Sonic and the Freedom fighters

Hi everyone, this is mastershadow, I'm doing a sonic game timeline along with some side stories, but with the freedom fighters and many more friends, even six certain characters from another world which will be merged later on (forgot to mention that), including chronicles because I liked the game, but the story could be a little better along with the planned sequel, I'm also adding the events from the idw comics because they're awesome, also Sally won't hook up with sonic for a while until way later, but for now enjoy.

Chaos saga part 3- Knuckles tricked again.

Meanwhile as Sonic, his siblings, cousins, Sally, and Rainbow dash were heading to the station, Big was seen looking for Froggy.

"Yoohoo! Froggy! come out, come out, wherever you are!" He said." Oh man, where could my pollywog pal be, anyway?"

Big starts searching until he sees Froggy.

"Froggy! there you are!" Big said."

He follows Froggy towards a sewer hatch, but it's blocked by a car.

"Wait, don't run away! what cha' doin' under that car? what's wrong?" Big asked."

He lifts the car and drops it over him as he goes in the sewer. In the sewer, Big finds a door that leads him to the new attraction Twinkle Park. he enters and sees a big pond.

"Froggy must be in there somewhere," Big said."

Big goes to the pond and starts fishing for Froggy. Big got a bite and starts reeling it in. What he reeled in was Froggy.

"Froggy, I found you!" he said."

Elsewhere,

Tails was getting a head of the others before he remembered something Hope told him.

"Oh yeah, I have to find those power up upgrades Hope mentioned good thing Nikki informed us on where they are," he said." I still can't believe that Snively was still alive all this time and now working for G.U.N. again, at least he's being watched."

"I'm surprised she made them for us," Antonie said."

Tails heads down to an open part of the sewers with Sally, Antonie and Bunnie, he goes up a square passage and finds one of Hope's and Junior's inventions. they attached themselves to Tails' ankles.

"Hey Tails, I see you found my jet anklets, its jet power makes you fly faster, Hope's message said."

"These look amazing," Tails said." hey, there's more."

Sally, Antonie, and Bunnie sees more items a blaster, a braclet, and a pauldron.

"These must be for us," Bunnie said." might as well grab them."

They grab the items and put them on.

"Hey, you found my Wrist blaster and broad sword. Antione, you can use two sword beams at the same time making it a double sword beam. Bunnie your wrist blaster can be used like your arm cannon to do double shots, Sally you found the acorn shield, you can use boost with it," Junior's message said."

"Sounds good to me," Bunnie said."

They head to the train station. he and the others entered the train, later the train stops at the mystic ruins.

"Wow, the Mystic ruins, I should've joined Knuckles when we first entered station square," Twilight said."

"Focus Twilight, we're heading to Tails and Rotor's workshop," Rainbow Dash said."

"Oh right," Twilight said."

They head to the workshop and met up with Renee.

"Hey guys, this the test go well?" she asked."

"Nope, we crashed," Rotor replied."

"Ah," Renee said."

Suddenly, Eggette appeared in her egg mobile.

"Well, well, if it isn't Sonic," she said."

"Watch out in a mini egg brat," Sonic said."

"Dad and I have big plans, and we're putting them to work!" Eggette said."

"You and Eggman are always up to no good. now what do you want?" Tails asked."

"What do you think? The chaos emeralds! so don't get in the way or else!" Eggette replied."

"Or else what?" Rainbow dash asked."

"Or else I'll take them be the hard way!" Eggette replied."

Her egg mobile enters a bigger mech with drills called the egg hornet.

"Ever thought about being a dentist for giants?" Rainbow dash asked."

Eggette shoots missiles at the group.

"There's your answer," Twilight said."

She uses her horn to create a shield. Antoine uses his new broad sword and slices some of the missiles with Sally as Bunnie and Rotor blast at them.

"Is that all you got?!" Sonic asked."

Eggette uses the drill and rams at them only to hit the ground. Sonic and the others use the opportunity to hit the egg hornet. Bunnie and Antonie use their new attacks to finish it.

"Double sword beam!" Antonie said."

"Double shots!" Bunnie said."

The attacks destroy the egg hornet.

"Well, that wasn't so hard," Sonic said as Tails comes with the purple emerald.

"Aha!" Eggette said as she uses a claw and stole the emerald.

"Hey!" Sally said."

"Come on Chaos time to eat!" Eggette said."

"Chaos?" Sonic asked."

"Who's that?" Manic asked."

Suddenly, the water creature from last night appeared next to eggette.

"I guess we got our answer," Sonia said."

"Yup," Scarlet said."

Eggette gives Chaos the emerald and it starts to change, it grew a bit bigger with a robot claw in its arm with the emerald. everyone looked surprised.

"Well, that's something," Nicky said."

"Ooooh yes! its just as the stone tablets predicted," Eggette said." (laughs) His strength increases every time dad, and I feed him a chaos emerald! with all 7 emeralds in him, he'll be invincable! and work for us! together we'll destroy station square! and build Robotnik land on its ruins, the ultimate city! where dad and I will rule it all! come Chaos! we got more emeralds to find."

Eggette throws a flash bomb and disappears with chaos.

"We can't let them get away with this can we?" Tails asked."

"No way Tails!" Sonic replied."

"Without more emeralds, Chaos can't transform so, it's up to us to get the emeralds before Eggman does huh?" Tails asked."

"That's right," Sally replied." Nicole, can you locate another emerald?"

"Certainly, and I already contacted the others and the only ones available are Hope, Junior, Chris, and Keith," Nicole replied."

"Fair enough, let's go," Twilight said."

"Hey, what's this?" Rainbow das asked finding a stone."

"Oh, that's a wind stone, we were studding it for a while before returning it," Renee replied." it opens a gate to windy valley."

"Lucky for us, another emerald is there," Nicole said."

"Alright," Sonic said."

Rainbow dash holds on to the stone as the group heads to the cave and returns it to its spot. after that, the gate way to windy valley opens and they enter.

"Race you to the emerald!" Rainbow Dash said."

"You're on!" Sonic said."

"Ready set go!" Rainbow Dash said."

The two race towards the emerald. Rainbow dash makes it to the end.

"Ha, I beat cha and got the emerald!" she said."

"Do you?" Sonic asked."

Rainbow Dash turns around and sees Sonic with the blue emerald tossing it up and down.

"Aw man," Rainbow Dash said."

Meanwhile with Big,

Froggy slipped away from him thus, he left twinkle park. somewhere a blue crystal revealing to be the ice stone was seen, Big finds it and takes it to the mystic ruins. Big takes the stone to an ice door to open it.

"I guess this goes here," Big said."

The door opens to another passageway. Big enters and finds an item.

""Yo, you discovered the life belt. It'll keep you afloat when you're in the water," Junior's message said." along with helping you learn how to swim. you can even go under water."

Big crosses a pool by going under water then up the surface. he finds a latter and climbs it entering a cold place.

"Froggy came here, hang on little buddy," Big said."

He finds a rock and tosses it at the ice lake and starts fishing. He got a bite revealing to be Froggy, he pulls him out of the water.

Meanwhile with Knuckles, Julie-su, Kat, Alucion, Applejack, and Rarity,

They headed to the hotel and sees Eggman.

"Hey, it's doctor Eggman!" Knuckles said."

"So, that's the Eggman you mentioned," Alucion said."

"What's he got there?" Knuckles asked."

"It's gotta be a part of the master emerald!" Kat replied." Come back here!"

They follow him to the elevator. they then confront him.

"Eggman! give me back the master emerald!" Knuckles demanded."

"You don't know its power," Alucion said readying her spear."

"Knu... Knuckles! Uhhh, this isn't what you're after!" Eggman said revealing the white chaos emerald."

"Huh, you're right!" Knuckles said."

"That's ok though. I can use you and your friends as guinea pigs to test it," Eggman said."

"Chaos! Chaos!" Eggman said."

Chaos?" Knuckles said."

Chaos rises showing the emerald he already absorbed. Alucion was shocked seeing him.

'Choas,' she thought.'

"It's that creature again!" Knuckles said."

"The same one we saw last night on the island," Julie-su said."

"He was there when the master emerald shattered," Kat said."

"The very one that destroyed that beautiful gem!" Rarity said shocked."

"I'm sure of it," Knuckles said."

'Why is chaos doing this?' Alucion thought.' is he still mad about what happened years ago?'

"He saved us the trouble of looking for him, now we'll get him good!" Knuckles said."

Eggman gives Chaos the white emerald and he transforms looking bigger with another robotic arm in his other arm becaoming Chaos 2.

(Laughs) "Way to go Chaos!" Eggman said."

"Hah! changing shape won't scare us!" Knuckles said." Fine give it your best shot!"

He, Kat, Julie-su, Applejack, Rarity, and Alucion get ready to fight.

Chaos turns into a ball and starts bouncing at the group making them dodge. He changes back and stretches his arm at Kat.

"Heads up!" Knuckles said."

Rarity uses a crystal shield to save Kat while Julie-su blast at his brain turning him to a puddle.

"Thanks," Kat said."

"Of course darling," Rarity said."

Chaos turns into a ball again but Alucion whacks him to change back. he turns into a puddle and spreads,

"Jump!" Applejack said."

Everyone jumps avoiding the attack. Chaos comes back up and strikes at Alucion who dodges giving and opening for Kat to hit his brain.

"Give up?" Kat asked."

Chaos turns into bubbles and strike the group then changes back.

"There's your answer," Applejack said."

Chaos strikes again but Applejack dodges and hits his brain. Chaos was about to turn to bubbles but Knuckles and Alucion gives the final strike defeating Chaos.

"Bah! so what if you won this time, you have yet to see the true power of Chaos!" Eggman said."

Alucion shivers.

'I won't let that happen,' she thought.' not again.'

"Yeah, yeah, that still doesn't faze us you hear?" Knuckles asked."

"I know something that might," Eggman replied." It's about Sonic."

"What?" Knuckles asked." What about Sonic?"

"Yeah," Kat said."

"He's after the pieces of the master emerald too!" Eggman replied."

"What," Applejack said."

"What do you mean?" Knuckles asked."

"You're not the only ones on a wild goose chase idiot!" Eggman replied." why should I ruin your surprise?" (laughs).

"I wonder what he meant by that? I'd better find Sonic," Knuckles said."

"I'm sure they just found them by accident and are trying to return them," Rarity said."

"She could be right," Julie-su said."

"Well, I heard he's at Tails workshop in the mystic ruins, let's check there," Applejack said."

Later at the mystic ruins,

Knuckles' group was waking there.

"I wonder why Sonic is after the master emerald?" Knuckles asked."

"Maybe it's like what Rarity said," Kat replied."

"We better work fast and get to the bottom of this," Knuckles said."

They start looking until they enter a cave and sees two items, metal claws and a scouter like device.

"They look like the items Tobor told me that Hawking had," Kat said."

"Well, he was a treasure hunter along with being a guardian," Knuckles said."

Julie-su grabs one of the items. then a spirit of Hawking appeared.

"You found the sniper lens, it'll help with you target multiple enemies at once and hit them accurately every time," he said." and Knuckles, I grant you the shovel claws, they will help you dig through dirt and stone."

"They look like helpful items," Rarity said."

"Yeah, thanks grandfather," Knuckles said." let's try these out.

He goes to a crater and starts digging and finds an Eggman item.

"Talk about useful, think you can use them to help with the farm?" Applejack asked."

"Maybe," Knuckles replied as he picks up the item." here monkey!"

he tosses the item at the monkey robot and destroyed it. suddenly another one appears, and Kat picks it up.

"It said monkey destruction switch," she said."

"Weird," Alucion said."

"Might as well take it," Julie-su said."

They take it out of the cave and go through the cave Big entered. They pass the ice entrance and enter another entrance and destroyed another monkey robot. and enter red mountain. Unbeknownst to them, they were being watch by two unknown beings.

At red mountain,

"I can see why it's called red mountain," Rarity said." Let's hurry and find the shards."

The group start searching for the shards as Julie-su uses her new item to blast the robots.

"Got them," Kat said."

Meanwhile with the two beings,

They were kneeling and talking to their leader.

"So, its true, angel island is on the ground, thus our enemies have returned and what's worse, they have a human child as their prisoner," the leader said."

"What should we do?" one of the beings asked."

The leader comes into the like revealing to be a Mobian cat.

"The Felidae clan will fight them and save the girl," the leader said."

With Sonic's group,

They were back in station square and in the sewer.

"I can't believe we're in the sewer again," Sonia said."

"Feels like being back home," Manic said."

Sonic, Sally, Nicky, and Sonia find three items being shoes. they put them on.

"You found my lightspeed shoes, dash boots, and ballet shoes. Sonic your light speed shoes will store up power once enough you'll do the light speed dash, Sally, your dash boots will let you do the light speed dash as well, Sonia, your ballet slippers will give you more power in your Tasmanian spin and improve your agility, Nicky these are vibration shoes, you can send vibrations through your feet then you can make some quakes," Hope message said."

"Way past cool," Sonic said."

"They leave the sewer and ended up in a store. they head to the casino building.

"Looks like we need rings to get the emerald," Twilight said."

"Leave that to me," Manic said."

He enters a big pinball machine and was getting lots of points.

"Enough to get the emerald and enough for Tiara," Manic said."

He makes it to the bottom and heads towards the emerald. he comes back and goes to the machine, and he gets his rings shaken out. it was enough to reach the emerald.

"Nice work bro," Sonic said."

Elsewhere in the mystic ruins, Eggman's new machine rises from the ground revealing the egg carrier and flies off.

Back with Sonic's group,

They leave the casino only to get ambushed by Eggette and stealing the emerald.

"You!" Rainbow dash said."

Eggette knocks them out with purple gas and leaves. the next morning, the group wakes up.

"Oh man, what happened to the emerald we just had?" Tails asked."

"Eggette got one of them, but the other one is safe," Sonic replied." her and Eggman must be desperate."

"That means their two to our one and that's not good!" Nicky said."

"Come one guys, we need to get busy!" Tails said."

They head out to the train station and headed to the Mystic ruins. once there, they headed to a cave and found an open ice door.

"Possibly an emerald is in there?" Sonia asked."

"One way to find out," Scarlet replied."

They entered the ice gap and search for the emerald.

"Avalanche!" Twilight yelled."

Sonic finds some boards and gives it them to the group.

"Time to snow board!" he said."

The group snow board down the hill. they escape the avalanche while Sonic, Manic, and Rainbow Dash do some moves, and find the green emerald at the bottom of the hill.

"Got it, and we looked awesome doing it," Rainbow Dash said."

They leave the ice gap.

Meanwhile with Knuckles' group,

They left red mountain with the shards and continue their search for them and Sonic. Knuckles then sees Sonic and his group.

"There's Sonic! Eggman was right," Knuckles said."

"Hold on, we don't know that," Rarity said."

"Wait, what's that in his hand?" Alucion asked."

"It looks like a piece of the master emerald!" Knuckles replied." he has no right to have that!"

"Hang on Knuckles, what if they found it by coincidence?" AppleJack asked."

Knuckles walks up to them.

"What's up Knuckles?" Sonic asked." (sees Alucion) "And who's your friend."

'She looks like that echidna statue on the island,' Twilight thought.'

Knuckles strikes at Sonic only to miss surprising everyone.

"Knuckles! what the heck?!" Manic asked."

"What are you doing?" Sally asked."

"Something bugging you?" Sonic asked."

"Eggman, said Sonic had a shard of the master emerald," Kat whispered to Sally."

"Ah," Sally said."

"No time for games, Sonic! give us the emeralds you have! right now!" Knuckles demanded."

"What?! let's just see you take 'em huh!" Sonic said."

Sonic and knuckles fight. they soon ram into each other knocking the blue and green emerald out.

"Oh no, the emeralds!" Sonic said."

"Stop this! why are you attacking us?" Twilight asked."

Suddenly Eggman and Eggette appeared and take the emeralds.

"Ha, like taking candy from a baby!" Eggman said."

"That's a chaos emerald!" Knuckles said."

"Wait, so it's not a shard of the master emerald?" Alucion asked."

"That's right fools, you made it all too easy!" Eggette replied." you practically gave them to us!"

"Hold it right there, creeps! you can't get away with this!" Nicky said." Knuckles, don't tell me Eggman tricked you again?"

"Me? what about you?" Knuckles asked."

"Don't change the subject, if you listened you would know that Sonic would steal a shard," Kat replied."

"Way to go, knucklehead!" Sonic said."

'I feel foolish,' Alucion thought.'

"Now I have 4 lovely emeralds...," Eggman said." Chaos!"

Chaos 2 rises.

"Whoa he got bigger," Rainbow Dash said."

"These are for you my friend," Eggman said."

He tossed the two emeralds at him, and he transforms into Chaos 4.

"Ah! he transformed again!" Tails said."

"Now he's more like a fish," Twilight said."

"Man, no one ever cuts us any slack!" Manic said."

Both groups are suddenly in a large pond with lilypads as Chaos rises from the water.

"Looks like we're going fishing," Kat said."

They avoid Chaos' wave attack and Twilight blast at his head.

Chaos uses his arms to strike the lily pads make the group dodge it. and strike him again, the last strike defeats Chaos making him retreat.

"Guess we're swimming with the fishes," Rainbow Dash joked making everyone deadpan her." What?"

Suddenly the Egg carrier appears in the sky for the group to see.

"Behold my floating masterpiece, the egg carrier!" Eggman said." but it pales in comparison to the power of Chaos! Adieu, until we meet again, my friends... (laughs)"

He and Eggette get beamed up to the carrier.

"Hey, we can't let him get away!" Tails said." Let's get to my workshop and take the tornado and twister!"

"Yeah!" Sonic said."

"You guys go! we have unfinished business to take care of," Knuckles said."

"And we'll keep an eye on him," Applejack said."

"No problem guys," Sonic said." We'll take care of everything here!"

"Come on let's get going!" Rotor said."

"Be sure to inform us what's going on later," Twilight said."

"Right," Applejack said."

The group split up.

Elsewhere, the Felidae clan are Infront of angel island and sees Echinaopolis.

"They've evolved over the years," a felidae member said."

"Doesn't matter, it won't stop us from defeating them and saving the girl," The Felidae leader said." Now, let's begin."
