Hi to whoever reads this. I hope you like it. This is my first time doing something like this so please don't judge too much if it's a little weird. Also, I'm only 13 so it's probably not that good. Thank you for reading anyways though. Now, to the story.
"Well? Are you coming?" Elphaba says, holding out her hand. Glinda pauses, considering the offer.
"I-I don't know." Elphaba nods knowing this could be the last time they see each other. She decides to make a bold move. Before either of them can react, Elphaba holds Glinda's cheek and pulls her towards her. Their lips connect in an electrifying kiss. Glinda's eyes go wide for a moment, but she quickly melts into the kiss.
"Oh, Oz." She says against Elphaba's lips. "Elphie…" Elphaba pulls away. Glinda looks up at her with a mix of shock and desire.
"I had to." Elphaba says.
"I-I'll go with you." Glinda says, more sure than she had ever been.
"Really?"
Glinda nods and smiles. "Yes." Elphaba tears up a little and hugs Glinda. They see the guards spot them.
"Shit, we should go now." Elphaba says. Glinda nods in agreement. Elphaba mounts the broom and waits for Glinda. Glinda gets on and Elphaba flys them out of the window, Glinda giving her confidence. Glinda holds on tightly to Elphaba's waist and rests her head on her back as they fly away.
Back at Shiz, Fiyero hears the announcement Madame Morrible makes. He immediately gets on his horse to find Elphaba. He rides to where they had their moment of love that day with the cub. He calls out her name.
"Elphaba?" He waits and listens for a response. He hears a rustle behind him and turns around. He sees Elphaba standing there.
"Fiyero?" Her mouth drops open and she runs to Fiyero and hugs him. He hugs her back feeling warm from the embrace.
"Are you okay, Elphaba?" She nods. He is still holding when Glinda emerges from the trees.
"Fiyero?" She says, also shocked. "Elphaba?" She asks, confused at what is happening. They stop holding each other and Fiyero looks down slightly. Elphaba walks over to Glinda. Glinda still looks confused.
"Wha- what happened that day they took away Professor Dillamond?" Glinda asks, her head cocked to the side with suspicion.
"Nothing, I swear," Elphaba answers.
"I don't believe you," Glinda says, almost crying. "What happened?" Elphaba takes her hands.
"I promise you nothing happened. I would never do that to you." She looks into Glinda eyes and Glinda looks back and sees truth in them. They hug.
"Okay, I believe you," She feels safe with Elphie. "I love you." She says thinking of their earlier kiss.
"I love you too." They stop hugging and smile at each other, their faces full of love.
"The day I almost ran you over, Elphaba, I saw an old abandoned cabin on the way here," Fiyero interrupts. "We can camp there." The girls nod. Fiyero gets on his horse while the girls fly low on the broom. They follow Fiyero to the cabin. After a few minutes, they reach the cabin. The windows are boarded and the wood is beginning to rot. There are various vines and plants growing on and around it.
"It could use a little fixing up," Glinda says, slightly disgusticified. Elphaba gets an idea and pulls out The Grimmerie.
"Maybe I can fix it up," She says, looking through the book for a spell. She finds something and reads it aloud.
"Ah kan ma. Dan ga ma. Ah ga kan. Dan ma ga." She repeats this a few times and then stops. They all hold their breaths and wait. After a few moments, they see the plants begin to clear up and the wood to get lighter and begin to look newer. The broken windows fix themselves and get their glass back. All missing, broken, and rotten boards are restored, good as new. They all watch in wonderment. Glinda claps and smiles.
Elphaba walks to the door and opens it. The inside is restored like the outside. It has working plumbing and electricity.
"Wow," marvels Glinda. Elphaba smiles at her cute wonder. Fiyero also looks around in wonder and smiles at Elphaba. Elphaba catches his eye and smiles back. She is torn between Glinda and Fiyero. She loves Fiyero and Fiyero truly loves her too, but she also loves Glinda. A lot. It's not just sexual but it's real love and friendship. True love. The kind that comes in any form and in this case, two ways. She loves them both so much, however. She know they are stuck in a triangle right now. Glinda loves Elphaba and Fiyero, Fiyero loves Glinda and Elphaba, and Elphaba loves Fiyero and Glinda. She tries to clear her mind for the time being and work it out later.
They all make their way upstairs to look at the bedrooms so they can choose one. Elphaba chooses the one on the far right, Fiyero chooses the middle one and Glinda chooses the one on the far left. They all go to bed since they are all tired. Elphaba lay in her bed. Her thoughts swirling madly around her head. She thinks of Glinda and Fiyero. Suddenly, her thoughts are interrupted when Glinda walks in. She lifts her head.
"Glinda?" She whispers.
"Yes," Glinda replies from the shadows. "I couldn't sleep. Is it alright if I sleep with you?" Elphaba is confused at first, but she agrees.
"Of course." Glinda walks over and lays in Elphaba's bed. Elphaba's heart races slightly and so does Glinda's. They turn to face each other. Glinda reaches her hand up to Elphaba's cheek. Elphaba reaches her hand up and places it on Glinda's hand. They look each other in the eyes. They move towards each other a little so their faces are close together. Then Elphaba moves her face to Glinda's and they kiss again. It's more passionate than the first one they shared. They shift so that Elphaba is slightly on top of Glinda.
"Hold out, my sweet." She mummers against her lips.
