Kusanagi Swagger

*Kusanagi's are eating at a noodle bar*

Motoko: "Turn your swagger off Jun! It's disgusting!"

Jun: *Bemused* "What the hell is 'swagger', imouto?"

Motoko: "You know…that stupid 'Steal your girl' aura of yours! Women get dumb around you and it's obnoxious!"

Jun: *Rolls eyes* "Oh please, I'm the Oni. Girls don't care for me like that."

*Jun turns around to the other guests that came with him*

Jun: *Gives a ridiculously charming smile* "These noodles are nova, right?"

*Rita, Alice, and Akari give him identical idiotic grins and nod, then remember that they were not alone and scowl at each other fiercely. Jun doesn't notice and goes right back to slurping his noodles as he blissfully ignores the feminine hostility around him*

Motoko: *Sighs and covers her face* "This is so painful to watch! I swear, Jun's life is just like those trashy harem manga I used to read…"

Motoko: *Startles when she remembers she's being rude to her own chooms* "How are the noodles guys? They're not too spicy right?"

*Hiromi, Hayato, and Nox are growling and shoving each other as they all struggle to sit in the stool closest to Motoko. They abruptly fall over and begin wrestling on the floor in a bizarre display.*

Hiromi: "Nox! I am sooooo firing you for this!"

Nox: "To get a chance to sit next to Motoko? Worth it!"

Hayato: "I'm her chief rival! Therefore, it should be me that gets to eat next to her! It's only right!"

Hiromi and Nox: "That doesn't even make sense!"

Hayato: *Snootily moves her hair to the side* "As if immature children like you would understand the…intense…relationship that exists between two adversaries in the battle for supremacy…"

Hiromi and Nox: "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU IMPLYING!?"

*A conniving GearSlot sneakily crawls by them and climbs on the stool while the three teenagers are distracted. She allows herself a victorious first pump in the air.*

Motoko: *Raises an eyebrow dangerously at the Maelstrom cyborg sitting next to her*

GearSlot: *Nervous expression* "What?! Can't a girl get noodles?!"

Motoko: *Tense silence before she growls in acceptance* "Uh huh…"

*Motoko begins slurping at her noodles warily while GearSlot sits ramrod straight, both pleased and embarrassed at her small victory: Operation 'Become bestest chooms with Ghost' was a go! The other three are still fighting on the ground. It's super awkward*

Jun: *Rolls eyes again* "This is so painful to watch…"

Obviously this takes place later in the story where Motoko bonds a lot more with Hayato. I have no idea what GearSlot did so that both Jun and Motoko tolerate her presence, but it must have been a doozy.
