But whatever this is… gonna see how you deal with it!" He then swipes forward, creating an energy whip with his movement that smashed through one of the containers after it missed Psychobos.
"Hey! Do not do that!" Psychobos called out as he was soon whacked out of the air by one of the long arms as Ben jumped forward, the energy on his back spikes shining and making the vents glow, creating ethereal energy wings that helped him take off and headbutt into PSychobos, knocking him further out. The two then started to struggle in the air, Psychobos blasting an electrical blast that mixed with the strange glowing energy coming out of his back.
"What's wrong, Psycho-boy? Not liking Astrodactyl's tricks?" the newly dubbed alien asked as he slammed him into the roof of the outdoor lab just as he saw Kundo floating over them, glaring red hot eyes.
"More of your tricks, boy?!" Kundo asked as he swung his staff around, creating a flow of chi through it, "CRESCENT CLAW!" He then slammed it down, creating a shockwave that knocked both Astrodactyl and Psychobos back inside through the roof.
"WHoa! Hey, watch it you old codger! You're gonna knock the whole mountain down!" Attea shouted in annoyance as Xalia looked and saw the concentrate bottles being damaged. "Ugh… APex, take care of that old foggie!"
"Got it!" Apex growled with a huge smirk as he got his chain and swung it upward, latching up at Kundo's leg and reeled him in with his Fury-enhanced strength, slamming him down into Rook who yelled out at the impact.
"Ugh…get back, traitor!" Kundo shoved ROok back with a kick as he raised his hands out, "Amber Bullets!" Then fired out a barrage of energy blasts all over, sending a barrage at the lab that caused destruction all over the room.
"Whoa!" Julie exclaimed as Ship instinctively turned into shield Mode, the sphere's shields blocking the barrage the best it could. Astrodactyl put his wings up around Xalia and Rad, the other one going up to block the rest of the blasts with a grunt against the energy constructs. Yohi and Lucant both vanished to escape his line of sight, sinking into the shadows and turning invisible respectively.
"Watch what you are doing, you fool! This is delicate equipment!" Psychobos shouted in anger as he slammed his claw down,creating a shockwave of electric energy which Kundo gave a grunt towards, his chi creating a barrier to block the shock.
"Your mind games do not work on a Master of Revonnah Kai, outsiders! I shall rid you of this existence if it keeps the planet as a whole safe!" Kundo exclaimed with fury as he jumped forward, but forgot the chain was still around his leg as Apex just yanked back, twirling it til it's also on his arm. "GAH!"
"Hehehehe! A lot of talk for an old timer… got spirit still, I can respect that…" Apex then yanked him back, slamming his forehead against his to knock him into a wall. "Too bad we'll have to see it go to the here-after."
"You are not gonna break my body, Appoplexian! Nor my Spirit-GAH!" As he said this, a shadowy leash went around his neck as Yohi's face came out of a shadow nearby, his talons holding onto a strap of shadows as Kundo's spear arm was being held by Apex's chain, who tugged hard to pull him to keep him spread out wide. More shadowy whips getting his other limbs.
"Heh, thanks for stringing him up for me," Attea smirked as she got her blaster out, turning the dial up a bit, "Lets see how this old fart deals with this level of power," She then aims the cannon forward.
"Kundo!" Astrodactyl exclaimed as his arm went out on instinct, another energy whip came out to slash forward and slash through the shadowy binds and grabbed Kundo's torso. He then grabbed the whip and pulled, but he yelled out as the chain was still tight on his arm.
"Hey, let go!" Apex roared out but Astrodactyl glared at him and then grabbed another bottle of concentrate and tossed it at his face.
"NO! THAT'S MINE!" Psychobos exclaimed as he went to fly at him, but that just caused him to smack Apex in the face with his larger claw as he tried to grab the vial.
"GAh- stop that you twerp!" Apex exclaimed just as the blast fired, Kundo being pulled back but his arm was still outreached when-
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
Everyone on Team Tennyson looked shocked, eyes wide as Kundo's staff clattered on the ground, burn slightly but still manageable as he gripped his now burnt stump, his chi fluxing with his concentration as he gripped the still ailing limb, or what was left of it.
"OH MAN! KUNDO!" Astrodactyl flew forward as he looked at Skurd in a panic, "SKurd, give me Angelhands, or Clockwork or…ANYTHING!"
"With that kinda injury?! It's a miracle he was even able to get out of that unscathed! That was a Techadon Deatomizer!" Skurd exclaimed, equally shocked but was cut off with a ferocious roar as Kundo raised his hand up, his body now more feral-looking as he became a much more ferocious humanoid.
"DO NOT GET NEAR ME, OUTWORLDER!" Kundo roared, his voice a deafening echo as he was now a one-armed humanoid lynx, his body coated with fiery chi as he grabbed his staff with his free hand, the chi warping around it as plant life formed over it, turning it into a plant-based prosthetic with razor sharp clawed fingers, the middle one made with the sickle on it. "I am removing your blight from my planet!"
"But I-'' before Astrodactyl could say anything, he was blasted with a more powerful blast, causing him to yell out as he sent a pulse from his back, blasting more containers of the concentrate liquid from the top of the roof and splashing it on the ground near Kundo's feet. The impact caused the Omnitrix to knock into the wall, turning Ben back to his human form.
"This Ogia is the blood of this planet… and I shall use it to burn you ALL off of it!" Kundo jumped back, his maw glowing with a red hot aura, something Rook recognized as Yohi saw what was coming. He saw one of the bottles left and grabbed it, going over to his allies.
"We need to go, now!" Yohi exclaimed as he warped a shadowy aura around all of them and created an escape as Attea looked at the group with a contempt filled look as they vanished. Pax finally reached them as he saw this.
"GUYS!" Pax exclaimed he saw Rook reach out, his hand out to his former mentor. The maw opened up as he raised his palm forward, creating a focusing point for the blast.
"Kundo, wati! You're too close to the-"
"AMBER! ZHAO…!" putting his hands into a triangular shape, the maw opened as Kundo roared out, "FIRE!" Just as the explosive force of chi fired out, Pax wrapped around everyone, turning into several layers of vines from around them as he yelled out in pain from the very loud explosion that filled the area, causing the factory to start exploding around them.
Down below, Young ONe and Shar looked up in shock at the large explosion near the Master Ogia plant. Many of their villagers looked up at this shock as well just as the Merlinsapiens and Fukoraptors retreated.
Kundo panted, his rage still present… but then his eyes widened at what he saw; the Master Ogia plant covered with burns, chi and burnt ogia liquid over it. Pax groaned as he deflated, the burnt away vins already regenerating as Ben groaned, his head still ringing from the blast as the force was still felt, everyone feeling pain as Rook was depowered back to his original state, Ship. All of them alive thanks to Pax's thinking, the cycloptic plant looking at him with anger.
"Are you happy now…?" Pax asked, ripping off a burnt arm so a new one could grow back on as he saw the torn apart roots and leaves around him. "Smooth move, dude."
"UGh…I… reacted with rage. If that one didn't try and intervene, I would still have my arm! This would not have happened!" Kundo roared out, still in the empowered form as Pax pointed at him, a look of rage on his face.
"NO! You would still have your arm if you actually helped us! But noooooo, you had to go around doing a rash and stupid thing because ya think you know better than the guy who has literally helped save a ton of lives! Yeah, ya lost ya arm, but you're still alive thanks to him! You got in the middle of this fight!" Pax yelled out, his single eye narrowed.
"He acted without a strategy! He is to blame for this destruction, not me!"
"He wasn't da one who just fired a giant fire breath out of his mouth!" Pax shouted back, glaring at him. "You're going on and on about how outsiders are the destroyers of your planet, but ya seem to be doing a pretty darn good job of doing it yourself with this whole mess!"
Kundo sneered as he roared back, "Where do you get off talking to me like this, you blighted root?! What do you know of this planet, of the culture we have to preserve from these outsiders of the stars arriving!"
"I don't! I barely understood what the full life thing was because of my homeworld being to eat or be eaten! But it's thanks to Ben and his friends that I know something now. I screwed up plenty! I made my pals get into stupid shenanigans because I thought I knew better than others! And I only caused trouble because of it!"
"Pax…?" Julie asked as she saw Pax grip his clawed hands into his palms, his jacket burnt slightly from the explosion earlier.
"On Terradino when we got in the middle of a training mission with the Plumbers during a look for poachers, with the screegit thing, and finally the Grackleflint… All I do is cause trouble for people tryin' their best, trying to help people because they want to save ALL lives, not just animals… to keep the circle going,' ' Pax said, a look of inspiration on his face as he looked at the damaged plant. "...gotta show I understand those lessons.
"What are you-" Before Kundo could say another word, Pax tossed a couple of his pods from his back and they exploded, erupting into new vines as he took off his jacket and set it by Ben and co, also dropping a pod to create a vine wall to separate them as well.
"Doin' what needs to be done to save this place, ta save your villages' way of life. Your Master Ogia plant is in a lot of pain…and I can try and help it, the best I can," Pax looked at Julie as the others looked shocked, unable to get past the vines due to Ben being out of it. "Hey, you guys let Kath know… I'm sorry I couldn't make it back. Tell 'er to look after da others for me, kay?"
"Salad brain, what are you thinking!?" Rad asked in a panic, trying to slash through but the vines were too thick for his blade to cut fully through. "You're a civ! Not a soldier!"
"I know I ain't a soldier… I'm an Alien Freedom Rights Activist, and I need to act," Pax then slinked down, his body fusing into the plant. They all watched as the green vines infused to the plant as a pulse of green flowed through, patching the holes in the Master Ogia plant as the leaves started to regrow.
"What… is he…?" Ben asked with a groan as Skurd looked at it, his eyes going downcast.
"He's… infusing his own nutrients, his mana, into it. Flouranas can do this to heal damaged plants in their home world. But this much damage…" SKurd looked downward as they saw the green light continued for a little longer before a burst of orange pollen exploded from the tree, flower buds flowing out. The vines that he created wilted away, dropping Kundo as he looked up as did the others.
"PAx…" Julie said sadly as Ship gave a whimper of sadness as they saw at the base of the tree, embedded into the base of the trunk, was Pax's monocle, the red and blue lens forever stuck in. Kundo growled at this but heard footsteps arriving. He looked around and took off to the air just as Rook Da arrived with the others.
"Blonco!" Da exclaimed as he ran over with Shar and Young One, all three helping the others up. "Are you all alright?"
"...could be better, honestly," Ben said sadly as he picked up Pax's coat. "The Incurseans escaped with one of their concentrate bottles, Kundo got badly injured because of a screw up I did…"
"But no one had perished, yes?" Da asked as Team Tennyson all looked sadly at the tree, where they saw the lens in it. "That…was not there before…"
"Pax, a Flourana, gave up his life essence to fix your Master Ogia plant after Kundo blasted it… he ignited the concentrated ogia with his chi attack," Xalia explained as Da gave a sympathetic look to them. He walked over to Ben and pulled him in, surprising Ben at the fatherly embrace.
"Ben… Listen. We all make mistakes, we have all made an error of judgment. I had made my own when you had first arrived here. I had only thought of you as a danger, an outsider to protect my family from. But you, Blonco, Julie… you lal inspired only good things for my family."
"Yeah…?" Julie asked as Rook looked at his father curiously as Da gave a nod, motioning to the other two of his children there.
"Indeed. Your heroism inspired Shar to be the third in our family to try and join the Plumbers, and inspired Young One to look towards the stars, and allowed my brother's memory to be truly preserved for all those that come to our village," Da patted Ben's shoulder as he looked at him, "If not for you, our village would have remained isolated. We have learned much while you were all away, thanks to you."
"Thanks…" Ben said with a sigh, folding up the jacket before putting it into a small pod device to keep it stored safe.
"It is quite a pyrrhic victory…" Skurd observed as he looked at the destroyed lab from Ben's wrist. "We destroyed the Ogia lab… but at the cost of an ally…"
"You all need rest… the cosmic storms are coming in a couple days time, which usually means trouble for us," Da explained as they were led downstairs. Ben frowned as he looked up at the setting sky, seeing the stars forming.
"Cosmic storms…?" Ben asked, as if a thought was forming. He was wanting pay back for what had happened, his hands clenching at the fact that Pax had to give up his life force because of his own mess up. His eyes were downcast, full of frustration at this mistake.
On the flagship, Attea was looking over the vial of Amber Ogia Mind Control Serum, a frown on her face. Frustration was clearly on it, having lost so much of this and only a bottle's worth was left.
"UGH!" Attea punched a wall in frustration, ripping off her helmet in frustration to reveal her intricate diamond pattern on her head. "Stupid Ribbiting Tennyson! Stupid Revonnahganders! Stupid duck!"
"Now, now, princess. You get too angry, you're gonna get wrinkles," A male voice said over the intercoms as Attea looked around, eyes narrowing.
"Who goes there! Who are you!?" Attea demanded as she saw one of the screens come to light, as a face started to form. "What the…? What kind of rust bucket did my daddy give me?!"
"One with a bit more secrets than you thought. I felt the presence of a Gigarian early on… and now I'm fully awake…" Attea ran around and went to where Azmuth was held in her personal holding chambers, where she saw various things being segmented around as a small device formed in the middle of the room.
"And you are…?" Azmuth asked from his cell, looking annoyed more than anything with the strange turn of events as a face arrived; a blue hologram face with a darker blue-black coloring for the face, cyan spiked 'hair' framing his dark blue-violet eyes with a metallic jaw mandibles forming on his face.
"How rude of me not to introduce myself properly to the Heir apparent of the Incurseans and the First Thinker of the Galvans. I'm an old veteran from the early conflicts with the Attrocians a few centuries ago. But after my people betrayed me, I kinda became… adrift til your father found me some time ago when I crash landed on the Rapterian planet. My name… is Coregon, the former squad leader of Queen Gigiria."
"Okay… you got an idea for me then, Coregon? Cause I'm kinda running loose on them before I do the big guns," Attea asked as Coregon got a screen shifted and showed a star map, looking over to it.
"I am sensing a cluster storm coming this way in a couple of solar cycles. One usually used for when To'kustars are about to take form. Maybe you can use that before we head towards Earth?" Coregon suggested as Attea stroked her chin, an evil idea forming.
"Ooooh Coregon, we are gonna make great friends!" Attea said with a smirk, unaware of Coregon's own sinister smirk as they both looked at the screen. Azmuth sighed, as if anticipating what is to come. He looked out the window, worried about Ben even if he didn't want to admit it. Things surely change while one is away long enough.

Phew, that was a long one. Coregon btw belongs to Kevfilms2x2 and is connected to things with Xalia/Pxy, so that will come into play when it comes into play. Anyway, Bios for the new aliens introduced:
Fireflight (redo on Reboot Stinkfly): Takes the form of a 6 foot, pale blue humanoid dragonfly with large, blue-green eyes with yellow orange rings around it with smaller eyes, mandibles where his mouth should be, four arms with three fingered digits with light blue-gray marks on his palms, chest, legs and upper, orange insectoid wings on his back that move at rapid speed and long antennae with small gray-blue orbs at the end. When in darkness, the gray-blue areas on the body glow a bright cerulean color that is very bright.
Powers and Abilities: This alien is able to fly at fast speeds, can resist strong damage and has sharp claws and teeth to bite through some materials, but the more unique power that comes with this from it's Leptoterian cousin is the bioluminescent body that works for cave systems in their planet, and able to fire out bioluminescent balls of goop out of the tips of the antennas that can act as both natural torches when making contact with something and, when he releases a gas from his mouth or shoulders, can cause them to explode in flash bangs of sticky slime.
Weakness: This creature is very bad for stealth-based missions as the biolumence isn't something he can turn off at will, making it harder for him to hide in darkness unless he covers up all the glowing areas on the body, the wet wings makes it harder for flying, and

And as for Astrodactyl, redesigned him with the idea of a sorta Ridley style look and making him less robotic and more organic, sorta to fit with being from Terradino. Also he is called a Nebuflyer, a pun on Nebula (cosmic dust) and…well, flier (like LAnd before Time stuff).
