The cell door fell on the ground, and I ran through the cell and came out of it through the hole the constructor made. On the other side, I saw a full-on war between the Bloodshots and Hyperion robots. The bandit clan was on the losing side.

Angel called me, "Gaige what's going on? Did you rescue Roland?"

"Almost did but this blue Hyperion constructor grabbed and now I'm trying to follow them."

"Oh god."

"Yeah it's a bloodbath, and I'm trying not to get into it with these guys."

"Alright, get Roland, and do not fight a cyborg named Wilhelm."

"Who?"

"Gaige, don't fight a giant cyborg."

There was panic in the voice. I never thought AI could be this emotional. I have to focus now.

"I won't fight Wihlem Angel and I'll get Roland."

"Be careful Gaige."

Then, two Hyperion loader bots noticed me and started shooting at me. I threw a grenade at them, blowing them up, but one of them, missing a torso, was still shooting at me. Put him down with my shotgun and find the exit. I flipped the switch and waited for the door to open.

Then I heard Flank Steak on the echo net. "What the hell is this Hyperion? I thought we were making a deal here. I would've taken 500 at this point."

"You have been rejected for Hyperion pay out," said a loader bot

Then, the echo call gets cut off by gunfire and Flanksteak's screams. The Bloodshot clan ain't going to be around after this. The door opened, and I saw the destruction of the Bloodshot clan base, with Hyperion shooting down loader bots and moon shots. The most important was Roland, who was now in a digital cage on top of the constructor.

He spotted and yelled out, "Get me off this thing."

I walked down the steps, changed into my sniper rifle, and started to pick off the loader bots. Then I spotted a few bandits jumping off the dam and noticed why they jumped off. A group of EXP loaders came running, and I threw a grenade at them, blowing them up into bits.

I run and shoot through the dam, trying to reach Roland. What was worse was this unexpected echo call.

"Listen, jackass, even if you rescued Roland. He's going backstab you along rest of those bandits in Sanucatury," said Handsome Jack

"He wouldn't."

"Don't be so sure about it."

Handsome Jack then hung up. Then, two strange loaders with spinning arms came around a destroyed building. I shot them, but my bullets bounced off of them. I brought out Deathtrap, and he slashed at them, cutting most of their upper parts. We made our way to a badass loader with machine guns and explosive turrets.

Deathtrap flew toward him, but the loader bot blasted him with turrets. I switched to my pistol and shot the turrets off the loader bot. Deathtrap blasted the bot with his eyes before he digitized it.

Lilith called me, and she panicked more than Angel did.

"Where are you?"

"Getting closer to Roland and near the end of the dam."

"Good, get to him, and I don't want to even think about what that bastard plans on doing to him."

"I got it, Lilith."

As I reached the end of the dam, I had to deal with many more loaders. Man, I wish I had a corrosive gun with me. I went to the ammo vendor, and I'd restocked myself fully and was ready to save Roland. I turned the corner to see not only the constructor and Roland but also a large golden statue of Marcus with multiple arms and guns and a big grin.

As much as I want to ask questions about the statue, I must stay focused.

Roland shouted, "Destroy this constructor, soldier."

I shot the most obvious weak point of the bot—the eye. The constructor then begins to make a couple of loader bots. Deathtrap wasn't ready to be unleashed yet, so I had to deal with these bots alone. Some of them tried to get close to me, but when I reloaded, it shocked these bots and gave me enough time to put down a grenade and move as it exploded. I switch to my assault rifle and shoot in the eye. The constructor made two repair bots and two badass loader bots.

My luck came into play as Deathtrap was ready to play. I got Deathtrap out, and he laser-beamed one of the badass loaders before it was finished. I swapped my pistol and shot down the repair bot. Then, I noticed Deathtrap move behind the badass loader and in front of the constructor. At the last second, he moved, and the badass loader unloaded to the constructor bot. I then threw a grenade at the two, and it took out the massive badass loader gun and did enough damage to the constructor bot to get Roland out of his virtual shackle and cell.

He jumped down, grabbed an SMG from the damaged loader bot, and killed it. I thought it was over for a moment, but more bots crashed down all around us.

"Let's finish, soldier," said Roland

"Hell, yes."

It was just me, Roland, and Deathtrap turning this end of the dam into a scrap heap of Hyperion bots. Roland threw down a turret that gave us a small shield, and Deathtrap took a group of exploding loaders.
