Chapter 13 is here!!! Sorry for the wait!!! I wanted to make sure this chapter was perfectly balanced and well. I wanted to say goodbye to old Squidface with an EPIC battle. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy!!
Chapter 13: Alternate Alien Part 2
Plumber Base
Hours before dimensional travel
Gwen and Hope were preparing to make the trip over to the next dimension to retrieve Ben. It had been at least three days since he had vanished and everyone was worried. That was until Paradox paid them a visit, telling them Ben was okay and where he was. He then gave them detailed instructions on the ritual they would have to do to travel over.
The duo were reading over the text after the Timewalker left. It was what they needed.
"Wow, Paradox was VEEEEERY specific." Hope said as she read it over.
Gwen shrugged. "He tends to be really detailed. Now, let's get ready for-"
"Momma Hope!!" A familiar voice said.
Hope turned around and saw Evie running to her, Ester holding her hand. "I'm sorry. She really wanted to come. We heard you were going to rescue Ben."
"And I wanna come with you!!" Evie said, stomping her little foot.
"It's probably dangerous-" Gwen was cut off by the stubborn child.
"No!! I wanna go help daddy!!" She huffed, pulling away from Ester, pouting and crossing her little arms. Damn, she looked just like her dad when irritated and upset.
"Sweetie it's not-" Charmcaster was cut off by her.
"I wanna go!!" She screamed as she stomped, throwing a tantrum.
Ester marched over. "Evelyn Ruby Tennyson, you do not get an attitude or raise your voice. You ask politely and do not interrupt adults when they are talking." She scolded her daughter in a motherly tone.
Evie looked down and then back to Hope and Gwen. "I'm sorry, Momma and Auntie Gwen…."
Hope picked up her daughter and hugged her. "It's okay, sweetie…I know you miss your daddy and things have been rough…you can come with us, but only if your other mother says yes."
Evie looked at Ester, her green eyes glistening. "Please?"
Ester nodded. "Of course. But only if I can come too." She smiled.
Hope put down Evie and walked over to Gwen. The two sorceress's began to chant the spell, opening a blue and pink portal.
Gwen took a deep breath. "Let's bring him home." The group walked through…
Present Moment
Ben was face to face with Vilgax. His doppelgänger was beside him, along with Evie and Lumi. The air was tense as the portal flared behind them.
The alternate version of Gwen and Hope were ready to fight but Ben looked. "No...this is our fight. You've done your job. Evacuate this place and make sure no one is left behind.
The two girls nodded. "Be careful." A. Gwen said and the two ladies left to evacuate the bunker.
"It's Hero Time…" Ben said as the four wielders dialed in their aliens.
Ben transformed into Rath, who basically looked the same, but his eyes were yellow instead of green and he wore the white and black uniform Ben's old aliens used to wear. The Omnitrix dial was also white instead of green, as Ben's Omnitrix was more retro.
His counterpart had transformed into Cannonbolt, who about looked the same except for some sharper teeth.
Lumi transformed into her Tetramand form she called Redwind, named after her mother.
And Evie had transformed into her Loboan form she called Luna.
Rath growled. "LEMME TELL YOU SOMETHING, VILGAX!!! TODAY RATH WILL SLICE YOU INTO CALAMARI!!!" He roared and charged.
Cannonbolt rolled into a ball and charged behind with the kids.
Luna sent a sonic screech alongside Redwind, who smacked her hands together to make a thunderclap.
Vilgax growled as the waves hit him, but he stood tall. Rath tried to slash, but Vilgax grabbed him and used him to swat away Cannonbolt, sending both of them smack into a wall.
Redwind and Luna ran forward. The Tetramand growled. "You do not hurt daddy!!" She threw a punch, but Vilgax caught her top arms and took the hits from her bottom two. "Insolent child!! You think you can defeat Vilgax the Conqueror?!"
Redwind chuckled. "I'm just the distraction."
Vilgax lifted an eyebrow and turned around as Luna slashed his eye, making him growl in pain. He grabbed Redwind and used her to beat Luna, causing the alien to whimper. He then kicked her away and threw Redwind. The girls turned back to their normal forms, hurting. Evie groaned. "That big jerk!!" She turned into her Crystalsappian form. "Amyfyst!!" She looked like a more feminine version of Chromastone with a pink and blue uniform. She charged towards Vilgax, firing her crystal beams.
Lumi was wiped out from Vilgax's attack as she had never been hit with power like that.
Vilgax blocked the attacks from the little girl and growled. "Just like your father. An annoying little pest!!!" When Evie got in reach, he grabbed her by her head and slammed her into a wall. He then swung her and threw her across the room. The girl hit the ground with a crack and crunch. She turned back to her normal form, all beaten and bruised.
Evie cried out. "Daddy!!"
That sound made Ben get right back up. He turned human and looked at his counterpart, an angry expression on his face. "Get the girls to safety. Go through the portal because this place is going to be a death trap."
"But what about you?" A. Ben asked.
Ben removed his Omnitrix. "I am going to kill him." He said as he approached Vilgax.
The other Ben helped the girls up and went towards the portal. But not before taking the Omnitrix for safe keeping.
Evie cried. "Daddy no!!"
"I'll be okay, lovebug." He smiled as they went through the portal.
On the other side, everyone was waiting. Max, Kevin, Gwen, the girls, and other Plumbers ready to take down Vilgax, even Retsu.
The other Ben came through the portal.
The Plumbers took aim.
"Don't shoot!!" Max said. "It's...Ben?"
"Almost, Grandpa. I'm not your Ben." A. Ben said.
He gave Max the Omnitrix. "He told me you might wanna hold onto this."
Retsu saw this and said. "It seems he is relying on his strength…"
Max nodded. "Let's hope he knows what he's doing."
Evie saw her mothers and ran to them. They examined her over and saw her bruises.
"Who did this?" Helen asked.
"I will grind their bones into dust!!" Looma said.
"It-it was that mean squid man..." Evie held onto Attea.
"Wait...if that's not our Ben...then where is he?" Shar asked.
"I will show you." A voice said.
Everyone looked and it was Paradox. He opened a window in the time stream so everyone could see the fight. "I have so been looking forward to this." He had a smile on his face.
Ben had removed his shirt, shoes, socks and pants, leaving him in these red shorts. He was wrapping his hands in these bandages. "No aliens, no weapons, nothing. Just raw brutality, Vilgax. Today, we're going to end this war once and for all."
Vilgax chuckled. "Indeed we will, boy. 13 years…and it will end today." He had that evil smirk.
Ben threw a punch at Vilgax, hitting him in the jaw. Vilgax retaliated by hitting Ben right on the face, sending them flying backwards towards the bunker walls with loud crash.
"Grandpa is not going to be happy when he sees that bunker..." A. Ben said as he watched with the group.
The two rivals were getting into it, almost tearing each other apart. Ben's injuries from their last fight had not fully healed so he was weakened in his human state. Yet that did not deter him as he was able to grab Vilgax around the waist and suplexed him, sending his head into the ground. Vilgax returned the favor by grabbing Ben's leg and pulling him to the ground. The hero got right back up as well as Vilgax. The tyrant extended his claws and charged at Ben, who delivered a swift kick to the monsters face.
Everyone was in shock as they watched Ben manhandle this supposedly powerful being. He grabbed ahold of Vilgax's chin tentacles and ripped them off, sending a green blood substance flying all over. Vilgax let out an angry growl, touching his chin.
Ben chuckled. "It certainly improved your looks."
"You will pay for that, you insect." The tyrant snarled.
"Bring it, Vilgeek."
The two clashed once again.
But then…
Vilgax got the upper hand and grabbed Ben by the neck. It was happening all over again. The strangulation.
Ben choked as he tried to free himself. Vilgax growled. "Die, you welp!!"
The hero began to lose consciousness, closing his eyes. Then…. memories began to flash. Of his family, friends, lovers, Evie…he remembered everything he had gone through and that…flipped a switch in his brain.
He was suddenly in space, surrounded by large entities. They looked like the Celestial Vilgax used to try and invade Earth.
"Where…where am I?" Ben said as he was floating.
"Ben Tennyson." One spoke. "You have given everything to protect the universe, whether it be yours or others. And now Vilgax attempts to escape punishment for perverting our kin. We bestow upon you…the power to defeat him once and for all. Use it well…Hero of Heroes. For you have one chance."
Ben nodded. "I won't let you down…"
"We know…now return. Save the universe as you have before."
His eyes opened, glowing red and a red glow around his body. It let out a huge burst of energy and sent Vilgax flying back.
Everyone watched with curiosity. Retsu smiled. "He's doing it…he's unlocked his powers."
Hope nodded. "The training paid off."
Vilgax groaned as he rubbed his head and looked up at Ben. His eyes widened. "What…is this?"
"Your demise, Vilgax…" Ben did a hand motion where he crossed his arms, his thumbs held out. "Domain Expansion……Celestial Judgement."
The two appeared in the void, surrounded by the Celestials. Vilgax looked around frantically. "What sorcery is this, welp??!!"
Ben simply levitated as he spoke in multiple voices. "Vilgax the Conqueror, you have perverted the very laws of nature and the universe. You have killed many innocent beings and brought devastation to the universe. Now you shall lay the ultimate price." Ben lifted his hand, emitting a red energy.
"Cursed Technique…Cosmic Destruction." A red blast fired that was so bright that everyone could not bear to see it.
Vilgax screamed as he was torn apart and blasted through the portal to Ben's home dimension. The remains splattered across the floor.
Gwen, Helen, and Julie nearly gagged.
Ben came through the portal with his eyes glowing. They eventually turned back to normal.
Max examined the remains and looked at Ben. "He's gone, son. You did it." The old man smiled.
Ben took a deep breath. "Good."
Paradox approached. "Fine work, my boy. You have finally brought balance to the universe."
"Good…and now…I'd like a break." Ben chuckled.
The Timewalker nodded and turned to the doppelgänger. "It's time for you to go home."
"This has been a great day...I won't forget it." A. Ben smiled.
Ben chuckled. "Yeah, we'll have to do it again sometime." He shook the hand of his counterpart.
"Maybe we can arrange a play date for the kids. Seems they are getting closer". A. Ben suggested.
"I'd like that. Oh and tell your Max that I'm sorry for destroying the bunker." Ben winced. "Got a bit carried away."
The counterpart smiled. "It's all good. But for now…we have to get home." He looked at Lumi, who was sitting and talking with Evie. "Let's go, sweetie. Your mom is probably worried."
Lumi got up and looked at her friend. "I had so much fun!! It was cool to fight with someone like me!!"
Evie giggled. "The best!!!"
Paradox stood at the portal. "Let us be off. I will repair any of the damage to your base. It will be like the battle never happened."
The father and daughter duo left through the portal with Paradox behind them, closing it once they left.
Evie held the plushie that Lumi gave her.
The Plumbers scooped up what was left of Vilgax and placed him into cryo.
"Make sure he stays there with Animo. It's time I put that chapter of my life behind me." Ben said as they carted the chamber away.
Then immediately he was tackled by the hugs of seven beautiful ladies.
"We missed you so much!!" Julie exclaimed.
"You worried us!!" Attea scolded.
Shar checked him over. "Are you hurt?" She asked noticing his wounds.
Looma held him. "We thought you were gone, beloved."
"Welcome home, babe." Ester beamed.
Helen held onto him. "You were so brave!!"
Mazuma smiled. "Amazing work, Ben!!"
Charmcaster chuckled. "You did it. Your training paid off."
Ben smiled. "Yeah…I guess I did."
Max walked over. "I think this belongs to you." He handed Ben his Omnitrix.
Ben slid it back in and smiled. "Feels good to have this back"
"Though I don't think you would after that little move you pulled on Vilgax. Practically shook the whole base." Max told him.
Ben sighed. "Unfortunately that was a temporary power boost. It gave me a timed boost for my magic. It's gone now and I will have to rely on what Hope already taught me."
Hope kissed his cheek. "And we will continue our lessons now that we have more time."
Attea then grabbed his arm. "But for tonight…you're ours~." She smirked.
The other gals had hungry eyes on him.
Max chuckled. "Come back tomorrow Ben. I'll let you rest tonight with your family. But when you get here, we have a lot to discuss."
Helen nodded. "If he can even stand tomorrow~."
Ben laughed nervously. "L-let's grab Evie and get home."
Julie went to the little girl. "Ready to go home sweetie?"
Evie nodded as she rubbed her eyes. She was too tired to speak.
The family made their way out of the base. The girls tried to make Ben get a medical exam, but he insisted he would be fine after a warm bath.
And that's exactly what he did when he got home. He made sure Evie was okay and got her a bath. Afterwards, she was dressed in her pajamas, eating chocolate and cotton candy ice cream as she watched the Muppets. "Ba dum dum badum um Menomana." She sang with ice cream in her mouth. Ship was wagging his tail as he curled up to his favorite person, besides Julie.
Julie giggled as she sat with her daughter. "You'll always be my first baby." She petted him. Ship chirped. "Ship, ship!!" Julie rested her other hand on her stomach. "Soon I'll be as big as a house…" She said softly to herself.
Attea was sitting in the chair closest to her. "It's fine. You're having a baby. First of us girls to have Ben's kids."
Evie looked at Attea. "But...I thought I was the oldest."
Ester chimed in. "You are, sweetie. We just mean the first of us girls to have a baby. You'll always be the first one." She kissed the little girl's forehead.
Ben soaked in the tub as he closed his eyes. His body ached from that battle. The hero could still feel the powers given by the celestials. When he got out, he looked in the mirror as he examined the slash on his face. He sighed.
"You are still beautiful, my love." Shar said as she entered.
"You think so? It almost took my eye." He touched it.
Shar hugged him tightly. "I know so. Besides…it is not the looks, but the man...that is why we love you." She kissed his cheek.
Ben smiled and turned around. "You girls always know what to say."
Shar giggled. "We try."
The two kissed and held each other.
Soon after Evie was tucked in bed asleep, Ship snuggled at the foot of her bed, the girls practically dragged Ben into the room. They had so much planned for him. Mazuma had a devious smirk. "The things we are going to do~."
Thank lord they had the room sound proofed as he and the girls did some very freaky things all night, even into the early morning. After it was over, they all cuddled together.
Ben sighed as he smiled. "Gotta wash these sheets now…"
Ester mumbled. "Later…sleep now…"
And they fell asleep.
The next day, Ben came back to the base to see Max.
Rook and the old man were standing in front of the cryo chamber that the remains of Volga's were placed in.
"So…is the monster alive or did I kill him for good this time?" Ben asked.
"He is just barley alive. His heart is not beating but there's some brain activity." Rook explained as he checked the monitors.
Ben nodded as he sighed.
Max touched his shoulder. "You did the right thing, son. Vilgax was a monster who needed to die."
"Oh, I know that. I'm just pissed that I didn't finish the job." Ben explained.
Max nodded. "Look...I want you to take paid leave, Ben. You've been hard at work these last few months and you need to spend time with your family. You have a baby on the way and you must prepare."
"Yeah…we need to find a bigger home if we're expanding the family."
Max smiled. "I have that covered for you all."
Ben's eyes widened. "Grandpa, you don't-"
Max raised his hand to silence Ben. "Consider it my gift for your weddings."
"How-"
"I know you, son." Max smiled. "Now, you and Rook go home to your families. Take them shopping for baby stuff tomorrow."
Ben and Rook looked at each other, gulping.
A man's biggest fear…shopping with women.
A day later….
Ben and Rook were dragged by Julie and Rayona to all the baby supplies stores. The other girls and Gwen joined as they loved this stuff too! This also meant Kevin would suffer too. Gwen had one twin on her front in a baby carrier and Kevin had the other twin strapped to his chest.
Julie and Rayona were just starting to show. The expecting mothers were looking at bedding.
"Oooo we need this!" Rayona said to Rook. "Please!" She said holding up an adorable baby blanket.
"Sure?" Rook was confused. "Why do girls get baby fever?"
Ben shrugged. "No clue, man. And I still gotta do it six more times." Which earned him a smack to the back of his head from Hope.
He groaned as he rubbed his head. "Sorry."
Ester came over with an adorable onesie. "Julie, look!! It's perfect for you!!"
Julie nodded eagerly and put it in the cart. Then a realization came upon her face. "I'll need maternity clothes soon too."
Gwen piped up. "I have some you can borrow, they are not cheap!"
Julie smiled, she got teary eyed. "Thank you so much!" She hugged Gwen.
Gwen smiled and hugged her back.
The girls looked at baby toys, cribs, clothes and more. The guys had to carry everything as well.
Shar looked at Rayona. "Perhaps we can have supplies shipped from Revonnah?"
Rayona nodded. "That is a fantastic idea!! Make it feel like home to the children."
Rook chimed in. "I will reach out and try to have them sent here."
Shar smiled. "Thank you, Blonko."
The girls walked out after the shopping spree, letting the men carry it all. They were dying carrying over a dozen bags. Mazuma took the twin from Kevin so he could help carry.
"Why do women shop for so much?.." Kevin panted.
"You tell me, man.." Ben groaned.
Thankfully, they had a break soon and got some lunch at this outdoor place. Mazuma sat with the babies so Kevin and Gwen could eat.
Gwen smiled. "This is a lot better. No alien invasion, no war, nothing. Seems like everything finally calmed down." She said as she drank her tea.
Ben nodded as he ate his burger. "You said it. With our bad guys locked away, it seems we can finally have normal lives."
Ester laid her head on Ben's shoulder. "But how would we?"
Ben smiled. "I…think it's time we tie the knot. All of us." He said as he looked at the girls, sitting around enjoying their lunch.
Helen blushed. "You…want to marry us?"
"Of course I do. So we can officially begin our lives together." Ben explained.
The girls smiled. Attea said. "Well, I accept."
"Me too." Ester held Ben's arm.
"I as well." Looma said.
Hope chimed in. "You better marry me too."
Helen giggled. "Me too."
Shar kissed Ben's cheek. "I accept as well."
Julie rubbed her stomach. "Obviously I accept."
The rest of them looked at Mazuma.
She smiled. "I would like to marry you as well. But please no big ceremony." She said as she fed Caroline.
Ben chuckled. "I can live with that."
"But you better be good to us, Benny. We outnumber you." Attea giggled.
Ben gulped.
And so it was decided. Wedding plans were underway.
The first one who would be married is…..

Hey!!! Sorry for the long wait!!! I got really busy recently. I hope this chapter was worth the wait!!! And now that Vilgax is gone, the story will be more lighthearted going forward. I'll still continue it, make no mistake. But it will probably be longer now due to the main threat being defeated. There will be more romance and lemons though. Hope you guys enjoyed!!!!
