Sneaking around the muggle world I quietly shush my nieces and daughter as I peak in a muggle yard "okay girls there's four" I whisper.
They nod with an overly serious look while Cissa looks around excitedly for her first secret trip with us.
Jumping the gate I crouch looking around in case they have a dog, finding nothing I help the kids over keeping Cissa on my hip "you ready?" I ask softly.
They nod taking off running to grab our targets in groups while I go for another handing it to Cissa "don't drop it" I whisper.
Reaching the gate I lift the girls over before jumping over seeing a light turn on, I hiss telling them to run before seeing the girls take off while I grab Cissa running.
Getting two blocks away I open my bag letting them put our grabs in before continuing our walk.
"Why we take that?" Cissa asks.
"Because momma has a weird obsession with those" Ceros says cackling.
"They are unhappy outside so I saved them" I snark while looking in yards as we go.
"I like that" Cissa says pointing to a Venus De Milo showing her breast and butt.
"You like that?" I ask.
"Want" she adds looking at me pouting.
Glancing around I check a bush before getting them to hide in it, getting in the yard I quickly cast a spell to make it lighter and shrink down, hearing barking coming closer I take off running for the statue and grab it putting it in my bag while dodging the dog.
Running back for the fence I jump climbing it and grit my teeth feeling my leg bit to not scream.
Pulling myself over I hiss getting the kids to go while I follow along after them.
Reaching the Apparation point I grab them up and Apparate Back to Black Manor.
"Hurry to bed girls, Ceros you can stay with Bella if you want if not give me a few minutes to put Cissa in bed" I say softly.
She waves rushing off to Bella's room, sneaking Cissa to her room I then help her change and tuck her in.
Pulling her statue out I keep it small making sure it won't grow after I leave and sit it on her bedside dresser "she's pretty" Cissa whispers gazing at it happily.
Nodding I get up moving to the door "thank you Aunt Quila".
"You're welcome" I whisper.
Slipping out I hiss seeing Dru standing with her arms crossed "what did you get the kids involved with and why are you bleeding?" she harshly whispers.
Moving past her I open the door to my private office hearing her gasp, I limp in carefully placing my new friends "why do you have a room full of muggle garden gnomes?"
"They are my friends" I answer while dusting one off smiling.
"We have living gnomes why steal muggle yard statues?"
Waving her off I go to walk past her limping only to feel her grab my arm stopping me "one day it's going to be one of your brothers or sisters, maybe even Minnie who catches you sneaking in hurt because you can't stop stealing muggle gnomes".
"I'm not a thief" I grumble letting her lead me to a chair to check my leg.
"No, you take them without permission and run" she snarks poking at the bite "I leave something in return" I mumble.
"Oh how could I forget, you so generously leaving a gem on the porch to make up for taking stuff"
"Cissa wanted one with her breast and butt out"
Dru presses her finger on the bite glaring at me "Venus De Milo remake, it's art" I hiss trying to shake her grip off.
Feeling her grip let up I grunt trying to pull away as she pulls her wand out "stop it you can not go to bed with this" she orders.
"Yes I can after you tried to break my leg" I growl.
"Dramatic, it's clear who Bella takes after"
"It runs in the family" I say ignoring Dru saying it with me while healing my leg.
Stretching my leg a bit I sigh feeling Dru sit down by me and lean against her "why do you want your gnome friends?" She asks.
"I don't know, I just know I want them and if I don't get them I get upset" I mumble.
"You could buy them"
"No, it has to be from muggle yards" I say jerking up to look at her.
"Okay calm down, but eventually someone is going to catch you or the kids"
"I Obliviate them when they do" I mumble.
"How many?"
"I've lost count from when I was in Hogwarts, but since I started taking the girls 12"
Dru sighs rubbing my back as I chuckle "when I took Kreacher during first year he had fun, I had to stop him from taking everything so he rearranged the yard instead".
"You and him were always causing trouble"
"He was my first friend till I met Minnie she was my first human friend" I say softly.
Hearing a throat clear I slowly look up seeing Minnie glaring at me hold a gnome from her parents neighbors house "Bloody hell" I mumble.
