Chapter 1
Norrata and Aarch did not manage to get rid of the flow bomb in time, it exploded and caused terrible and terrible cataclysms on the planet. Snowkids were exhausted and could not even stand on their feet. DJok made a last attempt to jump to intercept the ball, but he also lost his breath. He felt like he was flying on his back from a great height, and the Paradisia team was scoring a crushing year. Many thoughts flashed through the striker's head before he fell on the field and crashed to his death. The last phrase that flashed through his head was: "I wish I could go back and fix all the mistakes." As his body hit the field, the distinctive sound of bones breaking was heard, and the once green field turned a burgundy hue. The last thing he saw was the light of Genesis's spotlights, and then only white and the oppressive sound of silence. D'Jock saw a white space around him. There was absolutely nothing, only him in his Snowkids form and nothing else. He felt like his body was somehow light. His bones were intact, and there was simply no wound on his head from the fall. The attacker got to his feet, as if he had not fallen from a height of 120 feet. "Where am I? What is this place?" he thought, but his voice echoed throughout the room, forcing him to look around.
"You have come to a place where you came too early." A female voice responded. D'Jock turned around, a young woman was standing behind him. She looked to be about 25 years old. She had chestnut hair just below her shoulders, brown eyes, and a light dress with a fur-trimmed hood. She looked at D'Jock and smiled.
"Who are you? Where am I?" he asked, looking at the woman, and for some reason it seemed to him that he knew her. Some warm feelings washed over him. The woman smiled at him again, placing her palm on his cheek.
"D'Jock, I saw you when you were still a child... You've grown so much..." Tears rolled down her face.
"Madam, what's wrong with you?" he asked worriedly, taking her hand.
"Nothing, D'Jock. We were separated before you remembered me." "I'm your mother," the woman said, rolling up the sleeve of her dress and showing the bracelet that was on the attacker's wrist.
"What?" It can't be... I... - this fact disarmed him. He had always wanted to know what his biological mother looked like, and here she was standing in front of him.
- I gave your father, I'son, the same thing in... - before she could finish, D'Jok finished for her:
- on your wedding day. - now tears rolled down his face. He hugged his biological mother and did not stop crying. The woman hugged him back.
- My dear son, I am glad to see you. I am proud of your success. - She pulled back slightly to wipe the tears from his face. - You are so much like your father.
She took his hands and looked him straight in the eyes: "D'Jok, I am so glad to see you, but you came here too early. You cannot come here yet. You need to go back and live your life happily. Try to learn from all your mistakes. — The woman let go of his hands and took a step back, — Remember, I love you and your father, and I will always love you. — She smiled and pushed D'Jok, causing him to fall into the pool that suddenly appeared behind him. He hit the water with a distinctive splash. The water filled his lungs, forcing him to try to swim out. Through the thickness of the water he saw daylight and swam towards it as fast as he could. Row, row, another row. The light gets closer, another stroke. D'Jok emerges and begins to gasp for air.
He comes to and realizes that he is in his room, sweating and trying to catch his breath. It took him a few minutes before he stabilized his breathing.
It took him a little longer to process everything. He remembered everything that had happened to him: the beginning of their adventure, the first cup, the neverball, the second cup, the paradise cup, the end of the third cup, his death... And meeting his mother. He got out of bed and looked at the clock, which showed that he had gone back in time 7 years. A few months before Aarch arrived on Aquiliana.
"What's going on? Am I dreaming? No, no. This is all real," he thought, opening each of his chats with his smartwatch. "No, that's right, this is all real. I've gone back in time. I... My mother." The realization washed over him, causing tears to stream down his face. His mother had given him a second chance. A second chance at a happy life. Now he would do everything in his power to make amends." He looked at his bracelet and kissed it.
The young man walked to the mirror in his room and looked at his reflection.
"I will do everything to prevent what happened. I will not allow the creation of a metaflux bomb. I will not allow what happened to the crew and Akilliana, no matter what it costs me. - D'Jok told himself.
