Chapter 22
Dragon Deku 2
Finally. I've been putting this off for long enough. Time to get down to the end of this story and on to others. Next chapter will show Aizawa paying for his hubris from the Soul Eater chapter. But that isn't important now. On with the show.

"Oh man! Its about to get good! Time for a Tomura butt kicking! If only we could stop the real one." A few of the students had this and other thoughts while filing back into the viewing area.
All Might though was hoping that his other world successor would be able to stop the mad peacock. Midnight and the other teachers though were questioning if this would have to be left in the hands of the panda alone. "Do you think the Ox or Croc would be willing to fight?"
"I don't know Mic. They seemed like their minds were made up. And I don't fully blame them for stepping back." Aizawa said while looking down. For their world counterparts of the Five they were questioning if the Panda's inner peace could really help them in the fight to come. But everyone quieted down as the screen lites up again.
The screen fades a bit to veiled lighting in the background. Suddenly a bright crimson flame lights up and moves toward the shadows. Illuminating the restrained members of the Furious Five. Unconscious, chained, caged, and hanging.
Gasps are let out as well as some raging from the human versions of the Five. "Not entirely surprising given what the panda left them with." Aizawa says while narrowing his eyes. The other teachers agree, with Snipe questioning what was going on happen to them.
When the flame gets closer, they all awaken. To see Tomura and Jin standing before them. Smirking at their current state. "Such sad, sad faces. But now is a time only for joy. You are going to be part of something beautiful." Tomura says while getting close to Tiger. Who snarls and growls in response.
Bakugo snarls as well before saying, "quirk or no, I really want to pound that asshole's face in." A few others agree with even Nezu agreeing. Causing the teachers to sweat drop.
"Once we reach the harbor, in front of all the world, you and your precious Kung Fu will die! Aha! Then China will know to bow before me." Tomura says quietly. He then orders his men to set sail and hoist the Five for all to see.
All Might thought he would feel conflicted at seeing another version of his master's grandson threatening others. But instead all he felt was a twinge of rage and wishing he could leap in himself and save the Five. And put an end to Tomura's madness.
The glowing crimson flames burn bright as the ships with cannons float through the waterways of Gongmen City. Terrifying the civilians. The fear growing greater with Tomura's flagship at the rear. It's sails flying proudly.
Angry looks grace the faces of all of the teens and heroes at the fear Tomura's fleet was producing. "Damn. He's got enough ships to threaten the whole city. And they've probably all got cannons." Kaminari says with a frustrated look. His classmates agree with some wondering if the Five would be enough to stop the mad peacock.
The Five are raised at the center of the fleet and start talking amongst themselves. "Honestly guys I didn't think I'd die like this. Always thought I'd meet a nice girl, settle down…. And then she'd eat my head. So sad." Mantis says while looking out from his cage.
This stops the somber thoughts for a second before chuckling at Mantis's life plans. "Any opinions or things you'd like to express Kamakiri?" Awase says with a chuckle. With the green mandibled teen growling before telling the weld quirk user to 'shut it!'.
"We cannot give up hope! Izuku would want us to remain strong! Hardcore! Right Tiger?" Monkey says before trying to get their leader to respond. But he just looks down in defeat while he thinks on what happened to Izuku.
"I guess I'm not ready to quit. And I don't think the rest of you should either!" Mina says while looking to her fellow human members of the Five. And each of them nod or agree in varying ways. From Bakugo and Kamakiri activating their quirks and nods or salutes from the two class presidents.
The teachers meanwhile nod and smile at the solidarity some of the students are showing. Even if a certain blonde idiot is trying to talk up his class alone.
A bridge blocks the path of the fleet, and Jin warns his leader about it. "Nothing stands in my way." Tomura says before ordering his men to fire. The civilians flee in terror as the bridge is destroyed. "You coward!" Tiger roars while writhing in the chains.
Snarls and angry looks return before Bakugo yells out and agrees with his counterpart. With the teachers wanting to step in to save the civilians and stop the madman. But Tamaki has an unsettling thought. "What if this was what it was like for those who tried to slow the chaos first created by quirks?" This makes a few think on what their own quirks could do and the damage that would ensue from their usage.
And it is All Might who reminds them of something else. "It is true that the early days of quirks might have been like this. People making shows of force with their quirks, oppressing others in various ways. But there is an important part to remember. And I'm sure we'll see later." The teens turn back and look forward to what it could be that All Might is thinking of.
But a new site gives the Five and the people hope. Atop one of the buildings, stands Izuku. Practically glowing in the moonlight with a rice hat on. They all speak up happy to see him, as are the civilians that were still running. While the wolves are surprised as well. While Tomura just says, "how many times am I going to have to kill the same stinking panda!?"
Seeing Izuku silhouetted in the moonlight gets a few cheers from the teens and Eri. While others have a laugh as how many times Tomura had failed to kill him. "Don't find a body, then he isn't dead!" Kaminari jokes.
Izuku starts a dramatic speech to tell Tomura his plans are done. There's just one problem. He's too far away for anyone to really hear it. "What?!" Tomura shouts as he's trying to figure out what he was saying.
Chuckles are had again at Izuku's failed attempt at a dramatic speech. With the human counterpart facepalming at his panda self's failure to deliver the speech. Aizawa though compliments and critiques Izuku. "It's the right idea to show up to try and inspire everyone. But he shouldn't have worried about making some speech." Vlad and Snipe agree, while Mic and Midnight can see a that it could be used to inspire.
"And now! Free the Five! Disc of Destruction!" Izuku shouts before taking off his hat and throwing it. Assuming it would cut the chains. But reality sets in and it just floats down like a normal hat. Everyone looks at Izuku like he's crazy before Tomura orders his men to take aim.
The chuckles shift to laughs at Izuku's failure and waste of his hat. "Did he actually think that would work?" Vlad says while he and Aizawa facepalm. Nezu is laughing as well but does agree with the Blood hero's critique. While Izuku is blushing and facepalming as well.
Izuku freaks out a bit before evading around and down the side of the building. Causing the gunners to have to constantly adjust. Everyone in the fleet's eyes follow him as he tries to move around and keep from being shot by the cannons.
The laughs continue as the panda is acting akin to old cartoons in the way he's running away. While laughing at the Five and wolves following his movements and actions.
"C'mon!" one of the wolves who has to keep moving the large cannon shouts as Izuku keeps jumping down and around the building. Izuku then leaps to the bow of one of the ships. And right in front of a cannon.
But luckily no one is near it, so they don't fire, and he maneuvers onto the ship. When he stops once more, a wolf takes aim at him. Only to realize that if he lite the fuse he would kill his own. He tries to put it out quickly while Izuku's smile grows.
"NICE! Now they can't attack!" Kirishima shouts as the panda clambers onto the ships. "Well yes and no. They can't use the cannons, but he is outnumbered." Shoda says with his usual worried expression. Itsuka gives her vice a look to say he isn't helping. But in her mind, she agrees.
The panda starts to knock wolves into the water as the men cannot use their weapons without friendly fire. Tomura then orders his men to just attack, and the wolves charge. Izuku takes his moment to deal with more of them before getting his hands on an axe.
"Catch your freedom!" Izuku shouts as he throws the weapon to Monkey. Who catches it in her tail and uses it to do just that. The Five flip out of their chains and land near Izuku. Knocking all of the wolves who had been swarming them away.
The whole audience cheers as the Five are freed and stand with the Dragon Warrior. "Coming for you now Tomura!" Bakugo shouts crackling some explosions. Kamakiri agrees while letting out his blades before saying, "time for the Mantis to cut through the enemy!"
"Not before the Monkey and Viper swing their way in!" Mina says before fist bumping Itsuka. Tenya stands and says that he'll swoop down and end the battle there. "Don't get too far ahead Ida. The fight has only begun." Izuku notes while tapping his foot at the fight to come.
"Impressive Dragon Warrior. What's your plan?" Tiger asks while holding his stance. Izuku smiles while taking some quick steps before saying, "step one: Free the Five!" Viper then asks what step two was. "Honestly I didn't think I'd make it this far."
Everyone anime falls over at this. With Aizawa noting, "yeah that seems about right. Though to be honest I'm not sure how many of use would have much of a plan in this situation." His fellow teachers agree before commending the panda on being honest in this situation.
But when Tiger presses him, he just says they need to stop Tomura before he reaches the harbor. The team work to clear out as many wolves as they can. Izuku at one point knocking out a guard before tossing him to Viper to make a "Puppet of Death!", which she uses to attack the guards with their own weapons. All while riding atop Tiger.
"Cooool!" Itsuka says while her snake self is smacking around villains. Bakugo grumbles a bit at being a transport for the puppet, but he is still happy that his other self got a chance to deal out some real death in the fight.
As a few are coming up on Izuku, a loud battle cry is heard. And who clears the way but Master Ox. Sending the goons flying with his horns. Then coming up from the water, Master Croc spinning leaps into the air. Before split kicking two guards in the face. "Vengeance is served!" Croc says with a smile.
"DEATH ARMS! KAMUI!" the students shout at seeing the heroes return to fight again. While the human versions of the Jade Palace team were a bit surprised that they were there. "They put up such a resistance to being freed before. Why are they out now?" Ida questions while looking on. Even Nezu was a bit confused.
When Izuku asks why they came, Ox has this to say. "Your friend there is very persuasive!" They look towards the front of the fleet where dozens of wolves are being knocked away.
Running atop a few heads, a small figure appears. A trio of wolves are sent up into the air only to be kicked out of the air by the small master. Master Shifu Aizawa. Who tosses down his staff before landing atop it and holding his stance.
"AIZAWA!" class 1-A with Itsuka and Kamakiri as well calling out at seeing their kung fu master arrive. With Mic and Midnight patting him on the back at his return to the fight. "Just in time to save the day." Mic says with a big smile. The insomniac grumbles a bit, but he has a smile hidden behind his scarf.
Aizawa knocks a dozen more guards before ordering the rest to use the boat to block the path to the harbor. All of the masters follow this. From Tiger destabilizing one by kicking the cannon to the bow. Taking a stance atop it as it half capsizes before walking onto the archway.
Or Izuku pulling two together with just his strength. To the greater effect when Crane takes to the air. "Wings of Justice! Caw, caw!" Crane shouts out as the force from his wing flap forces the boats to jam up the entrance to the harbor.
A few 'ooohh' at the way Tiger blocked the exit with Bakugo preening a bit. While a few others chuckled at the panda's method. Only to get a laugh and a bit of applause at the way the Crane stopped the ships. "So, you really do make that noise!" Mina says while teasing Ida about what her monkey self had said in an earlier video. While the class president just blushes.
The wolves start to swarm forward as the Kung Fu masters leap toward them. The gunpowder going off in the boats they capsized. Izuku looks to the sides at the awesome scene before him and geeks out a bit. In slow motion he says, "I love you guys!"
Snorts of laughter are had again before Mineta notes that Izuku is still a big fanboy. "At this point, I'm not sure if that is a bad thing." Izuku says with a laugh as his other self is looking to face down with the peacock.
The masters all work and fight together to make their way to Tomura's ship. The peacock getting more agitated and afraid as Izuku makes his way to him. "Fire at them!" Tomura demands. "But sir we'll kill our own!" Jin shouts back.
This makes a few get wide eyed at the interaction between the two villain leaders. "He's going to turn against Tomura." Nezu says with a scratch of his chin. Snipe asks what made Nezu so sure. "Primarily some of his actions earlier in the film. Last video he clearly was unsettled by Tomura. Other than that; the animal choice. Wolves are pack animals. And I doubt this wolf would take kindly to attacking his pack."
But Tomura continues his demand. Jin turns back before tossing his torch to the side and saying, "no!". This doesn't stop Tomura as he kills Jin with throwing knives and leaps atop the cannon himself. Lighting it with his claws.
A few were shocked by both villains' actions. With some sending condolences to the fallen wolf who tried to protect his men. Ibarra sending up a quick prayer for the wolf's soul. And they all glare at the callous way the peacock killed his second in command and then resigned the rest of his men to death. "Bastard!" the two hotheads shout at seeing the cannon lit. "Unmanly!" is what the hard heads says. "This isn't gonna be pretty." Mineta mentions with a gulp.
The resulting blast clears all of the blocked ships and the archway that had slowed the advance of Tomura's fleet. Izuku coughs while grabbing onto a piece of debris in the harbor. He looks back in a bit of fear and worry as the fleet of ships armed with cannons make their way out. As all of the masters are scattered and injured atop other pieces of debris.
"Shit." Is the common word and thought said throughout the room as well as wincing or crying at the sight of the injured masters. "What now?" Kosei says with grit teeth.
Even the teachers weren't sure. "I can't see a way to win or stop them now. They're all too hurt and sabotaging the boats now wouldn't do any good. Not when they've got plenty of soldiers." Aizawa mumbles while looking over the situation.
Izuku swims over to Tiger to check on him before glaring at Tomura's fleet. The peacock looking smug at the thought that he won. Izuku has an idea on what to do as he pushes Tiger away and swims to a larger piece of debris.
Most of the audience is unsure of what the panda could be thinking at a time like this. "He's not really thinking he can beat Tomura with that whole 'inner peace' thing is he?" Awase says with a raised eyebrow.
Itsuka's eyes are wide as her classmate says this. She wonders it as well, as does half of the audience with her. Izuku and Aizawa being the first to question it and wonder what could happen.
Izuku catches his breath while standing atop the piece of the ship. "As you wish. Let's finish this." Tomura orders as his gunner crews take aim. Izuku has his eyes closed as the cannons all aim at him. He takes his stance and lets his arms flow before bringing them to his side.
The audience is shocked to see the panda trying to do what they saw as a simple exercise to defeat a fleet of ships with firework fueled cannons. With the two who's other selves actually knew the technique wondering if it could be of greater help. With Eri holding her panda plushy tight and hoping the other Deku would be okay.
'Maybe….. he's looking to evade until they run out of ammo?' Izuku thinks while gulping. Aizawa wonders this as well, while questioning if the others could recover and sabotage the ships while they are focused on the panda.
"Fire!" the mad peacock orders. The shot is launched directly at Izuku. He sees it as the metal ball of fire at first, but he then begins imagining it as a drop of water. 'Inner peace.' Izuku thinks before cupping his hand. Catching and redirecting the ball of death away from him.
Jaws drop and eyes were wide at seeing the panda use inner peace to deflect the attack. "Okay… so does this mean…. That kung fu actually can beat a cannon?!" Mineta says while tilting his head to the side. The human counterparts of the Five though were wondering why they hadn't mastered this power.
Aizawa meanwhile was giving respect to his red panda counterpart. "He clearly understood more than I do." Nezu shakes out of his stupor before saying that he was surprised as well. "Not the first time I've been surprised, but I'm not upset by it!" the rodent says with a smile. All Might meanwhile did a quiet fist pump at seeing his pupil succeeding in a way to defeat the villain.
This shocks everyone watching as Izuku stands tall atop the remains of the ship. Izuku is smirking at Tomura. At least until he realizes his hand is on fire. He starts freaking out before trying to put it out. Culminating with him shoving his hand in his mouth.
Laughs are had once again at Izuku's expense. "Well I guess that is one problem! Grab a ball of fire to deflect it, get your hand set on fire!" Mashiro says with a laugh. Bakugo laughs before facepalming at the panda's actions. "You are LITERALLY surrounded by water! Why didn't you dunk your hand into it!" Izuku shrugs while chuckling at his other self's expense.
Tomura shakes out of his shock and tells his men to fire again. Izuku is less prepared and ends up tossing it into the air. And almost impacting on the remaining ships. "Yeah! Whoa!" Izuku says while slightly celebrating. And then dodging out of the way of another shot.
The marital artists in the audience are excited at seeing how the panda could turn his situation around. "If he manages to get the right kind of control! He can send their attacks right back at them!" Itsuka and Ojiro comment back and forth.
With Nezu and Aizawa nodding and the skill and capabilities seen. While All Might is praying that the panda would really put a stop to the mad peacock.
"KILL HIM! SOMEBODY KILL HIM!" Tomura demands as more of the wolves take aim. Izuku catches another fireball and rotates it around before sending it back towards the ships. He dodges another pair of shots before catching one and bouncing it back and forth between his hands before tossing it into the water.
"Okay now he's just showing off." Sen notes with a laugh. And before Monoma can start a rant, Itsuka threatens him with her enlarged hand. A few others laugh and cheer at the way the panda is fighting and get more excited as the fireballs are tossed away.
"Hey did anyone notice that the shots seem to be changing color?" Manga asks with a question mark appearing as his head. A few others take a closer look and see that he was correct. Tetsutetsu tilts his head to the side before saying, "wonder why that is?"
He continues to do this over and over with the shots. Until, with a fireball he rotated behind and over his back, he throws one more and it destroys a ship. With the civilians on the shore celebrating. "What?! NO! KEEP FIREING! KEEEEPPP FIREINGGGGGG!" Tomura shouts after Izuku taunts him.
"YEEEESSSS!" the audience cheers out at seeing the panda take out a ship with possibly its own cannonball. "Martial arts 101. Turn you opponents attack against them!" Ojiro says with a large smile. Bakugo meanwhile compliments Izuku on the good taunt. "Didn't have to be flashy. Just had to get the job done."
His largest cannon on his flagship is the next to fire. The bullet aimed dead center at Izuku. The panda takes his stance again before catching the largest ball of fire. It pushes him and his platform of debris back as he screams out.
Everyone was on the edge of their seats as the hero was pushed back by the force of the shell. With All Might and a few of the teachers gripping their armrests tight while praying that the panda holds on. "C'mon Panda Deku! Stop the bad bird!" Eri says while gesturing with her plushy. Making a few others coo at how cute she was.
Izuku then leaps into the air before coming back down and bouncing atop the remains of the ship. His body glowing and lighting up from the dispersing of the malevolence originally present. As he lands and spins, the yin and yang symbol appear with him. Izuku then lands on his feet before rotating once more. "SKADOOSH!" Izuku calls out as he throws the yellow fireball back down the barrel of the cannon that fired it.
Seeing the other Izuku turn into a ball of light and fire got everyone's eyes wide. With even more laughing at seeing the symbol he had shifted to while bouncing on the debris. "He is in balance. That is why he will win." Nezu says in a manner akin to her tortoise self while slowly nodding.
With the reciting of his finisher line from the last movie all of the teens were cheering. Especially when he throws the attack right back where it came from. "Skadoosh is right! Skadooshed him right into oblivion! Okay are we all just going to be repeating that line? It's kind of awesome, but I don't think it's right as a finisher for any of us."
The resulting impact causes the powder aboard to explode and be sent outwards. Lighting the powder on all the other ships one after the other. Until all that remains is the ruined remnants of Tomura's flagship.
Whistles are let out at how that one attack finished the entire fleet. With some commenting that he should have aimed for the main ship from the start.
The defeated peacock crawls up a bit while looking up towards the restrained remains of his ship and largest cannon. He looks over his destroyed fleet before asking, "How? How did you? How did you do it?" With Izuku behind him keeping an eye on his foe.
Nezu nods sagely before saying, "he choses not to let the past define him. Unlike you. Who lets it continue to drag you down. So you lash out and attack everything in an attempt to ease your anger. But it never will."
The students look to the peacock and wonder if this was what motivated the villain in their world as well. That he was just a person who let a few actions make him want to destroy everything.
"You know, you just keep your elbows up. And keep the shoulders loose." Izuku answers honestly. But Tomura stops him. "How did you find peace? I took away your parents. Everything! I scarred you for life!"
Izuku just looks at Tomura before saying, "see that's the thing Tomura. Scars heal." When Tomura points out that wounds heal, Izuku agrees and ponders what scars actually do.
Most anime fall over at the panda answering the question literally before focusing back on what the peacock would say. Only to fall again at Panda Izuku's ramblings about what scars do. "Is this really the time for a tangent?" Kamakiri shouts out.
"You gotta let go of that stuff from the past cause it just doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is what you choose to be now." Izuku says as Tomura seems to be gaining an epiphany.
Izuku is hoping this get through to the villain and that he can put a stop to all of this. 'I wonder if I'll have to talk with our Tomura this way as well?' Izuku questions in his mind. Within it though he can feel the vestiges of the previous users seemingly agreeing with him. But a few give him the feeling that it wouldn't be that easy.
"Then I choose this!" Tomura shouts before pulling out some knives and attacking Izuku. The panda dodges back as Tomura attacks again. He swipes with his other wing before kicking with his talons. To dodge a few more strikes, Izuku slips down into a split before rolling backwards.
"That figures. Seems about right for a villain. Give him credit for not giving up though. Guess Midoriya will have to knock him out to finish this." The teens comment while the fight was going on. All Might and Nezu though have a different suspicion. Both coming to a sad conclusion.
The panda pushes the peacock away before getting cut across the cheek by the knives. Which Tomura throws when Izuku is far back enough. He kicks up a board to catch four of the knives as more fly past.
A few wince before cheering for Izuku as he continues to fight the mad bird. Hoping he can finish this before the ship sinks deeper into the water.
Tomura grabs a spear stuck in the wood and attacks Izuku again. Cutting more of the ropes as the panda evades again and again. The wood under the mass of metal cracking as the fight continues.
After Tomura slices another rope, Izuku rolls back to the edge of the remains of the ship. Both look up to see the cannon starting to fall. But only Izuku starts to run from it. Tomura closing his eyes as it falls to crush him. Accepting his fate and loss.
Some of the students are confused at the final end to the villain. "He chose to end things with a fight. He wanted to just end it, but I think he also knew the panda wouldn't finish him." Nezu says with a sad look.
All Might speaks up next with, "he felt he would never be able to move past what happened to him. So he chose to go out his own way." The heroes looked down while thinking on a few villains who did the same in their own pasts. Even the Big 3 contemplate this while watching the video. And the first year students wonder if they will come against villains like that as they grow older.
When the cannon impacts, more of the remaining powder goes off and sends the panda flying. But he resurfaces a few seconds later. The Five and the other masters had gotten aboard a small ship, and Tiger was the first to lend a hand to his friend.
"That was pretty hardcore." Tiger compliments. Only to be surprised when Izuku hugs him. Causing yet another jaw drop from Crane and the others. He sets the suddenly stiff tiger to the side after doing that as his friends rush him for hugs of their own.
Some look down while hoping the peacock might have found some peace at the end with the dropping of the cannon. Others worry more about the panda until he resurfaces. But all are glad the threat is over and Tomura was defeated.
Laughs are had at the Tiger's reaction to getting hugged before agreeing that all of their other selves probably needed one after everything that happened. "C'mere Bakubro! You need a hug man!" Kirishima says while one arm hugging Katsuki. Who just gives him a small explosion to the face. For once not screaming at him.
Aizawa comes forward last before saying, "it seems you have found inner peace. And at such a young age." The last piece said with a touch of resigned jealousy. "Well I had a good teacher." Izuku says before bringing Shifu in for a hug. Only to be surprised when the red panda had disappeared and was standing behind him.
"Yeah he seems to be figuring out quite a few things that takes much longer for the others. Let alone my red panda self." Aizawa says with a sigh. But it changes to a laugh when his other self dodges a hug to surprise them all once more.
From the remains of Tomura's ship, fireworks start blasting out and lighting up the sky. At one point resembling the fallen peacock in white sparks. Possibly a sign of the fallen prince finally being at peace. The soothsayer looking on in happiness as a firework of the Yin and Yang light up the sky.
Eri and a few others 'oooh' and 'aaahh' at the sight of the fireworks. With some bowing there heads at the thought that the peacock's fireworks could be used for joy rather than conquest at the very end.
The scene cuts to the Valley of Peace and Mr. Ping's noodle shop. Where he is apologizing that Izuku wasn't there to a boy who was hoping to meet the Dragon Warrior for his birthday. "When do you think he'll be back?" the mother asks.
Only for Ping to break down and start crying. "I don't know! Okay, I don't know! Maybe never! I mean I worry okay? But that's my job I'm his dad. At least I was his dad…. Why did he have to go and save China?! I know why, but Why? Just one little panda."
Mina and a few others let out a sad 'awes' at seeing the goose sad. While Todoroki once again wonders if this would be what his own father would be like. If another member of their family went missing or died.
All Might meanwhile blushes a bit at his other self's fatherly actions. But at the same time, he does see it a bit with how he sees their Izuku. And wonders if he would be like this if he actually had a son.
The little boy's face lights up as he looks to the front of the restaurant. Where Izuku was standing while holding some boxes of radishes. Ping runs over and grabs onto the big panda. "So how did it go? Did you save China?"
While the common thought is to say 'what do you think?' others are willing to wait and see where this could go. Though Aizawa does facepalm and thinks, 'if he didn't he probably wouldn't be there. But it's probably better I don't say that right now.'
When Izuku confirms he did, Toshinori mentions that he has some special signs made for a new sale he was pitching for dumplings. When the goose asks if Izuku wanted one, the panda stopped him. "Maybe later. There's something I should tell you. While I was gone….. I found the village where I was born. I found out how I ended up in that radish basket. I know who I am."
The audience laughs at how business focused the goose version of All Might was. Though they did agree it was a good slogan. But when the panda starts to talk about what he found, this makes a few choke up and wonder what the other Izuku has to say about it.
When Toshinori asks him who he was Izuku only has this to say: "I'm your son." The two come together with a hug before Izuku tells his dad he loves him. "I love you too son." Ping says while choking up a bit.
A few tears are let out at the happy moment between the duo. "The sweetness is back, but this time it won't make my teeth hurt." Mina says between a few sniffles. Toru, Pony, and Kinoko agree with her while drying their own eyes. While Izuku only has some minor tears welling up at what was said.
After hugging for a bit, Ping takes note of the fresh radishes Izuku had brought and telling Izuku he'll make him something. "What are you talking about? I'll cook. No, no. I'll cook. Dad. Well it's the least I can do. You saved China after all. No, it's the least I can do. You raised me. Izuku. Dad. Izuku. Okay. Lets both cook. Together. Together… No I'll cook." Izuku and Ping say back and forth while walking to the kitchen. Izuku pulling out his old toy from infancy.
"That's nice. A father and son wanting to cook for each other. Or rather the dad just focusing on his skills cooking. No he just wants to spoil his son a bit." The students talk about back and forth. With some others wanting to know what happened back in Gongmen.
But this is when Tamaki brings up a different point. "I know….. we're kind of supposed to assume that other Midoriya is the last panda. But what if there are more of them? Do you think he'll search for them?" This set of questions brings the murmuring to a halt as they all start to wonder the same.
The view pulls back and passes over mountains and valley. Through the sky until it stops at a shrine topped peak. Where a large person with a green shawl is meditating. The person turns to the side and reveals themselves to be, a panda!
Eyes are wide again but everyone snaps out of it quick thanks to Mirio. Who slapped Tamaki on the back before saying, "you guessed right that there were more still alive!" Nezu hums for a moment and wonders how this could play into things for later. While All Might has a minor moment where he questions if this was someone important to Izuku.
The panda looks on in shock before saying, "my son is alive!" The view then shifts to a new village. With a few more pandas planting crops tilling the soil. Hidden away from the rest of the world. And the screen cut to the credit.
While a few are enjoying the music, more are concerned about the last piece shown for the video. "Guess panda Izuku will be going out to find his people." Tamaki says before Nejire starts on all of her questions about the state of things in that world.
Izuku though picks up on one specific question she asked. 'Why didn't his panda father try to find him?' Shoto puts it a bit bluntly by saying, "he may have just thought that his son was dead after his wife died."
This brings a lot of people down and some give him a look as if to say, 'way too blunt'. The teachers meanwhile wonder why it was now that the panda suddenly knew that his son was alive. "Probably some mystic kung fu reason. We shouldn't think too hard about it." Mic says with a shrug. And while Aizawa wants to deny it, he also sees it as a rational reason.
Before more questions could start, the screen lights up again. While most are hoping they would get right to the answers to their questions, the screen lighting up shows a different aspect. When did it start? When did I know….. that I was falling for him? When was it that she had my interest? The screen then shows a few of the teens as they seemed to be thinking on ideas of love or where they stood with a significant other.
"Oooohhh! This one could be a lot of fun!" Mina squeals while looking at the screen. Bakugo and a fair number of the guys though seem annoyed at the shift to something pointless. Izuku though blushed when he saw himself as one of the people of admiration or love. With Ochaco blushing as well
Is this right? Should we go this far? I know what I have to do. As these questions are played others are shown taking actions and trying to help their partners. Or being inspired by their actions and using that to push them to save more people.
The screen then cuts to black with a sign to tell that it won't be shown until later. "Aaahhh! Really?! No! I want to see who's crushing or acting on crushes!" Toru exclaims with Mina right beside her. Though Nezu clapped his paws and told them all they had class in the morning. While also warning Aizawa that he had to pay up tomorrow. To the teacher's chagrin.
It was time for a break anyway so I'll leave this off for a little bit. But I am glad I finally got this done! I like the movies but I just couldn't get the motivation to finish writing this right away. But at least it is done and now I can start on some other stories.
The next one will be… well frankly me pulling from a few of my own multiverses and the romance bits I've built up in those stories. I know there aren't that many who have probably read them but it felt like a good side one to use to shift tone a bit.
Oh and Laughingman, there'll probably be some new multiverse ideas in the future. So keep an eye out for those. Same for MixMass, as I may get around to some of the ideas we discussed. Please review!
