*Panam is absentmindedly reading a e-zine at a mechanic shop when she gets a call on her agent from Motoko.*

Panam: *Bored tone* "Mornin' Motoko, what's going on? Need help with anything?"

Motoko: *Panicked tone* "Hi Panam! I'm glad you offered! Do you or any of the Adercadoes know how to remove tracking bugs from an AV?! Hypothetically speaking?!"

Panam: *Instantly tense as she hears cursing and electronic beeping in the background* "...What did you do Motoko?"

Motoko: "Nothing, everything is fi…Holy crap! Give me a sec!"

*Panam puts aside the e-zine and sighs as the roar of an accelerating engine and several buttons being pressed in quick succession is heard. Faint explosions can be heard in the distance.*

Motoko: "Ah ha! Eat shit heat-seeking missiles! Maverick ain't the only one who can dodge!"

Panam: "..."

Motoko: "...Did you hear that part?"

Panam: "...Yes."

Motoko: "...I am perfectly fine and not in any kind of life threatening situation. Soooo, about removing the bugs? Also I want to reassure you that this is a strictly hypothetical situation that has no basis in reality. Really."

*A faint whistle can be heard in the distance. Panam calmly walks out to the street to see a smoking Militech AV zoom by at a dizzying speed while a swarm of aerial drones and other Militech AV's are hot on its trail. The buzz of rapid minigun fire fades away as the chase moves away from the city.*

Motoko: "...Panam? You still there?"

Panam: "...I'm sending you coordinates to a small mesa south of NC. Stay as low as possible and send out this radio frequency. The hidden AA guns should mop up most of the mess but you might have to do some canyon dodging against the manned bandits."

Motoko: "Thanks Panam! You're the best choom ever! Also, I totally didn't hijack an AV by the way!"

Panam: *Unamused tone* "However, the AA ammo isn't cheap and you will receive a bill from the clan for their usage after the fact. Removing NUSA tracking bugs and tinkering with transponders and IFFs will also cost you a pretty enny. Hypothetically speaking, of course."

Motoko: "...Umm yeah thanks for the heads up. I'm glad we had this talk Panam. A talk full of hypotheticals!"

Panam: *Deadpan* "Uh huh."
