During Recess(school break)
Matsuda and Motohama were caught peeping again. When they saw Issei relaxing on a bench they were pissed.
"What I have told you guys peeping is a terrible thing to do. When are you going to learn your lesson." Issei

''And second don't pretend like you weren't there you bastard!" Matsuda
"I would never do such a thing." Issei said before sticking out his tongue
"You traitor." Matsuda and Motohama said before they started shaking him
Kiba approached them.
"What do you want pretty boy" Motohama
"Can I borrow Issei for a moment. There's something the President wishes to discuss with him." Kiba
"It looks like she is finally going to try to recruit you." Ddraig
"Definitely not joining her peerage." Issei thought
"What does she want with you. Don't tell me she has fallen in love with you." Motohama
"There's no way that's possible. You have no redeeming qualities except for your looks" Matsuda
Issei hits Matsuda on the head.

"I don't know guys I am as clueless as you. Well anyway see you guys later." Issei said before he stood up
He followed Kiba to ORC. As the girls saw them together some got BL(Boy love) fantasies of them and others thought Issei would be a bad influence on him.
When got to ORC Issei both Rias and Sona their peerages were gathered.
Kiba takes his place behind Rias.

Rias signals Kiba to attack Issei. Kiba instantly creates a sword. And flashes towards Issei. He attempts to slash Issei only to be stopped by Issei's Infinity. Kiba tried a few more slashes before he stopped and returned to Rias side.
"Just what was that." Kiba thought
"So are you still going to pretend." Sona

"Issei what are intentions, your goals and your aspirations." Sona
"My intentions huh. To eat sweets. My goals and aspirations are to eat all kinds of tasty sweets." Issei
"Is he serious.'' They thought
"If he likes sweets he might not be a bad person even though he is a pervert." Koneko thought before eating some candy
"By your intentions she meant if you intend on harming us or any member of the devil faction." Rias
"No unless you or other devils hurt my friends and family I won't kill you. It's that simple." Issei
The devils were relieved to hear this.
"Issei would you join my peerage" Rias Sona

"May I ask about your eyes. In your file it says your eyes are sensitive to the sun but I have seen you without your glasses on." Sona
Issei takes off his glasses. The girls were mesmerized by his beautiful blue eyes.
"Put them on." Issei said before throwing the glasses to Sona
Sona puts on the glasses. She couldn't see through the glasses.
"How can you see through these. They are pitch black." Sona said before giving back his glasses
"My eyes are special. They can easily see things from several kilometers away and distinctly tell apart different figures within that range. Reduce my power usage to almost zero. Leaving them uncovered will strain my power and can cause brain damage." Issei said before putting on his glasses
"So he wears the glasses to limit his vision. And his eyes give him unlimited power. He is interesting. I hope he can give you the help you need Rias" Sona thought
She and her peerage left.
"I suppose I should be going." Issei
"Issei you said you would be willing to help with a problem in exchange for sweets." Rias

"Now let's make the deal. I want you to buy me sweets for the rest of your life if I help you get out of the engagement." Issei

"100 million yen then. That wouldn't be a problem for you princess Gremory. " Issei
"No. 100 million yen and buy you sweets for the rest of my life. That doesn't sound to bad. We have a deal" Rias
"Well see you guys later. " Issei said before leaving
"He is certainly is interesting" Akeno
"And dangerous. If Issei can use his eyes to reduce his power usage to zero. Then he is able to use to powerful techniques nonstop." Rias
"Kiba what happened when you tried to slash him."
"My slashes couldn't reach him. He probably used a barrier technique"Kiba
"With the power of his eyes he can constantly keep the barrier up." Akeno
"Koneko what do you think of him." Rias
"If he likes sweets he probably isn't a bad guy." Koneko
Rias just laughs
