Oh, yeah. I saw the Finale of Season 2...I...I have a lot to say that is hard to describe, but one thing's for sure: I HATE CLIFFHANGERS! But I'll make this one as an exception.
So, I will do how E. Gadd explains what happened to Mia and Pio Mario to celebrate how far Nintendo High went: with a song!

The sunrises at the Mario Brothers' house as the rooster crows. The Mario Brothers are lying in their beds while a photo of their parents is on a nightstand above their cuckoo clock.
[Music begins to play somewhat matches The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! Theme from Plumber Rap Part 2.] [When the clock sounds, the Mario Brothers wake up with happy smiles. The scene changes from Mario brushing his teeth, Luigi fixing his hair, Mario putting on his coat, and Luigi zipping up his pants. They show them putting on their hats while giving each other happy stares.]
Mario: Y-y-yo-yo [Mario kicks open their door and goes ahead as Luigi closes and locks it.]
We're the Mario Brothers and the new guys in town [Mario acts like a rapper in the Mario Pinball Land commercials for Japanese and French.]
Luigi: Born in the Mushroom Kingdom and raised on New Donk City grounds [He backflips for Luigi to sing his part. Luigi tries acting like a rapper like his brother, but he snaps his finger and happily dances in disco-like Luigi's Mansion 3.]
Move back to where we came for a new school life game [Mario and Luigi then do a special dance together like in Brothership.]
Mario and Luigi: On our path where it lies, the castle-like school's Nintendo High [Then they point in the direction of the path they were on so Ninteod High will be shown.]
Pro Pals, assemble! [Once the doors open, Mario and Luigi do the Squid Sister signature pose, as Mario stands in as Callie, and Luigi does as Marie.]
[A mix-in with the Donkey Kong theme song plays.] [DK is eating a banana close to his locker.]
DK: Football captain who stops the wrong [When he sees the Mario Brothers, he takes out a barrel and plays on it like bongos.]
Banana slamma from Donkey Kong [After he throws it away, he comes rolling over to the Mario Brothers, so they are on top of him to roll him more.]
[A mix-in with the Legend of Zelda theme song plays.] [Link is reading a book up to his face to avoid contact with the fawning girls surrounding him.]
Link: Link, the teen knight of Hyrule [He smiled when he saw his friends, causing the girls to faint.]
With a heart of courage, and plays it cool [He slides over so Luigi can jump into Link's arms.]
[A mix-in with Sonic the Hedgehog theme song plays.] [Sonic then came speeding through the guys to make them spin.]
Sonic: Comin' speedin' from Sega High [Sonic quickly halted their spin to reveal Link hugging Luigi and Mario swinging on DK's arm as he flexed.]
New gigs transfer to Nintendo High [Mario lets go of DK's arm so he and Sonic can do their signature handhold].
Sonic the Hedgehog, your number 1 bro [Sonic then breakdance spin on one hand as his friends finger gun him.]
[A mix-in with Kirby Victory Dance song plays.] [They all slide aside to reveal Kirby holding donuts for them.]
Kirby: Kirby Hiii [As they take the donuts and eat them, Kirby does his victory dance.]
Poyo [Once he was done, his friends clapped for him.]
[A beautiful opera chorus plays.] [The Pro Pals started to walk together until Mario and Luigi spotted Peach and Daisy walking by.]
Angelic chorus: Magic and beauty are all around [When the four locked eyes with each other, hearts were in the background as they blushed.]
Where happiness and adventure are found [All four of them waved at each other as they walked past each other.]
[WarioWare, Inc. music plays.] [The Mario Brothers were too focused on their crushes, so they bumped into the Wario Brothers.]
The Wario Brothers: (shouted) Waa! Hey! [When the Wario Brothers were bumped into, the brothers held onto coins, but the coins fell through a drain shaft. Angered, the Wario Brothers faced the Mario Brothers while cracking their knuckles.]
Mario: (spoke) Oh no. [Luigi hid behind Mario as they both realized what they'd done.]
Luigi: (spoke) Let's-a-go! [In response, the Mario Brothers ran away, and the Wario Brothers gave chase.]
[Upbeat and happy music plays along with that music.] [As the chase occurs in the background, the rest of the students of Nintendo High sing their parts.]
Peach, Daisy, Zelda, and Isabelle: We cheerleaders will cheer and make it clear that the best school is here [The four, along with Birdo, Marina, and Claude, were doing a cheering routine.]
Rosalina: We have all archives [Rosalina is with a bunch of Lumas while they're before the entrance of the Library.]
Meta Knight: Our clubs got strive(Mr. Game and Watch: *thumbs-up*) [Meta Knight held his sword high as other knight-like Nintendo characters sault to him, and Mr. Game and Watch held the poster of the Sword Fighter Club.]
Fawful: Our technology is a thrive [Fawful is with his friends, Midus and the Best Fitness Friends, so he drops a potion to turn the Best Fitness Friends into their merged monster form.]
Pit: We have the magic of light(Yoshi: Yoshi!) [Pit slashes his spear into the air while riding on Yoshi like a warrior.]
Dark Pit: Another dark as night(Marx: Heha!) [Dark Pit tries to act gallantly, but Marx keeps bouncing around him, causing Dark Pit to kick Marx off-scene.]
Palutena: We have the school's pride and might [Palutena and Samus stand side by side as they fist-pump.]
Samus: With our spiritual strength, we can win any fight [They pulled out their signature weapons to pose like tough girls.]
Dedede: We have the music that shines, a great place to dine-[Dedede sings into the microphone while Escargoon nods to the beat and Waddle Dee beatbox to the song.]
Bowser: Soon, this school will be mine! [Bowser stands proud with Mouser, and Tryclyde kneels before him while Koopas, Goombas, and Spinies bow to him.]
Fox: Hey, no running in the hall! [Fox was writing a ticket for Falco and Slippy Toad until Fox spotted the Mario Brothers.]
Flaco: Dude, you're so dull (Slippy Toad: Heh, dull!) [Falco rolled his eyes while Slippy Toad giggled.]
Wario: Get out of the way, numbskulls! [But then the two and Fox were pushed down by the Wario Brothers because they're still chasing the Mario Brothers.]
Captain Falcon: I'm handsome and tall [Falcon is trying to wow Pauline's clique, Pearl, Shiver, and Frye, but it isn't working.]
Waluigi: No cares at all! [Waluigi pushed him down as the case continued.]
King K. Kool: We students got the class and charm [Prince K. Rool is flaunting himself with the Kremlings clapping for him.]
Toad: With our school staff, there won't be any harm [Toad is leaving the nurse's office, but the Wario Brothers end up running into him, allowing the Mario Brothers to stop running. But Prof. E. Gadd is mopping the floor until the Mario Brothers slip on it and start spinning around, shocking the janitor.]
Mrs. Mario's voice: Shine like the superstar you are, my little flame and lighting bolt [As Mario and Luigi spun, they saw a green vision of their mother, Mia Mario, in Foozle's form. She touched her sons' faces in reassurance.]
Mr. Mario's voice: The fire and thunder within you will protect you and everyone from any wicked revolt [Then a red vision of their father, Pio Mario, in Foozle's form appears before them and pat their heads with hope.]
Firehand: Since you summoned us, we will be your servants and be protected under our observance [As the Mario Brothers felt they were about to cry, fire and thunder appeared in their hands to show Firehand and Thunderbrand to appear.]
Thunderbrand: We spirit guardians will help you do the impossible, and you'll make unstoppable [Peach and Daisy were being approached by Bowser and Tatanga with lustful eyes. Until the Mario Brothers crashed into them and knocked them out, grateful, Peach and Daisy held their crushes' hands and began to spin together.]
Everyone: We are the best [But as the two couples spin, all of the students of Nintendo High ran out of school.]
We're up to the test. [All of the school staff came out next to ensure everyone was present for a grand school picture.
Raise your hands to the skies [Once Mario, Peach, Luigi, and Daisy arrive, they stop and spin to pose for the shoot.]
Because we are Nintendo High [Once a camera Lakitu takes the photo, the photo is placed in a yearbook. When it closed, the red cover showed the Smash symbol with the words "Created by Foozle."]
