Here's a new story…rated for reasons, slight AU, OOC, selective character bashing implied…please enjoy the first chapter.

Iruma escorted Clara, Ameri, Elizabetta, Kerori and Narfa through the Black Forest as the five demonesses looked at him in confusion before Clara spoke, "Hey, hey Iruma-kins?" the small group stopped and Iruma looked at his female best friend in confusion, "Why are you here? It was just supposed to be me, Narfa, Nee-San, Kerori and Lady Redhair…is something-"

"Your mother called me, Clara, and asked me to make sure you get to your little hangout without any problems…so…yeah, that's what happened," Iruma looked at Narfa and slightly frowned, "I'm sorry to be rude, but…are you Narfa? You give off the same aura as she does, but the last time we met, you ran off when I-" Narfa silently nodded, "You're Narfa?" Narfa nodded again and Iruma hummed before he looked up, "You look better without your hood on…you get the show the Netherworld your beautiful face," the five stared at him with wide eyes as he began walking away, "We better get going,"

"Uh…r-right, but Iruma I'd like to have a word with you before you leave us," Ameri growled under her breath as they began following the blue-haired human.

OLB

The group came to an opened field where Iruma stopped and looked around with narrowed eye before the others looked at him as Elizabetta tilted her head to the side in confusion, "Is something wrong? You seem to be a little on edge, Iruma,"

"There's something here and it's not the friendly type,"

The five stared at him before Kerori shook her head and began walking away, "Maybe you shouldn't have agreed to walk us here, Iruma. You're going to be paranoid the whole trip an-" before she could finish, Iruma pulled her back as a large colony of bats flew towards the night sky, covering the light of the moon as the six looked up.

"A colony of bats in that quantity…it's almost unheard of," hearing dry eaves crunching and twigs snapping under the weight of someone's feet, the six jumped and looked back as a man with pale skin and piercing red eyes stepped out from the tree line.

"Ah, how long has it been since someone was foolish enough to intrude in my home?" the man spoke in a raspy voice as Iruma swallowed hard before standing between the man and the demonesses, glaring at the man with narrowed eyes, "My boy, you have no idea who you're going up against, do you?"

"I…it doesn't…you're a threat to everyone here and I won't let you hurt my friends," the man let out a raspy laugh as he shook his head and the others looked down at Iruma in confusion, 'Damn it…throughout my entire life I learned how to sense danger and how to avoid it, but if I run now, this old bastard might hurt one of the girls, if not all of them,'

"Iruma-kins…what are you doing?" Clara walked up behind Iruma and whispered in his ear, "What are you doing, Iruma-kins? We don't know this guy and we don't know if he can be dangerous o-"

"He is dangerous, Clara," he whispered back and the five stared at him with wide eyes, "Listen to me, all of you…I want you to turn around and run…I don't care whose house you go to, just run…get inside and lock all the doors and windows…I'll stall this bastard as long as I can,"

"What? No, we're not leaving you, Iruma," Ameri shook her head, "If we fight him together, we can all leave an-"

Iruma's eyes widened as he felt a rush of wind blow past him and he shouted, "Clara, move it!" turning around, he pushed his friend back and his eyes widened as he felt a sharp pain in the side of his neck.

"Iruma!" the five shouted in unison as the man dropped Iruma and grunted.

They stared at Iruma as he shook in pain on the forest floor before the man spoke, "I suppose it's a good thing a Vampire can't turn you demons, otherwise we'd all be in a world of trouble," he turned his attention to Iruma and his eyes widened as he saw Iruma's skin begin to turn pale and fangs began forming in his mouth, "Oh hell, this isn't going to be good," without warning, the man turned and ran in the opposite direction as the demonesses ran up to Iruma and knelt beside him.

"Iruma-kins? You're not turning, right? He said demons can't do that…right?" Clara shook her best friend as tears began filling her eyes, "Please, you have to get up,"

"There's no time," Ameri moved Clara away from Iruma and picked him up, "We need to get him inside and give him first aid…let's go," everyone stood up and began running with Iruma still in Ameri's arms as his beathing became shallow with each breath he took.

OLB

The group sat in a small cabin in a lighter part of the woods, keeping an eye on Iruma as his breathing slowly came to a stop and Clara jumped up, "Iruma-kins!"

"Stop!" Ameri snapped and the others looked at her as she frowned and hung her head, "He'll…he'll be fine…he's not dead," everyone hummed and tilted their heads to the side in confusion, "He's…turning,"

"What? But you're lying, that man said that-"

"He's not a demon," Ameri interrupted the tall beauty and Elizabetta stared at her blankly, "I don't know the story behind it…but I have reason to believe that…that Iruma is…human, or rather…was…but…I…I thought that…that Vampires were a legend that parents told their children to keep them from misbehaving an-"

"Can we just back up a minute…did you say Iruma was human?" Kerori arched a brow as Ameri hummed and nodded, "But how? Humans don't exist an-"

"They do…only certain High Rank demons know about humans…and the reason I believe he was human was because he summoned a strange tree, he summoned a demon as his familiar and…he's…been reading these things call Manga to me and you can only find them in the human world,"

"But…but I'm one of Iruma-kins' best friends…why didn't he tell me he was-"

"Think about our school's anthem…it talks about how we see humans as nothing more than food for us and how we want to devour them whole…he must've been afraid to tell anyone in the fear of being eaten…and now…he doesn't have to worry about that, but…you know."

The others frowned and slowly nodded as Ameri continued, "But for now, we best keep an eye on him…we don't know if the venom of a Vampire will alter his way of thinking or not and we don't know if he'll act violent or-"

"He won't be," Clara frowned as she stared at her unconscious best friend, "Iruma-kins is too kind for any of that…he won't become a monster…you'll see Lady Redhair…he'll still be the same Iruma-kins everyone knows,"

"Baby-Chan, we can't be certain about that…you know the rumors of Vampires, but we don't know anything about them an-"

"I'm…I'm glad…someone has a little…bit of faith in me,"

Everyone looked down to see Iruma slowly sitting up as Clara's eyes widened, "Iruma-kins!" she jumped at him and tightly hugged him as she cried, "I was so scared!"

Iruma hummed as he wrapped an arm around her and rubbed her back, "Hey…sorry…sorry to have all of you worried," he looked at Ameri and frowned, "You knew I was human?" Ameri frowned as she slowly nodded, "And…you told everyone here?"

"I'm sorry, Iruma, but there was some truth to that man's words. A demon can't be turned by a Vampire and seeing how you turned…I had no choice,"

Iruma sighed and nodded before his eyes widened and he fell back in pain, "Iruma-kins!"

"Iruma!" Elizabetta stood over him and Clara, looking down with a concerning look as everyone else surrounded them, "Are you okay? Do you need anything?"

"H-hungry…really hungry," he looked up and winced in pain, "Not…not to be a bother or…anything…but do you have an…any raw meat around?"

"I'll go get some," Kerori stood up and ran into the other room.

Iruma looked at his best friend and frowned, "Clara…I need you to get away from me…all of you," Clara looked at Iruma with wide eyes, "If…if you don't…I might end up hurting you and I don't want to do that…just…just…get away from me until I've eaten something!" the remaining demonesses jumped back as Iruma grunted and cupped a hand over his eyes before shaking his head, "Sorry…it's just…I'm so hungry I'd attack the closet source of food right now and that's you girls…I don't want to chance it."

Kerori soon returned, holding some raw meat, "Toss it to me!" Kerori jumped before tossing it to Iruma, who caught it and began devouring it whole, blood dripping on the floor.

OLB

The room was silent as the five looked at Iruma sitting on the floor, his eyes covered, and blood caked around his mouth, "I'm sorry you had to see me like that…I'm sorry for snapping,"

"It's…fine, Iruma," Narfa spoke ad Iruma looked towards her, "We all know that…you have the Gluttonous Feeder Ring and we…we all know that you have a hearty appetite, so-"

"Not that…me eating raw meat for the blood…I didn't…I don't…damn," the demonesses frowned as Iruma leaned back against the wall and stared up at the ceiling as he took a deep breath, "I don't know the stories about Vampires and demons, but I know enough of the lore between the undead beast and humans…they can enslave many, making them do their bidden, once bitten, you will either day, or the Vampire venom will course through you…lucky me…you'll be like a newborn for the first few nights, constantly craving blood…or any food really and after the newborn phase, the one who turned you will come looking for you to join their Clan or kill you if you refuse."

All was still as Iruma continued, "Any Holy relic harms them, just like garlic, a wooden stake through the heart…but seriously, who wouldn't that kill? Silver…that one is sort of…messed up to humans as to why silver harms Vampires and Werewolves…sunlight weakens them to the point of near dying…hell, Dracula, the king of Vampires, was killed by a single man wielding a knife…it was an interesting story really."

He stood up and began pacing the room, "They can transform their bodies, heal great injuries, summon Hellhounds, bats, any ungodly creatures as their familiars…their speed, strength, stamina is unmatched…they're-"

"Immortal beings of the night?" Iruma shook his head as Kerori arched a brow, "What do you mean no? If you avoid all those things that can harm you, you're practically immortal an-"

"Immortality doesn't exist. It's a word used by those who don't understand the lifespan of something that refuses to die easily…everything must die eventually…Vampires live for about a thousand years…if I'm remembering correctly an-" before he could finish, he felt someone spear tackle him into a tight hug to the floor.

Grunting, Iruma sat up and rubbed his head, "What hit me?" he looked down to see Clara hugging him tightly, her tail dropping towards the floor, "Clara? What are you-"

"I thought I lost you, Iruma-kins," Iruma frowned as he felt Clara shake and saw tears sliding down her cheeks before he looked up to see the saddened faces of his schoolmates before he looked back down at Clara and inhaled slowly before wrapping an arm around her and rubbed her back, "Please don't do anything stupid again,"

"I'll try not to…I'm sorry I worried you, Clara…if I worried any of you," he broke from the embrace and stood up as Clara looked at him with wide eyes, "I need to call grandpa and tell him what happened…if I wait…something can and probably will go wrong…I'll be right back, unless you're comfortable and feel safe and then I'll just-"

"Stay," Ameri sighed, and the others looked at her, "You know a fair amount on Vampires, but you don't know when that one is going to come back and look for you…so we think it'll be better if you stayed here for the weekend. Not many know of this place, and you can tell Lord Sullivan that we simply invited you to stay an-"

"I'm going to have to tell grandpa about what happened…because what the hell, if I go home and he sees me looking like this, he's going to ask questions…so I think it'll be easier if I tell him now…and thank you for inviting me to stay with you five…I'll be right back,"

He began walking away when Kerori asked, "How did you get down here?" Iruma stopped and hung his head, "You were human…how did you get down here in the Netherworld? A human passing through customs would've been news an-"

"I'll tell you five everything after I call grandpa," Iruma turned his back towards them and began walking towards the door, "I'll be back in a few minutes," they frowned as they watched Iruma walk outside and closed the door behind him.

Sullivan sat at his desk in his study when his phone screamed. Picking it up, he answered, "Hello?" a small smile formed across his lips, "Oh, Iruma! I trust your little walk went well, darling grandson," Sullivan hummed as he bobbed his head, "Well, as long as no one got hurt, that's all that-"

"I got bit, grandpa…they know that I was human since I turned," Sullivan frowned as he hung his head, "I wasn't going to stand there while he went after one of the girls…he was going to attack Clara and my body just moved on its own,"

"I see…so Opera and I will be there, and I'll simply alter the memoires of your little friends so-"

"No…I'm sorry grandpa, but I know I can trust Clara, Ameri, Narfa, Elizabetta and Kerori…Kerori trusts me with a secret of hers, so the very least I can do is give her the same kind of trust," Sullivan sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose, "I'm sorry grandpa…but they didn't freak out when I turned or when they learned I was human…if anything does happen, you can erase their memories all you want, but I'm asking you to trust my decision,"

"I do trust your decisions, grandson, I just wished this didn't happen…so when can we expect you home?"

"The thing is…they want me to stay for the night…or possibly the entire weekend," Sullivan hummed and arched a brow, "I told them that I'd talk to you and tell you about what had happened before anything…so if it's okay with you, I'd like to spend the weekend with them."

"Well…I don't see why you can't…just be careful and try to remain in control. We wouldn't want the rest of the Netherworld finding out about this and learning what you-"

"Wouldn't they learn I was human once they learn I'm a Vampire now?" Sullivan took a deep breath, "And demons are going to question things…so how are we going to tackle this?"

"I'll handle this, Iruma…for now, enjoy your weekend," Iruma hummed before the call ended and Sullivan sighed, "Iruma…what am I going to do with you?"

"Sir? Is something wrong?"

"Opera…it seems Iruma went and got himself bitten by a wild Vampire protecting his little friends and ended up turning and they learned of him being human," Opera's eyes widened as Sullivan continued, "He'll be spending the weekend with them while I'll have to think of a way to explain how a demon became a Vampire the rest of the Netherworld,"

"That will be difficult to achieve, sir. Vampires never once turned a demon and the odds of it happening today are astronomical…perhaps it's best to come clean and explain the situation to everyone,"

"I suppose you're right, Opera…I just need some time to think of how to tell them Iruma was human and how he ended up here in the first place," Opera hummed and nodded before turning and walked out of the study, leave Sullivan alone with his thoughts.

OLB'

Iruma took a deep breath as he put his phone away before looking down at the ring that donned his right middle finger and he frowned, "Hey…Ali? Are you awake?" the one-eyed specter emerged from the ring and Iruma shook his head, "I was worried the venom might have affected you too so-"

"Iru-boy, you were told that the venom of a Vampire, nor the venom of a Lycan, can effect demons, and seeing as I'm a demonic entity, I went unnoticed by the venom…you however were not so lucky, and your little friends learned that you were human before the attack and you're acting as if it's not an issue whatsoever,"

"And it's not…my main concern at the time was keeping the five of them safe…I didn't know that demons couldn't turn into a Vampire until it was too late…it was fine, though, because Clara, Ameri, Elizabetta, Kerori and Narfa are safe and that's all that matters to me right now,"

Iruma crossed his arms as he slightly frowned and leaned back, "What the hell am I supposed to do, Ali? They accepted the fact that I was human before tonight, but what about everyone else?"

"If you want my advice…don't tell them…switch to homeschool and wait until this blows over before anything else can happen,"

"I can't do that, Ali…the girls might get worried, and others might grow suspicious," the specter hummed as Iruma frowned, "I'm sure grandpa will think of something…and like I said, I don't want to worry the girls any more than I have tonight…but there is one problem,"

"You mean besides the whole student body and faculty learning you were human? What is it, Iru-boy?"

"The sun…I'll become extremely weak and my body will feel like it's on fire while we're at school," the specter hummed before shrinking to the size of a doll and floated up towards Iruma, landing on his shoulder, "I won't be out of the newborn phase for a few days and I won't be able to consume enough blood between now and Monday to even remotely keep a small portion of my new strength…I can always ask grandpa if I can stay home for a week and go out looking for wildlife to feed off of at night…that might work,"

The specter inhaled slowly as it stood up and shook its head, "If you think that's what's best, Iru-boy…I say go for it…who knows, feasting on wildlife for their magic and blood might be fun," Iruma hummed and nodded, "Now you better hurry up and get inside before those girls come out looking for you and see me…you know I don't like being noticed, Iru-boy,"

"Right," Iruma watched as the specter faded back into the ring before he turned and walked back into the cabin.

OLB

The six sat in the cabin before Kerori sighed and looked at her blue-haired classmate, "So…how exactly did you end up down here if you're…or were human?"

Everyone looked at Iruma as he frowned and shook his head, "My parents…they aren't the best around…in fact, they're downright awful. Ever since I could walk, they used me as live bait to catch tuna, they used me to distract a bear, they forced me to trick a murderous group known as the Yakuza, a group who wouldn't think twice about killing you if you so much as look at them the wrong way…over the years they've put me through hell until one day I was approached by a demon…grandpa and found out my parents had summoned him and sold me to him…now I can proudly say that once I see those lowlife bastards, I'm going to bleed them dry…and I won't get in trouble…as long as I don't do it on two certain days,"

"And why two days?" Elizabetta asked, "Is there something special that will happen?"

Iruma shook his head as he held up two fingers, "Two days out of the year I can't fight anyone unless they are a threat to me, grandpa, Opera and when I find mine, my mate, and those day-"

"What's a mate?" Clara tilted her head to the side in confusion, "Is it a new friend?"

"Sort of…she'll be my wife," the five stared at him with wide eyes, "Once I pass the newborn phase and kick the ass of the one who turned me and free myself from his Clan, I'll find my mate…and I don't get a say on who it will be …the venom chooses…anyway, the days that I can't really fight are Christmas, which is the twenty-fifth day of December, a time for peace and spending time with friends and family…the only thing I truly miss are the lights and decorations…and Valentine's Day which is the fourteenth of February, and that day is meant to spend with the one you love, and in my case it'll be my mate," the five slightly frowned, "Anyway…that's how I got down here and a few more trivial bits on Vampires."

"I-Iruma-kins?" Iruma hummed as his attention turned towards Clara as Clara slightly hung her head, "You said that you can't choose your mate, right?"

"That's right…the venom picks for me and it chooses those who it believes will carry out the Vampire line," he looked around and saw the frowning faces of the other demonesses and he turned his back towards him as he rubbed the back of his head, "H-how about I fix you five something to eat? I'm no cook like Opera, but I can still try,"

"You don't have to, Iruma,"

"But I want to, Elizabetta…I don't want to feel like I'm spending the weekend and doing nothing," he looked back and slightly smiled, "So…what would you girls like?"

"A-anything without meat…you can use that for your blood source this weekend," Kerori answered and Iruma nodded as he turned and walked towards the kitchen.

Seeing him walk into the other room, Clara slightly smiled, "Same old Iruma-kins…cares about everyone and their needs before worrying about himself," the others looked at her, Ameri narrowing her eyes slightly as Clara hummed and tilted her head to the side, "What?"

Ameri inhaled deeply as she crossed her arms and looked away with a softened expression crossing her face, "Either way, these next few days might be hell for Iruma and when he goes to fight the one who did this to him…I don't know about you four, but I'm going to be there to support him as much as possible,"

"I'm going too, Lady Redhair," Clara narrowed her eyes, "Iruma-kins is my best friend and I want to be there for him!" Kerori, Elizabetta and Narfa nodded in agreement, "And I want to talk to his mommy and daddy for doing that to my Iruma-kins!" the four looked at her with wide eyes as Clara grunted and shook in anger.

OLB

Iruma groaned as he cupped a hand over his eyes, "Damn…this weekend is going to be rough…I'm going to have to try and space out my bloody meals as much as possible as to not go after the girls…I'm sure they'll let me go out hunting to get something else,"

"As long as they go with you, Iru-boy," Iruma looked back to see the specter of his ring floating behind him with its legs and arms crossed, "They won't feel right if they let you wander off alone like that after what had just happened, and after learning you were human…they'd feel better if they were to go with you everywhere…except a few places, until after the third night,"

"And I told them what's going to happen…I'm going to have to fight the one who did this to me and…I don't want them there…I mean I do, but I don't want them getting hurt…it was bad enough when that bastard almost attacked Clara," the specter hummed and Iruma looked back in confusion and arched a brow, "What is it, Ali? Do you know something that I don't?"

"Tell me, Iru-boy, what do you know about a Vampire's mate?"

"Well…they make sure that they remain in control, that they don't go Rogue and destroy the world as we know it, they're the Vampire's significant other and that the venom chooses the mate for the Vampire…why? You should've known this after I explained it to the girls, Ali,"

"And is it possible to know who your mate is before you free yourself from this other's Clan?"

"What? I don't get it…what are you suggesting, Ali?" the specter sighed as it shook its head in frustration, "Ali, if you know something that I don't you can tell me…because I'm not going to lie…I'm completely lost here,"

"It's nothing, Iru-boy…nothing to worry yourself over about right now…for now, cook for your little friends and we'll talk more about this in a few days," Iruma watched as the specter faded back into the ring before he frowned and turned his attention to the food he was preparing.

OLB

Iruma set down a bloody plate before he sighed and looked back at the five sleeping demonesses, "What the hell…what am I supposed to do? I can't fight this bastard for a few more days and from the looks of things, he's powerful and I doubt I'll be able to consume enough blood to even remotely help me win…I've got some of grandpa's magic stored in the ring as well as the magic from that giant beast Ali devoured…but I still don't think it'll be enough…I don't know how Vampires react to magic, I can't get ahold of an holy relics, and even if I could, it'll harm me, grandpa, Opera, the girls and all my other friends…damn,"

He looked up out the window and stared at the pale moon as a single bat flew past it, casting a small shadow on the ground below, "He's lingering…he knows he has to fight me in a few nights…something tells me he's not going to go down easily if I refuse to join his Clan. I could use Ifrit Mode on the ring, but that should only be used as a last-ditch effort…if I use it in the beginning and it fails…I'm screwed,"

"Iruma-kins," he heard Clara's voice moan as he looked back with wide eyes to see Clara crawling towards the window. Sitting beside him, she leaned up against him and mumbled, "Don't worry about the fight right now, Iruma-kins…you've got me, Lady Redhair, Nee-San, Kerori and Narfa on your side…and I'm sure all our friends will want to help, especially Azz-Azz,"

"I hope you're right about that, Clara…but I'm happy to know you, Ameri, Elizabetta, Kerori and Narfa are on my side," Clara moaned as Iruma reached over and patted the top of her head and slightly smiled, "And I'm glad you and the others are safe, Clara. Even if I knew Vampires couldn't turn demons, I wasn't just going to stand there while he tried to hurt one of you," Clara hummed as she slightly smiled and slowly closed her eyes, "Go back to sleep, Clara…I don't want you falling asleep in the middle of the day,'

"Okay Iruma-kins…goodnight," she laid her head on his lap as Iruma slightly smiled as he continued to stroke her hair and watched as the others soundly slept.

Narrowing his eyes, Iruma looked out the window again and glared at the moon as another bat flew past it, "Send your familiars to spy on me or all of us or whatever, old man…I'll find a way to win this fight, break from your Clan and stay with those who care," he looked back down at Clara and inhaled slowly as he continued to stroke her hair and listened to the sound of their breathing fill the room.

This first chapter ran a bit longer than I had anticipated, but that happens sometimes. I don't entirely know where this story came from…part of it came from watching Dracula Untold with my aunt, but I wouldn't know where the rest is coming from. Please enjoy everyone and please let me know what everyone thinks.
