Authors note: Readers of my Helluvaboss/Hazbin hotel tales I give you a sequel to "Aveyond the lost empire" staring the first son of god Adam and the dreamer himself Lucifer in a sequel of a wild ride of the mystical city of Aveyond.
Summary: the great crystal of Aveyond has been returned to Aveyond and its citizens reborn thanks to the effort of Adam and his freinds however the now king Lucifer worries about left over Atlantian weapons left on the surface and struggles with a choice to reveal Atlantas to the world as the angel gets to the surface to learn and stop the problems and learn on the way the impact his home gave to the surface.
Prolouge: Reunion and Lucifers choice and the Kraken attacks!
Time marches on even after Adams adventure under the water to Aveyond and stopping Vox's attempt to use the heart of Aveyond as a weapon as on the coast of Norway as several Shark and fish like demons were manning the ship through the fog as a shark like hellborn spoke up "*In Norwegian* Ah it feels nice to be able to sail with the lights on without worrying about a U-boat passing by" said one as they enjoyed there coffie to warm there bodies "*Norwegian* but do you miss the excitment?" Asked the other as the two chatted but suddenly something crashes into the boat alarming the men as in the water poking was a humanoid fish looking hellborn, a possessor species as he grinned as underneath him was a figure with red eyes, a Ghost Leviathan as the infestor gave a command as long feeling like tentacles reached up out of the water as the men screamed trying to crawl away as the alarm sounded as one sailor tried to contact the radio for help "Its the ghost leviathan! We are going to die! THE GHOST LEVATHAN!" He yelled as the lights went out as a crash is heard as it went dark.
Luifers voice narrating: eight thousand years ago, Aveyond sank beneath the ocean
It shows lava flowing as waterfalls of lava were flowing
The great crystal the source of its power was hidden beneath the city
It shows a familiar face riding on a fish vehicle as he spoke "Robbed of the heart of Aveyond my people seemed doomed to slow extinction but now we are reborn!" He said grinning zooming pass the lava as from it came large red fox like creatures that yelped and ran across the lava as some dove down and swam as a few pups white and some orange growing there orange fur swam through the lava as one of the pups walked onto the rock and shook off the lava showing blond/orange fur and onyx beads around its neck "Naruto Hurry" said Lucifer as the now named Naruto hopped on "Come on we must get back to the throne room hold on *reaches into a pouch petting as his mochi kitten Charlie poked out* same you Char char hold on" he said as he flew out of the lava area and to the city of Aveyond now growing prosperous and grand as in the sky was the heart of Aveyond as he flew close looking at a certain carving "Mother" he said though tearfully remembering his mother who had raised him into who he was today as he rode up the falls pass the familiar stone guardians as he arrived to the familiar now thriving city of Aveyond "once again the heart of Aveyond shines upon us healing us making us strong" he said as he saw the city thriving with the people going about there day, some teaching classes as some were using the crystal necklaces to repair there grand city.
"We are using the power of the crystal to rebuild our city and to restore our culture to greatness *Looks at the grand crystal shining over the city* under the light of the great crystal my people are thriving again we have uncovered secrets lost for thousands of years" he narrated seeing the city alive with laughing children as more Angels used the crystal to heal the stone statues of broken pieces "The city is once again a centre of knowlege and learning instead of a place of ignorance and fear *Passes buy some riders waving at him as they aknolege him as king Lucifer* good day and be careful *looks at the crystal* My mother thought it better to hide the crystal…rather then risk the misuse of its power" he said as he came to the throne room as he and Naruto got off the fish vehicle as he put Charlie down as she seems to be running to someone as he saw the stone head is being restored "As king I can only hope I am doing the right thing" he said as Charlie nuzzled the leg of Adam as he smiled and waved to his husband "Hay Luci" he said picking up Charlie as Vaggie ran over and hopped onto his shoulder nuzzling on her mate as Lucifer looked at the restoration "How fitting the old ruler need to never shed tears again" said Lucifer as Naruto yipped excitedly as he ran to Adam jumping into his arms as Charlie took on his shoulder meowing "Naruto Naruto alright come on now show a bit of respect" he said as Naruto was put down yipping as Charle and Vaggie hopped down nussling into the fox as Lucifer looked around seeing the progress of Aveyonds recovery "I never thought the rebuilding of Aveyond would move so quickly" he said as Adam looks at the crystal around his neck that was given to him by the late Queen Serea "I think we only understand a fraction of what the crystal can teach me, especially since I am a half angel" said Adam as being a half angel he felt he was also reconnecting with his roots as many surviving Aveyond angels from the flood intermingeled with the humans creating the half angel race ages pass. "*Smiles* well I know that none of it would be possible without you" said Lucifer as the two hugged happily as Naruto growled and panted like a dog as they noticed "Ok you naughty thing *Takes out a pebble* one rock" he said throwing it as with a backflip Naruto caught it and ate it as Adam laughed and rubbed his belly "You know you are gonna look like a chubby Lava fox *cue Naruto pouting as Charlie and Vaggie nuzzled on him* but we love you" he said as Lucifer chuckled as Naruto suddenly growled and barked in alarm "What is it Boy?" Asked Adam worried as a Angle priest named Rhyus (Fire emblem) and two guards ran in worried.
"King Lucifer there are intruders approaching the city" he said surprising the two as they exited the place as a crowd shouted and looked worried noticing something in the air "There coming through the lava tubes, where is the patrol captain? I want them to meet with the fliers" said Lucifer as Adam looks closely with a telescope and smiled "Hold on they're not intruders they're freinds!" He said as looking closer it was indeed the former Mercenaries in the skys with Leo heading to the palace as they were in awe at how it all looks now "Oooohohoh how beautiful" said Hearing in awe "Have to agree its amazing with what a little paint and sparkle can do" said Blitzo as they landed and were greeted by the Atlantians happy to see the heros who saved there home as the planes landed as Adam grinned big "Loona what are you and the others doing here?" He asked "Just making sure you aren't making a mess of thing" she said as Adam tried to hug her "Come here" said but stepped back "Hay now" she said but Adam got her "Two for flinching" he said as Loona chuckled "Well someone got some confidence" she said as Adam broke the hug happy to see familiar faces.
Stolas was giving a flower wreath by the natives as he hooted chuckled "Why thank you" he said as Octavia also got one along with Blitzo and the others who were thankful "Hello" said Mayberry as she was lead down by some Angels who got into a spat to lead her around the city but she cooled them down and got them to show them around "Gonna ask how someone like her became a hottie magnet" said Octavia "Considering what happened to her ex husband me and M and M and that canibal family she needs that victory" said Blitzo recalling a assassin job they did for Mayberry as three female angels near Hearing smiled as he was given a wreath and flowers as he grinned like a imp devil "hoho ladies" he said whispering tho them as they gasped and gave a death glare and smacked him as they angrily chased him around. "Jeeze guys I missed you all" he said as they saw Hearing screaming as he was chased by angery women "But what are you here? Is okay?" Asked Adam worried for the old man "Why dont you ask him yourself?" Asked Loona as Lucifer gasped and tapped his husband shoulder "Adam" he said pointing to a familiar old man departing the vehicle as he smiled " " he said as Leopold chuckled seeing the happy half angel "Not only I am okay, but this crystal of yours make me feel 20 years younger" he said hopping down before he was caught by the others wincing a bit "Of course that still leaves me pretty old" he said shaking Adams hand as he sawed Lucifer "And this must be Prince Lucifer although I guess it would be King Lucifer now" he said as Lucifer smiled "And you must be Loud thank you you brought Adam and his freinds to me and made all of this possible" he said with a bow as they heard Hearing screaming as he was being beaten by the ticked off women as the group just shook there heads "Come on lets go inside where you can have something to eat" said Lucifer as they walked up the palace stairs as Hearing screamed "Save my life!" He yelled being chased. "I guess your decision to stay here wasnt as hard as I thought" said Leopld as moments later they say around the table full of Atlantian food. "*Taps some of the food* hummm odd but not what I am used to" said Ben eating a forkful as Loona tapped her food "Magnifique" she said as Lucifer showed a basket of fruit "here try some of this" he said as Striker showers his meal with peeper sauce "Pepper sauce never leave home without it puts a little giddy up in every meal" he said slapping the bottom slathering his meal with it "Makes a fine paint remover" he said as Loona studied the food as it seem to shift "Um Stolas I think this food just moved" she said as Stolas took the squid "Then you better eat it quick before it gets away" he said slurping it down.
"Tia your dad is a man of culture" she said wincing as Tia shrugged and mimicked her dad "true but its ok tastes like butter calamari is good" she said as Leo looked at Adam proudly "Your grandfather would be proud of you Adam, you not only discovered a lost empire…you probably saved the world from Vox's plans for the crystal" said Leopold "And stopped him from using Lucifer as a bomb" said Blitzo as Adam had to agree as more people would had died due to Vox's greed and more innocents killed "And now you're helping restore Aveyond to its former glory, that is quite a resume for a cartographer" said Leo as Adam smiled "I just wish he could be here to see all of this *Holds Lucifers hand* and to have met Lucifer *gets serious face* but I get the feeling this is just not a little reunion" he said as Leopold nodded "I'm afraid you're right, there's big trouble on the surface and I already have my doctors *Points to Stolas and Octavia* demolition expert *Guestures to Blitzo* mechanic *Guestures to Loona* each the top of their field but I came here for the one expert I didnt have…an expert on Atlantus" said Leopold confusing Adam "But why would you need a…"started Adam "Several cargo ships have gone down in the north atlantic, the survivors say it was a sea monster" said Leopold. "We thought it might be the watchdog at your front door" said Stolas "Or a some sort of experiment as according to survivors there was some sort of fish like humanoid ontop of the creature, but it was one big sea monster in the water its the last thing you wanna see *Ponders* except my aunt in law Rosalia in a swimsuit, sweet bird but big boaned in a motherly way" said Blitzo
"*Loona looks at her crystal* diffrent from the levathan but at least it knew we were freinds this time" she said as Lucifer pondered "But there could be others out there, my mother had many experiments created, she used magic and science of the crystal to expand the borders of Aveyond, that war nearly destoryed the world" he said "Well it looks like his war may not be over" said Leopold as Lucifer got serious "Then Adam and I will go with you to the surface and end it" he said worrying Adam "Luci you cant i-i mean your the king, the city repairs are well under way" started Adam "The counsellors can handle the everyday matters (Looks at his crystal) and I…I feel responsible for what my mother idd, I want to understand her decision and I am afraid the answers are not in Aveyond" he said as Adam seeing the resolve of his husband knew he cant talk him out of it "Alright we will work together to redeam your mothers mistakes…though *looks at Leopold* where are we going exactly?" He asked
(Atlantic Ocean)
It then changes to show a boat in the foggy ocean as the ship sailed through as the group now dressed in winter outfits looked out as Lucifer looked around curious "I feel really bad for you Lucii you finally get to the surface…and its so cloudy there's nothing to see" said Adam "Its ok everything in your world is so new to me, the sky, clouds everything on the ship *Points at a life preserver* what is this?" Asked Lucifer "That is a life preserver" said Adam as Lucifer got curious "So you wear it and it preserves your life *Shows his crystal* like our crystals?" He asked curious "No no you throw it to someone on the water "Ohh so its a game?" He asked "Uh no you only throw it if someone is drowning" said Adam as Lucifer cutely tilted his head "Does that make it hard for them to play the game?" He asked "I think you need to see a ship sink" said Adam as he and Lucifer walked into the area where there were submarines waiting.
"Two weeks we crisscross the north sea and get nothing no mutated squids, no jellyfish, no lobsters from Aveyond" said Blitzo as Loona was fixing one of the machines as on a crate Charlie and Vaggie were watching "We have to be sure dad" said Loona "What if rising the crystal brought this ghost leviathan to life? *Rubs his arm* this could all be the fault of Atlantas" he said worried "I think we should worry more how we should fight it then whos to blame" said Adam as Loona using a wrench on a torpedo grunted a bit "Last time we shot at the dweller these things didn't tickle it" she said hitting it a bit "Better be careful Loon if you keep hitting that thing…we're gonna be "Tickled" all over these walls "Said Blitzo as Loona rolled her eyes "Yeah yeah like I dont know that" she said glancing at the torpedos "Well be careful Loony bird, your dad isnt here to glue us back together, this time its my special blend to give it the bost *grins as he does a light tap* start with a batter of geleatiounus nitroglycerine…dribble it on a shaped charge of TNT…top it with a dusting of black powder…and oregano, you cant make a good bomb without oregano it makes a very nice boom, hahah let that kraken eat that" said Blitzo as Adam realized something as he showed a news paper.
"You know I really dont think its a dweller, the survivor said it was some sort of Ghost leviathan and on its forehead was supposedly a investor which is impossible, since Investors are supposedly extinct, noting what we saw in Aveyond" he said as the group studied the paper with the photo of the Ghost Leviathan "That…that could be happen by atlantian inventors always based there machines on real animals and had even cultivated new marine species…*realization* wait research also said that we created Possessors to gather information from our enemies or control them but they were hunted when they turned on there creators…" said Lucifer worried as Hearing was eating a sandwich as Naruto was close "He is right for no creature of flesh and blood can bring down a steel cargo ship" said Hearing as Naruto panted at the food Hearing was holding but the ship rumbled.
"Somethings got the ship!" Yelled Loona as Vaggie and Charlie ran to there owners and into there coat pockets as something broke "Its ripping open the launch doors!" Yelled Adam as Hearings cheese out of his hands into the water "Ach my cheese!" He yelled as Naruto barked as clear solid jelly tentacles emerged from the water as Hearing ahhh "You can have it" he yelled in fear "Get into the sub pots, Blitzo we're gonna need that thing out of the way!" Siad Adam "Coming up, extra oregano" he said throwing a strong bomb to scare off the tentacles as they quickly got into the pods as the tentacles where pushes back but it wasnt enough "Launch when ready" said Adam "*Fiddling with the controls as Hearing peeked* next time use chill powder" he said as the subs head into the water but Adam stalled "Oh oh that dosent sound good!" H said as it fell to the side as the latched with him, Lucier, Naruto, Charlie and Vaggie crashed into the tank and was plunged into the water
Hearing (Through the radio): Its pulling them down on the starboard side
Loona (Through the radio) Wheres Adam and Lucifer? I didnt see them launch
Blitzo (Through the radio): Adam are you there? Lucifer?
They asked as they controlled there subs away from the creatures as in his sub Adam was pressing the buttons "Come on now back up batters back up now!" He yelled as he punched the intercom as Loona voice was herd
Loona (Over the radio): …thing off my back while I look for Adam
"This is Adam, were on back up batteries, sinking fast no propulsion, we have a major leak" said Adam as more leaks form with one hitting Lucifer "Leaks" said Lucifer "Leaks and the view port is cracking" he said as Naruto nipped at the water flowing in.
Loonas voice over the radio: If the ballest valves aren't blocked you can flush the stare by rerouting the pressure tubes and…
"Loona we are up to our rear ends in water its no time for how to books" said Adam as the pod continued to sink
Loona voice: hang on were coming
The pod soon got to the bottom as Adam noticed "Well you better hurry cause we are about to hit a undersea mountain" said Adam however it was soon shown it wasnt a mountain as Adam gasped in fear as Lucifer, Naruto, Charlie and Vaggie were concernerned "That is not a mountain" said Adam as it was the large Ghost Levathan as on its forehead was the infestor as he growled staring at the intruders to his territory.
Authors note: Well Aveyond maybe put together but Adam and Lucifer are on a mission to see if any left overs from Aveyond past is causing problems, and there maybe a start in the form of the Ghost Leviathan (Subnautica) and its owner a infestor who in this tale are nearly extinct and are of Aveyond origins that rebelled.
Next chapter the group heads to a sea town that seems to be facing trouble with the ghost Leviathan that is runned by the 5 mysterious elders and there secretary Rolando
