Hearing Myrtle screaming I take off running for her class seeing her students running out looking terrified.
Stopping I look around her class frowning before seeing her sat on the floor behind her desk with her face red while screaming silently.
Raising my brow I step closer before groaning and dropping to the ground, grunting I push myself up and slowly crawl closer to her grabbing her hand.
"Myrtle call down" I yell.
She looks at me shaking her head crying, grunting I force myself closer wrapping my arms and legs around her tugging her closer "I can't stop it" she whispers.
Nodding I grab her hands placing them flat on the floor "focus damn it, let your magic go" I order clenching my teeth.
Feeling her body shaking from the force of her magic leaving her I keep her up while pushing my magic to her, feeling a slight flicker of different magic I frown pressing my hand to her stomach.
"Fucking Moodys" I grunt before pushing my magic to her stomach to grab hers.
She screams arching her back as I pull it back ignoring the shaking from the discharge, moving around her I let her lay back putting both her hands on my arms.
"Alastor owes me after this shit" I growl before taking a deep breath as I see her questioning look "push everything to me Myrtle now" I order.
She nods as I grip her arms feeling the charge growing finally I let go getting thrown back, shaking I get up backing up to the hall.
"Get Myrtle to Pomfrey" I order seeing Dumbledore, he nods rushing in as I run for the courtyard, hitting the grass I drop down pushing magic from me.
Gagging I double over getting sick, feeling a hand on my back I grunt seeing them holding out a handkerchief.
Taking it I wipe my mouth shaking slightly "I hate Moody's family magic" I grumble.
"What happened Professor?"
Glancing up I see a male Ravenclaw student wearing a Catholic pendant "pregnancy magic" I grumble getting up slowly.
Looking at the handkerchief I frown "is this special?" I ask.
"No ma'am"
"I'll replace it then" I say before shaking my hands curling my nose at the sparks.
"You could just have it cleaned" he says shrugging.
"No, not this" I mumble seeing burn spots in it all ready.
"How?" He asks confused seeing it.
"Dark magic core, filled with light magic my body is trying to force it out"
"That's dangerous right?"
"Not really, just makes me sick" I grumble forcing the magic to stay while slowly walking to Pomfrey, reaching the medical section I grunt dropping on a bed by Myrtle quickly falling asleep.
A few hours later
Groaning I turn glaring at the voice that woke me seeing Alastor ranting while being blocked by my friends and family, getting up I slowly make my way to them feeling my body shaking still fighting with the family magic of his line.
Grunting I push my way forward ignoring Minnie panicking over my looks, shaking her hand off I grab his arm pushing the magic out before letting him go.
He drops down gasping looking at me horrified "what did you do?" He demands.
Huffing I slide down the wall sitting down limply "had to get your paranoid Brat's magic under control because you were on a fucking Mission, keep that shit to yourself because if I deal with your magic trying to fight mine again, I will make Myrtle a widow before you're child is born" I mumble unable to get my words to match my threat.
"Can someone explain what's happening?" Minnie demands as Cyg helps me up.
"Moody family magic is light, Black family magic is dark our magic clashes it's why Moody's family has been dark Wizard hunts for generations, send a Moody out and they will find the criminal subdo them or outright kill them easily" Cyg grunts leading me back to bed.
Being sat on my bed I sit up rubbing my head frowning "Myrtle apparently has a dark enough core that child was trying to remove the dark to match what it's core will be to pull more magic from her, because he wasn't here to give it his magic" I mumble seeing Cyg drag Moody over forcing his to give magic.
"Aquila took the magic that the child built up and was trying to reject but it pulls from the child's natural magic as well, a Black can not adapt light magic because it will fight us making us sick, she literally poisoned herself to buy time to balance the child" Cyg adds placing his hand on my shoulder sadly.
"Good news is that brat will balance out being neutral now so other then normal magical problems it won't try to push Myrtle's magic out again, but Moody or one of his family needs to be around to help feed their magic to keep the balance" I say weakly laughing.
Feeling Minnie slap my arm ranting I smile pulling her close pressing my forehead to her stomach "I'm sorry kitten, but it was either that or risk her magic backlashing on the child and she family so I had to help them".
Minnie huffs scratching my head gently "how long will she be like this?" She asks.
I roll my eyes knowing she's giving me the silent treatment "a few days to fully recover after removing all Moody's magic" I answer.
"Then I'll have to make trips home for help so Cyg let your family know I'll need them to help with magic for a few days" she says ignoring me still.
Jerking back I look at her wide eyed "Minnie" I squeak before looking at her stomach.
"Do not Minnie me, we agreed to try again and I made sure we both took those potions to help"
Nodding I look at her before dropping my eyes seeing her glare "I think I'll need a sitter for her as well since she's always rushing into life risking situations" Minnie adds.
A few days later
Walking into Madame Bones common room I raise a brow seeing Bella and Ceros stuck to the wall screaming silently as Madame Bones drinks her coffee.
Shivering slightly I look away from them to Madame Bones "so what did they do to earn that?" I ask knowing that punishment is used when you annoy her.
"They upset the giant squid by taking one of her young and brought it inside to the Animagus pond" she grunts glaring at me.
Flinching I nod looking away from her "how bad?" I ask.
"If Albus didn't know how to swim before he learned quickly, and I will need a replacement wand" she growls.
Nodding I sit down across from her "I thought you were a menace but those two are a whole new level Transfiguring people, breaking stuff, and I'm certain that they are trying to drive Albus and I into early retirement" she adds glaring at them.
Fighting back my laugh I smile leaning over the table "the year after Walburga's brat starts, I'll be sending my second child" I say seeing her freeze before looking at me.
"They school is going to fall" she growls glaring at me.
"You're expecting a second child that will be a terror like that one, and Myrtle will be sending a child that's got two paranoid blood lines add in Myrtle's personality, then Walburga's puppy as you dubbed him"
Nodding I hum smirking "James Potter, Remus Lupin and Severus Snape their main target, I'm already starting my plan to control the problems".
"What about the rat you mentioned being a problem?" She asks.
Humming I frown "he's coming earlier apparently, I'm still confused on how that works since the twins went to school with them from what I remember but that's not correct anymore, I think the spell used to hide me may have altered memories to better cover my existence".
"The only way that's possible is using lay lines but to do that it would cause madness to anyone connected to caster, the castor would become completely mad as well and it's illegal to do that"
Frowning I tap my fingers on the table "she may have done that and not cared, because they are not as mad as I remember them being".
Seeing her nod I get up "Aquila, I need to speak with you about Anaideia".
Nodding I sit back down looking at her "she has went to my mother requesting permission to court me".
Chuckling I lean back in my seat "I'm aware, she came to me first asking for my blessings to do it as well".
"She is a recent student and so much younger than myself, you must agree it's unprofessional at least?"
Humming I shrug before leaning forward "once there was a muggle born student that over the years here fall in love with her professor, she resisted her feelings convinced that it was wrong and unacceptable she never had a chance to tell the professor her feelings before her life was thrown into an entirely new person, but with that event she finally got the one person she wanted but never believed herself worthy of" I whisper.
Seeing her understanding, I get up calmly "you are are far from old Madame Bones, Anaideia is no longer a student, enough time has passes that should you accept her it would not be seen as improper, she maybe unable to have children herself but you could to meet the marriage agreement so I believe it's acceptable and if you accept, you have my blessings to court her" I say before looking at Bella and Ceros.
"Leave the giant squid alone and her children" I add before walking out.
