Jan 01, 1348 AC
Right now, Alexander G. has been digging down when a meteor that's been hurling to earth
almost kills him. It kills most of his team though and their bodies have been mangled under the
rock. "Call the watchmen! Quick!" Alexander cries. 10 minutes later, The watchmen came 10
minutes later and observed the situation. "Mr. Fleetwood Mac! They're dead! "They're dead
alright. I'll call a medic, hold on." The medic is called and the miners continue observing the
artifact. Alexander rushes to Joel's house to tell him what happened, it's only a few blocks down
from the accident anyway. "Joel! Look at this artifact I found!" Alexander G. said, busting through
the door of Joel's house. Joel rolls out of bed to see what happened. "Dearest Joel, my team
perished from a space rock that contained very intriguing minerals. We do not know where it is
from, but we shall find out as soon as possible." Alexander G. explains to Joel. Joel then speaks
back to him, tired. "Wow. I wanna see that, let me get ready." They go back to the meteor and
Joel tries to touch it. "This thing feels odd. Almost if it's bending time and space. Bring me a
pick." The miners give him a pick and he slices off a shard of the meteor. He grabs the shard
and puts it in his pocket. "Shall we sell it or not?" Alexander G. asks the miners. They say yeah.
Joel stays at the site for a few more minutes before leaving to walk around town. "I'll be leaving
now. Don't forget to put it over 6,000 pounds, that's a gem you're looking at." Joel says while
walking off to stroll. He stops by the bar and decides to take a minute to see what's in there. He
walks in and sees men of many different shapes and sizes, all having their own conversations.
"Hello bar!" Joel says loudly as he walks into the bar. People look at him rather awkwardly but
he just trots into the building. He only orders tea. "Ordering tea all by itself?" A rather beautiful
man says, walking up to Joel. Joel looks flustered, thinking he said "Ordering tea all by
yourself?". "Yeah. What of it? Tea is a good drink y'know." Joel says, trying to play it cool, still
under the impression that he's flirting with him. "The name's Brando. Dionysus Brando." He
gives Joel his name because Dionysus thinks he's pretty special. "W-wanna get outta here?"
Joel says. Dionysus gives him a confused look. There's awkwardness in the air. They stand in
silence for a second. Joel realizes what just happened. "Shit. Nevermind, nevermind,
nevermind. I didn't mean that." Joel panics. "Hush. What's your name?" Dionysus says.
"Joestar, Joel Joestar." Joel replies. "No, I do not want to go outta here right now. Why'd you all
of a sudden blurt that out?" "Don't mind it." Joel grabs his tea and sips it. Their conversation
ends there. Dionysus goes to find another person to talk to.
Meanwhile the miners are breaking them down into split pieces to sell. Alexander sprains his leg
from the sharpness of the minerals. "Ow! Damnit!" He yells in pain, It stings a lot. The other
miners look at him and ask what's wrong. "It's nothing. I just sprained my ankle. This is really
sharp." Alexander says to the miners. They continue their work on the rock. 5 minutes later, Joel
goes to his house where he checks up on his father, Isiah Joestar. "Hey dad. I'm home. How are
you?... Dad?" He slowly opens the door but he gets not a greeting, but a goodbye. Isiah Joestar
was madly sick and refused to go to a clinic. Said events led up to this. Isiah Joestar, deceased
at 47 years old, to the black death. Joel runs down to him to check his heartbeat. He's not
having a good day. He goes into a fit of rage. Screams, cries, wrecks. He does serious damage
to the room, it's unnatural but goes unquestioned because of the mood he's in at the moment.
His father died, right at his feet, like his mother when he was five. After his fit of rage, he sits
there. He drags him to his backyard where he buries him and lays down some flowers for him.
He says a little prayer, wishing him well in the heavens above. He goes back into the house,
lays down, and goes to sleep. The sleep lasts until the end of the day. Life goes on.
