Hey everyone, I'm a huge fan of My Adventures with Superman and I would love to see Batman appear in the show but a comment from the producer makes me unsure if that will happen or not so I decided to make my own take on it this takes place after season 1 and during year 2 of batman's career but it will have some inspiration from the Superman animated series episode world's finest enjoy

Chapter 1: A Bat in Metropolis
On a dark night in Gotham City a group of gangsters holding suitcases meet up in an alley. The bosses were in the center of the groups the one on the left was a man in his early 30s with black hair wearing a black causal suit with a white corsage and the one on the right was a man about the same age with brown hair wearing a gray causal suit and a red corsage.
"ok Maroni do you have the guns?" asked the Gangster.
"yeah, Thorn, we got them," said Maroni.
"show them to me," said Thron. "not until you give me the money," said Maroni.
"the guns first then you'll get your money," said Thron.
Maroni snapped his fingers and one of the thugs grabbed a suitcase and walked up to Thron and gave him the suitcase. Thron opened the suitcase and looked at the guns inside.
"perfect," said Thron.
Just then 3 pellets dropped from above and covered everything in smoke and a batlike figure dropped down from the rooftops right behind the thugs.
"who's there?" asked one of the thugs scared.
"oh man it's him Batman," said the second thug scared.
the thugs took out their guns and aimed them in random directions. Just then bat shaped projectiles hit thugs hand causing them to drop they're guns. The Batman lands a few punches at 2 of the thugs knocking them to the ground. The third thug picks up his gun and tries to shoot Batman. Batman dodges the bullets and lands a punch at the third thug knocking him out.
Maroni and Thorn took out their guns as Batman approached them Maroni and Thorn aimed their guns at Batman. Batman threw 2 bat shaped projectiles at Maroni and Thron causing them to drop their guns Maroni and Thron see Batman walking up to them and make a run for it but Batman throws 2 pairs of balls that wrap Maroni and Thron in wires and knock them to the ground.
"less guns on the streets the better," said Batman.
Batman looked at the guns and inspected them and saw how futuristic they looked.
"hmm these guns are very strange," said Batman.
Meanwhile at Arkham Asylum a guard was checking various cells when he came across the last one as he looked through the barred window of the door.
"huh," said the guard as he took out his keys and placed one in the keyhole of the door and opened it.
The guard entered the cell and saw that it was empty.
"oh no not again," said the guard.
Outside the Asylum a white skinned figure is laughing insanity in the night
"now it's time to have some fun," he said.
Later the next night in a giant subterranean cave with a computer in the center of the cave with a black chair in front of it and a lab on the second floor with a table with gadgets on it.
The Batman came down a stairway in the cave and a middle-aged man wearing a three-piece suit that consisted of a black jacket over a marron vest and a white long-sleeved shirt walked up to him. The Batman removes his cowl revealing the face of a 23-year-old man with black hair.
"good evening master Bruce," said the man.
"thank you, Alfred," said Bruce.
Just then the cave's computer turned on. Bruce sat down at the computer and pulled up some info.
"The Joker escaped from Arkham," said Bruce.
"oh, my that's the third time this month," said Alfred.
"hmm he stole the guns that Marconi and Thorn were selling last night," said Bruce.
"why would the crime clown be after guns?" asked Alfred.
"I'm not sure but it seems like the guns originated from Metropolis so that's where he's likely heading," said Bruce. Bruce suddenly had a thought.
"Alfred doesn't Bruce Wayne have a trip to Metropolis scheduled?" asked Bruce.
"yes, he does," said Alfred.
"well, then I'd better start packing," said Bruce.
A week later in Metropolis. In the apartment of Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen. Clark wakes up gets dressed and sees Jimmy on his phone.
"hey Jimmy," said Clark getting his attention.
"huh oh hey Clark," said Jimmy.
"what's going on?" asked Clark.
"I'm looking at a post from Gotham about The Batman," said Jimmy.
"The Batman?" asked Clark.
"there have been rumors about him for two years now," said Jimmy. "huh really," said Clark.
"yeah, some guys say he's some giant bat creature but I think he's a vampire," said Jimmy.
Jimmy showed Clark the article.
"huh looks interesting how come I never heard about him before?" asked Clark.
"most people think he's myth," said Jimmy. "really?" asked Clark.
"yeah, but there have been tons of sightings," said Jimmy.
Just then there was a knock at the door.
"that must be Lois," said Clark.
Clark opened the door and saw Lois standing outside.
"hey Lois," said Clark.
"hey Clark," said Lois.
"so, you ready for work?" asked Clark.
"yep, first day as reporters," said Lois.
"hey Jimmy, you ready?" asked Lois.
"huh oh yeah I'm ready," said Jimmy.
"what's up with him?" asked Lois.
"he's reading a report on The Batman," said Clark.
"that vigilante in Gotham?" said Lois.
"yeah apparently Jimmy come on," said Clark.
"huh oh yeah coming," said Jimmy.
Later Clark, Lois and Jimmy walked to the Daily Planet where Clark and Lois saw Jimmy looking at his phone.
"still looking at the post?" asked Clark.
"yeah it's so cool we might have actual proof of The Batman," said Jimmy.
"huh really?" Lois asked.
"yeah someone posted that he took down a weapons deal last night," said Jimmy.
"huh really," said Lois.
"yeah you want to check it out?" asked Jimmy.
"no thanks I'm good," said Lois.
Later Clark, Lois and Jimmy went inside the Daily Planet.
Later they went inside the newsroom where they saw everyone working. When suddenly Perry White came in.
"Kent Lane Olsen my office now," he said sternly. Clark, Lois and Jimmy went inside Perry's office very worried.
"um Mr. White please whatever happened we're really sorry," said Clark.
"relax you aren't in trouble," said Perry.
"really?" asked Clark.
"yes in fact I have an assignment for you three," said Perry.
"really what?" asked Lois getting excited.
"a Gotham billionaire Is arriving today I want you meet him," said Perry.
"really who?" asked Clark.
"Bruce Wayne CEO of Wayne Enterprises," said Perry.
"Gotham's most eligible bachelor?" asked Lois.
"I've heard he has quite the night life," said Jimmy with a smirk.
"easy now he's also Gotham's favorite son he's donated millions to charities all throughout Gotham," said Perry.
"so, you want us to meet his plane," Clark guessed.
"yeah and hopefully get an interview," said Perry.
"so why is he coming to metropolis?" asked Lois.
"his company is doing a project with Stars labs," said Perry.
"huh really what kind?" asked Lois.
"I don't know Star Labs hasn't given out any details about it," said Perry.
"well don't worry chief we're on it," said Lois.
"don't call me chief now get going," said Perry.
Clark, Lois and Jimmy were suddenly let out of Perry's office. Later at Metropolis Airport
"Bruce Wayne's private jet should be here any minute," said Clark.
Clark, Lois and Jimmy see a plane land.
"there it is," said Jimmy.
"this is it we are about to interview one of the most important people in Gotham City," said Lois excitedly.
The plane's door opens and Bruce walks out and goes down the airstairs.
"oh my gosh he's coming," said Lois franticly.
"calm down," said Clark.
"but we're about to interview Bruce Wayne one of the most important people in Gotham we need to make a good first impression," said Lois.
"well, your off to a great start with the flattery," said a voice.
Lois turned around and saw Bruce Wayne behind her.
"oh um Mr. Wayne," said Lois stumbling back surprised.
"please call me Bruce," insisted Bruce.
"oh, um ok," said Lois awkwardly.
"so, I take it you're the reporters from The Daily Planet," said Bruce.
"uh yes I'm Lois Lane this is Jimmy Olsen and this is my boyfriend Clark Kent," said Lois.
"Mr. Wayne it's nice to meet you," said Clark Kent offering his hand out.
"a pleasure," said Bruce shaking Clark's hand.
"so ready to get started on the interview," said Lois.
"sure, but how about we go somewhere more appropriate," said Bruce.
Later Clark, Jimmy, Lois and Bruce went to a restaurant in Chinatown.
"so, I understand you three are here to ask me some questions," said Bruce.
"um yes, yes we do Mr. Wayne I uh I mean Bruce sorry Bruce," said Lois getting a little flustered.
Bruce chuckled at Lois.
"it's alright there's no need to be nervous," said Bruce.
Lois calmed down after hearing that and took out her tape recorder.
"well first off Bruce and what kind of deal are you doing with S.T.A.R Labs?" asked Lois.
"well, I can't say much but I will say that what we're working on is something very revolutionary," said Bruce.
"huh interesting," said Lois.
Jimmy suddenly sits down next to Bruce
"so, Bruce what can you tell me about the mysterious Batman?" asked Jimmy.
"you mean Gotham's local legend?" asked Bruce amused.
"yeah I heard a lot about him online," said Jimmy.
"well, I wouldn't know I don't really pay attention to him," said Bruce.
"huh well ok," said Jimmy.
"now is there anything else?" asked Bruce.
Just then there was a scream outside and Clark, Lois and Jimmy turned and saw people running as a car was speeding very fast.
"um excuse me I um have to go," said Clark as he headed outside.
Clark ran into an alley and looked around and saw no one was around and changed into Superman and flew off
The car kept driving through the road nonstop at high speeds and people ran out of the way so they wouldn't get hurt when suddenly a little girl ran into the road after her puppy the little girl saw the car and had a terrified look on her face as she held her puppy tight when Superman appeared right in front of the car and stopped it with his bare hands and turned to the little girl.
"are you ok?" asked Superman.
The little girl nodded and Superman smiled in relief and then he turned and walked over to the car.
"your story better be good," said Superman as he opened the door to the driver's seat and he found the driver catatonic with a huge smile on his face.
"wha what happened to him?" Superman asked himself confused.
Superman placed his fingers on his neck and his eyes widened with worry
"his pulse is dropping fast I need to get him to a hospital," said Superman
Superman grabbed the man in a bridal style and flew off towards the hospital while Lois and Jimmy watched from behind him with Bruce.
"so that's the famous Superman," Bruce commented impressed.
"um yeah that's him," said Jimmy.
"impressive isn't he," commented Lois.
"yes he is I knew Vicki was wrong about him," said Bruce.
"you know Vicki Vale?" asked Lois surprised.
"we have history," said Bruce.
"more of your night life," said Jimmy.
Bruce chuckled.
"yeah you could say that" said Bruce.
Bruce looked at his watch and saw the time and he also saw Alfred drive up in his limo.
"well, this has been interesting but I'm needed at Star Labs," said Bruce.
"um wait can we continue the interview some other time?" asked Lois.
Bruce smirked at Lois.
"I'll check my schedule," said Bruce.
Bruce gets in his car and it drives off.
Inside the limo Bruce thought about what he saw.
"well, that was an interesting sight to see wouldn't you agree Master Bruce," said Alfred.
"yes that driver he was clearly affected by Joker's toxin," said Bruce.
"but that means," Alfred realized.
"the Joker's here," said Bruce.
"so, what of that Superman fellow will we be gaining his assistance?" asked Alfred.
"I don't know yet," said Bruce.
"well, I know that Ms. Vale was quite critical of him in her article but we saw during that incident in metropolis that he does indeed mean well," said Alfred.
"maybe but I'm not sure if we can completely trust him," said Bruce.
"if your sure master Bruce," said Alfred.
"besides right now I need to find The Joker," said Bruce.
Later that night at Suicide Slum some gangsters were eating dinner at a diner.
"so, boss did you hear what happened to Nicky?" asked one of the gangsters.
"yeah kinda strange," said the boss.
Just then The Joker burst in the room.
"Michael Bronski my old pal why I haven't seen you wait I've never seen you before you should get out more," said Joker.
"who this clown supposed to be?" asked Micheal.
"oh, not clown Joker," said Joker taking out a joker playing card and threw it on the table causing it took get stuck.
"what do you want?" asked Micheal.
"well I just arrived in town and I need a place to hang my coat," said Joker hanging his coat on the coat rack.
"try a hotel," said Micheal.
"oh, but your place is homier," said Joker.
Michael turned to his men.
"get rid of this guy," Micheal ordered.
Micheal's men took out their guns and Joker took out more of his playing cards and threw them at Michael's men getting them stuck in their hands and causing them to drop their guns and Joker walked up to Micheal.
"why Micheal I think this diner's spicy food has given you a little gas," said Joker as he pointed his flower at Micheal.
Gas came out of Joker's flower and Micheal started laughing uncontrollably until he collapsed on the floor comatose with a huge grin on his face.
"well looks like you guys need a new leader and I nominated me," said Joker.
Michael men looked at each other nervously.
"just to show there are no hard feelings I bring gifts," said Joker grabbing a crate from outside.
Joker opened it revealing high tech lasers and guns much to the thugs surprise
"so, any objections?" asked Joker sinisterly.
Meanwhile at the Metropolis General Hospital Superman was looking over at the driver of the car when the doctor walked in.
"how is he?" asked Superman.
"well, he's alive but it seems like he's just trapped in his own mind," said the doctor.
"is there anything you can do for him?" asked Superman.
"I don't know," said the doctor.
The doctor leaves and Lois and Jimmy walk in.
"the poor guy," said Lois.
"I wonder who did this to him," said Superman.
"I think I know," said Jimmy.
Jimmy takes out his phone and pulls up an article of the Gotham Gazette
"remember when I told you about The Batman?" asked Jimmy.
"yeah," said Superman.
"well after he appeared a lot of costumed criminals appeared too one of them called himself The Joker and one of his signature motifs is leaving his victims catatonic with a smile on his face when he commits his crimes," said Jimmy.
Jimmy showed Lois and Superman various articles involving the Joker and his crimes all of them had pictures of people with smiles on their faces just like the driver.
"so, then The Joker is in Metropolis?" asked Lois surprised.
"looks that way judging by this guy," said Jimmy looking at the driver.
"then we need to find him," said Superman.
"we also need to find out why he's here," said Lois.
The next day at Star Labs Bruce was meeting with some scientists in the main lab.
"Mr. Wayne I'm so glad you're here," said the lead scientist.
The lead scientist was a man in his late 50s wearing glasses he had grey hair and a grey beard and mustache and he was wearing a collared shirt with a lab coat over it and brown jeans he had a grey necktie around his neck.
"well Professor Hamilton I here to see results on the project," said Bruce.
"yes of course come with me," said Professor Hamilton.
Professor Hamilton led Bruce to the lab where the science team was working on a robot with four insect-like legs.
"as you know Mr. Wayne after Amazotech went bankrupt Star Labs bought up much of their assents and technology," said Dr. Hamiliton.
"and I see Star Labs is putting them to good use," said Bruce.
"yes and as you can see we have used a lot of the tech in the robot as well as lot of Wayne Tech the legs will allow the robot to move through any kind of environment and scanner will allow it to detect any kind of obstacle in its path," said Dr. Hamiliton.
"well, I'm very proud of the work both of our teams have done these robots will be perfect unmanned space travel and research exhibitions that are too dangerous for humans," said Bruce.
"actually Mr. Wayne there might be another uses for these robots," said A voice.
Bruce and Professor Hamilton turned around and saw a tall well-built man and Bruce noticed that he kind of resembled Clark Kent.
"and you are?" asked Bruce.
"Hank Henshaw," said the man introducing himself.
"he works in Star Labs PR department," said Professor Hamilton.
Bruce shook Hank's hand and they turned to the robot.
"so, Mr. Henshaw what exactly did you mean when you said there could be other uses for the robot?" asked Bruce.
"well, I showed your robot to some friends of mine in the military and they were very interested in it," said Hank.
"oh really," said Bruce.
"yes I think with a few modifications Star Labs and Wayne Tech can weaponize the robots for combat purposes," said Hank as he pulled out his tablet with modified blueprints of the robot and showed them to Bruce and Professor Hamiliton which was the same robot but with a turret on its left shoulder.
"except I won't allow that," said Bruce.
Hank looked at Bruce in shock when he heard that.
"what?" asked Hank.
"I don't like guns Mr. Henshaw," said Bruce.
"well Bruce shouldn't Star Labs have a say in this?" asked Hank.
"not according to our contract any and all technological applications using Wayne Tech Assets need my approval first," said Bruce.
Bruce left Star Lab but not before turning back to Hank and smiling.
"it's nothing personal Hank just tell your friends in the military I just don't have their imagination," said Bruce.
Hank looked annoyed as Bruce left
Later that Night Clark, Lois and Jimmy were talking to workers at the pier.
"ok now tell us anything you know about The Joker," said Lois.
"um which one? there's a lot of Jokers here," said one of the pier workers.
Lois and Jimmy looked at each other annoyed when suddenly Clark saw a figure running on the rooftops.
"um we need to go," said Clark.
Clark grabbed Lois and Jimmy and walked them off.
"huh you ok Clark?" asked Lois.
"look up there," said Clark pointing to the figure on the rooftops.
"huh who is that?" asked Jimmy.
"I don't know but I'm going to check it out," said Clark.
Clark sped into the alley and was suddenly in his superman suit.
"not without us," said Lois.
Lois grabbed Superman's hand and Jimmy got on his back and Superman flew off after the figure.
Meanwhile at a nightclub a gangster was enjoying the music and dancing when he saw one of the waitresses.
"hey baby I need a refill," he said trying to hit on her.
Just then the window crashed and the figure came down on his table revealing it was Batman.
"hello Carlos, it's been a while," said Batman.
Carlos looked at Batman and he started to get nervous.
"I hear your boss Micheal's been replaced I want answers," said Batman in a threatening tone.
The thugs in the nightclub got out of their seats planning to fight but Batman knocked them out with a swift kick and he turned his attention back to Carlos but he was gone Batman turned around and saw Carlos heading for the door but as Carlos reached for the knob Batman threw a batarang at it and walked up to Carlos grabbing him by his shirt collar.
"now where's The Joker?" asked Batman intimidatingly.
"oh, who knows maybe he's having some ha ha's somewhere," said Carlos nervously.
Batman slammed Carlos into the door and tightened his grip on him.
"honest I don't know I haven't been back there since he took over I didn't want anything to do with that psycho clown," said Carlos terrified.
Just then Superman showed up and placed his hand in between them.
"ok I think you have your answer," he said calmly.
Lois and Jimmy were behind them and they both had shocked looks on their faces.
"woah it's really him it's Batman," Jimmy whispered to Lois excitedly.
"yeah," Lois whispered back.
Suddenly Batman grabbed Superman's arm and threw him across the room much to Lois and Jimmy's shock.
"Superman!," Lois called out worried.
Carlos was freaked out over everything but he saw his chance to escape and Batman was about to go after him but Lois and Jimmy blocked his way and Superman appeared in front of him.
"look I'm sure you mean well but I won't have some vigilante running around my home," said Superman.
"I'll be out of your hair just as soon I find Joker," said Batman.
"that might not be fast enough for us," said Lois.
Superman glared at Batman activating his x ray vision and he saw that it was Bruce Wayne behind the mask much to his shock.
"Bruce Wayne," said Superman surprised.
Lois and Jimmy were just as shocked by the revelation while Batman had a neutral look on his face.
"you peeked and you cost me valuable time," said Batman.
Batman dropped some smoke pellets and smoke covered the entire room.
"The Joker has gotten his hands on a ton of futuristic looking guns that could do a lot of damage to your city I thought you should know," said Batman.
"I can't see," said Lois.
Superman used his super speed and flew around the room in a circle and cleared up the smoke and Batman was gone much to his, Lois and Jimmy's surprise.
Later the trio went back to Clark and Jimmy's apartment still in shock over everything that happened.
"I can't believe it Batman is in Metropolis!" said Jimmy excitedly.
"not only that but Bruce Wanye is Batman do you know what kind of story that is," said Lois just as excited as Jimmy.
While Lois and Jimmy were talking about everything they saw Clark was lost in thought.
"you ok Smallville?" asked Lois.
"I'm just wondering he said that he's here because of The Joker but why is Joker here in the first place?" asked Clark.
"I'm not sure but he must be planning something big if he has stolen weapons," said Lois remembering what Batman told them.
"so, what now?" asked Jimmy.
"I'm not sure," said Clark.
Just then Lois noticed something on Clark's cape.
"hey Smallville, there's something on your cape," said Lois.
"huh really?" asked Clark.
Lois took it off and saw that it was some kind of device shaped like a bat.
"what is that?" asked Jimmy looking at the device.
Clark then looked out the window and focused on a distant building near his and Jimmy's apartment and saw something that shocked him.
"um guys you might want to see this," said Clark.
Lois and Jimmy looked out the window and they were as shocked as Clark when they saw Batman watching them with binoculars he smirked at them and did a boy scout salute at the trio and jumped down out of sight.
"well, this is a problem," said Clark.
