To say my boat ride on Claptrap's boat was unpleasant would be the understatement of the year, as Claptrap forgot to mention that his boat doesn't have a heater, I was freezing my butts off, and that the private quarters were dirtier than a boy's bathroom back at my school. Don't ask how I know that. It didn't help that Claptrap tried to lighten the mood by singing some old sea songs.

"We're whalers on the moon; we're whalers on the moon," the bot sings for the fifth time in a row

I swear I will try to kill myself if I hear that song again. Luckily, on this boat trip, I managed to upgrade Deathtrap Eye to a laser beam of death. Oh, I can't wait for anyone to try to kill me; they would be in a world of trouble.

So, after what seemed like forever, we managed to arrive on land.

"We're here, buddy," said Claptrapp

"Finally," I said

"Once you get to Sanctuary, tell the locals to set up a welcome party for me."

"What?"

"First the food, the second the babes because they'll be like 'oh what cute little robot I would gladly let you hump leg' third booze ever party need booze and fourth umm…crap I forgot."

"I'll make sure they know."

"But you didn't write anything."

"Don't worry, I'll remember what you want, and I gotta get going."

I quickly got out of whatever that conversation was, but then I heard vehicles driving, and I looked up to see a bridge destroyed. I overheard an Echo conversation.
"Sanctuary's off limits. You Bloodshots can stay in your hole." said a guy named Corporal Reiss

Then I saw a strange vehicle jump over the bridge.

"Oh! Good idea! I think we'll just turn around and head on back to our - DIIIIIIE!" said a Bloodshot member

"Awesome."

The chat ended, and Angel chimed into my Echo.

"Pandora is very dangerous," said Angel

"No kidding, already it's look I'm going to have my handsful," said I

"That's why you need a vehicle to get Sanctuary. There is a catch-a-ride station up to where the bridge is."

"Angel, I barely have a permit license, and I almost flipped the drive-ed car on its roof."

"It's either that or walking on foot and dealing with Bullymongs."

"Good point."

I headed toward the Catch-a-ride. I had dealt with a couple of Bullymongs that weren't too hard, and I didn't need Deathtrap's help. Weirdly enough, one of them dropped a light blue Hyperon pistol. Strange, but it was a lot better than Dahl's pistol, so I kept it. Once I got to the catch-a-ride, Angel told me.

"Try to digitize a vehicle,"

"Whoa, an unauthorized user is up in my grill!" said the station. "Are you trying to hack my Catch-A-Riiiide?! Uncool bro, uncooool." Then it lockdown

"Damn I mean, darn. It seemed that the men who control these things, like Scooter, had locked the station to prevent them from using it. He may be short of chromosomes, but he is a savant when it comes to vehicles."

"So what's I got to do?"

"I'm reading an inactive Hyperion bot in the Bloodshot camp. If you can attach its interface adapter to the Catch-A-Ride, I can hack the machine and get you a car."

"No problem. I wanted to test something out, and this is the perfect time to do it."

Angel put the Bloodshot camp on my map, which was next to the station, and at the entrance was a large skeleton of some god awful monster. I ran toward the base and undigitized Deathtrap, and the first thing he did was laser beam a couple of those bandits like it was nothing. I'm so proud. I fired a couple of shots with my new Hyperion pistol at a couple of Bloodshots and found the Hyperion Bot.

I took the adapter and got the hell out of the bandit camp with Deathtrap following me. I got back to the Catch-A-Ride, and Angel instructed me what to do.

"Alright, just attack the adapter to the machine, and I'll get you a free car."

I did put the adapter on the side of the Catch-A-Ride

"Executing phase shift."

In about thirty seconds, the Catch-A-Ride was back to working and ready for use.

"Now try to get a ride."

I picked a gray and brownish car called 'Runner,' and it digitizes on the pad. I hopped into the car. I hope my driving doesn't kill me. I drove the Runner since the bridge was out. I found the booster on the car, and I jumped and made it to the other side.

"Great, now head down to Sanctuary and meet Roland. He would want to meet the one who stared down Handsome Jack and live," said Angel

"I wouldn't say stare down, but thanks," I said

Now, let's see how much rubber I can burn off of this thing.
