There's few creatures that can really claim to be actually immortal, and Neo Politan is one of them.
Phoenix, True Vampire, Terraforma to name a few. True immortals are not particularly powerful in their own right, but it wasn't because of an evolutionary mishap.
Immortals don't need to be strong.
"K-keep shooting at her!!"
10 thugs switch over to the third magazine for their SMG after running out of bullets again.
Neo simply yawns. Bored of it all. Bullets peppers across her body as she was turned into a honeycomb.
Urghh, great, she thought. She loos so much of her body mass that when she reform, she become even more shorter, now appering like a 130cm tall 13 years old. She's going to need to replenish her body by consuming a lot of blood.
Neo then turned into a mist of blood, a sentient mass of mist of blood. She then flowed into the nostril of one of the thugs, and through his lungs, her cells invaded the rest of bloodstream.
Neo actual physical strength is permanently stuck at Rank 1 in terms of Remnant powerscaling. However she doesn't need to become strong. She can always just turn into mist and possess any lifeform. Without preparing certain protection spells, not even an Aura barrier, Thug A has no chance as Neo Cells invaded his brain and take over control over his consciousness.
Huh, this guy has a stash of real gore porn. What an asshole.
Taking control of Thug A body, Neo then jumped and forced the body to perform insane acrobatic maneuvers. It's not her own body, so who cares if his muscles and joints are torn apart from performing physical moves that's beyond his flexibility. Neo taken down two of the thugs with several punches and kicks that went beyond the body's limiter.
"Shoot him down!", the old mob boss commanded.
The thugs pumped Thug A body full of lead, and even with Neo unlocking all limiter, the body remains to be the body lf a regular mortal. Thug A collapsed to the ground, his body integrity can no longer support life.
Oh well.
Neo then absorbed all of the man's blood in her Cells, and she reformed, bursting out Thug A's blood vessel like a fucking xenomorph. Her body reformed to her preferred 1.47 meters height (A/N: dear lord, she is that short apparently according to google), naked as the day she is born. Well, she supposed she is technically birthing herself from the Thug A corpse.
"WHAT THE FUCK???!!! WHAT THE FUCK??!!!"
One of the thugs broke into a mindbreak as he seen real horror. Which Neo doesn't really get. She just feel annoyed really. Here she is giving em a free show and they're afraid to the point of peeing their pants? Lame.
She stepped on Thug B corpse and her Cells invaded his bloodstream, taking it under her control.
[Sanguinarian Control]
Sanguinarian Control is Neo's ability to control blood which is infected by her Cells. When she infected any blood with her Cells, she can control blood like a Bloodbender. A bit limited but her control is far greater than any regular Hemokinesis user.
A True Vampire physical power is permanently stuck at Rank 1.
However, their Sanguinarian Control is classified as Rank 5 threat.
She cloaked herself with a portion of Thug B 5 liters of remaining blood. With her blood control, she morphed the blood into her trademark clothing from the og RWBY, though she did put on a doctor labcoat on her shoulders like a mafia.
"Everyone, hold her off!!"
Deciding that he is way over his head, the mafia boss runs away leavaing behind his remaining 7 thugs.
They tried to followed him, but Neo throw a globe of blood and freeze the exit door shut.
With blood, she formed a sentence on air.

The underground clinic is soundproofed, so no one heard the scream of terror of the clueless men are torn apart by the Apex Predator of Sanguine. Neo doesn't fight often, as she preferred to torture…. She means healing her patients in peace. However, sometimes, you just gotta cut loose.
She injected her Cells into Thug D and E and force themselves to eat each other limbs, completely aware yet helpless to stop it. They died as they lose too much blood as Thug D was munching on E's thigh while E was munching D's D.
F had the interesting experience of dying from blood flowing in reverse. That was 3 minutes of a very interesting seizure, prolonged intentionally by Neo Cells keeping him alive as long as possible.
Thug G on the other hand become a research of the effect of blood cells crystallized into trillions of microscopic razor blades, shredding his entire blood vessles as the razor-sharp blood cells flow across his entire body.
H become a test subject for brain rewiring through Sanguinarian Control. Considering he become a vegetable right away, Neo figured that it's a failure.
I is the most handsome of them all, so Neo freeze his blood and turn him into a living statue, kept alive solely by her Cells. He should live for about 2 days, she thinks.
And finally, J. Neo ran out of ideas so she just stabbed an IV needle to his neck and slurp his blood with the IV hose like a straw. Neo is a civilized vampire, okay. There will be no neckbiting like animals. True Vampire has standards.
As she was almost finish sucking J dry, the door of her clinic was kicked in and it flung so hard the steel reinforced door was stabbed into the wall behind the receptionist counter.
Then, a pair of two handsome boys comes in. However, her attention immediately focussed to the Blue-Eyed Raven-Haired Drifter. Her father once brought her to meet someone with a smell similar to him, and told her to be careful.
Be wary of the Apex Predator of Remnant.
As they both made eye contact, Neo and Soren felt a feeling they rarely felt.
A rival species that can truly threaten them.
[Well hello boys]
Neo greet him with blood letters on the air.
Jaune puked, no longer able to control his gut. The smell of vomit fills in the lobby.
"Sorry about that. He's new.", Soren offer her an apology.
Neo just wave him off. She's a doctor, even if everyone keeps calling her a quack. She had smelled worse. Seriously, she is miffed. Sure she likes to make her patients screams in pain but Neo had never lose a single patient. Neo has pride in her zero death rate record!
Then, Roman, still drowsy from losing blood and anemic came out from the treatment room.
He looked at the dead, mutilated corpses, and then at the doctor, at the dude with Drifter Armbadge and that other dude that's still puking out his dinner.
"So, what did I missed?", Roman asked genuinely.
