Episode XXII (22): Sanctuary

That night Natius began to have a dream about seeing Mr. Virgil.

In the dream, Mr. Virgil was having a struggle with Judge Doom. Seeing this, Natius prayed for help. Just then, two lights appeared, taking on the form of Saint Michael and Saint Joan of Arc.

Saint Joan of Arc was a nineteen-year-old woman with dark hair that was tied on a tight bun, but she had innocent, but piercing blue eyes. She was wearing armor on her chest, but below her armor was a skirt that was part of a white battle dress that gave her and her arms free movement to take down any demon that threatened her Lord, and she had a halo above her head and powerful and angelic wings.

Saint Michael used his spear in hopes to stop the fighting.

Joan asked, "Why take over a man who has no criminal record?"

Judge Doom replied, "That teacher brought it on himself when he lashed out on a student by yelling at him."

Michael snarled, "Judge Doom! The balances forbid toons from possessing a human host without being a guardian spirit! You have done so brazenly."

Judge Doom replied in a smug tone, "All I am guilty of is returning those pathetic drawings to their rightful place."

Joan of Arc yelled, "Silence! Release Simeon Renato Virgil or pay the price!"

Natius noticed that his dagger was in Mr. Virgil's hands!

Natius cried, "Mr. Virgil! No!"

Michael grabbed his arm to prevent the man from stabbing himself.

Michael stated, "There is neither honor nor redemption in taking your own life."

Natius begged tears brimming in his eyes, "That dagger is the one that killed a friend of yours."

He noticed a red light shining in the dagger and he asked, "What is that?"

Mr. Virgil was struggling to free himself from the archangel's grip. "Please do not stop me, St. Michael. I have done my service. If it is my fate to die, then I would rather die than allow myself to be controlled by a monster who would use me to hurt my students and so many innocent people. There is no greater guilt for me to harbor than to allow myself to be enslaved by an evil being."

Natius's dream shattered as the church bells were ringing for morning mass.

He groaned and rubbed his eyes to clear his vision. He then opened his eyes and saw a small bit of bread in front of him. Mokuba was holding it out to him. "Morning, Natius. Breakfast?"

In response, he began nibbling on the bread. He then wondered how these kids could stand such a deafening sound. It was actually amazing that the sound of the tolling of the bells didn't cause anyone to go deaf.

Danyal commented, "At least my alarm clock has a meep-meep noise of the Roadrunner."

Rebecca handed some grapes out for Bianca. The rabbit began to happily eat, seeing she couldn't remember when she last had anything to eat.

Zander scurried to Natius and he asked, "What's wrong? Did you have a nightmare in this sacred place?"

Natius had no idea whether or not the dream he had last night would even qualify as a nightmare.

He told the mink about the dream he had about Mr. Virgil seeing Saint Michael and Joan of Arc.

As Bianca listened, she was beginning to feel intrigued by the appearances of the two saints.

Danyal asked, "Why those two saints?"

Zander listened, but wasn't sure what to make of the concept. He even tried asking Natius about the light he mentioned coming from the dagger, but the rat didn't understand it himself.

Natius stated, "The light was a bright red color. "

Danyal asked, "Was that light coming from within the dagger?"

Bianca and Zander looked at each other. They already knew that there was power in the dagger, but they still wondered what that light was about.

Natius remembered Danyal's question. "St. Michael was the one I was praying to yesterday, so I guess it makes sense that I would dream about him trying to save Mr. Virgil."

Leon overheard the discussion and invited himself to join in. "Who is Mr. Virgil?"

"He's our history teacher from back home," Bianca answered, hoping she wasn't risking breaking the oath.

Natius pressed his palm against his face as he heard her say that.

Leon asked, "What kind of history?"

Danyal answered, "World, U.S., and Modern history."

Rebecca joined in the discussion. "What would your teacher be doing in this world?"

Natius now knew there was no choice but to explain everything. "Our teacher was taken against his will and is now a prisoner to the Dark Masters."

Leon asked, "Why would those guys kidnap a history teacher?"

Natius and the others were silent. Mokuba looked at Leon. "Let's not pressure them into talking about something personal."

"But maybe we can help," said the young redhead.

Danyal argued, "We'll discuss this matter when Frollo is out of the picture. I mean out of Paris."

"That's not going to be easy," Rebecca warned.

Brutus got up. "This is a waste of time. We have things to do and people to find and we're just sitting on our butts doing nothing."

Zander looked at him. "Brutus, it's important that we lay low and avoid Frollo while we can."

Jeanette smiled and said, "Mr. Virgil always said 'good things come to those who wait.'"

"We can't wait," Brutus protested. "And we can't stay in this tower for too long."

Mokuba picked up his parcel. "Do you and anyone else want to come with me to the market to get more food?"

Maria looked at him. "Aren't you afraid of getting caught by Frollo? He seems pretty determined to make sure you stay out of his way."

Rebecca scoffed. "We're not afraid. We can outwit that ugly monster any time."

Darius grinned. He admired the girl's spirit. "I'll come. Besides, I want a chance to see some Digimon."

Brutus was debating if whether or not to come with Darius and act as an adult supervision for the small group.

A question came into mind for Rebecca. "You may appear a human, but can you act like one?"

"I've seen people pass by all my life," he replied. "I know how to act."

Brutus pointed out, "I remember that one teacher who gave that student detention for pestering me and my brother in addition to wandering away from his class."

Natius and the others snickered. After giving it some thought, Brutus decided to accompany the small group. So they left the bell tower, exited the church, and headed to the market to get more food.

Brutus hid his necklace and he looked at the different vendors and he asked Rebecca, "Where should we start?"

The blonde girl pulled out a list. "First we should stop at the bakery to get a few loaves of bread. After that, we'll need other things like cheese, dried meat, and some milk."

"Leon and I can also get some apples, grapes, and tomatoes," said Mokuba.

Brutus looked around as he noticed a vendor selling fruits such as apples, grapes, and other fruit.

As Leon and Mokuba walked up to the vendor and began asking for various fruits, Darius was looking around, hoping to spot a Digimon. He also kept an eye out for the minister, hoping he wouldn't give anyone any trouble.

Rebecca walked up to the baker, hoping to get bread.

Once everyone had everything they needed, they decided they were ready to head back.

"Well, that wasn't so bad," said Leon. "We got what we needed, and it didn't take long."

"Do you do this every day?" Brutus wondered.

"Not every day," Mokuba answered. "When we have to."

Leon looked around. "People are still putting up decorations. I guess that means the festival won't be cancelled tomorrow."

"They won't cancel it because of a rumor," said Rebecca. "Besides, no one's really said or seen anything about a bear in the city. That's how you know Frollo was just making the whole thing up."

The group headed back to the bell tower and Darius was disappointed that no Digimon had been spotted.

Brutus asked, "What's wrong?"

"I was really hoping I'd get a chance to see at least one Digimon while we were out," he replied.

Leon looked at him. "Don't worry, Darius. I'm sure you'll get a chance. Maybe you'll see one at the festival tomorrow."

Darius stated, "Hopefully I will. If I was to have one, who would you see me paired with?"

Mokuba shrugged. "I don't know, but if it helps, we have our own Digimon back home in our world."

Darius's smile brightened up. "You do? Why didn't you bring them here with you?"

"We thought about bringing them to the festival with us, but figured it probably wouldn't be a good idea," Rebecca answered. "We don't want them scaring the public and it's pretty crowded enough already at the bell tower."

Brutus stated, "Makes sense."

So the group returned to the bell tower to reunite with their friends. Though nothing interesting happened, at least everyone had enough food to last them for a few days.

Brutus stated, "The locals are still setting up for tomorrow and they won't let a simple rumor cancel the festival."

"Good to know," Jeanette said, nibbling on a small bit of bread.

For Natius, it didn't seem like something to look forward to, knowing what was to come. But whether he liked it or not, he had to be careful not to influence anything. As his friends warned him, changing one event changes everything.

Leon asked, "What's bothering you?"

Natius looked at him. "I'm sure you've seen the film. You know what will happen if Quasi goes to the festival tomorrow."

Leon did know and the thought of it made him worry for his friend. Even Mokuba and Rebecca were concerned in the same way. "But if we went together, we could make sure nothing bad happens."

"But if anything does happen, Frollo will blame you guys," said Natius. "He'll think you convinced Quasi to go and he'll say it's your fault."

Mana stated, "He's got a point, Leon."

The children thought it was unfair. They thought that Quasimodo deserved a chance to spend a day in the outside world, but as they thought of the cruelty that was to come, they changed their minds. Neither of the children wanted the hunchback to suffer because of them.

Quasimodo heard them and said, "You don't have to worry about me. I won't be going."

This saddened Leon. "But, Quasi-,"

"It's all right, really," he insisted. "You guys just go and have a good time and I'll stay and watch from the bell tower."

There was a brief silence until Matthias said, "No, you should go out there."

"But I couldn't-,"

"Quasi," Matthias interrupted. "You'll never become who you're meant to be if you stay here forever."

Mokuba agreed. "You know, you may even discover your own element if you go out there."

"You have often wondered what element you would represent," said Rebecca.

Danyal stated, "I'm considering that Quasi should disguise himself as an altar server. Those men would have hoods on their robes. That would conceal the face."

"Good idea," said Zander.

Mana asked, "Do you think it will work?"

Brutus looked at the children. "I hope you'll be wearing costumes for the festival, because if the minister sees you with a hooded figure, it'll be a dead giveaway."

Mokuba took his parcel. "We'll be wearing funny masks so he won't recognize us."

Danyal stated, "We have to lay low and don't draw any attention to ourselves."

Chuck looked to his friends. "We should dress up for the festival too."

"But we don't have any costumes," said Maria.

Leon got an idea. "Maybe if I asked the archdeacon if I could borrow a few hooded robes for you, I'm sure he could spare them for you."

Vandela stated, "Good idea."

Leon decided to go and ask the archdeacon for robes.

Maria commented, "I have studied prayers both in Latin and English. That minister will be in for an odd surprise."

Before Leon could walk out of the tower, NausicaƤ stopped him. "Wait, don't go down there," she pleaded.

"Why not? What's wrong?"

In response, she flew to the railing and pointed down with her wing. Leon looked down and saw Frollo getting out of his carriage and entering the church. "Oh, no. Guys, Frollo's coming," he alerted his friends.

Mokuba got up. "I'll try to distract him so I can give you guys time to hide from him."

"I'm coming too," Rebecca said and began following him.

Natius cried, "We have to hide."

"Those kids are crazy," Darius muttered.

Maria took her brother's hand and pulled him to a more secluded part of the tower.

Frollo walked into the bell tower.

At that moment, Mokuba, Rebecca, and Leon were standing face-to-face with the minister.

"Well, well," he said coolly. "I wondered when I would be seeing you three."

The children looked at him fearfully. "Minister Frollo," Leon stuttered. Mokuba and Rebecca held each other protectively.

"What brings you here?" Frollo asked.

"We could ask you the same," said Rebecca.

"We just wanted to visit our friend," Mokuba answered. "He also said you were looking for us."

"So when we saw you coming, we thought we'd see what you wanted," Rebecca added.

The minister gave a small grin. "You're either brave or foolish to grace me with your presence. But, yes, I was asking for you."

"Are we in trouble?" Leon asked fearfully. It was hard for him to keep calm, but he had to distract the man long enough for Natius and the others to hide from him.

"Not yet," Frollo answered.

The children didn't like the way he said that.

Natius looked at Frollo from the wooden structure in disappointment and he gave the minister the reversed peace sign.

"I assume you three will be staying here again?" Frollo asked.

"Yes," Leon answered. "We spending the night and then going to the festival tomorrow."

"Quasimodo told us you said there was a rumor about a bear being sighted in the city," said Mokuba. "But it looks like the festival is still going to take place."

"Indeed," the minister said in a disappointed matter. "My men searched the city, but no such creature could be found." He was disappointed mostly because he despised the Feast of Fools and would much rather avoid it. But he was also relieved that there was no bear.

He then looked down at the children. "You three haven't seen anything unusual, have you?"

The children looked at each other. "That all depends on your definition of unusual," said Rebecca. "I mean, you do realize unusual things happen to us all the time, right?"

"Bec, don't get cheeky," Mokuba warned through his teeth.

Leon looked up at the tower, hoping everyone was safely hiding.

Natius looked around and saw a grey rat not looking at his surrounding and fell, landing on the minister's hat!

"What the-?" Rebecca asked.

Mokuba grabbed her hand. "Come on!"

Leon followed them.

Natius looked on in horror as he saw Frollo grabbing the rat!

Rebecca looked back, hoping that the rat wasn't Natius. "No, don't hurt him!" she cried. "Let him go!"

Frollo looked at the rat's eyes to see if they had an uncommon eye color, but noticed his fur was grey.

He then looked back at the children, who were watching fearfully. Out of spite and disgust, he held the rat over the railing and dropped it, causing them to cry out. "You children shouldn't allow yourselves to be concerned with such vermin," he said.

Mokuba, Leon, and Rebecca continued holding each other and whimpering.

Frollo approached them and said, "I know you three are hiding something and I'm going to find out what." He looked up at the bell tower. "And he will not be able to protect you." He gave a small laugh. "It's amazing, really, how you three say you care about him so much, think of him as your friend."

"He is our friend," Rebecca argued, crying. "And he's not going to put up with you forever. One day, he will be free and he will see you for the evil monster you are!"

Frollo raised his hand, threatening to hit her. Rebecca cowered and her friends continued to hold her. Frollo lowered his hand and instead said, "Listen to me, I don't care where you go or what you do, but Quasimodo will never leave the bell tower. And I advise you children to stay out of my way from now on."

Leon took a deep breath to relax himself. "No problem there." His friends nodded dejectedly.

With that being settled, Frollo patted their heads and took his leave.

Natius felt sadness for the rat who died, but he scurried to the children to ensure that he wasn't the rat who fell.

Rebecca asked her attention turning to the rat, "Natius?"

He smiled and nodded in response.

Rebecca smiled through her tears. "Oh, my God, you're okay," she said, happily.

Leon dried his eyes. "We thought that was you."

Quasimodo finally came to the aid of his friends. "Are you guys all right?"

"Yeah, I guess so," Leon replied, though he was still a little shaken up.

"Did Frollo hurt you?" he asked.

"Physically, no," Mokuba answered. "Emotionally, yes."

Maria came out of the tower and began scolding the children. "Are you all crazy? What were you thinking, facing Frollo like that? What if you all had gotten hurt?"

"It's not a big deal," said Rebecca. "We've dealt with this before."

Brutus began scolding Quasimodo. "You said these children were your best friends. How could you just sit by and let that man emotionally abuse them like that?"

Mokuba dried his eyes. "Brutus, you can't be mad at Quasimodo for not being able to do anything. He's loyal to his master and has never opposed him before."

As true as that was, the hunchback still felt guilty for not protecting his friends.

Natius asked, "Why didn't I reach him?"

Leon asked, "Who are you talking about?"

"The rat," he answered. "I wasn't able to save him from falling."

Rebecca noticed tears brimming in the rat's eyes.

Witnessing the rat's death caused Natius to remember a story his great grandfather told him about how his great uncle Ichiro Takahashi was killed during WWII.

Rebecca asked Natius, "Are you okay?"

Natius explained to Rebecca, "My great grandfather told me about how my great uncle Ichiro Takahashi was killed in action during World War II. Are you familiar with that war?"

Rebecca had heard stories about the war from her grandfather and she had also done some research back home. "What happened to your great uncle?"

Natius replied, "Corporal Cendrillon became cocky and gave away their sniping position. As a result, the German forces began to attack the church, and Ichiro lost balance, hanging on for dear life. The corporal was very remorseful, and he tried to save Ichiro, but it was too late as Ichiro fell from within the bell tower to his death."

"That's... That's awful," said Rebecca. Her friends agreed.

Natius added, "That event sent my great grandfather home."

"Why?" Brutus asked, given he didn't understand the ways of war for humans.

Mokuba had an assumption. "Survivor's policy, right?"

Natius answered, "Yes. Sole Survivor Policy is a mandate that requires that last person alive if all their siblings are killed in action to be sent home. This was to ensure the families of those in service that they wouldn't lose all their sons like the Sullivan Brothers."

Darius stated, "I would not recommend Saving Private Ryan."

Leon asked, "Why not?"

Danyal answered, "That movie is for mature audiences due to the brutality of World War II. Same with Grave of the Fireflies."

That was fair. Neither of the children liked anything with violence and war for content.

Natius asked, "Who would be foolish enough to see that movie at a young age? That's based on a semi-autobiography about a brother and sister trying to survive in Japan towards the end of World War II and they both died from malnutrition. It's a very sad story. My great grandfather would place a copy that he purchased in 2002 on a high shelf to ensure that his great grandchildren would not get their hands on it. He told us that the movie is based on a very heartbreaking story that occurred during a bombing of a Japanese city."

Zander stated, "Those kinds of people should be banned from theaters if they're going to be disrespectful to a medium of entertainment that had proven time and again that not all animation is rated G."

"That's what I try to teach people at the theatres," said Omar.

"My brother's a security guard for the theatres," Mahad explained.

Mana stated, "He caught my older brother once."

Hearing the word brother made Brutus think about Duncan and wonder how he was doing. Mokuba was thinking about his brother too and was hoping he was safe.

Later in the evening, Leon finally went down into the church and asked the archdeacon if he could borrow a few hooded robes for his friends. The redheaded boy explained his situation, saying he had friends who would be mistaken for gypsies because of their appearances and they wanted to avoid detection from Frollo and his soldiers for when they would go to the festival tomorrow. The archdeacon understood and gave Leon a small pile of robes.

Leon returned to the bell tower and gave the robes to Maria, Darius, Chuck, Matthias, and Brutus.

Darius muttered, "This makes me think of Kingdom Hearts."

Danyal asked, "Does anyone know Latin prayers?"

Maria stated, "I know some prayers in Latin and English."

"The archdeacon said if you need to use these robes after the festival, you can," said Leon.

Maria smiled, "Perfect."

"Hey, Leon," Darius was saying. "What you and Mokuba and Rebecca did, that was crazy. But it was also brave."

"Even I thought what you chaps did was admirable," Anakin admitted. "You knew of the danger you were putting yourselves in by facing a dangerous man, yet you did it all for us." He turned to face Quasimodo. "And for him. I can tell you all really care about him."

They did. "Quasi is one of our best friends," said Mokuba.

"And the way you stand up for him proves what true friends you are," said Anakin.

Rebecca asked Anakin, "Have you any ties to the Skywalker family?"

Anakin answered, "No. My mum told me that her ancestor was a force-sensitive man who was overlooked by the Jedi."

Chuck smirked. "What about you, Rebecca? Are you related to Jim Hawkins?"

Rebecca was always annoyed at that. Most of her classmates asked the same question just to annoy her. "No, I'm not. I hate it when people ask me that."

"Relax, Becca, I'm just joking," Chuck told her.

Mana pointed out, "My English teacher Mr. Balfour has a Hawkins in his family. His mother's side of the family. No, he doesn't have relatives with the name Arthur. Regarding your name, Rebecca; his daughter has that name as her middle name. Her name is Elizabeth. My classmates would call her Liza Hawkins."

Rebecca was familiar with the name Balfour since she had read Robert Louis Stevenson's books back home.

Rebecca asked Mana, "Did he assign any Robert Louis Stevenson books?"

Mana answered, "Yes. I never asked him why he would assign them."

"Was it because he and his family were related to the people in those books?" Leon wondered.

Rebecca looked at him. "You know, people can share the same last name, but that doesn't always mean that they're relatives in any way, shape, or form."

Mokuba asked Mana, "Are you saying this Liza is actually related to Jim Hawkins?"

"The one from the film Treasure Planet, not the book Treasure Island," she answered.

Danyal pointed out, "There's an old movie from 1960 based on the book, Kidnapped."

The children looked at each other. Neither of them knew there was a film that dated as far back.

Danyal explained, "It's from an anthology TV series, Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color. It starred the late James MacArthur as David Balfour who was shanghaied and cheated out of his inheritance by his greedy uncle, and he had to work with a Jacobite, Alan Breck Stewart to not only avoid redcoats because they were unfortunately accused of being part of the Appin Way Murder, but he also has to prove his uncle Ebeneezer Balfour guilty of cheating his nephew from his inheritance. When that movie premiered on TV, it wasn't as well-received as its predecessor Treasure Island from 1950 that starred the late Bobby Driscoll."

Leon asked, "Redcoats?"

Danyal answered, "They were British auxilery forces. In other words, British Soldiers from the 1700s."

"You should read more history books instead of just fairy tales all the time." Rebecca told him.

Danyal stated, "She has a valid point."

Mokuba gave a kind smile. "But you know, Leon's love for fairy tales is one of the many reasons why innocence is his element."

Zander remarked, "The fairy tales are not that innocent. "

He turned to Natius and he stated, "Natius, you should tell them about that dagger you stole from Queen Grimhilde."

Natius asked, "Why should I tell them about that fiasco?"

Leon blinked at the name Grimhilde. "The Evil Queen from Snow White?"

Natius answered, "Yes."

Zander was not amused, and he ordered, "Tell them about what you did in the Dwarfs' Woodland."

Natius asked, "Why?"

"Wait a minute, back up," Mokuba said. "Are you saying you were in Snow White's world?"

Natius answered, "Most of us were turned into animals native to Germany."

"I take it to avoid detection from the Evil Queen," Leon assumed.

"But what were you doing in that world?" Rebecca answered.

Natius was afraid to answer, because part of the oath required not revealing anything about everyone's adventures in the previous worlds.

Natius answered, "We will discuss the matter after Frollo is away from Paris."

Rebecca asked, "What?"

"It's nothing personal," said Natius. "I mean, it's not that we don't trust you. It's just... it's complicated."

The children accepted his response. "All right," Rebecca said, yawning. "Well, I'm going to bed."

"Me too," said Mokuba. "We've got a big day tomorrow."

Everyone else agreed to turn in for the night. Brutus was about to lie down, but Zander walked up to him. "Hold on, Brutus. I need to discuss something with you." So the two moved to a more secluded area where they could have their discussion. Zander got to the point. "In case Natius may get any ideas about trying to do anything tomorrow, I want you to help me keep him in check."

He asked, "What idea do you have in mind?"

"I told you, I need you to help keep Natius in check in case he tries anything at the festival tomorrow," Zander said again. "Remember when I taught you how you can partially paralyze a rodent by grabbing the back of its neck?"

Brutus nodded. "You want me to use that tactic on him?"

Zander stated, "Yes. I would've asked Leon, but I don't want anyone to be suspicious."

Brutus asked, "Why ask me?"

"You saw how those kids thought that the rat from earlier was Natius," Zander explained. "I bet Frollo was wondering the same thing. If he sees those kids with a rat again, he may know for sure that they're affiliated with us and that we're disguised as animals. And that man could use cruel methods to get information out of them."

Brutus understood Zander's point. After seeing what happened today, he realized how dangerous Frollo was. "Okay. I'll do it. But I'll have to lay low too."

"Why do you think Leon gave you a robe to disguise yourself with?" Zander asked.

"Fair point," Brutus replied.

Natius began to have another dream.

Natius began to look around in confusion as he realized that he wasn't in the Notre Dame Cathedral.

Natius heard a feminine voice telling him, "The death of the rodent was not your fault."

He turned to see a much older Snow White who was wearing the dress she wore when she awoke in the arms of her beloved Harald.

Natius asked really bewildered by her appearance, "What are you doing here?"

Snow White answered, "I have come here to tell you that there was nothing you could have done to save the rodent's life, Ignatius."

Natius stated in despair, "To think that could've been me. It made me think of Great Uncle Ichiro's story."

"And you should be thankful that it was not you who was forced to meet such a cruel fate." she told him.

Natius was thankful, but he still felt a small amount of guilt. "Those kids still suffered Frollo's wrath just to protect us." he said quietly.

Snow White placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder causing him to look at her.

Another thing was crossing his mind as he asked, "Zander told me that I am not the only boy to represent kindness. What does he mean by that?"

"He means as he says," said Snow White. "There is another who also represents the element of kindness. She comes from the same world those children are from. You may even meet her one day."

"Can you tell me who she is?" Natius asked. "Is it possible for her to teach me what it means to be kind?"

"Ignatius, when it comes to the elements, some things cannot be taught," Snow White advised him. "How you choose to act on kindness is based on the examples you learn from others, but it must also be based on your own judgment."

Natius looked down. "I understand." he replied.

He was about to ask Snow White another question, but he suddenly saw Quasimodo being tied down.

Natius was suddenly turned into a rat and he began to desparately biting on the ropes hoping to free him, but suddenly the platform began spinning and as it was spinning faster Natius fell away from his new friend.

Natius began to feel disoriented as he yelled, "Sandy! Help me!"

As the bells shattered the rat's dream, Natius's vision cleared as he noticed that he was above the floor of the bell tower thanks to being a rat, but to his horror; he realized that he was about to fall off the statue he was sleeping on and he felt Zander pulling him up.

Zander advised, "That's not the best area to sleep in. Anyway, you were so deep in your sleep that you almost fell off the statue's head."

Natius noticed his friends waking up ready for a new day, but Natius knew what day it was. The Festival of Fools.

Looks like Natius is going to have a fun day. In the next episode, Festival of Lessons; we meet a new group of friends from the Warner Domain. Will Natius keep himself under control or will he face some consequences? Tune in next episode.
